There was a 2inch long black hair in the skin of my fried chicken and also I found what I can only describe as a metal part from a Brillo scourer in with my food!

It was the worst food ever I have tasted so far. Ordered a chicken fried rice, don’t know whether it was cooked or burned. Its Not worthy at all and we have spent a lot on it. Highly not recommend. We had a same issue earlier as well.

Delivery took an hour and a half to come, order was missing items upon arrival.

Absolutely disgusting food, doner meat very under cooked. Value Box 4 strands of doner meat uncooked too, no salad when I requested, shish kebab never came with mint sauce pot plus shish was under cooked. Only thing nice was the pitta bread. Never again.!

Ordered a lamb curry. Medium spice. It was delicious, delivery came within half an hour. Portion was good size and cooperated really well , definitely recommend 👍

Unfortunately Food was cold waited a hour for delivery had missing items from order. couldn't argue the point as delivery driver wouldn't hand over the receipt sorry but will not be ordering again

i ordered a takeaway for me and my dad paid £8 for a large chicken kebab which is overpriced anyways, had to pay an extra £1 for it. It took 25mins from longton to stoke on trent ehich is ridiculous but i let it slide. Opened the kebab and it was tiny, as in size of my hand, no salad and i rung up for them to laugh and say because its a pitta its smaller absolute rubbish necer order from these and i dont want the message response of ‘sorry’ as they seem to be putting on this review page as they clearly dont care about peoples feedback and how to improve. never ordering again. disgusting

Avoid they sell uncooked chicken needs to be closed down.

Ordered a large mixed kebab, and a small doner kebab, they sent the order wrong. Rang them saying they messed up the order, claimed I was "lying" and that there "too busy", telling me to swap over the meats, never had such bad customer service in my life. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely disgusting people serve me old soft popperdoms a chicken madras that definitely isnt a madras and if that's not all I got the smallest amount of dry old rice I've ever seen doesnt even cover half of my plate. To make things even better when I call and tell them ive virtually got no rice to go with my curry they tell me that is the portian sizes and they cant give me anymore so I ask if it's possible to come and grab another protein as at this point I just want to eat my curry and instead I get told no there closed even though they are still taking orders ( confirmed with another phone call) so when I get abit annoyed and complain they call me back just to swear at me and have an argument by far the worst takeaway I've ever experienced DO NOT ORDER!!!

couldn't understand salad no tomatoes mayo. so i was like wow plain so i was like yh ok then i bite into me chicken n was stone cold then i got abit further in me chicken n was red then my onion rings was cold then me donnameat was only warm

I have posted a review already on Just Eat, however please please...do not order from here!!, fortunately we have been reimbursed via just eat, however for the past two days since ordering this food, we’ve had severe stomach cramps and symptoms of food poisoning, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, anywhere!

We have used your place lots of times with no complaints but we weren't happy with this order. The dinner meat was tough, we asked for no onions in the naan but there was lots of it, the fried chicken hardly had any coating but the worst part was the £2.50 delivery charge and 40p service charge. We have ordered from you lots of times but never had to pay that. We only live in blurton. Only nice thing is the dessert

For a start. We live down the road and it took over an hour. We had 2 chicken pastas, a panini and chips with curry sauce. The pasta was tasteless and grim. Sloppy and had absolutely nothing going for it. The panini was flat and looked like someone had sat on it. The curry sauce was literally a paste on the chip. I’m so disappointed. The food was not what was ordered, the wrong curry was made too hot to eat, the garlic fried rice came as boiled rice no garlic, the chefs special and karahi were tasteless and tiny portions, the 5 star naans had no garlic or cheese on them. Absolutely disgusting we will never order from here again.

Tasteless, ordered desert is well choc fudge cake but got a different one with black hair on side of the cake!!! Kebab was no taste and cold this is was first time i ordered from them and definitely the last !!! Food went to the bin , and my money is well!!

Ordered on ubereats tonight, delivery guys stood directly at the door with no chance of social distancing. The food in the photos is not what you get! I ordered the mix grill which shows chips, Naan, chicken slices, Donna meat and kebabs which sounded nice. What I got was a burnt Naan bread, half a chicken a couple of tikka chicken pieces and a whole onion in quarters... Phoned up saying they delivered the wrong item but he's saying that's the whole thing. Also ordered the garlic mushrooms but it had 0 taste.

Delivery was quick. Food is not great. Pizza was ok. I’ve had much better lamb kebab. The flavours were just off.

After waiting over 1 1/2 hours for the delivery, called and told 5-10 minutes, but never arrived

Waited an hour for my food which is fair enough only for it to come freezing cold, the driver snatched it out my hands and walked off without even offering me a fresh order etc, just lost a loyal customer :/

hi Ash her i bought a burger last time and bee told book a kebab from us u will forget nidge i thought why not today i booked a a large burger with salad and extra onion and chilli mayo and relish there was no salat at tall forget the extra onion. booked also a large mix kebab and what i got is a donner kebab were no chicken or lamb in it atall. called in to talk to manager and when he got on the phone told him full story. what the answer come back with it and i will add lamp and chicken on it for extra £1.50 and will add salad on the burger. what a joke he want me to travel few miles back and add lamp on the already cold kebab and nan and kold burger add more cold salad on the burger. instead of offer a delivery and exchange the whole order. then if he charge extra £1.50 then its understandable. but dont think i will use ur place again. bad attitude of the manager. be care full

would not recommend to anyone...ordered twice from here and both times found disappointed. the first time i thought it was poor quality as it was snowing which is why it took over 1hour 30 to arrive..the popcorn chicken tasted like rubber and couldn’t not eat it....the second time my boyfriend and i order and his curry was watery which we have taken a photo of and we complained on the phone to get a response of ..a bulti is meant to be watery and greasy and he has been cooking for 15 years....the attitude was disgusting. my chicken nuggets tasted as if they had just been warmed up and they were soggy, also they forget my bottle of pop which then took another 45 mins to arrive....go to a place worth your money!

Order'd an cheese omelette and it was literally dripping in oil almost like it had been deep fat fryed. Also had a donner and chips. Donner was cold and extremely dry food was really poor wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering again.
