second time not delivered. not happy with this service

The portion of the kebab was very small, not even enough for 1 child. Very tiny portion of donner kebab.

Excellent quality food, with good potion sizes. Good delivery time. Chips especially yum.

Hands down the best kebab takeaway in Redhill/Reigate! The food is always fresh, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the portions are spot on. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. My favourite is the chicken shish, and you should also try their grilled halloumi cheese or grilled mushrooms – they are to die for!

Food was cold on arrival, this is the second time now. I won’t use again.

Always enjoy their food. The salad is always fresh and the chicken so tender. We order at least once or twice in a month. Would recommend you try it for yourself .

Worst kebab I've ever had preparation quality portion sizes all very poor will not use this place again I'll wait till Redhill kebab House returns do not waste your money so poor I cannot express how poor this meal chicken shish was .. absolute pants and as for reviews they got to be fake .

45 wait for food, took an hour, this wouldn’t have been an issue if the order was correct. Received cold doner scraps on top of a cold portion of chips, managed to catch delivery driver before he drive off and was told, tough shops shut now, call back tomorrow and we’ll do you 2 chicken burgers (actual order) for free! But it won’t be free because I’ve already paid. I wouldn’t feed what did arrive to my dog so I certainly won’t be going back for more food.

Very Friendly Staff, always have a chat about Turkey and Football while I am waiting. Great choice of family's meals too.

It's a clean kebab house and clean is certainly one of its best features. The staff are really friendly and to be honest, the food is okay. It's just unfortunate it's not a patch on the Redhill kebab (5 mins drive away) and there are several reasons for this. Firstly, the salad is small compared to its competitor. Secondly the meat was dry on our visit! All the fat has been trimmed off the meat and any one who knows what makes a great flavour kebab, will understand that fat = flavour. Lastly the pitta bread is just not as good. It's okay but just not that great. The chilli sauce and the grilled chicken wings were good however, but the overall offering was just average. I would certainly go again, as it's a trustworthy shop and you get the feeling they care about what they do. But in the big scheme of kebab shops, it scores average! Good luck🙏

Staff are always so lovely and friendly, doesn't matter what me or my boyfriend get its always yummy! Im specific with my salad and they never even bat an eyelid to give me exactly what i ask for, the burgers are definitely a favourite of mine though😍 If its a cant be bothered to cook night, they are always a top choice for me.

This kebab house don’t ever get my order right. 3 times I’ve ordered and 3 times they have messed it up. First time I walked in, order a chicken wrap specifying what salad I did and didn’t want (no point, he put whatever he wanted in). Second time, got a chicken shish - I said no salad (make it easy), no point, got it all. Today, today I have ordered a chicken burger, only lettuce no sauce. Why? Why do I specify when I get whatever he wants? Why do they ask, when they don’t listen? Food is good, but not when it doesn’t come how you want it…

Food was cold - especially the halloumi. The Sprite wasn't even delivered - despite being paid for. The salad was very small and , bizarrely, separate from the meat but not from the cheese.

Meal arrived with no salads although online it said salad was included. Tiny portions the meat was lost in the pitta. Compared to our local kebab shop it was not worth a tenner let alone £28! Plus we tipped the delivery guy £2.50.. Shop did offer to send out salad but we said don’t bother and ordered elsewhere so we did eventually get a nice meal.

This was not only delivered late but the plastic bag which the food was in was all wet and the paper wrapping was damp and soggy, when we actually got to the food itself, this was all cold and not fit for human consumption and only fit for the bin, we disposed of this straight away.

I recommend you not to come here. Their workers were extremely disrespectful and racist. Honestly such disgusting service. Go anywhere else but here, the poor service is not worth the food when the workers make you lose your appetite. Never coming here again. Please sort out the attitude of some of your workers.

Ordered on JustEat, we live within a mile of the shop, it took nearly 2 hours to arrive on delivery. Poor portions, poor quality for the cost.

Its taken nearly two hours to be delivered for a burger and kebab. The restaurant did not offer anything more than excuses. Won't order again.
