This surprisingly quiet dessert spot on ladypool road was a last minute decision as it was quite quiet for a Friday night. The pistachio latte and iced latte was absolutely beautiful. We also tried the pistachio frenchie which was quite expensive considering the size but was really tasty. The milk cake was chocolate sponge and the milk was poured on after purchase which was quite strange so we decided not to try it. However a quiet spot considering the location and definitely worth visiting for the pistachio lattes!

Went in for a single Karak Chai on a cold wet day, tea was piping hot as expected! Tea was average hence a score of 3 however one notable difference was the exceptional customer service from Hakim, went above and beyond and even provided a free sachet of Karak Chai to take away and try at home!

The best Matilda Cakes in Birmingham, Staff are awesome, service is also great.

I recently visited ME YOU / Desserts & Burgers and was blown away by the quality of the food and drinks. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, the karak chai was perfectly spiced and soothing, the Oreo milkshake was creamy and indulgent, and the pistachio milk cake was incredibly moist and delicious. Each item was crafted with care, and the combination of flavors made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great food and desserts!

I recently ordered online from Me and You, and unfortunately, one of the meals was missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and Hakim, the owner, was incredibly apologetic and polite. He immediately offered to provide the missing meal free of charge and invited me to come and collect it at my convenience. When I arrived, Hakim greeted me warmly and ensured the issue was resolved quickly. His professionalism and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a pleasant one. The food was delicious, as always, and I truly appreciate Hakim's effort to make things right. I highly recommend Me and You for their great food and exceptional service!

I did not know Karak tea, and here I love it and could not live without it, the burgers have good quality ingredients, the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, all with a lot of flavor! the special fries are incomparable, inside a cozy and beautifully decorated place that transports us directly to a French boulevard! The very special attention of Souheyb, Digbo and Hakim! I was also able to meet the chef who, with a great experience in one of the best hotels in Paris, has brought that to Birmingham, this place is 100% Recommended!

Food was DISGUSTING. I ordered the ‘Mbappe’ burger from uber eats and chicken popcorn. The burger was VERY HARD and was in edible ( chicken felt like it was out there for hours) and couldn’t bite the food properly. The chicken popcorn are VERY TINY, which also tasted very hard and dry. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND as food was literally depressing.

I got a mate who’s very picky with his food, his come here and he ain’t faulted it one bit, from the food to the service, they make you feel at home. No need to say any more, just get yourselves down here

Pathetic service! If ur order is a big one then forget about getting it cos first they are gonna prepare all the small orders even for the people came way later than u and once they are done with everyone else then u might get ur turn and then u might not feel like eating anymore! So best of luck there!

The brothers are fantastic and friendly, I dropped my tea and they didn’t let me clean it instead got us another table and another cup of their delicious tea on the house

I had mixed feelings about my experience at MeYou Restaurant. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered everyone at our table a sample of their karak chai, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the menu was a bit chaotic and hard to navigate, with confusing deals and offers. Additionally, it was a surprise to find out that they only accept cash, which added some inconvenience to the experience. The wait time for food was longer than expected, and at one point, we speculated that they were delaying our order because some of our group went out to get cash. That left us feeling a bit uncomfortable. As for the food, the pukka burger was quite good, and overall, the prices were reasonable. Despite the positives, the confusing payment situation and long wait times made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. Overall, MeYou Restaurant has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Hakim provides excellent customer service and attention as soon as you walk through the door. Be advised the place is cash only, and when I tried to visit nearby cash machines they were all out of order. Hakim was extremely generous and despite me not having the money gave me a free Karak Chai on the house, and I would say it’s definitely among the best around. Thank you for your hospitality! Would recommend 10/10

I went in to get a tea and was told I could get one "free" if I bought a £6.99 cake. A tea costs £2.25, but you expect me to pay £6.99 for an overpriced cake just to claim the tea is free? Ridiculous marketing tactics. I left and bought 10 teas for £1.99 elsewhere.

The quantity was ass and the food(burger) tasted like cinnamon and was too sweet for a burger and the chicken was not whole and was in pieces and they obviously were too small aswell

Me You Restaurant is the perfect spot for a delicious karak chai and some of the best cheesecakes we've ever had! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We're already looking forward to trying more of their dishes next time we're in Birmingham. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food and service

So this place has a sign outside highlighting milkshakes for £3.99 and another sign that says buy 1 get 1 free. So how much would you expect to pay to get 2 milkshakes? £3.99 - wrong. The buy 1 get 1 free offer charges you almost double so around £7.99 (I can't remember exactly). I think it is an interesting marketing ploy to get people in through the door. This being said, the milkcake was good although it needed more milk. The milkshake that I purchased mango coco was also good.

Had a lovely time, came in with my family for milkshakes and they tasted amazing especially the mango coco. The karak tea is the BEST in the UK. And a special thank you to Yanus who was welcoming and attentive!!

The Chicken burger I had was delicious, the food on the menu looks amazing and the atmosphere was cosy and nice, would definitely recommend. Customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming, they also had an area to pray upstairs. 10/10 ⭐️

My friends and I recently travelled from London and decided to visit this restaurant for a late-night snack, having heard many good things about it. We were not disappointed! The place is not only very good but also extremely presentable and clean. The atmosphere was fantastic, providing a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. A special shoutout to Wasim, who took excellent care of us throughout our visit. His attentive and friendly service truly enhanced our dining experience. It's hard to review when the service was so bad that you ended up leaving. So alittle info: arrived and there was 2 tables in, the one member of staff who was out the front was busy, so my husband went up to order, which was absolutely fine. The place started to fill up, and we noticed drinks being given to other tables, even tho they hadn't ordered in cups which appeared to be tea- we hadn't received any which seemed weird. Now we had only ordered 2 chai and 2 cheesecakes, cheesecakes are premade and in the chiller and I know this as I saw them being taken out, and the chai was being given free to tables....so after about 15 minutes we asked how long to another worked, who advised 1 minute. After about 5 minutes, next thing we see a table of about 7, who again hadn't even ordered yet receive cups of Chai for free....and still nothing for us?! We ended up walking out after waiting 20 minutes for tea which was blatantly already made and being served free to customers, and 2 cheesecakes that were already made! Service is slow and the server seemed uncomfortable in his role, and sadly had little to no customer service or engagement. Real shame as we were really excited to try this place. Don't bother

Had 2 different signature latte's. Vothbtaste the same. Both were suppose to be hot but one was just warm and they both taste the same and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. 2 good things were shop was very elegantly decorated and secondly it was buy 1 get 1 free on drinks.

Bad experience of food on last purchase, it used to be good but seems to of gone really downhill. it’s a shame when these sort of things happen as it’s off putting. Maybe it’s hit and miss nowadays but it would make somebody not want to try it again just in case the food is unsatisfactory.

Not recommend for the new khabib Burger. Worthless and test less for (single burger) £10.99. I won't buy it for £5.

Had bad experience first time but gave them second chance few weeks later once again whilst on a shopping trip. Place was not busy however the service was very poor waited long time for our order given no explanation ,it’s definitely not value for money and 2 four 1 is a rip off and we forgot that it’s only cash service, wonder why🤔 just as well not local as I would not return .

Finally got to try the infamous Oreo Milkshake ohhhh it didn't disappoint. It was very tasty and thick, so thick I couldn't have it through my straw lol but overall its up there with good Oreo Milkshakes! Can't wait to try the others. Would recommend 👍🏻 they don't take card payments which is annoying, as every other place does. I thought I'd try the biscoff milkshake but it wasn't as good as the Oreo. The karak chai here is very tasty, different from other places has that cardamon seed taste but not over powering, would recommend 🤤👌🏻 I recently tried the Oreo milkshake, I feel the quality has dropped, doesn't taste how it used to, something is missing 🫤
