Grilandia East Sheen in Richmond upon Thames

Such a great place to eat, came here with family (4 people) we ordered starters mains and desserts and they did not fail to please, it was such an amazing experience and the manager was very friendly and gave us good food recommendations. Thank you to the front staff and the chefs, delicious food and amazing service.

We recently visited Grilandia for a family lunch and highly recommend it. The staff looked after us and were accommodating of a table change that we requested last minute. We’re a large family of vegetarians and we had a great variety to order from, highly recommend the vegetarian meze platter and their fresh juices!

Amazing quality and service for a reasonable price; love the restaurant but we like to order too, quality is always excellent and the staff is very friendly and professional. Always we have some "treats" they are so lovely, specially the manager. Very recommendable 👍

We come to Grilandia East Sheen every few weeks - it’s our local go-to! The food is delicious, some of the best Lebanese we’ve tried, the restaurant pretty and cosy and the service five star. We are always welcomed warmly at the restaurant and our food never disappoints!

I don’t have the words to describe how amazing this place is. I came here for dinner with my girlfriend and her family and had such an amazing time. Firstly, the food is unbelievable. The quality of the meat, the bread, the sauce and everything else was just amazing. What made it even better was the ridiculously good prices especially in such a nice area like Sheen/Richmond. The atmosphere was perfect with the scenery being very beautiful and relaxing making the meal 100x better. Lastly, I want to say a huge thank you to how well all the staff treated me and my friends. I’ve never met such lovely people who were very helpful in picking the best thing for me and also being such kind and joyful people. Will definitely be coming back here over and over as the food and vibe were 10/10 and there is not a single thing I would change. Thank you very guys it was a pleasure to be there!

The food was great! Very tasty and filling. We would have loved more bread with the dips but nevertheless we ate it with our main meal. Would recommend!

We couldn't have been happier with our visit to Grilandia (East Sheen) and although we popped in on an early Monday evening where the restaurant was quite quiet we had a lovely meal. We were a party of 6 and throughout the evening we were well looked after by front of house staff who remained attentive throughout. The food was lovely, we had no complaints or concerns whatsoever. We came from all around the place (NZ, Devon & Ealing) but the UK contingent will happily return when we get together again. Thank you Grilandia (East Sheen) you served us lovely food and looked after us well throughout, we will be back!

Beautiful restaurant, the food was delicious and the service excellent. I had the mixed grill which was cooked very well and fresh with a home made lemonade which was delicious. Highly recommend.

Have made this restaurant our staple visit when we're in the area. The food is fresh and plentiful, the service attentive and they even gave us complimentary sweets at the end of our delicious meal. Always look forward to our next visit 👍🏽

I love coming here and also order in regularly. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service is also lovely with some baklava treats after mains. Highlights and my regular order is the chicken wings, falafel and sujuk. Well worth a visit and so glad it’s local to me.

Beautiful atmosphere with beautiful food, we eat here on a weekly basics and they never disappoint. Also, I don't think I've come across more friendly staff than I do here,  Samir makes it feel like home and that you're sitting down to a home cooked meal.

Stunningly good food! Lovely service. House red wine was even excellent. Really can’t recommend this enough! All the food we ordered was absolutely excellent! Definitely will come back.

Enjoyed a generous and tasty lunch for our family of 5. A warm welcome by the hosts, and excellent food. Everything full of flavour and plentiful. Tender chicken, gorgeous butterflied giant prawns, excellent Lebanese coffee! Will definitely go again.

Very nice Lebanese chain restaurant. My girlfriend said about the food:"This is the kind of food I would make for myself". Babaganoush was excellent. Lamb Kafta was very good. Tabouleh as well. Good sized portions. Total bill for two with one glass of wine £63. We will be back.

The food was good as always, but the service was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation through OpenTable, the staff claimed they hadn’t received it, even though the restaurant was only partially full. After seating us and taking our order, they mixed up two dishes (chicken soup instead of lentil soup) and one meal arrived when the rest of us were nearly finished eating. Although we understand that a mixed grill takes time, we should have been informed earlier so we could have waited together. The server’s attitude was less than ideal. The 4-star rating is for the chef—the food was excellent.

Vine aquí con mi familia que había venido de los Estados Unidos y nos trataron magníficamente. El cordero y el pollo era delicioso y el menú de vinos era muy agradable. Samir se aseguró de que nuestra visita fuera agradable, ofreciéndonos pan gratis, hummus e incluso té de menta y desierto! Sin duda recomendaría comer aquí.

Lo primero es que este restaurante no está en West Thurrock y está en East Sheen. La comida es muy buena y algunos grandes vinos libaneses para lavarlo. Algunas bebidas sin alcohol muy buenas también. Porciones de buen tamaño. Esta es definitivamente una para la lista. Gran personal también. Los precios son muy razonables.

Great Lebanese restaurant with such kind and impeccable service. We were a party of four and had two lentil soups, the vegetarian mixed mezze, a shish taouk and a vegan moussaka. Everything was delicious. The waiter was so funny and generous. The place also looks beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s a gem in the area.

I had a lovely meal served by a lovely welcoming host. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very peaceful so you can have nice conversation, good music, good sevice and amazing food. Recommend the set meal and fresh lemon rose water and mint drink.

Fantastic freshly made houmous and steaming warm bread. Followed by tender lamb shank and 'baby chicken' which is anything but small - a whole chicken char grilled with a very tasty marinade. The kids loved it. Spicy sauces come on the side with the spices on the meats being tasty but not too hot so they are accessible to anyone. My wife loves barbecue lamb cutlets and has had them in many places including all over Greece and said the cutlets here were some of the best she'd ever tasted. Very friendly service and we'll definitely return.

Food was amazing, just woman waitressing was awfully rude and dismissive.

We had been looking forward to our visit but came away very disappointed. It was extremely loud so could not hear ourselves speak. The meal was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb kafta. It was very dry. My wife ordered the meze which was not properly cooked. In all felt very poor value for money. We will mot be going back. There is so much competition in the choice , they need to rsise their game

Went in a big group for mums 70th birthday and had a fantastic time. Great good and really good service. Lovely decor inside. Highly recommended. Update; have been back a few times since and food and service has always been amazing. Go to place for birthday celebrations.

The food was good, rather amazing. I have never loved Lebanese food that much. Their shish touk and hummus is a must order. I loved every bit of it with the flavorful rice. Their drinks are great too. I loved their service as well, always ready to serve and with a big smile. The manager was humble enough too. I had a great time at this beautiful ambience. From start to finish our 3 hour dinner was perfect; service was quick, food was nothing short of amazing and baklava, as you’d expect, DELICIOUS! Not only was the food incredible though, the cherry on the cake for me was the sheer kindness of all of the staff at Grilandia. Samir, Ali and the rest of the Grilandia staff take hospitality to a whole new level. My only annoyance is that I had not discovered this place sooner! I don’t tend to write reviews, but this experience demanded one. I wholeheartedly recommend Grilandia and can’t wait to return in the future.

Probably the best restaurant in east sheen, maybe even the whole south west of London. Specifically Samer's (manager) hospitality was above reproach. You felt welcome the moment you step through the door. The food was mouthwatering, the fresh cocktails were inspired and for us the whole evening was pretty much perfect (we had the spiced potatoes, lamb balls, grilled hallumi, the mixed grill, and topped off with a selection of sweet treats) Credit where credit is due, if you are in the area (or not), this place is a must visit!!

A delightful restaurant in East Sheen specialising in Lebanese food. The restaurant itself is well decorated and inviting, whilst the service is friendly and attentive. We've been here a few times and have always been impressed at both the presentation and the quality of the food. I would consider this a place to go if you are looking for something a bit more special around the area. It's large enough to take a sizable party but also good for a quiet couple's meal. One of our favourites is the King Prawns main dish with lemon butter sauce and spinach and lime rice. While for meat lovers you can't go wrong with the Mixed Grill platter. In any case you should have the Mixed Dip as a starter which comes with a soft and warm Lebanese bread. All in all, a real pleasure to go and a place we will likely return often.

What a discovery! Incredibly friendly welcome, wonderful service by super nice staff. And the food is AMAZING. Without a doubt one of the very best Lebanese meals I have ever eaten. Everything cooked to perfection. All prepared by them with fresh ingredients. They take pride in what they do, and does it show. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had the loveliest time here (June 2023). There was a group of 10 of us for a birthday lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We had a very positive experience and would come back again!

Amazing food and service (meat is halal too).

Obviously, this isn't a 'vegetarian' restaurant but if you are vegetarian or have veggie friends, this is a perfect place to dine out. Huge veggie & non-veggie selection and it's the tastiest, most delicious food. The Tabouleh is just incredible.

10/10 for this place. The decor is breathtaking, the service was of a high quality. Our waiter Fadi was so friendly - he made the experience even better. The food was delish. They catered for my group of 5 friends - some meat eaters, vegan and vegetarian. The menu is detailed so it is easy to decide what fits dietary requirements. Would definitely go again.
