Mcdonald's Restaurants in Slough

Went here with family after a long day out. Ordered ok from the machine and took a seat upstairs. The waitress brought our food and we began. Not a minute later another waitress came upstairs and very rudely shouted at us that upstairs was closed and we needed to go. We refused until we had our meal after all no one has said anything beforehand. The waitress virtually stood over us as we ate. I then went to put the rubbish in the bin to which rude waitress shouted no to leave it. As we walked towards the stairs she walked directly in front of my wife spraying bleach. Luckily it missed my wife. Very rude service and fortunately we will not be going back.

Picked up a takeaway from here one Saturday afternoon. The place was manic with familles and Uber eats drivers everywhere. My food was ok, 1st McDonald’s I’ve had in a while

Food is cold as ice which might be due to the weather, I don’t mind. However, there is no single dip for mcnuggets which is so sad. Delivery man is so courteous though.

I made a home delivery from the McDonald’s app from the Slough high street branch my chicken selects was raw and the fries from both meals were old cold hard chips.when I spoke to the McDonald’s head office I was informed I will only receive 4.95 back as this was the amount for they are only entitled to refund back when I spent £22.00 this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with bad food from the Slough high street brand.they give old food that has been cooked over and always missing items from food orders.

I ordered a big mac meal after 3 mins I tucked into it and was stone cold took it back to get told by the apprent shift manager that it takes 10,000 seconds to be warm not hot I might add and get to the customer and apparently been sitting there for a long time for it to get cold was there for 10 mins and 5 of them waiting for the food he tried arguing with me but for a shift manager not to know what the legal requirement temputure cooked meat should be at or holding at like mcdonalds do says it all I would not recommend anyone go here people that haven't got a clue someone will end up with food poisoning they all need training this is how people get food poisoning!!!!

We had breakfast delivered to a local hotel. It was absolutely amazing. Boiling hot when it arrived. Nothing missing and all items correct to what we had ordered.

Seemed clean and good COVID/social distancing measures in place. Relatively efficient, the short wait made all the more entertaining by the staff loudly discussing all the reasons they couldn't work past 2pm and the reasons for not calling in other staff members 😆

Pretty good, its on the high street can get busy during lunch times from like 12PM to 2PM. The chips were cold, let them know about it and the staff were nice and friendly and happily replaced with some fresh, hot, crispy ones.

4 adults for quick meal before cinema Eaten here so many times over the years, due to time restriction we had quick meal before going to cinema. Placed our order on self service terminal which is very easy to use. All had burger meal deals and 3 had McFlurrys. All food etc was eaten.. we were the last people to use upstairs as they close that off during the evening and just use downstairs.

We ordered from this Mcdonald’s multiple times, in store and off of UberEats and I must say I am substantially disappointed in the time taken to prepare our order. Even a small meal too them a confusingly extended amount of time to prepare. One time we ordered breakfast and it took them 1hr20min to complete the order and send it to an UberDriver. The staff were quite nice however I feel my patience and money have been taken for granted and I shan’t be ordering from this Mcdonald’s anytime in the near future. Karen xoxo

It is quite obvious that some customers of MacDonalds were raised by intellectually challenged low IQ, inbreeds, since they did not even toilet train their children, or an even worse consider is that they themselves are such low life's that they have never themselves learned how to use a public restroom. BUT.... I digress, irrespective of how pathetic the clientele is, it still rests on a corporate giant like MacDonalds to ensure their facilities are clean and usable. So my issues is with MacDonalds for failing in that respect. I would stress and urge McD's to do more spot checks in their facilities where these low life customers frequent. Please PS, I pay the asking price for my meal, and don't ask nor expect a discount at any MacDonalds location, so why does it seem that MacDonalds feel they can provide an inferior service and a disgusting venue for its paying customers

We visited this McDonald’s on a Friday evening around 8pm as 2 families with young children the upstairs area was blocked off as were the toilets. There wasn’t enough staff on to accommodate the customers or orders and it was evident this it was being heavily used by the homeless(nothing against them) tables were taken up for long periods of time by people eating food from other venues it was dirty. The manager was trying his best but struggling. There were no straws and sauces had run out. Generally felt uncomfortable and quite scared eating there - won’t be returning.

Was very good, and arrived hot and very quickly, didn’t have to wait very long at all for meals !!!!

Just got a quick takeaway, nuggets, bbq... oh no, no friggin bbq sauce. In fact no sauce of any kind for the whole order. Have you tasted the nuggets without sauce? Awful... put me off for life, well done. Mayhem in the store, stuff everywhere... not the best.

Dropped in for quick happy meal, only had to wait a minute to be served and a few minutes for the order sat upstairs .. did notice a few chairs tables taped up so they might need work on them..toilets were clean

The McDonald's at High Street is similar to any other McDonald that you find elsewhere. However, it is quite busy during weekends with large queues. I prefer to order using their self-service kiosks which are faster. The food is as per what is served in any other McDonald's.

Came in to charge my phone and get food the woman there on the second floor, shouted at me and told me that i am not allowed to use the sockets. i dont understand why because if i wasn't allowed to use them then why are they even out????

Jeden z najgorszych McDonaldow w jakim jadłem. Jedzenie zimne, nie świeże i podawane od niechcenia. Czułem się kilkukrotnie jakby to była wielka masówka bez żadnego przywiązywania wagi do jakości jedzenia czy obsługi.

Nice food good happy meals for children and toys, nice variety in meat hot chocolate taste like water every time

Ease of ordering and paying without going to the counter. Service was excellent and premises clean. Great for a 'fast food' outlet.

The bacon was missing in my burger. When i asked the lady where is my missing bacon, there was no answer. The staff know nothing about customer service.

Fantastic to see touch screen ordering - beats the queues and easier to see what food/drink you fancy to eat! Hope it is rolled out in my local one.

Visited after legoland. Food was served correctly which is always a bonus in maccys!! Hot and enjoyable. Clean. All good.

A clean restaurant with cheerful staff. We required a bit of adjustment to our meals as we are gluten free, and this was managed well. It's McDonald's so you know what to expect. This particular one lives up to the brand and did a good job.

Expected standard McD fare, but was disappointed. Passable. Food, service everything was just not upto McD standards.

Dried up kept warm for hours food, worst McDonalds we have ever had, no sauces available, just a waste of money none of us ate it and we were starving after a six hour journey

Service is terrible and the bread rolls are never fresh. Last week the chips were not even cooked long enough. Roudy and rough- don't feel safe to leave your handbag on show.. Avoid!
