Lovely meal ,portions a good size ,friendly staff .

Burger and chips was good. The faggits and mash was awful. You could pick up the blob of mash and it wouldn't bend, or break it was so dehydrated

Haven't used before, but very glad we did, yes it was about 5 mins later than expected but worth waiting for ... excellent, the nicest curry I've had in a long time. Thank you 😋😋

Absolutely shocking spa day. The spa was filthy and smelled bad. We were left just sitting around. I was then taken in for a treatment 5 minutes late and left to change for another 5 minutes. I was ready in seconds. The treatment lasted a total of 15 minutes and I was told they use a different oil as it was a voucher booking. We were treated like 2nd class citizens and this was a lovely gift as a leaving present. The decoration is so dated and just not maintained at all. I'm very very disappointed in the whole experience and I cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel. Awful

Great service ! We happened to be served by ALI very smiling and he changed our experience of staying here with is positive energy and attitude. Thanks for looking after us we definitely be back.
