Mcdonald's Restaurants in Craven

Sat with a friend about to get some lunch . Member of staff sat picking scabs off his arms onto the table 🤮 then left the table . By the looks of his arms according to health and safety they most definitely should have been covered up . After attempting to eat after 10mins left feeling rather unwell . Absolutely disgusting.

Scruffy lazy staff too busy touching every part of there body whilst serving food. And when you finally do get your order it is always wrong and cold.

Chicken strips and fries both re-fried and like cardboard. Not a pleasant experience, maybe my dog will appreciate it more.

Unbelievable,,staff no idea what to do. Bad management. Only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a coffee to eat in. 9mins later the burgers were so cold the cheese was solid. Hey,I'm not expecting much,,but a hot burger.! Guess they were to busy filling delivery. Worst ever

Food was almost cold, burgers were thrown together and were tiny. Never again. Overpriced, poor quality garbage.

Food was cold. Before when I asked about the food being tepid iwas told them don't serve hot food incase someone burns themselves Not my problem if snowflakes eat at McDonald's

This is one to be avoided . The service is appalling the staff do not do anything to help , orders are never correct so you end up going into the restaurant anyway for me this means parking up taking my life In my hands dodging the boy racers in the car park and delivery drivers to get my wheelchair out since there is a post stopping you reversing into disabled parking. Then you have to que again to get the food I have ordered and paid for by which time the other meals are cold . Don't bother to complain the managers are too busy and give the impression they don't care . I only gave 1 star because you cannot leave no stars .very very disappointing experience.

Went to the drive through for a drink and a shake to take home. When I got home I had been given Fanta. Not the first time this has happened but with Fanta at 1.59 and Milkshake at 2.59 I though F*** it I will go back this time. Manager was there I told him what happened and he just took the Fanta off me, got a Milk shake and handed it to me. He didn’t speak once, no apology, nothing. What a great example to set to his staff !! Absolutely appalling customer service.

Great view of the hills from here. Quite unique compared to most McDonald's. Interior is decent. Enjoyed my food and drink. Raspberry Lemonade is awesome.

Firstly the BBQ chicken wrap I ordered literally just had chicken in. Nothing else. Just 2 pieces of dry chicken. The chips were cold. Secondly I ordered breakfast. Asked for an additional 3 hash browns. When I got home there was just 1 that came with a meal. Top tip - check what you are given before you leave the drive thru

Bad bad bad My wife and myself called in before a food shop in skipton morrisons. Parked up outside the restaurant,went in started ordering on the self serve machine ,was confused ad could not order medium diet coke. Went over to the counter.and was ignored for 5 minutes.,as we were leaving called to the person behind the "we only wanted to place an order" Ignored again. Will never go into that store again.

I saw so many bad reviews about this McDonald’s and I really can’t believe why?! This McDonald’s is the best in the area. The food is always hot, and the orders are rarely wrong. The alternative to Skipton McDonald’s is Keighley. This is the nearest McDonald’s to myself and I choose to travel a little bit further for a better quality. Keighley, it’s the complete opposite to Skipton, cold food, errors to many of my orders. Skipton McDonald’s is very good. The staff are great and always try their best to help. This McDonald’s is not a 24/7 restaurant so at the end of everything day they will clean all the kitchen. That level of hygiene is just another great feature about the Skipton McDonald’s. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

On the last visit there was a cheeseburger missing off the order so when queried they were very disinterest and not very helpful. Fair enough, can’t expect them to take a customers word although why someone would lie for and extra cheeseburger is beyond me. Fast forward to the next window and get asked if we want any dips, I asked for sweet chilli, it would be 30 pence, didn’t have it in cash so said I’ll pay it on card if I have to, can’t pay card at that window so I sarcastically said you want me to drive all the way back round to get a 30p dip, they said said yes or park up and come in. Adamant they were not going to give this dip I asked for ketchup for my partner and the put one in, even missed out the dip for the cheese bites share box as well. What the hell mcdonalds. Why so stingy. Ever thought about customer service? I mean wouldn’t be so bothered but they fiddle me out of a 99p cheeseburger. Least they could do is Chuck a 30p dip in the back. Poor attitudes, could also do with teaching staff how to actually build a burger properly as well.

Fries were literally uncooked. Place used to be good but since it has reopened after first lockdown 2020 its terrible. Obvious change in staff that just don't care.

Just been through drive through this morning order was taken wrong as usual this isn’t first time it’s happened to us here and the food was cold we ordered double sausage McMuffin meals 3 of and we got cold single ones and the order was missing 2 hash browns. We complained and were directed to a gentleman who identified he’s self as the manager and he said he was called nav. We explained the problems and he’s response was “what exactly would you like me to do about it”. The moral of this story is it was near to 11am they had them made already and they couldn’t be bothered to make fresh double ones granted on checking they had charged for single but that’s not the point we didn’t order them and he wouldn’t make us fresh and take difference as they stop at 11am and the customer service was shocking. Last visit from us shocking service and sarcasm

How hard is it to read a screen that tells you what to put in a bag? The answer is... not hard at all. Yet every single time I place an order they seem to miss out an item. This must have happened 100s of times now. The amount of money they’ve had for meals I didn’t get is bordering on thievery! Useless brain dead staff

We wanted a plain cheese burger and the people didn’t give us one we got normal ones and we are going to go back to Mcdonald and complain about the food. As they didn’t listen to your request

Two lanes in drive through. I had to wait and two cars who were behind me got served first. No apologies. Then came the wait. The lad that took my payment looked like he didn’t want to be there. Still waiting to collect my order. Half full milk shake and a McFlurry. Again served by a boarding on rude member of staff. Would of been quicker to have driven to Keighley. 19:30 27/8/20

Milkshake half full! Paid good money for a strawberry milkshake at this McDonald’s and when I got the milkshake it was not full to the top! Never coming here again!!!!

Toilet and tables were not clean. Food was ok for a Macdonalds! The staff were polite but overall not a great experience

Okay service, average food, standard McDonald's interior. They need to empty the bins more often, and clean the tables more regularly.

Usual food/drink options. I usually have the good value 'wrap of the day' Car park can get full when busy at lunchtime.

Food was your standard fare and all good, but every single table was filthy, despite the place not seeming too busy. The outside bin was also overflowing - not a nice environment to have a meal!

Called in with partner had chicken legend and big mac food ok but the state of the place disgusting...rubbish station overflowing...tables dirty...cleaning lady to busy looking out of window and looked like she wasnt bothered...terrible...she looked jiggered...get someone who can do the job very of putting...wont be going back in a hurry....

Went through the drive thru to get a few meals for myself and my younger siblings. Whilst at the window the staff member kept asking the manager i she should park it. By this I take it as whether or not I should go wait for my order. The manager replied with I don't know. To this the staff member swore and replied "you should f****** know your the manager". I've never been so embarrassed and was even more disgusted that the staff member felt such behaviour was reasonable. If it was me the staff member would be facing a disciplinary. Such behaviour is not what I expect in and establishment regardless.

Poor quality of service and rude manager Appalling level of service would not recommend a evening visit to this restaurant

Visited late evening for a quick snack after watching football McDonald's food is what it is but the state of the place left a lot to be desired empty boxes of happy meals left all over tables and some tables looked like they needed wiping down not the sort of image you normally associate with McDonald's.

First time we've been here since the refurb. Very helpful lady showed us how to use the touch screen ordering service and they brought our order to the table. Tasty food, good value, nice clean place.

Just plain good! Nice staff, very friendly. Good selection of food - and even healthy versions available!

Paramos en la ruta a los Lagos como mi mate viene aquí regularmente y alabanzas sobre el café. Creía que estaba mal de la cabeza, así que cuando. El café estaba bien, pero el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Llegó de nuevo en el camino de regreso desde los lagos 2 días más tarde y compramos una gran comida de Mac. Nuevo servicio de atención al cliente era excelente. Jurado sigue fuera en el café.

Standard visit to McDonald's. Nothing special from the norm. Nothing new just a standard McDonald's fit out and standard service

I recommend McDonald's to everyone that goes! It's worth the visit. They have a breakfast menu which I find really helpful. Great restaurant to bring your children to.

We visited mcdonalds in Skipton today and received excellent service by Connor. The manager Lisa was also particularly friendly and helpful.

We were staying aThe Rendezvous Hotel, and with their breakfast's being £9 per head we walked to McDonalds! Great latte's, hot chocolate and double espresso to say nothing of the bagels and muffins!! 2 morning's breakfasts for 3, cheaper than 1 morning's at hotel!!! There's only so much you can eat!!! Thank you McDonalds x

The floor and tables are rarely clean. Heaven knows what the cooking and food preparation areas are like. The area around the sauces, Sugar etc is usually filthy.The food is often luke warm.The same operative who attends to the rubbish bins also serves food although without washing hands or wearing an apron?Suggest you wear headphones unless you prefer to be deafened by most irritating music.Recommend you take hand wipes with you to clean tables and hands.Suggest you eat at McDs in Colne or Keighley

Queueing up to purchase our meals took forever, they seem more intent on serving drive through customers, the girl that was serving me was dealing with a drive through customer at the same time.Not ideal and nobody seemed to care even ignoring pleas. Poor service then.Burgers just ooze ketchup and lord knows what. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and my granddaughter a Happy Meal. My burger was cold, unappealing and looked awful, fries were cold too. I complained and got fresh fries and a fresh quarter pounder, it was hot enough but one bite had the filling oozing out. Noisy as are all Mcdonalds and staff were cleaning which I find unpleasant, clean when seating is unoccupied or as needed through emergency, not where I'm eating. Much prefer Burger King.

Not a great fan of Mcdonalds, but my daughter likes to go. The place was clean and always is, the food is not to my taste but my daughter and husband love it. Dont really think you can go wrong with Mcdonalds.
