Amazing place. Highly recommend

The food is amazing. Service very good. Don’t sit next to the front door at the weekends because the ghost of Amy Winehouse is blaring out very loud music. Professionally though, Simply the Best. Great voice just a little too loud.

Brilliant restaurant with excellent food and service been here many times

First time visit today with my daughter for early dinner. Great service, the food was amazing by far the best I've had.. Was quite the time we visited but I can imagine evenings and weekends have a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and trying the cocktails next time.

It's ok, the food is good, but you're made to feel rushed. Not a great fan of 35 different staff passing by to ask if I'm enjoying my meal. Cabaret singer ruined it for me by squawking away while I was trying to eat and converse with friend. Up your game mems

This place was amazing Great food and service 👌 The atmosphere was electric it even had a bit of live entertainment in the shape of a singer who wasn't that bad as it happened, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will most certainly be coming again sooner rather than later

Didn't realise they had live music here. The night we went we spent the whole night shouting at each other across the table. Service was hit and miss. Some of the staff where great others obviously didn't want to be there. As a 44 year old man I found it quite amusing when I ordered a whisky sour and was asked if I'd had one before because they are quite strong. I also ordered a small bottle of Raki for the table and they insisted I try a small amount before committing to a full bottle. Food was average, atmosphere was very loud and the bill was expensive. Don't think I'll be back. Very busy and good reviews from others, just not my cup of tea.

Small parking space. A bit long wait for additional drinks and a bit too noisy. But food is delicious. Pices are reasonable and overall experience is good.

First time having mems, not sure why as I only live round the corner but ordered for collection and the food was absolutely amazing,best food I've had in a long time, the staff were friendly when I collected my food and the restaurant looked lovely , will 100% eat here again and will definitely dine in next time

Beautiful place and food, they had a live band but I feel we just sat to close to it as could barely hear each others conversation but all in all a lovely evening.

Oh my gosh this was the first visit to mems and it was so so good the staff the food the restaurant all first class. Went for our anniversary and without knowing we were presented with a cake and candle so special. Would rwxomend highly. Good food good company and good value.

This was my second visit to Mem's - the first visit was OK but this visit was not. I ordered Mezes and what we got was just a selection of dips and oil soaked pitta bread and then I ordered a lamb kebab and was stunned that it was not well cooked but leaked blood when I cut into it - I have never ever been served such rare meat before - I will certainly not be going there again!

Best place to eat on the island! Fantastic food, attentive staff and a brilliant atmosphere. Excellent choice of cocktails. Even if out elsewhere it's still good to pop in for a couple of drinks by the bar!

Never again! Been here lots and always a great atmosphere,but on visiting Saturday 30th September with family including a 4 year old it was like walking into a nightclub. Music was deafening,we couldn't here each other,and people up dancing and shouting just didn't care if they got in our way. Most of them were drunk. We were shown to our our table but we quickly got up and walked out. Such a shame that this is what this once great place has become.

5*'s Great restaurant with a fantastic range of food. This is the second time I've been and I'll be going back. Food is exceptionally good, waiting staff are friendly and helpful. It has a great atmosphere and the decor is modern and relaxing. It looks small from the outside but inside is a different story. Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to, certainly the best in the area. Pricing is fair. 100% recommend.

Food great as always, but tonight the service was terrible we were sat for 30 minutes with empty glasses and not even offered a dessert. When I told the waiter he simply told me he was very busy tonight.

It's a all round good Turkish restaurant but the dress code... should be published up front and stuck to if that's what you put.The family travelled from other side of London to find they could not wear trainers found shoes got there and customers were wearing trainers, shorts etc either have a dress code or not. Smart casual will suffice .

The best resteraunt I have visited in a long time. The food was plentiful and perfectly cooked, the service impeccable, and the ambience relaxed in lovely surroundings. Absolutely recommended.

Yet another visit to Mem’s and the food, service and general atmosphere remain as good as ever. In fact, we have not come across a better Turkish restaurant anywhere - and we have tried hard to find one for sure !!! The food is super fresh, plentiful and the olives, bread and sauces to start are amazing.

you time to enjoy the experience without waiting for anything. Each time I asked for anything from the staff the response was prompt and professional. The food was AMAZING, I had spicy Turkish sausage for starter which was delicious and just the perfect amount for a starter. For main I had lamb shish which was probably the nicest meat I have ever had bar none. Cooked to absolute perfection. The young chef is very talented and is definitely going places. If you told me he had a Michelin star I would not be surprised, the food was that good. Overall experience 10/10. Could not fault this restaurant in any way. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I get the impression it has changed ownership, it has been a while since I last came and it was great then. Bread was a bit greasy and not flavoursome as usual in such places. The Falafel was far too crumbly very difficult to eat. The skid of humous wasn't as tasty either. The main course Chicken shish was tasty enough but not as hot as I would like. The rice was bland didn't have the usual bulgar mix. Salad was a bit putrid. I didn't feel as wowed as I used to be coming here.

Was here last night which was our first visit. Just loved the decor, ambience and last but not least the food was superb. Staff very attentive but not overly so and service with a smile. They had a brilliant singer which was an added bonus. Will 100% be returning soon.

This restaurant has beautiful decor, and is very clean, with on site parking. We were given a bread basket with dips for sharing on arrival. The menu had a large selection of food, and good choices for children too. The food and service were both excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant, and would return.

Popped in on a Thursday evening for birthday celebrations. It was our first time eating at Mem's, and it certainly won't be the last. Extensive and well thought out menu; there really is something for every palette. The food is absolutely sublime, well presented, and generous portions. The wait staff were friendly but polite, and the service was always with a smile. Would highly recommend Mem's to anyone who is looking for somewhere nice to go and eat on the island.

We had great night with our fantastic cousins ( Who are locals and love it too ) - we were on a vist from Australia. Awesome food, drinks and entertainment- a great vibe . Thanks for taking us Paul and Lorraine it was sensational 🤩🥰😃

Meat options looked nice and were good portions. I had the vegetarian kebab and I can’t say it was very nice. The description notes medley of vegetables chargrilled, so I had imagined vegetable skewers with pita bread. Instead, when it came out it was more of a ratatouille. It didn’t taste great - the vegetables were soggy and in a watery tomato sauce. Plus, I wasn’t allowed to swap my rice for chips (which you could previously do). Unfortunately, I can’t say I’d go back.

The restaurant has a lovely modern interior and a nice relaxing atmosphere. All our food was really good quality. Favourites were mixed grill and hot mix mezze starter . Good cocktails and extensive drink menu . Only thing I would say is you could easily get away without having starters as they do keep the fresh bread coming ( lovely but a lot ) with a decent Chilli & tomato dip . Will definitely be returning soon and would recommend everyone to give Mem’s Mezze a try.

Went for a meal with our son, staff welcoming & discreetly attentive. They were able to explain menu & offer suggestions with explanations. We went at a quiet time so difficult to judge atmosphere though suited us nicely.

Fantastic place to dine in with live Kitchen too see if you are keen whats cooking in for you, they have a decent Bar and live karaoke going with decent singers.

Celebrated my son's 30th here.. group of 5. Food, atmosphere were amazing. The staff had the right combination of being helpful but giving you the right time between courses. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful presented restaurant, smart waiters, however the food wasn’t up to scratch! I’ve visited many Turkish restaurants the fried aubergine was absolutely terrible it wasn’t in a tomato sauce or garlic it tasted like brown sauce of some sort the portion size was really poor considering I’ve been to other Turkish restaurants and I looked at it and thought that’s really small for a starter, the chicken shish was tough, the salad I was most disappointed about, no red cabbage no red onion just a mixed leaf straight out a bag with chopped tomatoes and cucumbers small bowl between two, the bread was absolutely lovely and the chilli sauce, but I’m going to be honest and I’m really sorry But it’s actually rather sad for a first time visit to have such slum food dished up, the sauces and dips come out soon as we sat down, no bread arrived until the starters, what are we ment todo eat the dips with spoons? No bread until the starter ?? I felt also that the staff was all stood at the top end of the bar watching us eat just waiting for us to say can we have the bill, everything was very rushed, unfortunately we won’t be returning but good luck and Thankyou

This review is written with a heavy heart. Please take the time to read through it in its entirety. We had returned home from a hospital trip and wanted to grab a nice family meal after a stressful morning, it was 3 o'clock and we know there is not many places serving at this time of day on the island. As the restraunt opens at 3 and we have been here many times before, although not at this time of day. We was surprised to find a group of men sat at the end of the bar allready drinking. At this time they where not to badly behaved. They were however dressed in hi viz workwear and I know you should never judge a book by its cover but.... As we were hungry we decided to sit and order. As we progressed through our starters they started to become more and more louder. Shouting and swearing and at one point even setting off a firework. We had our daughter with us. These individuals had total disregard for anyone else. When challenged the staff apologised and simply said that they are regulars. Now the food itself was good. Staff were attentive. If you want a nice famiy meal DO NOT bother going to this restaurant. If you like a meal with some undesirables then probably this is a good place to go. The ironic thing is that about 100yrds up the road is a working man's club where the beer would be cheaper and no one would care if you wanted to stand there Shouting and swearing in your dirty hi viz clothing! I will never return and the friends and family which I have recommend this restaurant to will sadly be updated about our recent visit. Good luck in retaining your customers if you think this is the best way to treat them.

Forgot to take pics of my dinner as tucked in straight away! Staff polite, courteous and attentive but not in your face. Price is good for the quality and portion size.

A memorable New Year’s Eve midday meal with friends. Plenty of choice from the menu and excellent service from the staff. The flavoursome lamb casserole was superb and all the other dishes served up on the table were praised as being delicious. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and well kept, to be thoroughly recommended without question 👍🏼
