Good portion sizes and delicious food. I had the falafel main dish which was excellent.

Had a fantastic evening group of six staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We went with a shared platter starter and a shared mixed main. Food was fantastic and arrived in a timely manner. Atmosphere was fantastic with the restaurant being 90% full. Would recommend to anyone. Menu it’s fairly heavy on the meat but absolutely delicious. Will be returning.

I booked to eat here whilst staying in Christchurch. We had the share mezze special which was amazing and really filling. The staff were very welcoming and just the right balance of attentiveness. We will definitely come again when we visit Christchurch.

Pretty awesome! This is absolutely no.1 Turkish grill I've tried in the past ten years, generous portion, platter for two can easily feed a couple with good appetite like us, staff are all friendly and helpful, Would recommend to every meat lover😍

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant to eat tasty and not expensive😉, and we came across this place, and we really ate everything we ordered😀, it was delicious, perfectly seasoned, simply delicious, fantastic service, very nice people, but the Baklava at the end was the cherry on the cake, I recommend it with all my heart, delicious cuisine.

I was visiting Christchurch this weekend from Kent, and it was my first visit to Meram Kitchen on recommendation of a friend. I was utterly blown away by the fantastic service and generous portions of delicious food. After ordering our food, we were served a starter of fresh salad, various dips and warm toasted flatbreads - ON THE HOUSE - what a lovely and tasty surprise that was! My main was a chicken and lamb combo shish and was so tender; I honestly loved every bite. Our waiter was warm, friendly and respectful. He told us that his father is the head chef and that the baklava is made by his mum, which I can recommend as the freshest, tastiest baklava I’ve ever had! When a restaurant is busy and buzzy on a Sunday evening you know they’re doing something right - well done Meram Kitchen, you guys deserve 5 stars ++++, I hope to be back in the not too distant future!

Over from germany visiting family, you have to try this place we know. So we tried it out, well food was excellent, service very friendly and helpful. Can only recommend to everyone.

It is the highest quality meat restaurant in the BCP region. Especially the ribs and the baklava are my favourite dishes there. We will definetly come back.

Meram Kitchen is a lovely place to eat out. The food is great, good value for your money, and they have gluten free options too which is great for coeliacs. We went for a birthday meal & the owner kindly bought out some Baklava pastries for us to enjoy at the end free of charge. We will keep returning here!

Went to Meram Kitchen with my wife for dinner and we had a fantastic experience. Please don't eat for a few hours before you go here. The food is outstanding the staff are friendly and attentive this is definitely somewhere you have to go I'd be amazed if you weren't impressed.

First time visitor. Rather surprised to find it was busy mid week and this is because it is a wonderful restaurant. It's reasonably priced, the food comes quickly and is reasonably priced. We had dinner at Merams tonight and we’re not sure what to expect. The meal was lovely and plentiful. We had mixed mezes to start with followed by chicken and lamb, all of which was delicious. The staff were super friendly and my Mum who’s 83 tomorrow thoroughly enjoyed her meal and the baclava treat they gave her. Definitely recommend and we will be booking again.

This is an amazing place and excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Lily our waitress. I would recommend booking as it gets very busy, even midweek. We had a sharing platter which was more than enough for two of us. Can’t wait to go again

The mixed sharer was very generous with kofte, shish, lamb ribs, chicken wings, and rice. The lamb and aubergine starter was very good. In contrast, the merlot and sauvignon wines were disappointing and not of the same standard. The dips were very good, albeit on the small side.

Went with friends it’s a large restaurant with Turkish style meat counter. Food is genuinely Turkish with some family recipes. There are some veggie options as well as the traditional meat options. You get a free salad with the mains and the mains are massive, luckily they have takeaway containers to hand for the leftovers.

Monday evening, restaurant was busy we were a table of 4 and chose the mixed meze starter x 4. The variety of dishes both hot and cold was great. There must have been about 6 or 8 cold and 5 hot items. We really enjoyed the food. We will order less next time to try the mains! Atmosphere was bustling and quite loud, making it a bit tricky to have a conversation. Pay car park right behind the restaurant. Superb value.

A wonderful restaurant that we discovered by chance, the food is delicious, the warm welcome and kindness of the staff is very impressive. Well done guys

Well... salad not fresh, not tasty, nothing of vinaigrette or bit of olive oil. Sauces a little sparse. We order a platter for 2 people. In it 1 quarter (one quarter) of a grilled tomato and 1 grilled (?) pepper, that's it. Meat, what an abundance, fully well-done, but... without "soul", tastes bit "chemical" and everything is identical & unrecognizable. Rice was inaccessibly hidden under a pile of meat. There are 2 or 3 servants, it works. There are no less than 6 (six) men in the kitchen there, but.... do they really know that cooking can be more than just roasting meat and throwing it on a plate of rice? A few hot sauces can really do wonders. One person with a solid training as a cook is missing here. Then you immediately need 3 men less in the kitchen. Work to be done, I would say.

We enjoyed a truly fabulous meal last night. 3 old friends with varying tastes, we all found plenty of really tasty dishes to enjoy. The portions are generous, it’s an open kitchen so you can watch your selections being cooked. The service was impeccable, happy staff, nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional value for money. to be honest, I have been in so many Turkish restaurant I never had bad experience how I do have in this restaurant. I was waiting for the food 45 minutes and one of the staff comes to me informed that they run out of rice and 5 min late the table next to me which they joined letter gave a rice…how was possibles

One of the best meals i’ve had, ever! For sure the best Turkish food. Wonderful quality meat, rice etc cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful, especially Lilly who was charming, warm and very attentive.

Came here tonight for my wife’s birthday celebration. The staff were very friendly, and the food my word was amazing. We had Mezze to start, which we absolutely loved, would recommend to anyone getting. We then also had the meram platter for two for main, the meat was amazing and tasty. Couldn’t quite finish it all, so took some back in a box for tomorrow. They also brought out Baclava celebration desert, which was the tastiest thing we’ve had, which is made by their mother fresh. We chatted with the owner Veli and he is lovely alongside his brother. Best place I’ve been and would 100% be booking to come back and recommend to anyone. Pics attached. Thank you Meram.

Meat was GREAT. Salad was good, bread was good.. we turned up very late but service was great, food was very good (although took a little).. overall 4.5/5 stars, but on the pricey side but lovely food and service. Would deffo recommend and if you give the guys prep time etc I think they would be deffo worth a night out here.

The plate of complementary starters was a nice surprise but meant neither of us could eat all the main course. Very good food reasonable price for wine lovely staff
