McDonald's Restaurant in Greenwich

Absolutely disgusting. Third time they have done this - Missing items in the order! Called them but very rude staff. Before this the order never arrived and they were unwilling to help

All I wanted to do is just go in and order my food and go out soon as possible this he grew too told me to use the machine I told him I am sorry I am on able to use the machine as I am dyslexic I would be using the counter where they will be taking my cash he told me know we dont take cash so I ox for the manager the manager said yes you can pay in cash I order my food there was no problem then the cigliutti got really aggressive towards me telling me you should of just gone to the other McDonald's why you coming here I told him I am only here to eat and go please keep your distance and do not try arguing with me and he got really aggressive than and tried coming towards me and pushing me R which I found really uncomfortable I would not be coming back to this location and I would be 100% Give the feedback to my friends and family regarding this restaurant which are found Really rude and misbehaved staff who made fun of my dyslexia Once I left the store I can see they are making fun of me through the window I have taken several pictures of the cigliutti he gave me a falls information the company he was working for iPhone of the company they said they do not have any staff in McDonald's so I called back to the manager they said you have to call back again I kept on calling every time a called the kept on changing the subject they did not provide me the security companies name which I could have made a complaint about I would not recommend any one to come to this location in oetwil your friends or family or you will get abuse by the staff and security

Very Poor service at drive through - rude cashier refused to apologize for own blunder after despite being queried multiple. Duty manager un-coperative and refused to intervene. Incident occcured on Friday 18th Oct around 12.45pm.

I paid for a big chicken tasty with bacon and they have failed to give me what I ordered. I am very dissiponted with their service. This is the second time they have done this and I don't appreciate it.

The restaurants which are on Waterloo station and next to the London Eye are full disaster. Very disgusting in many ways. There is no hygiene, no space, no queue structure, very busy and crowdy. Mess all over the place. It's difficult to find the queue and takes ages to wait. They never put any notes if they run out of something. So you can end up standing 20mints in the queue and with nothing to buy!

This is our Uber delivery McDonalds, what I like about this is I can delete cheese, as it doesn't agree with me, and they'll cook it to order, rarely late, food always hot and they always remember to put the sauces in when my daughter wants chicken selects

I don't usually bother to do these things but I really wanted to compliment the staff members in this McDonald's. It was a fairly busy Saturday lunch time and we nearly didn't bother as we thought it would be a mad rush. However we were lucky enough to arrive just as a family was leaving, a staff member was immediately onto cleaning the table and welcoming us in a friendly manor, even being nice to our toddler - after she'd cleaned the table for us she arrived back seconds later with a balloon for the little one. Me and my husband exchanged comments on how 'on it' they were in this restaurant and looking around despite the busy time it was very clean. We ordered our food via touch screens, there was no queue for this but a large queue for counter. Our food arrived in a really good time, the young chap who brought it over was really polite, asked if he could get us any sauces and wished us a good meal. Now im not being dramatic here, but unluckily 9 times out of 10 something is usually wrong with the order at McDonald's for me. Everything was right!, The little things but still. The fries weren't too salty for once as well, and we tried 2 of the new burgers and were very impressed. Our little girl dropped her happy meal toy on the floor under the seats and the lovely lady from early was straight over to help us retrieve it. Despite a cold rainy day, the woman from earlier was even bothering to clean outside areas which just goes to show care. Even car park was clean. What a great example that in customer facing environments, even the smallest of positivity can help someone continue to enjoy their day.

Very clean. Food was hot and very tasty. Service was excellent very friendly staff all working very well together

WARNING.. DO NOT USE DRIVE THROUGH.... Several times we have used drive through, mainly late at night on our way home and WE ALWAYS HAVE FOOD MISSING..last night we had two portion of chips missing off our order, despite paying for them... couldn't be bothered to go back after arriving home... if you have to use this branch, make sure you go to counter, DO NOT USE DRIVE THROUGH..CHECK YOUR BAGS TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR..

It is what it is to be honest. The service is ok, the food is what you would expect, the price is what you would expect. Not out of this world, but the fries are ok and the coffee is wet and hot

Its easy to get to but can be difficult to get out as the traffic come past quite fast. The staff are friendly and it's always kept clean

Really rubbish experience today not helped by management staff . First as we arrived at the branch a mountain bike was laying blocking the foyer . Having tackled this obstacle and purchasing our food we found a seat in a booth by the window overlooking the car park. Three kids in the booth behind ours (me and my 5 and 2 year old ) swearing loudly , I ignore it and try to keep my kids entertained ,I even ignore the constant banging on the chair back . Then the chair started to push further my way on looking round to see the reason, the boys behind were playing a game of tug of war with a movable shutter (one, behind me holding one , the other side pushing ) . I politely asked them to stop as it was difficult enough getting my kids to concentrate on their meal as it was , with this distraction it was being made impossible . Eventually , fed up with the hassle , I pulled the shutter away from them completely . After a short while getting bored having to amuse themselves trying to be sensible children one of them climbed over to pull the shutter back to their side giving me a fair deal of "lip" as he did so( amazed at this stage this wasn't noticed by staff) . They then returned to the original tug of war routine . By this time I had decided that my experience had been disrupted to such an extent that we would no longer be able to sit and enjoy our meal . so decided to speak to the acting manager about a refund so we could leave (obviously wanting to avoid further confrontation in front of my children) . The acting manager appeared understanding and asked me to wait , he then went to speak to the disruptive fools , who then got up and made their way to the door . He then returned to me and flatly refused a refund explaining that as far as he was concerned he'd dealt with it .But as a gesture of goodwill he'd offer to replace the meal in my opinion a wholly unacceptable resolution I was now already cross and there were three irritating kids staring through the windows. After the refusal of a refund and my refusal of the replacement meal I decided to cut my losses and leave ,by which time the kids had returned to the inside of the branch smiling smugly as I walked past them one partially blocking my exit with his mountain bike (the one I nearly tripped over as I entered the branch). After getting my crying children back in the car I had calmed a little and decided that even though this was probably going to be my last visit to Pettman Cres branch my children were not going to go hungry so I drove through the drive through and reluctantly took the offer of a replacement meal.

Saw Fish burger dropped at the floor and picked up back in burger wrap. That's something I will never forget it. Will never go there again.

Il locale era bello pieno, ma un po' di pulizia.. i tavoli in disordine e da ripulire, i cesti della spazzatura ricolmi.. e coda per il bagno tipo sgabuzzino.. il cibo e' il classico da Mc Donald, non certo per italiani!

All Maccas we saw were ghastly compared to those in Australia. You ordered on ground level, but had to take your meal downstairs to windowless rooms to eat. We just used them for the toilets, definitely wouldn't eat there, too depressing an outlook.

Para quem tem medo de arriscar comer comidas diferentes de lugares diferentes, o mc donald sempre é uma boa opção.

O valor do lanche chega a ser mais em conta que em reais, e você estará pagando em pounds. Ou seja, nem precisa falar muito que você faz uma boa economia indo ao MAC.

Não conta com quantidade de mesas suficientes para a demanda, sendo quase impossível comer sentado. Apesar disso, é como qualquer outro McDonald's, rápido e prático.

Para quem deseja uma refeição rápida e com ótima localização. Não deixou nada a desejar se comparado ao padrão mundial dos McDonald's.

Ps restaurantes McDonald's de Londres são sempre uma opção para quem quer comer algo rápido, mas sempre estão muito cheios e nem sempre se consegue um lugar para sentar, por ser uma escolha fácil para os turistas tem enorme popularidade e sempre tem por perto quando a fome chega

It's the same fast food restaurant you see all over the world. The only difference is back in 2001 thy didn't use Idaho potatoes, but potatoes grown in the U.K. Also instead of eating your fried with ketsup the British eat them with mayonnaise. Not so bad once you get used to it. Menu is the same as we have here in the U.S.

I just love Mc donalds UK...very nice and beautiful.... with a special variety of food different from other places I tried before

O preparo do lanche é bem rápido, a eficiência não deixa a desejar. O único problema é que o suco é pequeno.

Dopo aver provato alcuni ristoranti e pseudopizzerie che si dicono italiane, io e la mia famiglia con due ragazze abbiamo trovato il Mc a Trafalgare Square, vero punto di approdo e di riposo dopo le fatiche giornaliere e dove poter mangiare gli alimenti che troviamo anche in Italia. Si consiglia con ragazzi

Geralmente muito cheio. Mas bom porque é uma das comidas mais conhecidas do mundo, entao se voce gosta, nao tem erro. Mas como ja disse, é cheio e muitas vezes as pessoas nao tem educacao.

Excelente serviço. Além dos famosos combos , há salada e frutas. Sempre é bom dar uma paradinha nas compras sem ficar preocupada com o que vc está vestida. O Mac é descolado, vc entra, faz sua refeição, usa o banheiro, bate um papinho e volta comprar, tudo de novo.

Not really into Burgers, how-ever they are dressed up, the "food"? served up never approaches the, photographs on the Menus and to my mind even with the 99p range, still works out expensive for a family add on the French Fries, milk Shakes , Tea and coffee, big Mac for the adults and it works out quite expensive for the average Family, far better to my mind is to go to KFC for a Bargain Bucket and bottle of Pop, around about £15 with change, and everyone full up.

Ate here a lot as traveling with a pick eater (11 year old). Was nice to have some good old home choices, and perfect for late night snacks!
