Heavily disappointed in the service. Food was good, served in good time, but felt ignored for long periods of time by the staff.

A lovely atmosphere, wonderful cakes and the waitress, Roishma, was great.

Roishma was a delight, she made the whole experience perfect by giving us excellent service. The food was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating and the drinks were fresh 😋lovely overall experience- highly recommend!

Went for lunch - second visit - avocado and chicken salad was delicious with a generous serving of chicken. Very tasty baklava with delicious ice cream. Fabienne our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable - fantastic visit- will definitely be back.

Megan's in Twickenham is a delight to visit for our Sunday brunches. Roishma was particularly attentive to us every time we visited.

A lovely restaurant with good food. We brought vegans, kids and meat eaters and everyone was well fed and happy. Roishma served us and was so happy and smiley as well as answering all our questions and being attentive to all her tables.

Tobouleh ,lamb kebab extremely good and the waitress who served us ,ms. Preety was so fantastic,she explained about the food and so friendly .service was amazing .

Never been to a Megan's before and the menu items looked fairly standard for Persian cuisine, but food was really great. I had the 'feast for two' and loved every bit of it. My mum is celiac and they happily adapted a standard dish to have gluten free flatbread. Happy to return one day!

I have been to the megan's franchise previously, however I didn't know they had opened in twickenham! Popped in today with some family and we were hosted by the lovely keira who took great care of us! The food was amazing I would totally recommend the Eggs royale!! Will be back soon!

Love Megan’s. We moved from Parsons Green to Teddington a few years ago and really missed Megan’s. So happy to have one open in Twickenham. We were served by Roishma who was lovely! Just like the food. We will be back again soon

This was an all-round lovely experience. From the moment we arrived for lunch it was welcoming and fun. Booth-style seating with fabulous decor. A large menu of freshly cooked Mediterranean style food some of which are twists on favourite English dishes. Everything our party of six had was delicious and the servers were kind and attentive. The cost was reasonable given the quality and freshness of the food. I would recommend and will definitely be visiting again perhaps in the evening when the moody lighting will come into its own.

I had the pleasure of dining at Megan's in Twickenham recently, and the experience was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Priti. From the moment we arrived, Priti welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for a wonderful evening. She was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Priti was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and answering all our questions with patience and care. Her timing was impeccable, never intrusive but always there when we needed her. She recommended us to have cheese foundue for the starters and open chicken kebab for the mains. It was amazing. The best kebab I had. And she was really attentive towards her guest as she was quick to clear the table after we finish our food and she suggested us to have cookie dough as a desert and the cookie dough was very tasty. Highly recommend restaurant. Thank you, Priti, for making our visit to Megan's so memorable. We look forward to returning soon and hope to be served by you again!

Let me just tell you this. Ever since they opened, I’ve been coming here so often I think I should be chipping in on their rent at this point. What keeps me wanting to come back here again and again? Well, their atmosphere which is perfect for work at daytime (all remote workers, you’ll love it) and so gentle and beautiful at dinner time. Their food is by no means less amazing. Another highlight is everyone on their team — the servers, the managers, the baristas. Really nice people, and it matters a lot.

I am now a regular at Megan's on King Street. I love the coffee, and there is a good selection of food on the menu for all diets. Anything that i have eaten there has been good quality, tasty, and the portions are generous. The staff are fantastic - always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is surprisingly big and there is plenty of seating. The decor is lovely too, and there is a relaxed atmosphere.

Oh boy, I don't know even where to start! This restaurant is superb. Interior is amazing. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Choice of food is stunning and everything taste great. I've been to many restaurants serving this sort of mediterranean food but this one is really the best. Kids ate everything and they loved it. Everything is fresh and taste delicious. I would definitely go back there again. Thank you one more time !!!

Having been to a few different Meghans and had varying experiences, I was excited to try the Twickenham one as I live nearby. I’ve taken my 8m old daughter in a few times now and I just wanted to say how baby friendly and smiley the staff are. Every time we go they make a fuss of her, pick her toys up that she’s thrown ALL over the floor, offer her little snacks and just generally make me feel so at ease as a first time mum. If she cries they never mind and you don’t feel like an inconvenience at all. I offered to brush up the mess left by her on the floor and they were more than happy to tidy up after her. It was so lovely to enjoy a meal and feel so welcomed. My daughter loved waving to them all and passing them her toys. A great experience and we’ll be back. The food was great too, highly recommend the halloumi fries!

We walk in and weren’t noticed until 8-10 later once we were sat down we were offered a complementary bottle of water and then 3 turned up to our table and later on we saw that we were charged even after confirming they were complimentary. We overheard employees complaining about their schedules and what time their shift would end, I found a nail in my drink and informed staff they gaslit me into thinking it was a plant. The food took ages to come out roughly 45 min and by the time we were ready for desert the kitchen had closed and we weren’t informed of any last calls.

Location is amazing, same for service, every single member of the staff was kindly, professional and friendly... Food quality is great too ( unfortunately we couldn't finish our main course as we exaggerated with the starter 😅 ) . But overall is a great experience to do it!!! Definitely will go back

Visiting this pretty branch of Megan's for the 4th time now since it opened earlier this year. It was too rainy to use the lovely outdoor seating area this time but always enjoy the decor. It was super busy but we got served efficiently and promtly. Lovely food, served at the right temperatures and tasted lovely. Good choice, as always. Staff were lovely and friendly and very professional. All went very well indeed.

Ate here twice in a week, lovely atmosphere and tasty food. Service on Tuesday evening was exceptionally good from the server (Ciara I believe). Will definitely return next time I am in Twickenham.

Service was warm and welcoming and the server recognised us from when we were last in, which felt special considering we’d only been once before over a month ago! We ordered the calamari and found it to be delicious, though could have done with a little salt; nothing that a sprinkling from the salt mill on the table didn’t fix though! I had the open lamb doner kebab and it was divine! Very tasty and satisfying :) My friend had the aryan pitta burger and was surprised to see that the stuffed pitta had been quartered and deep fried. Tasty, but a little too much given that it came with fries. Some of the pitta was left on the plate but overall she too was satisfied with her meal. We received a free coffee card at the end of our meal and our £20 voucher following our previous visit was validated - we had allowed ourselves a little treat from the drinks menu so it was fantastic value for money! The decor and ambience were top rate, even being a Sunday evening, and our seats very comfortable in the front section of the restaurant by the windows. The only issue we had was that even though Megan’s is dog friendly (and we too are dog owners), we weren’t too enthralled at a patron’s dog being encouraged/allowed to sit on the sofa where others would be sat. The restaurant does close earlier on Sundays, so perhaps no-one else would be sitting there afterwards, but I wouldn’t like to come away from having eaten out with dog fluff all over the back of me!

The new Megans in Twickenham is lovely. I went there last night with some friends (and a little dog) for a birthday celebration. The staff were really friendly and helpful with dietary requirements. The food was great too!

This place is an absolute Gem in the middle of Twickenham. We love it so much that we have been back twice in 1 week. The best part of our visit was our server Keira. She greeted us with an jolly attitude that brightened up our dull day. Thank you

2nd visit to Megan's in Twickenham for the most part the food was lovely however we did order the tomato and Onion salad which didn't look like much care was taken with the presentation so we sent this back

Had a great evening with friends. Service and food were excellent. The only slight downside is that it is very noisy and lively so not a relaxing atmosphere, but still fun.

Been three times now and the £18 grilled breakfast has been awful each time. The picture speaks for itself. Its a massive shame as all of the attention to detail on the decor and layout of the place is nice but the food is consistantly poor. Bacon is burnt to a crisp each time, bread was like heated stone and solid as a rock and about ten baked beans in the middle of the plate! and when I have asked to change it the waitress could not simply change but run of and get a manager so while you are explaining yourself multiple times to different members of staff your food is getting colder and you just feel more uncomfortable. Please see the picture of the food which speaks for itself... Wetherspoons probably do a better breakfast! (no disrespect to Wetherpoons!) I think after three times of giving it a go ill just go for coffee in future! To be given the bill with service charge at the end was an insult. They left me a card with free coffee which I assumed was for the issue and I said oh thats nice can I have one and they said oh you need to come back and eat again and we give you one then! Definately left feeling worse than I did when I walked in! lol
