Pizza wasn't fresh it was hard and tasted old

Do NOT order from here. Freezing food. Took over an hour and half for delivery. Also found a black hair on the food and covered in black grime off the grill on the burger. Rang and just been told no refund if anything eaten. Now have to wait for "main" boss to go in. Absolutely disgusting place and disgusting aggressive attitude of a gentleman in the back ground. I WILL be taking this further. Not acceptable and needs shutting down!

Worst takeaway iv received today had to wait hour and half for delivery for it turn up cold the poppadoms were all soggy and uneatable and to top it off found a black hair on the chicken tikka value box won't b ordering from here again

Food was lovely but some of the order didn't arrive and when I phoned in the guy who answered was very rude.

Best curry around. No ifs No buts. Great pizza too. Outstanding Jalfrezy. If you’ve tried the rest, now try the best. Fast delivery. Excellent value. 10/10 always.

Ordered a few times now for delivery...chicken kebab been nice each time besides once when it was over done....mentioned it been nice since although guy who answers the phone and keeps calling you m8 sems to have a little attitude problem other than that I'm pleased .

Honestly can’t say a bad word about this take away switched from a different local takeaway because there prices were so expensive, but these guys can cook anything there curries kebabs pizzas burgers are spot on and a great price, always a pleasant driver drops them off too only ever had 1 order wrong and it was swiftly dealt with and a replacement delivered within 20 mins top qualtily take away and if you’re a foody like me try the macflames kebab 👍👍 couldn’t finish it!! But very tasty 😋

Ordered the Sunday curry deal….BANGING….tastier than most curry houses I’ve eaten from! Mega impressed! Sunday night might become a curry night in our house

Seafood pizza was amazing. But tried to order it last month and was out of seafood so hit and miss here.

Vile tried this place as looked like newly opened but pizza was burnt the curry was Cold naan bread was solid, avoid!!!

Tried the food from here as it looks like a nice clean takeaway from the outside. Big mistake. Ordered food for the family and we tried a few different things. I can wholeheartedly say that nothing from here is worth trying, please steer clear and save yourself some money. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it, and that’s saying something ! Best part of the meal was the can of Rio.

This place does not deserve even one star, but I can not give any lower. The food was sub-standard. Awful. The hygiene standards does not exist. He was handling the salad with his hands. It is a joke. The guy who made the naan bread was playing with his mouth then without washing his hands he made the naan bread. Disgusting. The council should close this place for public safety. Stay away from this place at any cost. Never again.

Nicest takeaway I've had in a while thin sliced donner meat crispy chicken and donner meat n salad inside a pitta bread will definitely order again at the weekend 👍 5 stars

I love onion bargees ... but found them very spicy hot and tastes of nothing .. one mouthful straight in the bin ..no mint sauce Curry's very stodgy ... Nice but no juice ... Nan bread came in a paper bag ... cold and hard .. no taste of garlic All the order came in a box ... not in a insolation bag to keep warm Very good on price ... but lesson learnt you get what you pay for

Had a medium lamb balti, tasted milder than I expected but absolutely delicious, the lamb was cooked just right (tender) and I will be definitely ordering again.

Came up from Brum to Stoke. Was feeling a late night munch. Ordered from here food was alright cant complain nothing to write home about. But the delivery driver was very pleasant the young lad with the white SEAT he passed over the food in a socially distanced manner. Was very polite and attentive 👍

Reasonable alternative to my local kebab shop

Have been using this takeaway for years and never had anything bad yet. Last nights Chicken Tikka Jalfrezy was brilliant. Well done team.

The chicken tikka balti and the chicken korma, chicken fried rice were so so nice but the onion bhajis were absolutely amazing we will definateley be ordering again very soon top food top takeaway

Just received my food. Everything was stone cold, I rang to tell them and the person I spoke to was extremely rude saying ”how can it be cold when I’ve just made it” every item we ordered was freezing. Not a way to run a business. Spoke with just eat and they sorted it straight away. Will never be ordering from here again!!!!

tbh, Mac you need a lot of improvement on the sauce my guy. Found a rat on the floor I just decided dip it in and eat a bit, didnt taste too bad ngl, would recommend, not what I signed up for on a Tuesday evening approximately 5:34 pm, love you tho Mac good guy

Does not even deserve one star. Our takeaway was vile. Pizza was a cotton wool base with no tomato sauce and the lightest sprinkeling of cheese I have ever seen and It was stone cold. My Boy Friends chips were cheap and horrible and the steak from His wrap, well He started chewing it half an hour ago He still has not swallowed it

Worst I've ever had rung up because we were missing parts got told I was a liar delivery driver stepped up to me and got quite vocal in my face and still forgot to bring the right part of my order called up to say and they fobbed me off saying it's not their problem worst customer service ever rude and obnoxious never ordering from here again

2nd time I've ordered from mac flames, 2nd time they have forgotten to bring something on my order. Called this time and was told I had to wait until an order came in in my area. Also had burnt food and hair in my food this time. Disgusting!
