The service was good here the Muslim brother used to give us good service but seems like his service has gone terrible the rest of the staff don’t really acknowledge us I don’t recommend paying the service charge as majority of it don’t go to staff it’s not good at all maybe that’s why the service is gone bad

Poor management but great service from the Asian brother we travelled all the way from Harrow just to be let down by poor management we saw him boss his staff around from the minute we entered

Exceptional experience, waiter Mush gave us an amazing experience, we didn’t even need to try get his attention he was always weary and made us feel welcomed we appreciated everything he did for us.

We visited for my partners birthday and had an amazing experience the food was delicious and service by mush was amazing although it was quiet it was perfect

This place seemed to improve on its service as I came few months ago and it was poor service but I have realised the brother Musahid that’s new had given us the best service and will definitely be returning for his service the food is always amazing but the service is what I really enjoy from him having to come twice in a row with my family hand on heart I love the service he provided and always on hand when we needed anything

Easily best brunch in London. Service 10/10, team are very attentive and on the ball especially our waiter Mush! Great evening, cant wait to return

We went there for dinner tonight. The startes we ordered was food that went straight to the heart. The mains were very rich and cooked to perfection, just as we had requested. The highlight was the grand hospitality and warmth of Pauolo and his team who had made it a wonderful dining experience! Thank you P, for being 'almost perfect'.

Omg best Halal restaurant ever, visited with the family, two sons and hubby. The drinks , Chicken Roast, ambience was incredible.

Visited for our 11 year anniversary, was greeted by super friendly staff, presented with an incredible menu, great selection. Opted for the Chicken and Lamb shank roast, sirloin steak and Super Sayien Burger. Tirimusu and Crumble. Every dish was delightful. Best roast we ever had, hands down one of the best halal restaurant in the UK.

Few weeks ago we booked a table of six for a lunch on a Sunday at Meli Melo in Brick Lane. We arrived at the venue and we were told there was no drinks available to order, apart from a lemonade. We then asked the waiter to provide tap water, which they did. However, the waiters we found were rude and unprofessional, when we asked for tap water, one of the waiter turned around and said 'I don't do drink service' then walked away. Another staff member - I don't know if they have a personality disorder, but we found that waiter to be rude as well. When we ordered our food, the waiter then walks away and makes rude remarks about us. The food however is great! But, the service was really poor, for the price you pay you should expect a very good service.

I rarely post poor reviews but I really feel I have to warn people. The service at this restaurant was unbelievably slow to the point of frustration. We had lamb shank, chicken and salmon. All bar the lamb shank was tasty. The lamb shank including vegetables was very salty with little seasoning. The food did come out quickly but we waited over 30 mins in between courses for water, drinks, mains and desserts. The young man behind the bar seemed the only person working and running around. The management really need to employ more waiting staff. Very disappointed and will not be recommending nor coming back. Very frustrating experience, a shame as this restaurant has potential.

Upon arrival at this hole in the wall with a drab exterior, I knew I’d made an error driving a long way, all based upon a few good reviews. The shop is no wider than the door you enter. You're greeted by a shifty guy in an empty front counter after passing the handful of B&Q tables and chairs. You are sat so close to others as its so small and smells too. The miserable man's equally miserable mate came to take order. The food arrived, clearly not fresh, cold, tasteless and not as seen on the pictures on social media. The miserable duo disappeared and i had to wait for the bill, couldn't wait to get out of there. Will not go ahead, be warned its not all that at all.

What can I say.... this spot is amazing. Melt in the mouth kind of food that you want to return to. Enjoy

Food was amazing, the attack on my taste buds was sensational, the service was excellent and the location is amazing as there is nothing like this in South London (Brixton/Camberwell). So if you are ever in these areas I would say it's a must to visit

Amazing food! Quality quality quality! Taste was amazing. The roast was the best I’ve ever had, with excellent crispy potatoes. I will definitely be back for more. The Wagu burger was the best burger I’ve had. Wonderful!!!!
