Horrible mess i hate this McDonalds so bad (The seats are so hard it makes me fell like im being sat on) then i was told by a worker “you single?”

Every time you order of the app or go in shop they always forget something what is so simple to add i really don’t think this is a place to visit WHY DO I NEVER GET MY 20p KETCHUP. Also try giving me a burger next time!

Mixed review, strange location in a retail park, seems to be an empty store unit used rather than stand alone. Manager guy with the white shirt was a shiny example of how to treat customers and how to act with customers, very friendly, professional and made of point of being cheery and very personable. Most other staff had their heads down and showed no interest in customers. Food was breakfast and it was ok

Double cheese burger looked like it had been slapped together with no care. The burger meat was half hanging out the bun and so was the cheese. Also it was cold. I have visited this place before and they never have food ready, I'm always asked to park up and waif, and the food is warm!! I've given them the benefit of the doubt by revisiting and definitely won't go back.. it was a cheek for them to charge me for that tosh.

Ordered a couple of happy meals through McDonalds app tonight for quickness (as you do) after a phone call from delivery driver asking what I had ordered (as McDonalds had lost the order) and 2 hours and 15 minutes of time that I didn't have (as I was actually due to be somewhere) it finally arrived, and surprise surprise, items were also wrong on the order and my daughter wouldn't even eat it! Never again, awful service! I get that it's a Saturday night but over 2 hours for 2 happy meals is a joke!

Popped in for dinner. Ordered but no ice cream. No problem got toffee apple pies. Waited for order, the waited, then waited , saw my order ready, a d waited to be called, and waited. Saw later orders going out,no problem, that happens, so waited some more, eventually went up and suggested my order has been missed. Manager started to sort out, but then said no more pies. Not sure what's going on but seem to be prioritising just eat orders, over walkins. Tnis is prob. The third time in recent weeks were order was wrong Saving grace manager quickly sorted refund

Haven't been to this one in a while and wish I just went to the Irvine one its better. The food was OK and was served reasonably well and fast but hardly any chips in my large meal. The way older managers speak to the younger staff is appalling McDonald's need to remember they're a team.

No cheese in the sausage and egg McMuffin’s, which were also cold. Soggy, floppy and cold hash browns. The lassie serving looked like she wanted to commit suicide. An utterly depressing experience. Someone seriously needs to put this place out of its misery.

Where do I even start?? Came in yesterday and the place was extremely busy!! I then decided to sit in the drive through as that’s normally quicker placed my order no problems then the cars in front of me started to not move whatsoever (a good 10/15 minutes) and not one single car moved which caused chaos in the line! Eventually the drivers moved so I get to the window to be told all our drive through tolls are down we’ve lost all the orders taking in mind I’ve now waited about 25/30mins ? Nobody came out to tell us ? Instead we were all left puzzled in the sweltering heat of 27 degrees in our cars and hungry! I asked when it was back up respond to that was “don’t know”!! From digging deeper into this I’ve found the cause & surprise surprise it’s the “LAZY STAFF” so when they are busy in the restaurant and just eat etc with orders the staff are told to tell US customers that the tills for the drive through are down! This information was from a McDonald’s member of staff!! I’ll never be back here again total JOKE and shambles of a place how hard was it to tell everyone in the drive through? They must’ve lost well over 50 customers yesterday!!

The worst McDonalds in the world? Maybe! Under portioned fries. Watery coke. Dismal staff. Slow queues for drive in and walk in. If you want to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal this is the place. Just back from Sharm El Sheikh and the tiniest mcdonalds there could show this place a thing or two. It's a shame mcdonalds don't have any shame that nothing is done about this. A dump

Went the drive through with my boyfriend on 25/1/23, he bought my daughter 2 MCcrispy chicken burgers, she ate one n when she went to eat the other she realised the bottom of the bun was covered in mould! This place is either needing closed down or needing new staff! Leaving this investigation to environmental health and trading standards! Place is absolutely disgusting!

Only happy meal, burger and fries ordered via drive thru. 11.45am not busy, told to go and park up, be brought out to me. 10 mins later, checked order before driving away, burger missing. Had to leave granddaughter in car, into restaurant to get rest of my order. Was ignored, finally got burger, dismissed with no apology. Rest of the order was cold by the time this ordeal was over. Customer service non existent, bordering on rudeness. Would rather travel to Irvine or Kilmarnock where their staff are more efficient and pleasant and get the orders right first time. Avoid this branch, the worst!!

Ordered bacon breakfast rolls. Bacon looked well under cooked and when complained managers attitude was extremely unacceptable. He was far too defensive of meat being delivered in store pre cooked only to be re heated which is poor excuse for what looked like raw meat with white raw fat strips all over which should have been picked up by staff rather than passing on to public. I was more offended than anything else by managers treatment when he picked bacon to sheds in open public and being very loud vocal against me defending how it had been cooked despite this he agreed to exchange for sausage and egg mcmuggins....he never apologised and preferred to walk away in some sort of huff...poor guy feel sorry for him as the burger van outside offers good quality bacon rolls which I should have used again anyway.

just about every time i go to eat inside , drive through of delivery they just about always miss items and food is mostly cold this is probably the worst mcdonald’s iv been to and unfortunately it’s local to me.

Ordered a big mac meal along with other things. Big mac had no lettuce and a combo of big tasty sauce and big mac sauce . I got a hybridised big tasty instead. It was disgusting squashed and my cup was only filled halfway up. Fries were undercooked. Seriously need to keep an eye on the new staff that were training.

Waited an hour for food for it to be freezing useless service constantly getting orders wrong and haven't got most of the stuff your looking for

Got to be the worst McDonalds in Scotland by far. Milkshake machine is usually off but on this visit it was working, ya beauty! Unfortunately when it came it was runny and 3/4 full which meant it had clearly been sitting and melted and settled. It wasn’t even busy! You have to wait for everything and when it comes it is cold. It is obvious there is too much haste and no care taken, when I went to unwrap my cheeseburger I had a bundle of onion in the wrapper that ended up on my seat and the burger looked like it had been thrown together. Plenty of horror stories locally about cleanliness and contract deep cleaners walking out and refusing to touch the equipment. Poor poor poor.

I ordered a McDonald's and it came and it was completely the wrong order, so I sent it back after they took the money out the bank they never sent another order until I paid again and I am now waiting for a refund and McDonald's would not even answer the phone. I'm disgusted and won't order again. Twice £37.00 was taken out my bank before I got our meals. When the correct order arrived it was not warm.

Worst McD’s on the west coast. Managers are great at sorting the constant wrong orders/cold food but the regularity that these issues arise is mental considering how refined the processes are.

If you have to wait for the food then the spaces you have to wait in are pathetically tight and close together. You also have to drive away around the car park and back to get to the waiting area as its a ridiculous undoable turn from tbe window to the spaces. Not very well thought out drive through. Makes it more hassle than its worth. Also the cardboard straws are just disgusting. They leave horrible taste in the mouth and that alone will make me never use mcdonalds again.

Went through drive through today staff were so rude didn’t care about customers not once did anyone say please or thank you when I picked up food didn’t even look at me just handed food and drinks over continued conversation with other 2 work mates won’t be back .

2nd trip to McDonalds this week and found the following good and bad issues1st visit Wednesday Irvine branch was very pleased with our meal and was still warm after our 10 min drive home.2nd visit Friday afternoon Stevenson branch chicken was lovely but chips not so nice very small and crispy like end of batch scrapings apart from this food was warm after 10 min drive back to office

A busy restaurant with order pads at entrance. Very busy. Table service. Food arrived reasonably quickly. Toilets disappointing and need attention. Overall ok for fast snack

The breakfast is as you'd expect at a fast food outlet. Cheap and cheerful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decided on McDonald's for a wee change for dinner. It was very busy as you would expect on a Saturday night. Used automated ordering machine which is very simple. We decided on the classic signature burgers which were DELICIOUS. Large meals of course & mcflurrys to finish. Takeaway service was quick considering how busy it was. Food was warm & tasty.

For some reason anytime we go to this McDonald's it is always a case of "can you go and take a parking space please?". It's just pretty annoying when you constantly need to wait on food. It's all standard food without any special requests on my order. By the time the food comes out the coffees are lukewarm, ice creams are melted if bought. It's just all a bit out of sync.

Always Horrible food, very bad customer service, and very small portions, we had hardly any fries or chocolate sauce in our mcflurrys, we wont be back here. Managers very cheeky when i complained.

We popped in for a happy meal for our wee granddaughter to takeaway. It was really busy with people standing at the counter. I had quite a time to wait to be served then to get my order. I don't know what was going on but lots of customers (the ones standing at the counter) had got their meals & they were wrong. It was a shambles & I've never seen it so bad & disorganised before. Sadly the service at this McDonald's seems to be getting pretty poor. Hope they fix it soon before they lose lots of their customers

Dud not really want to back to this McDonald's cause I had bad experience last time but kids wanted it. When through the drive through was a bit annoyed the girl was chatting to the car in front for to long guessing must be a friend. The food was standard McDonald's nothing special not that great.

Ideal place for a quick coffee or even a burger! Staff friendly and quick efficient service,didn't try food but it looked and smelt good. would come again.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Fries ok. Burger overcooked and the milkshake was awful. If I had not when thru the drive thru I would have asked for my money back. Kids did not even enjoy there meals.

Manager Stuart disrespectful towards staff members. Very unprofessional. Treat others the way you want to be treated. It’s no wonder that some staff don’t want to be there.

Been here on numerous occasions. On this occasion I had ordered meals for the whole family. I paid almost £23. I used the drive through and on getting home noticed the chips in my meals were half empty. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I emailed the manager who sent an apology but no form of reimbursement. This McDonald’s is a franchise. It is poor value for money. I definately will not be back!!

False advertising. State on website they stop breakfast at 11am at the weekend. Then refuse customers saying after 10.30 . No longer serve breakfast. Once I called to query the FALSE advertising I am told we are a franchise and claim for 20 odd years that has been the case. Frankly the store hasnt been opened for that amount of time. They take your custom when it suits obviously weekend staff are too lazy to work or go beyond to cater to customers. Well they have disgusted me and their attitude will not be going to this Franchise again.

2nd review for this bunch of cowboys, there wont be a third as i wont ever be back. went in this morning, had to wait 20 mins as loads of people were served and left as you had forgot about my order, gave me it on a tray even though I had asked for a carry out and then true to form you got the order wrong " AGAIN".

Staff are very welcoming and you don't have to wait long to be served, very quick from ordering food to receiving it, very clean and orderly, would recommend to anyone,

Popped in with my grand children who like most kids love a mcDonalds this was well organised,clean and staff rally nice and friendly

ok so its McDonalds, nobody's expecting fine gourmet dining and waiter service but this place is the pits. the food is frequently cold and the staff seem incapable of getting any order correct no matter how simple it is. stop chatting to your workmates and concentrate on doing your job. Its not that hard to take a simple order. this isn't a dig at McDonalds as the Irvine one a few miles down the road gets it right every time. Gave up and won't be back its happened to many times. if you do have to use this place then check your order carefully before you leave the drive through because its 50/50 at best your order will be wrong.

This place is unbelievable, tonight I received my daughters kids meal with NO FOOD inside, only a toy, not the first time an order has been totally incorrect at this Drive through, only discovered it was empty 5miles down the road, won't be back ! No point of calling them either

This place just gets worse! On a recent visit to the drivethrough with my kids they ordered 2 portions of cheesy bites. These inedible pieces of molten plastic wrapped in breadcrumbs come with a dip which makes them barely palatable. 2 orders of cheesy dips = 2 dips - or so you'd imagine. Instead the arithmetically challenged staff gave us only 1. Tonight they surpassed themselves. When placing the order I asked the highly trained staff member to ensure there were 2 dips in the bag. Having had to park and wait, as usual, imagine my shock when there were NO dips in the bag! I then had to go into the "restaurant" and spoke to the captain of industry who was in charge. "We're really busy"....well that's ok then, for a minute I thought the trained chimp who took my order was on the wind up! If only it were possible to award minus points..

Big macs y teníamos comidas chili enrollado de pollo, y todos comimos todas sus comidas, sin patatas fritas empapadas o pollo, ensalada floja. No kidding! Regularly asked to go and park when using the drive though while the budding Gordon Ramsays prepare whatever the girls have ordered. Today plumbed new depths....we had to wait for....a drink!!! Handed poor quality food which was going from lukewarm to cold while we waited for a drink! When I tired of waiting and went in to retrieve the drink (so much for using the drivethrough) I was told I should have asked for the entire order to be held back. My fault! So why go back? Because my kids like it and until their tastebuds fully develop I'll keep enduring this poorest example of fast food and customer service. Hardly surprising that McDonald's iconic figure is a clown....

Pop in here regular for happy meal staff ok clean toilets fair price what more could u want . U have good shops net door to it and a garage and morrinsons supermarket just down a bit from here it is in a a good location

Yes it has had a bit of a face-lift and they have finally realised the need for double doors. Quite like the new self-service order facility. Surely customising your burger this way will lead to less mistakes? Wrong. Once again the staff at this branch have proved to be incapable of reading instructions. This evening for the fourth time in a row my request for a quarter pounder with no cheese and only ketchup on it was rewarded with a burger with no ketchup and two slices of cheese. Although the label quite clearly stated "no cheese". The melted cheese could not be scraped off and since the alternative was letting all the food go cold while I drove back up to wait for another burger, it had to go in the bin.

Pretty much what it says on the tin; the staff at this particular restaurant are extremely helpful and friendly.Great efforts are made to keep it spotless even though it is an extremely busy place.

Recent upgrade to the restaurant has brought it up to date with newer ones in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful and any mistakes rectified quickly. Food is always fresh and hot.

Meal was good nice and hot very quick service the service of the staff was very helpfull in every way asked us if we needed sauce for everyone all very friendly

Very rarely is there an occasion where you can walk or drive away from McDonald's with a nice meal. I have actually not moved from the drive thru once to hand them back cold food. yesterday back to the house to realise parts of my order were missing. Sort it Out!!!

it is one of the worst mc donalds i have ever used staff are very un helpful i would never go there again and the food was at best slightly warm

I have lost count of how many times I have drove through then got home to find meals missing not just chips but actual meals. Then I have to go back for them to give me a large chips instead of a medium how about all the petrol money I use to get me back and forward to fix your errors. Read the check and put the contents in a bag!!!! I even had to park up for the last order for it to be wrong when I got home. If I didn't have two kids who like a McDonalds treat when go for my shopping I wouldn't go near it.

Seems like every time I visit this McDonalds there is a problem. To start with it is the dirtiest and noisiest of the chain I have ever eaten in. It's unusual for them to get your order correct and your left waiting ages if you order something out of the ordinary ... like a burger. Every time the door opens diners are greeted with a blast of freezing air. Double doors are definitely needed. Last visit was perhaps the worst. I was asked if I wished a bag for my takeway order. Now I fully support the need to cut down on waste and encourage people to recycle but McDonalds uses paper bags. Why not make it a feature that they use recycled materials and encourage patrons to recycle instead of charging money for a bit of paper. Anyway never one to miss a chance of cutting of my nose to spite my face I refused their offer to purchase a bag in which to carry my order out. The fries (3 orders) were placed in 3 separate tiny bags, my drinks were given a cardboard carrier (surely one large bag would have been more environmentally friendly?) and the burgers were dumped on the counter in sauce stained containers with half the contents hanging out. My request for clean containers was greeted by a scowl and the repackaged items were practically thrown at me. The only thing that keeps me going back is the convencience of the location and my occasional laziness.
