food was absolutely amazing hot fresh we all enjoyed our food delivery quick and definitely recommend

I ordered 20 nuggets and they were covered in bbq sauce rather than the sauce being in a pot. My son wouldn't eat them with the sauce all over them. Really disappointed as they just went to waste. Also too much bbq sauce on pizza.

Honestly like someone already said I would have given ZERO it used to be good back in the day my son and his friends from school used to love Mediterranean sleepover even I would enjoy a slice or 2 but now never again the topping was stale like it was there for days I felt so ill after was in bed for 2 days I had one slice and threw it in the bin I could not get rid of the smell in the house like a dead rat, staff on the phone constantly getting me to repeat what I am saying to the point I was frustrated and basically had to keep speaking louder absolutely disgusting. CLOSE IT DOWN.. TRADING STANDARDS..much needed, p.s I wanted to write this straight after but was too ill went straight to bed and there I was for 2 days..never again.

the delivery was perfect but the food was awful. I asked for 3 chicken pieces and frys. fair play they gave me 3 tiny drum sticks no meat all bone and a chicken thigh and that was that cooked up it was crispy and mainly bone. so very disappointed.

Not good pizza, margarita was oily, cheese flavor was poor quality, didn’t taste nice, ended up eating the outside of the thin crust which turned out to be the best bit

Went in they all looked at me like I shouldn’t be there, I said hello got no reply, after 5 mins they still didn’t serve me so looked around the place The topping to pizzas looked like they have been there all week, the place was just disgusting, so after 5 mins I walked out, wouldn’t go back if u payed me, avoid this place as much as the chippy few doors down

the southern fried chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. it was awful

I would like a refund for what was the worst take away I have received from Mediterranian Pizza. The food was cold and the pizza was the wrong pizza. I spoke to the restaurant and all they were interested in was arguing with me. I will not be using this restaurant again.

the food I ordered last night it was a disgrace it wasn't cooked properly and it was off and didn't taste right I had to throw it away I would like a refund for a waste of money I paid

Good driver but the masala fish was TOOO salty! I could not eat it! So much salt that it made it inedible like as if the whole tub of salt fell in by accident during cooking! 🤢 Pizza was slightly undercooked still couldn’t eat it as it kept falling apart as i picked it up.

Lovely pizzas as always, and the cheesy fries were hot! Our food is always good from here, and always delivered on time, too. :-)

Pizza’s were both cold as were the garlic bread slices. Nuggets tasted like fish.

Very quick delivery the only thing that let the meal down was the naan bread it didnt taste or look fresh but everything else was great

Constant price increases, thinner pizzas and less toppings. Won’t be returning, simply not worth it.

Absolutely fantastic as always. The delivery driver is always so lovely and tonight whilst outside looking for Santa (Xmas eve) he gave my daughter a pound coin. So kind. 😊

Just ordered a pizza & the base was soaked in grease the dough is soaking wet, ive ordered from here before & it was fine, won't be ordering again.

If I could leave zero stars review I would, never ever would I order food from here again. Waited an hour for food and it was freezing like it had been left an then delivered, tried to tell me it was cooked an delivered straight away no it weren't. Manager Didn't have much to say. Needs closing down by looking at the reviews. If I had read reviews before ordering wouldn't have ordered from here.

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A RESTAURANT, I appreciate I ordered late and close to closing but there's no need to rush the order and mess it up, I ordered half and half as I don't like some stuff the Mrs likes but they've literally just thrown everything everywhere. Called the restaurant and in all fairness he did offer me another pizza after he tried to say it wasn't and that jt could be because of the way he's cut the pizza as he made it and I was like well no its under the friggin cheese on top of the fact its past 12am so I do not want to wait any longer. Fully ruined my whole evening as silly as it sounds I shouldn't let it bother me but when crappie like this happens time and time again it winds me up. I will and i repeat I will never return to this restaurant and tbf I don't think they care either.

Quite a nice pizza and rivals other well-known franchises. The free kebab burger was a bonus and very tasty indeed. It was 20 mins late, but considering the rush hour time, it's not too bad. A text update would be welcome. All in all, it was enjoyable and would order again.

Pizza is cold and paid extra for fresh tomatoes and fresh coriander. About 4 slices of tomato for £2 and no coriander but I paid for it . Been ordering from here for years & my last few orders have been rubbish, I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but clearly they’ve gone downhill

Worse shop in the area . Was ordering food and for the first time I saw a mice running past which is enough for me to never go back .i asked for my refund the man is trying to change the topic shouting at me together with his colleague who joined in making racial slurs about English and Africans as I am mixed raced. He was laughing at my disability telling me it’s because am crazy and blaming his actions on my proud lgbt appearance. The man blaming me for the mouse issue sayinf I was taking long because I placed an order then changed my mind wanted burger instead. I used to go there often and let them keep the change whenever I can but they said if I am not spending at least £20 per week don’t be expecting any special service even if I go there everyday. they wouldn’t let me off 50p or to pay next time I paid 4.00 for kebab and he said it’s 3.50 extra to have it as a meal. Making chips and drink this is only for the medium meal. 7.50 for small kebab meal is far from worth it from a basic dirty shop that has mice. If you want unclean food in an unclean atmosphere with not great service do shop here but for me safety comes first even though it’s my local shop. will also reporting this mice issue to food hygiene and the slurs to relevant parties

After sending the wrong item,quick call and sent the right one immediately…best kebab I’ve had in a very long time and hubby said pizza was better than Pizza Hut and Dominoes A+

The chicken was as pink as a rose and in all fairness I would’ve preferred to eat a rose I had to throw the chicken away as for the fries I’m pretty sure they were fresh out the ground they were about as cooked as a cornetto would never order again

Amazing food. Kebab naans were best ever. Really liked how they are now wrapped in foil it keeps them really warm and fresh. Everything was excellent cannot fault. Massive portion sizes. Service was excellent came early as always. Best pizza place in Birmingham. Thanks guys

Fries are not great on the last few orders. Food is still lovely and we will always use these guys! Just think the fries are over cooked slightly.

For mediterranian food I expected exceptionally strong flavours but the pizza tasted quite bland.

Food was cold and the Donner meat was clearly not fresh. It was cold and dried up. It went in the bin and we went elsewhere. Delivery time was quick but would rather wait if it means we get fresh food

Prices have increased almost 50 percent in the space of 2 years . Given inflation this is to much. this place is just increasing prices for the sake of it. As pizzas are nothing special often under cooked and cheap ingredients. Would not use again.

Took 1.5 hours to arrive. Was advised only 1 driver, but when delivered he said there were 3 drivers just very busy. Food lovely as always, just could be hotter - especially as we are only about 1 mile from shop.

Delivery was early which is good, but food wasn’t that nice, lacked in flavour everything tasted plain, to much onions and jalapeños on pizza, and chicken on other pizza tasted like rubber, not happy.
