A really good place to eat Mediterranean food. The portions are generous so be careful how much you order. The quality of the food is superb with excellent service.

Very nice Lebanese chain restaurant. My girlfriend said about the food:"This is the kind of food I would make for myself". Babaganoush was excellent. Lamb Kafta was very good. Tabouleh as well. Good sized portions. Total bill for two with one glass of wine £63. We will be back.

The food was good as always, but the service was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation through OpenTable, the staff claimed they hadn’t received it, even though the restaurant was only partially full. After seating us and taking our order, they mixed up two dishes (chicken soup instead of lentil soup) and one meal arrived when the rest of us were nearly finished eating. Although we understand that a mixed grill takes time, we should have been informed earlier so we could have waited together. The server’s attitude was less than ideal. The 4-star rating is for the chef—the food was excellent.

First thing is this restaurant is not in West Thurrock and is in East Sheen. The food is really good and some great Lebanese wines to wash it down. Some really good non alcoholic drinks too. Good sized portions. This is definitely one for the list. Great staff too. The prices are very reasonable.

Great Lebanese restaurant with such kind and impeccable service. We were a party of four and had two lentil soups, the vegetarian mixed mezze, a shish taouk and a vegan moussaka. Everything was delicious. The waiter was so funny and generous. The place also looks beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s a gem in the area.

Fantastic freshly made houmous and steaming warm bread. Followed by tender lamb shank and 'baby chicken' which is anything but small - a whole chicken char grilled with a very tasty marinade. The kids loved it. Spicy sauces come on the side with the spices on the meats being tasty but not too hot so they are accessible to anyone. My wife loves barbecue lamb cutlets and has had them in many places including all over Greece and said the cutlets here were some of the best she'd ever tasted. Very friendly service and we'll definitely return.

We had been looking forward to our visit but came away very disappointed. It was extremely loud so could not hear ourselves speak. The meal was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb kafta. It was very dry. My wife ordered the meze which was not properly cooked. In all felt very poor value for money. We will mot be going back. There is so much competition in the choice , they need to rsise their game

Went in a big group for mums 70th birthday and had a fantastic time. Great good and really good service. Lovely decor inside. Highly recommended. Update; have been back a few times since and food and service has always been amazing. Go to place for birthday celebrations.

From start to finish our 3 hour dinner was perfect; service was quick, food was nothing short of amazing and baklava, as you’d expect, DELICIOUS! Not only was the food incredible though, the cherry on the cake for me was the sheer kindness of all of the staff at Grilandia. Samir, Ali and the rest of the Grilandia staff take hospitality to a whole new level. My only annoyance is that I had not discovered this place sooner! I don’t tend to write reviews, but this experience demanded one. I wholeheartedly recommend Grilandia and can’t wait to return in the future.

Probably the best restaurant in east sheen, maybe even the whole south west of London. Specifically Samer's (manager) hospitality was above reproach. You felt welcome the moment you step through the door. The food was mouthwatering, the fresh cocktails were inspired and for us the whole evening was pretty much perfect (we had the spiced potatoes, lamb balls, grilled hallumi, the mixed grill, and topped off with a selection of sweet treats) Credit where credit is due, if you are in the area (or not), this place is a must visit!!

A delightful restaurant in East Sheen specialising in Lebanese food. The restaurant itself is well decorated and inviting, whilst the service is friendly and attentive. We've been here a few times and have always been impressed at both the presentation and the quality of the food. I would consider this a place to go if you are looking for something a bit more special around the area. It's large enough to take a sizable party but also good for a quiet couple's meal. One of our favourites is the King Prawns main dish with lemon butter sauce and spinach and lime rice. While for meat lovers you can't go wrong with the Mixed Grill platter. In any case you should have the Mixed Dip as a starter which comes with a soft and warm Lebanese bread. All in all, a real pleasure to go and a place we will likely return often.

What a discovery! Incredibly friendly welcome, wonderful service by super nice staff. And the food is AMAZING. Without a doubt one of the very best Lebanese meals I have ever eaten. Everything cooked to perfection. All prepared by them with fresh ingredients. They take pride in what they do, and does it show. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had the loveliest time here (June 2023). There was a group of 10 of us for a birthday lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We had a very positive experience and would come back again!

Amazing food and service (meat is halal too).

Obviously, this isn't a 'vegetarian' restaurant but if you are vegetarian or have veggie friends, this is a perfect place to dine out. Huge veggie & non-veggie selection and it's the tastiest, most delicious food. The Tabouleh is just incredible.

They catered for my group of 5 friends - some meat eaters, vegan and vegetarian. The menu is detailed so it is easy to decide what fits dietary requirements. Would definitely go again.

We went there for a birthday party, the food was so tasty and they have good options for parties (set menus) and the staff was so friendly we received 5 star service. The venue is big enough to accommodate large groups.

This place is 10/10 went today got a mixed grill came with rice and salad also gave fresh bread with chilli and garlic sauce if I could give 10 stars I would the food was just wow!

It’s a pretty restaurant and the food was ok. We booked a table in advance for a late dinner (9pm) and when we arrived it was clear the staff would’ve rather we we didn’t show up. We were the only ones there and felt a certain pressure to hurry up and leave. To the waiter’s credit, he did seem to try but it was v obvious that they wanted to close. We ate quick, apologised for being there, and left as quick as we could. Would recommend that the restaurant reconsider accepting 9pm dinner bookings if they’d rather close up and go home.

Went there with my toddler. Was not given a kids menu so ordered from the main menu. Was not given the offer of starter and main for £15 offer so had to pay more to get separately. However, we did receive complimentary dessert and tea. Food was delicious and very filling. Interior is also lovely

What an amazing place. The food was so tasty. We had hummus and grilled hollumi to start with. Perfect portions and came with a lovely chilli oil and then for mains I had lamb and my friend had a chicken breast dish, both meats were seasoned perfectly and the meat was so tender. Followed by fresh mint tea and mini bite sized baklava. Absolutely divine. Will definitely be back and the staff were so polite and hospitable. Thank you so much for an enjoyable afternoon

Grillandia is a spacious restaurant offering Middle Eastern cuisine with garden like greenery and lighting that is truly lovely and relaxing. Samir's friendly welcome puts you immediately at ease. The service is efficient and the food delicious. The healthy juice mixtures are particularly nice. Highly recommend!

Honestly came here impromptu on the basis that we were meant to go to another Gundam on the same row of shops.. Turns out it's been closed for a while but we found Grilandia and let me say, I will be going back here again. The atmosphere was so warm, quiet and relaxing. Just how you want it to be! The food me and the wife had hummus and bread to start with. The hummus was fluffy and perfect, not too bitter and not too strong. We then had the chicken fillet cubes rice and salad and also the lamb fillet cube, rice and salad. Perfect portions, the marinade was balanced perfectly and overall it wasn't obtrusively filling. The sauces were also heavenly. We had a complementary baklava and some fruit to finish off, of course with some mint tea. Overall, a very well thought out Lebanese cuisine where you won't be disappointed. Staff were courteous and very friendly too. The only downside was the pricing may have been a bit on the high side but it is Richmond, and the quality of the food made up for what we paid.

Best customer service I’ve ever had! Myself and my boyfriend visited Grilandia on a Wednesday evening and were treated with friendly and welcoming hospitality from the minute we stepped through the door. Samir and the team are a true credit to the restaurant, and I can honestly say I’ve never had service like it. They created a relaxed and calm environment, which was helped by the divine decor (which I wish I could move to my house!). The food was divine, with lots of flavour and variety. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommending dishes, and they encouraged us to try the set menu to expose ourselves to a variety of Lebanese cuisine. There is something for everyone, and you will certainly leave feeling thoroughly stuffed! The chefs are incredible at what they do. In addition to all of the above, we felt the pricing was more than affordable, and well worth the money. Thank you so much to the Grilandia team for the best date night we’ve had in a long time. We will certainly be coming back soon :)

Came here for my birthday yesterday. Was served by Samir and colleague. Both were super friendly and overall provided great customer service. Food was 10/10 (I like well seasoned food and it ticked that box. It was also super juicy and well cooked). Thank you for having us 😇

The chicken is very tasty abs juicy. The portions as big so make sure you don't order many thinks as you'll have to have them as takeaway. The only issue was that the place looked superficially tidy. I believe it needs a proper deep clean, the sofas were dusty and sticky, they were many flies and the table wss a bit dusty and dirty
