burger was missing from my order

missing so much of the order for the price i paid

Time kept getting pushed back time and time again

I have not recieved my order and it says it's been delivered

The burgers were lovely but the onion rings were overcooked and hard so couldn’t eat them

he came quickly so how were the chips cold

mostly cold, loaded fries not loaded! abit disappointed tbh

the quality of the food was so disappointing burger king used to be good. the food was cold. the wrong order was sent. the only thing that was right was the drinks becouse they was already in a can. you should be ashamed of yourselves sending that out the dilevwry driver was brilliant

Driver was not good unfriendly

it's been awhile since I've had a burger king, so looking forward to this 😋

Delivery driver called mark went to different shop and picked up second order got the orders wrong on delivery and ran away when he got told it was the wrong order

Order has not arrived driver went to wrong location couldn’t understand he was not at address ridiculous

The food arrived freezing cold, then to add insult to injury someone had the good idea to put the bottle of pop in the same bag as the food so the food was freezing cold and the pop was warm. The meals were awful not what you expect when spending £40!

the driver picked up my order then according to the app sat in metro car park for a second delivery then went there first and half an hour later delivered mine .everything is freezing cold and most will end up in bin .not happy.

Food was cold, burger buns were flat and soggy. Ordered the bbq chicken and it was hard as if it had been reheated. very disappointed.

Food was cold...food price to what you get was a small amount

the order was not delivered, I watched the driver on the app, he was sitting only one street away for about 7 minutes???

Order says delivered but never arrived.......

completely the wrong order delivered and will not send out correct food. food sent was inedible as i am vegetarian.

food was the usual and no issues with the restaurant but the delivery was shocking, the receipt says it was collected at 1pm and wasn't delivered until 2:43. As you can imagine it was ice cold.

Just a bit cold but it came a long way

I don't mind the delivery being early, in fact it was a pleasant surprise! Food was lovely and hot, and made exactly as requested

Delivery driver was at no 48 not 58. Called me he was not hapoy until i said your at the wrong house No wonder my food was stone cokd not kept in a hot bag or anything. Just a paper bag in his hand!!

Almost a 2 hour wait for food, just keep adjusting the time and setting it later and later so you can’t complain that it was late!

Food is freezing cold not happy about this

ordered at 11.45 didn't come until 13.25 food cold delivery driver at restaurant for about an hour waiting for food delivery driver can't be faulted he was very apologetic but was down to restaurant not driver

love a burger king. unfortunately it was cold

it didn't turn up. no delivery driver even went to burger king. I had to call up to find my order was left cold without a courier and Just Eat won't give me an explanation.

Order never showed up, driver somehow bypassed the code when it was never given to him and had the order marked as delivered, absolutely fuming about the entire situation as just eat won’t do anything about it, will not be using this service again

food arrived early and still hot. nice fast service and good food

food came but was very cold. the delivery driver stopped for a long time to contact justeat as i messaged him to tell him how to get straight to my door. after receiving my message he totally disregarded what i had told him.

Food, cold and hard. Would only recommend fast food to be eaten in, not good for delivery.

We ordered loaded fries, but they were not included in the order.

Once again, order is missing stuff so no one of my children does without food once again from Just Eat

Terrible, took nearly 2 hours to get delivered when it arrived as you'd expect it was cold and dry

I asked for the burgers all plain with just tomato sauce but you have sent them full of mayo and tomato sauce so now both burgers have gone in the bin 😡😡😡 what's the point in the take off section if no1 looks at them

Food was cold and inedible, I’d like to be compensated, that’s food I’d paid for to be fresh and ready to eat not nearly 30 mins late and cold

I ordered cheesy bacon fries and only received cheesy fries

Every time we order a large amount, they get it wrong and miss items. Really knarks me off, how easy is it to look at the numbers on the order n select said amount.

Ordered a steakhouse crispy chicken meal. On the menu it does not say it comes with barbecue sauce, it was covered top and bottom with sauce and as I don’t eat barbecue sauce my meal consisted of fries and a drink. Expensive meal!

Food was alright when I finally arrived but the estimated delivery time was changed twice and ended up taking well over an hour to get here. They didn't even start preparing the order until after it was supposed to have already been here.

Ok but the buns were stale. Not the first time that’s happened from BK. Hard to eat as the bun just crumbled into bits. Tasted dry. Come on Burger King let’s pick up on the quality. Apart from that it was all good.

Delivery came when it said it would but the food was cold and dry no sauce or cheese on the burgers, I love Burger King but this has put me off. Very disappointing
