Food is freezing cold not happy about this

Almost a 2 hour wait for food, just keep adjusting the time and setting it later and later so you can’t complain that it was late!

ordered at 11.45 didn't come until 13.25 food cold delivery driver at restaurant for about an hour waiting for food delivery driver can't be faulted he was very apologetic but was down to restaurant not driver

love a burger king. unfortunately it was cold

it didn't turn up. no delivery driver even went to burger king. I had to call up to find my order was left cold without a courier and Just Eat won't give me an explanation.

1st time at bk better than mc Donald's

food wasn't even delivered even tho it's show as delivered

Order never showed up, driver somehow bypassed the code when it was never given to him and had the order marked as delivered, absolutely fuming about the entire situation as just eat won’t do anything about it, will not be using this service again

food arrived early and still hot. nice fast service and good food

food came but was very cold. the delivery driver stopped for a long time to contact justeat as i messaged him to tell him how to get straight to my door. after receiving my message he totally disregarded what i had told him.

it was 1hr 10mins from ordering to delivery. delivery time changed 3 times, it got later and later, I was unable to cancel order, food was cold on delivery. Will not be ordering again.

Didn’t receive drinks or chicken fingers, burgers were cold aswell. Wouldn’t order from here again. Shocking!

Food, cold and hard. Would only recommend fast food to be eaten in, not good for delivery.

We ordered loaded fries, but they were not included in the order.

Once again, order is missing stuff so no one of my children does without food once again from Just Eat

Terrible, took nearly 2 hours to get delivered when it arrived as you'd expect it was cold and dry

Food is good, delivery is on time but once again missing items. I even put a note on the order asking very politely to double check order to ensure everything was there...

Didn’t receive order, said the order was on its way, showed courier pulling up on the street, then updated to say delivered but no food turned up. Absolutely shocking!

I asked for the burgers all plain with just tomato sauce but you have sent them full of mayo and tomato sauce so now both burgers have gone in the bin 😡😡😡 what's the point in the take off section if no1 looks at them

Late, freezing cold and now in the bin

Food was cold and inedible, I’d like to be compensated, that’s food I’d paid for to be fresh and ready to eat not nearly 30 mins late and cold

I ordered cheesy bacon fries and only received cheesy fries

Every time we order a large amount, they get it wrong and miss items. Really knarks me off, how easy is it to look at the numbers on the order n select said amount.

Took too long to deliver and food was cold when delivered. Ridiculous

Waited over an hour for food and was cold when we got it, and the drinks were to warm

Ordered a steakhouse crispy chicken meal. On the menu it does not say it comes with barbecue sauce, it was covered top and bottom with sauce and as I don’t eat barbecue sauce my meal consisted of fries and a drink. Expensive meal!

Order still hasn’t arrived but marked as delivered

Food was alright when I finally arrived but the estimated delivery time was changed twice and ended up taking well over an hour to get here. They didn't even start preparing the order until after it was supposed to have already been here.

Order at half 6 waited nearly 2 hours for food to arrive there was no option on cancelling the food .. food arrived cold and stale absolutely shocking !

Ok but the buns were stale. Not the first time that’s happened from BK. Hard to eat as the bun just crumbled into bits. Tasted dry. Come on Burger King let’s pick up on the quality. Apart from that it was all good.

Delivery came when it said it would but the food was cold and dry no sauce or cheese on the burgers, I love Burger King but this has put me off. Very disappointing

Chips were lovely, fresh, crispy and well seasoned. Not had burger king in around 10 years and it didn’t disappoint.

Ordered food for my son and his friend before thay had to go to football, food came over an hour later he had to leave without anything to eat

Chips were really cold and the loaded fries had to much cheese on made the chips soggy

Food arrived barely warm, and yet again the delivery driver tried to deliver to my neighbour. At least all the items ordered were present, which isn’t usual, but this is the last time I’ll be ordering from Burger King.

The food took 90 mins to arrive from delivery. It should’ve been here within 45-50mins

Order was wrong. Rang the store to get it sorted out and was told they wouldn't do anything to help and to contact just eat if I had a problem. They blamed it on new staff and lack of training. Bit ridiculous for the amount spent and the fact they messed up by putting cheese on food that shouldn't have cheese meaning the food couldn't be eaten. Delivery driver was polite and happy which was nice just a shame about the food and then the stores refusal to send a replacement.

Nothing wrong with how the food was made, but considering there was an ice cold bottle of pop on top of the food, and it took the driver nearly 30 minutes to get here, my food was stone cold.

Bun was horrible. And very dry. Food was cold.

I've ordered and paid for a double stacker XL and got delivered a bacon double cheese burguer

Food is usually great, but turned up 30 late and barely warm.

Wait an hour for my meal when it arrived it’s was cold tasteless

Food didn't arrive. Delivery driver rang saying he was outside but wasn't then was so busy talking to someone in background. Hung up on me several times. Didn't speak enough English to understand a word I was saying. Didn't know what Street he was on so I could direct him. So rude and hung up again. Couldn't care less.

Driver sat in car for good 4 mins beeping for me to go to car so I opened door & shouted he then said av been beeping lazy sod get out & walk down 3 steps av paid £4.99 cheeky sod ha

Absolutely ridiculous,third try of burger King on the sheer hope they'll get at least one order right. But no. You'd think having the orders in front of them in 3 different formats would help them get it right but obviously not.

My order was meant to get delivered 30min earlier than it did. I ordered a chicken royal with bacon & cheese and it’s just a regular chicken royal with no bacon or cheese! I was meant to have large fries but got small.

Delivery person was prompt very polite and very quick thank you. We enjoyed a lovely hot meal
