Qué ha pasado con Maccy’s en Willerby Retail Park. No he estado aquí por un tiempo. El servicio es como un caracol, mi McMuffin, especialmente el muffin estaba literalmente exprimiendo aceite con cada bocado! La otra cosa, Jesús, ¿qué le ha pasado a la salchicha? ¡Ahora son delgados como una oblea! No es de extrañar que las ventas de McDonalds hayan caído. Necesita mejorar su juego para que coincida con otros puntos de comida rápida, que en esta experiencia son mucho mejores.

¡Sorprendente! Ordenado en la unidad a través Ambas papas fritas grandes tenían alrededor de 10 papas fritas en cada caja y la hamburguesa pedida estaba mal y parecía como si se hubiera tirado alrededor antes de ser realmente dado. Pedí la hamburguesa sin tocino y la conseguí con tocino... podría ser innumerables razones por las que no elijo comer tocino... ¡Tampoco se da recibo! Para hacer una queja formal. No voy con frecuencia a Mcdonalds, así que esto fue un shock en la calidad.

Comida lenta, sin servilletas, el personal se negó a despejar la mesa. No volveré aquí nunca más. Nada de servilletas en un lugar donde comas tu comida con las manos. Contraste total con el McDonald’s en Andrews Quay.

We visited this restaurant with our two grandchildren, aged 6 years, and 9 months following its recent refurbishment. After ordering table service we put our 9 mth old in a highchair and took our seats. As the server approached the table she lifted the tray of food directly above my 9 mth old grandson in the highchair and then upended the tray above him covering him in Fanta (thankfully we hadn't ordered hot drinks or he would have been hospitalized). The response from the member of staff was 'Sorry I'll get you a new drink' with no reference to the baby. As we were seeing to the baby and his concerned older brother, she brought the replacement drink and said 'There you are' and began to walk away (there was spoilt food all over the table and the floor was extremely wet - I had to ask to see the manager. By this point my Wife had moved to another table to calm the grandchildren. When the manager came to see me I his attitude was 'I'm sorry but it's done now'. I had to ask him to get someone to clean the table and floor, to replace our food (which they managed to get this wrong) and to record the incident in the restaurant's accident book (which he did but then proceeded to sign off the investigation and action to be taken without talking to anyone). What concerns me most is that the staff at this restaurant appear to have no concept of customer safety, or customer service. To put a tray of food directly above a baby in a high chair should simply not happen, to not bother about it when it goes wrong is appalling.

Twice in a row no ketchup, no fruit bags, no chips last week. My order this week every single pice of food was cold and looking like has been cooked for hours and coke tasted like water.. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been.

Really poor McDs experience. Arrived 7pm on weds 6th September. A few empty tables but zero were clean. No one was cleaning the entire time we were there. Tables dirty. Debris on floors. Toilets dirty. Kitchen? I didn’t see but I can’t imagine the restaurant standards were any higher back there. Food took a little time to arrive which was not a problem but during this time I was expecting someone maybe returning from their break to miraculously appear and start getting the place hospitable, but this never happened. There was no room in the bins inside so I used one outside and no pots so that you could get ketchup. Weirdly, the staff cordoned off the left side of the restaurant part way through our visit using chairs as a blockade. There were plenty of people waiting for food and still no clean tables so this was a mystery. Should I have complained to the shift manager? Probably. But given the standards I assumed that the shift manager was AWOL. The staff that I saw all looked grumpy and completely dejected during this shift. For the record I have visited before and it’s been ok. I don’t think it’s as good as St. Andrews but it’s not bad, but this was shocking. The worst McDonalds experience in my entire life. You can say what you want about these places but they are usually fast and clean. Not this time.

Waited ages in drive through several failed attempts of speaker not working told to hang on - then waited ages to get past payment window - two people talking whos order is who’s holding the bags looking confused - first gave me wrong order I had to read off what I had / so got my order , parked up and looked and order is missing so had to go back around and wait another ten mins to get my order - by this time my meal is cold McFlurry melted - asked for compliment freebie for incompetence and young manager declined and wasn’t sorry two people still discussing my order passed the buck got management poor service not rocket science working in McDonald’s the management to run a shift and staff so they don’t miss orders resulting in cold food un happy customers melted ice creams sad children - they don’t care brush it off and move on basically - a smile an apology costs nothing if you haven’t these then maybe McDonald’s is for you to work in . Seems Be regular poor customer skills and service no way fast food ….

Seems they have cancelled disabled bays in favour of delivery driver spaces. Guy came in to speak to manager about not being able to park due to non badge holders in bays, not interested in his complaint. Told then he had disabled person unable to use restaurant because of bays in use, not interested. Looks to me that lazy people sat at home have priority over restaurant users. Won’t be back, staff not interested, no disabled parking

Such slow service waited 30 minutes for our order then it was wrong. It happens every time we go. Will not be going again. Staff members walking in and out the food prep area in their coats surely that’s not hygienic.

Have used this place a few times, with McDonald’s you know what you are going to get. The place always seems busy, almost too busy. As others have said. They seem to concentrate more on the Deliveroo drivers and those using the drive through. Cleanliness is okay for a McDonald’s, we have known better and worse. WiFi is always good. It is ideally situated for when going around the outskirts of Hull

Neither my phone or tablet could connect, staff member manager said colleage is connected OK, well mine shows Internet unavailable. No further help given, guess it must be my 2 devices that are the issue. Fortunately I had data on my tablet sim, good job! Never rely on these places for something important, As for my so called drink...the less I say the better, it looked a choclatey colour but that's where the similarities end, weak flavour watery taste just NO. Very bad.

Second time I've had an upset stomach after eating at Wilerby branch. First time I shrugged off as a one off. This time was the last straw & I even had to take two days off work I was that ill. My family will not return & instead go to the Hull drive through branch, which I've never had any issues...

Went to the york branch today Utter garbage sold by staff that would rather chat and eat there free food than actually serve! Saw 3 staff make themselves a foot long and then eat it in guest areas before I was served 20 mins later! Delivery drivers push in as more important! The bread i asked for ended up incorrect! The whole time i was in there the staff only talked about rugby and ignored me for 20 mins.... terrible place! Will never go back to a subway....poor
