People sit around using space without ordering food. Mcdonalds have AI Customer complaints and say they can do nothing.

Extremely disappointed with the overall service and hygiene of this place. Tables were left dirty with customer leftover rubbish no one seems to be instructed in cleaning. Majority of the tables on ground floor are taken by delivery drivers who occupy then for long time. Service is so poor my food was sitting ready for 5 mins and the server just doing other stuff.

when I got my delivery it was Luke warm I had warm it up again which made taste even worse fries was not good or the chicken nuggets I was not happy I hope next time it be much better

Order never arrived 2 hours later still showing as courier at the restaurant. Actual bs

he rang my neighbours bell and I had to call him to my door.

my food was put down as delivered it was not I sent the driver back cos he came with the wrong order

Driver was using Google maps to locate my house and was totally lost. I showed in the app where my house was located but he was insisting that he was right. Food arrived cold.

Poor customer service staff were very slow in preparing orders...

when you order fast food, it's supposed to be, just that. "fast food" to be told after ordering your delivery will be delayed, but over 1 hour and then no or very little onions when I requested extra. complete waste of money

Relatively cosy McDonalds right on the high st with parking outside as long as you face down the helmeted shirt untucked delivery scooter riders. Top floor is spacious clean and quiet and allows you to gaze into the top level of buses .

I'm fairly certain the delivery driver handed me an open bag after eating part of both McFlurries and potentially drinking some of one of the drinks. This has contaminated the whole bag as far as I'm concerned.

cold rubbery chips, burgers where all over the place, bun going one way, cheese and the burger the other. the lettuce on the spicy chicken burger was almost non-existent and what was there was turning brown and limp. on a positive note, none of the items were missing this time.

food came really quickly. burgers and fries were fine, as was the milkshake. However there was a white chalky object inside the apple pie and I really don't know what it is. just glad it was at the end that I took the first bite from, so I was able to spit it out and not continue eating. gutted as its ruined my meal. 🤷🏿‍♀️

I ordered medium fries and hot chocolate. But the quantity was not satisfied incompare to other branch of Macdonald. Also in fries no Salt. Also staff is very rude. They not serve properly. I'm very disappointed of this branch.

Whenever I ordered either missing or wrong items last time they didn’t send me drinks when I called they said when u order let us know we will send today was trying to call no one answer honestly extremely disappointing service

Never again As I am writing this I have a skin rash over most of my body. I eat at McDonald's quite often, but I have never had anything like this before. Probably also because hygiene is not their strong point.

Really unhappy as I ordered 3 burgers, only 2 were delivered and now there’s an inquiry as to if I get a refund!!!! Either give me my money or my food!!!!!

A bit slow for a fast food but generally acceptable

Overall very poor, specifically chose the Acton one as usually this is better quality, however not on this occasion. Overall the whole order was luke warm to cold, worst part the fries were undercooked, looked anaemic, even after reheating in oven were still horrible. The McRib’s were average at best. Filet o fish were decent but always they so stingy with cheese slides. The chicken sharer box good but again Luke warm. Overall very disappointing and will think twice ordering from here again.

driver can't find house every time i order and all of them keep lieing where they are, food cold, non of you or your driver read the notes an I say on it I am disabled put a clear instructions of my house and it gets ignored, ao thank you but no thanks no more.

Didn’t get my sauce and they always do this it’s enough now !
