Meriden kitchen restaurant in Watford

Ordered a spinach omelette asked for no peas, it comes with chips and salad or beans. I said I wanted beans and not salad. What do I get? Not chips and there was no spinach in the spinach omelette. The waitress was very rude, she threw a tantrum when I asked where my chips are and I ordered a 7-up which is what the menu said only to get a sprite. I’m diabetic and needed a low sugar drink hence ordering 7-Up when I asked to change it to Diet Coke she acted as though I asked her to travel to the moon. Will not be going there again that’s for sure

Chose this place at random, having been to the cemetery nearby. What a great surprise, excellent panini and coffee, very clean cafe and really friendly owners. Their Turkish Delight on the counter was yummy.

Lovely tasting lasagne but portion was a bit small with too many chips to try and make up for it. Less chips and more lasagne then it would be 5 stars.

At last, a fantastic breakfast place on the Meriden. Just by the crossing at the new shops. Cooked by professionals and service with a smile. The place is spotlessly clean with really comfortable seating. Wish you the best of luck.

Popped in with a friend just before closing on Tuesday Lovely cup of tea, great service & friendly employees. Ended up leaving at 16.20 it closed at 16.00 there was no mention of us having to leave .. I will definitely go back

One thing I forgot so it’s completely my fault is that toast goes chewy when not eaten straight away. I wouldn’t reorder the smoothie it was insanely bitty I couldn’t finish it
