This was the second time that we have eaten in the restaurant. We were taken here for dinner one evening soon after it had opened. We were impressed so paid another visit today as we were in Aberystwyth. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. Plenty of freshly prepared salads. Will certainly visit again when we are in Aberystwyth

Spending the weekend with my son we took a take away meal and it was hot and delicious. We rang up and designated time it was ready for us on arrival in foil packaging. Medina was busy with other customers just eating and the menu was varied. Well done.

12/11/2018: Casablanca is a very nice family run restaurant which does not sell alcohol or take credit card so be prepared with your own wine and cash. We both had tagines from the Specials menu, preceded by a veggie starter. My fish tagine was very good and the dishes themselves are very attractive. We then shared an ice cream which was also lovely. Best to book as it's only small.
13/10/2018: We started going to Joe's Casablanca more than 20 years ago - the basics haven't changed - freshly prepared food and a personal welcome in this small and unpretentious restaurant. We always manage to eat well - and copiously. Some of our party asked for 'small portions', but they really weren't all that small, TBH. Just stop eating, if you've had enough! The food is delicious, so it's hard to exercise restraint, though...

19/08/2018: We ate as a 3 generation family during a camping holiday in the local area, the plan was to finish the stay off with a meal out as a treat and we were not disappointed. We all had something different off the menu and everything was deliciously authentic. My seafood provencal was out of this world and I'm not great with seafood but when at the coast be rude not too and when cooked to perfection you should not say no. There is no specific kids menu but they offered to do a smaller plate for the price of a starter and then still served a large portion. It is bring you own drinks but the house wine is fine if you are not too fussy. Delighted with the meal and will definitely go back if in the area again.
16/08/2018: A small but nicely appointed restaurant with a mix of Algerian and other Mediterranean dishes. The chef is Algerian so his recipes are particularly tasty and appetising. The lovely Polish waitress added the polish to a delightful dinner. Please note that at present the alcohol licence is being renewed so for now it is BYO!
