We always go with our puppy 🐶 and we always have a lovely time and very well looked after this time was Flow who served us.

Megan s is a very good venue for a wedding, very well decorated and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly, all our guests were very impressed and enjoyed their evening.

I didn't know what Megan's was all about really, but I had opportunity to visit the one in Battersea. I was so impressed that I immediately booked my local one for a meal with a friend. I really love the delicious Mediterranean food, I so enjoyed the open chicken kebab I couldn't stop stuffing it in my face, and it's such a nice change to have Sangria on the menu and it was heavenly. Nice relaxed atmosphere, makes you feel like you are on holiday. I'll be back.

Megan's in Twickenham is a great place to stop by and have brunch or dinner. Food is really nice the services amazing. Parking in Twickenham can be a little bit tricky at times, just make sure to park in Ringo bays and not business bays along the Riverfront.

It was the first time that I had visited any Megan's. I thought the atmosphere & decor was lovely . The staff were very friendly & efficient. The menu had plenty of choice & the food was delicious. Will definitely go again. .

Good food but really poor service. Special menu was cancelled as Mothers Day (without notice until we ordered), despite it being less than half full at dinner. Result being an extra £45 on bill. Despite being quiet, service was slow, sloppy and ill-informed. Long wait to order; table not cleared - had to ask while staff reset empty tables - no offer of pudding; bill brought without coffee being offered; they clearly couldn’t wait to close up. Enjoyed the meal but not the experience - doubt we’ll go back.

Very nice decor - this is the only positive. The menu is strange and doesn’t cater for everybody. No knowledge of the ingredients in case you have an allergy, no flexibility in terms of swapping ingredients and the most important no smile 🫣 Busy with mums with crying babies. Went once and will not go back.

It was nice to come here for brunch, however it is expensive for breakfast dishes. My friend who came here also had food poisoning from the lamb, I am sure it was just a one off occasion however it wasn’t very busy when we came.

I brought my little one for an early dinner around 5 so was quiet which is great with a toddler. Unfortunately, my food was slightly undercooked. But, Asif our waiter was extremely helpful and immediately offered to remove off the bill. Service was great.

Megan's was a delight for Saturday lunch. The atmosphere was lively, with beautiful lights adding a cozy charm. The food was delicious—I loved the open halloumi and pomegranate kebab! Service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

Tiny portion of Turkish eggs for just under £15. Incredibly expensive for what is was. Slow, inattentive service. Would NEVER recommend Megan's to ANYONE and won't be back! Go to the Ivy instead!

I live in the neighborhood and frequently come to sit for breakfast 🍳 today 22 MAR 2025 — you have 3 females servers on the floor who apparently all have had late nights the night before and/or TRULY NEED SOME TRAINING in reading the room + service standards absolutely NO AWARENESS of timing and who’s been checked on / who’s ordered + revisiting any given table to assess contentment or follow-up requests / needs I take particular note being A HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL myself your floor servers really need to STEP UP and create a sense of awareness — don’t take for granted your position on the high street ➡️ word can get around about these continuing oversights

I came here to thank my friends for helping me. We worked all day. We ordered main courses with starters. Starters were brought to us after 30 minutes, main courses after 40 minutes.

Mia was out sever and was very thoughtful. Her recommendation for food was spot on. The manager on duty was incredibly friendly and made my wife's birthday even more special.

I went to Megan’s in Twickenham with a friend for her birthday, and we had such a lovely time. Our waitress, Priti, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The restaurant has a very beautiful design. The service was absolutely perfect—very pleasant and helpful staff. I would like to thank Amario for taking such great care of us. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was just perfect. This definitely won’t be our last visit, and we will go there again with our family. I highly recommend it to anyone. Wasn't sure what it would be like. I had eaten at a different branch before so had low expectations but the food was good, staff were attentive but not too much. Had a good time. Will come back again.

The food was lovely as was the atmosphere and service. What impressed us most was the way Megan’s handled the fact that one of our party was coeliac. Once the waitress was aware of this, the manager was called to take our order. We ordered one of those mezze platters to share. The manager took great care to make sure that the gluten items were separated from the non-gluten items and that they were prepared in such a way that there was no cross contamination. She clearly knew what was needed in this situation and she and the chef did everything to make sure we all had a great time and enjoyed a great selection without our coeliac member being left out. Really good. Thanks.

Great experience! The service was impeccable, and I have to give a special shout-out to Mia. She was truly amazing – friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Thank you, Mia, for making our visit so special! The food was also delicious, although my only comment would be that the hummus tasted store-bought rather than freshly made. However, highly recommend this place!

If you can get over the prices it's ok

Megan's looks lovely from the outside and seems popular so I thought I'd visit with my wife for lunch. After some confusion with my wife's order which they first said wasn't available and a bit of a wait our food was brought out. I think mine had been cooked first and my wife's after while mine sat cooling down somewhere. It was only warm not hot when brought out. It tasted really nice though. I don't think it should be too difficult to bring two hot meals out together and was thinking maybe we'd come back another time and maybe have a better experience but then they gave us the bill which came to more than we were expecting as well. They must have thought the service was great as they'd added a nice big tip for themselves. We won't be back.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff. The lovely Priti, Ash and V went above and beyond to make my visit truly special. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality made me feel so welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that takes such pride in ensuring every guest has a great time and they absolutely nailed it! The atmosphere at Megan’s is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting Megan’s in Twickenham. You will not only enjoy amazing food but also be treated like a valued guest by their wonderful team. Food was a bit uncooked and spicy but still good. Our waitress overheard us speaking another language and assumed we didn’t understand English, so she went ahead and added her own service fee-£8 without saying anything. When we told her about it, she did remove it, but the fact that it happened in the first place is just wrong.

I came here on a Wednesday evening to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our 3 year old daughter. It’s not my first choice of food, but my wife likes it. Despite that, I would come again! The service from Ash, in particular, was outstanding. It’s the sort of service that you seldom find these days. I never thought I would be recommending the Twickenham Megan’s as much as I now am.

Today we had organised to meet with family that were over from abroad as special occasion however I am really disappointed to write the following review on our experience on todays visit (we had visited in between Christmas & new year which is why we chose this location) . We arrived today and were seated at a 6 seater table for a table of 8, we had to pull another table across to make space for all attending after another booking had left. It took 24 minutes for the staff to give our table food menus, another 10 minutes before our drinks order was taken. Once drinks were ordered it took another 15 minutes for those to arrive. Dinner orders placed and the turn around for them to arrive didn’t take long however a number of the dishes ordered were cold. I personally had Shakshuka with poached eggs, the eggs were so over cooked they were rock hard and the whole layer of tomato sauce was almost crispy. I did go up to the manager to raise my concern with the overcooked eggs to be told they’re cooked like that, I asked for a replacement to be met with slight sarcasm about how the eggs need to be which made me feel uncomfortable so said to just forget the issue. We had water bought to the table but no water glasses, we also were left with all the menus on the table throughout the dinner service. We paid however took another 20 minutes before we left and the table still wasn’t cleared. On observation the restaurant seemed to have only 3 members of staff attended a busy Saturday service which didn’t work. I am so disappointed with the food and service received today. We came for a special occasion and left feeling deflated, I usually right up really positive reviews but today I’ve had to flag this experience because even though it’s been flagged to the on site manager there didn’t seem to be any really owner ship or positive outcome. It may have just been an off day but it’s really put the 8 of us off coming back.

I love Megan’s, great service and atmosphere but never find the evening main course options that good. Expensive and seems heated up rather than created and very underwhelming.

We wanted to express our thanks to Amario, we visited tonight Monday (27th Jan) for dinner and had the set menu and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Amario. What a well mannered, polite, well spoken and friendly member of staff. He was extremely attentive and efficient, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for him. He's a wonderful asset to Megan's in Twickenham, his parents should be very proud. We would also like to thank Antigoni for her hosting and kindness and happy disposition. The cheese fondue was divine, the open chicken in pitta bread was so tasty, (ended up taking the rest of it back to home to enjoy for lunch for work.) The lemon and olive oil ice cream was refreshing. It's been such a pleasure dining at Megans in Twickenham and this is all thanks to the staff (particularly Amario) Please pass this onto him and his manager, in a society where young people seem to have a bad reputation, Amario really made our dining experience wonderful, having great staff really makes such a difference. Will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend.

The staff here, especially Mikayla were lovely and helped make the meal to celebrate our Civil partnership a lovely occasion, although they didn't know in advance, we just popped in on the off chance.
