So far so good ! This is exactly what King Street needed . Still soft launch & reduced menu - official opening tomorrow☺️ I absolutely loved it, so relaxing, great service, thank you Francesca 👍🏻 Place has been well put together, airy & welcoming & there is even a (heated & protected if need) delightful backyard terrace. If the food is as good as the rest this could become a favourite! Update Jan 25 - Sadly my last visits have been quite disappointing. Still lovely staff but obviously poorly trained but more importantly this place is very much let down by the poor food 😢

Creative food and drinks combos

A bit disappointing to be honest. Clearly something wasn’t working properly at Megan’s on King Street yesterday. It wasn’t especially busy, but nevertheless food arrived slowly and was barely warm. My shakshuka serving was stingy, my partner’s pancakes were underwhelming. The staff seemed bewildered and not especially attentive. I guess all businesses have their off days. On the positive side, the coffee is excellent and the vibe/decor inside is lovely. I had high hopes after a great experience at another branch, which was extremely busy, but this time Megan didn’t impress sadly.

Nice addition to town center. Great for breakfast or lunch or juay for coffee. The service is friendly. It is usually full so would be wise to reserve a table.

Served a flat white in a glass. If they'd run out of coffee cups, they did have paper cups. Serving a hot drink in a glass is bonkers. On their menu, they advertise that their exec chef brought shakshuka to the UK restaurant scene. (a) the eggs were over set and not runny (b) the sauce was overly thick Their hash brown rostis are deep fried mash potato i.e. not a hash brown rosti. The open lamb kebab was great. The lamb was gamey, and accompaniments worked well. I don't think Megan's is a great restaurant for food. It's below average. But the atmosphere is nice.

Great food in a very relaxed atmosphere, on the day of our booking the service was really slow and we had to wait 5/10 minutes to get someone to attend to us to top up drinks etc..

Ash served us and he was amazing! My two year old took a liking to him and he was great with him. I had my newborn and dog with me and husband 🤣. The manager put us on a fantastic table that gave us the space we needed for the pram and allowed us to feel relaxed. We had a lovely brunch and will definitely be going back.

My experiences at Megan's today was one of joy I was served by lovely young lady by the name of Priti, that made my day extra special with the most wonderful welcome and a smile that make you want spent the whole day .great time.she truly Represent kindness

Absolutely love this restaurant, the decoration is so warm and inviting, my dog is always wonderfully welcome, food is delicious, service is extraordinary! All the staff are wonderful. Ash was a fantastic server and the food was delicious. The only issue I had was it isn't bottomless brunch because it didn't include brunch so it was just bottomless drinks

A delightful venue for lunch or dinner (or coffee and cake!). There is a great atmosphere with lots of tables. I didn't realise how big a venue it was until I walked through the different areas on the way to the toilet. There is also a private section for hire. The menu is wide, with a twist. I had an open posh lamb kebab and fiends had halloumi and avo toast and a Christmas flatbread. The lamb had a green tinge from cooking but the taste was great. For dessert we had a lovely, moist almond and orange cake, carrot cake and baileys hot chocolate which were lovely. Mulled wine was on the menu but not available (7th Dec) so we had prosecco, served in wide glasses. The fusion type of menu is great with lots of choice for brunch, lunch or dinner.

We visited this restaurant last Sunday, 1st December. It was the first time we have eaten at Megan's. We chose the Megan's sharing feast mezze. It was delicious which defeated us. A doggy bag was offered. As we were so full we didn't manage a dessert. As a very kind gesture we went home with a complimentary piece of orange and almond cake - quite yummy. Thank you for excellent service to Antigoni.

First visit to twickenham. Ordered meze bowl and the bread was damp and not grilled. Manager was very helpful and gave us some more which had been heated/ baked

Lovely decor. Staff are friendly (Ash was our server, he was kind and helpful). Really good baileys hot chocolate with a giant marshmallow! I’ve previously eaten here too and it’s been good.

We came here for a big work lunch (15 of us) and the service was great. Ash was super attentive and helpful. The food was yummy also - we had the Christmas menu. Such a beautiful restaurant too - the decor is gorgeous!

Good food and nice atmosphere to spend time with friends or loved ones.

Four of us went for dinner on sat evening around 630pm. We were impressed by the decor and setup inside the restaurant at first glance. It was not very busy so got a table without reservation and were served very well by Roishma through the evening. Food was very tasty and well presented. We thought cocktails were expensive and not good value so will skip these next time we go.

Within the last three weeks I've enjoyed 2 parties in the private dining room here. The system dictates that this space has to be reserved by the parties booking team at head office and, for the first event, the need to communicate with them by phone and email produced such frustrating and apparently needless difficulties that I was on the point of cancelling this booking. Fortunately however, living close to the venue, I was able to go into the restaurant more than once and there spoke directly to Antigone and Raffa. Raffa was able to resolve all the issues created by the rigid booking system together with the last minute illness of two guests and even came into the restaurant in his own time to ensure everything went smoothly on the night. Thanks to him and the hard-working kitchen staff, we had a memorable party, enjoying the plentiful sharing boards: our only reservation was there was far too much food - some of which we were able to take home on this occasion. As a result of the success of this evening, I cancelled a booking for 14 at another restaurant, feeling confident that Raffa and Antigone would be able to repeat the experience at short notice. The team did not disappoint. This time we opted for the festive sharing boards, a couple of our party with very particular dietary needs being served separately. Again, embarrassingly too much food, but again a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I've already made another booking. Thank you.

Loved the venue and even on a Tuesday evening the place had a nice buzz to it. Open kebabs were the favourite dishes. Only blip was unavailability of the sharing doughnut dessert. Service attentive but not over the top. Will definitely be back to dine again

Stopped in for a few drinks at happy hour. Our server Ash was a star and the atmosphere was really cosy, but bright and really friendly. The staff were all very welcoming and the place was really baby-friendly. We didn't eat, but the food looked cracking.

The atmosphere is delightful—both stylish and comfortable. The food is delicious, and from the moment we stepped in, we felt warmly welcomed. Although we didn’t have a reservation on a Friday evening, they still accommodated us. Our server, Ash, was incredibly attentive. We followed his recommendations, and both the main course and dessert were fantastic.

Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Marmalade martini was fantastic. Food was so, so, tasty the only issue was trying to eat it all, as the servings were very generous!

Very friendly welcome at the door, offered a nice table by the window. Furniture was clean, comfortable and well laid out. Staff very professional and helpful. Bought some treats over for our dog. Toilets clean and presentable. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a great experience at Megan's on King Street in Twickenham yesterday. It was match-day at the Allianz Stadium, so the restaurant was packed with rugby fans; but the service continued to be excellent. Our table was looked after by Ash, and he was especially great: very kind, attentive, and helpful. Would definitely recommend, especially when it's tough to find somewhere on a busy game-day in Twickenham.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I have been multiple times and each experience has been nothing short of lovely. I took my dad for a mid week meal and the food was sensational, the staff are so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is truly stunning. Special shout out to our waiter Ash who was so helpful and recommended the best drinks and sides and big shout out to the manager Anti, who took such great care of us. I will absolutely be coming back any time I’m in Twickenham for dinner! Thank you ☺️

I took my wife for a little brunch the other Sunday, and have to say I was a little underwhelmed. We sat by the front window which was great, but chairs are very low, so does not make consuming food easy. I had the eggs denedict, which was tasty, but only one peace of sour dough toast looked pretty tight, and they don’t take cash, so sorry to say I won’t be returning. Don’t give me there’s no banks to bank our money in. Shame.

Ash provided exceptional service at Megan’s! He offered great suggestions, and the food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and look of the venue were absolutely stunning—such a fantastic experience overall!

As far as food was concerned, we had a really good experience. Service wasn't top notch but the floor manager was prompt to remediate to the issues as soon as we pointed them out. There's room for improvement but the place is great with a nice vibe and I will most certainly go back! The place is also child friendly to an extent but a little bit more attention for smaller guests (see offering bumper seats for the chairs for example) would be great

We were very disappointed with our last visit to Megan's. We ordered the mezze feast for dinner, and it was awful. The dish arrived at our table within five minutes of us ordering it, and it was what you might expect from a fast food buffet. The lamb tasted like fish, the chorizo was tough, the chicken was dry, and the bread was not fresh. The manager explained that they had not received any other complaints about the dish on that day, but this does not make the poor standard of food acceptable. I contacted Megan's head office to complain, but they did not respond.

I love going to Megan's and it's always my place of choice for a weekend brunch. However, this time I was shocked with the service as we waited 30 mins for 3 coffees when it was not busy. When we acquired for our order, the waitress looked confused and unable to provide us with an answer. 15 more mins passed and we still did not have a response for our coffees. We never even received an apology for the delayed order or an acknowledgment and we ended up going elsewhere to drink a coffee that we waited for an overall 45 mins.

We love going into Megan's with the dogs in the hope they get it right for my wife and I. This time her food was on the cold side and she is not happy in complaining. We will go in again to see if they can get it right for both of us.

We popped in for lunch on Thursday. Friendly staff & nice atmosphere. Our food got delayed even though it wasn't that busy. Ash looked after us well & he tried his best to make our meal a pleasant one. Thank you, Ash.

Me and my family had a great experience at Megan’s during my sisters birthday. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, but what really made it a night to remember was Rafal. Real old school hospitality can be hard to come by nowadays, so thank you for a memorable time. My sister said it was the best birthday she’s ever had. 🤍
