They was so rude with people . And they talking together in Indian . No respect. no service .

Waited for 23 minutes for just 2 fries and fillet burger. The lady was serving at the counter and at the same time she was preparing food without gloves. I would not even give 1 star.

Happy to keep what was delivered but all the food was wrong sent in a wrong order request

The drink from mucus always spilling and making a mess.

They included cheese and ask without it

when I got my delivery the bag felt cold but when open the it was not hot it just about warm the fries look over cook and nuggets as well I was disappointed it was for son he got austim and he like the nuggets and fries I hope next time it be better

The sprite just taste like sparkling water and I ordered 6 sauces and I only got 2.

Delivery driver basically shoved it in my hands and my Coke poured all over me. Driver was also very rude. Good was okay 👍

Rather than entering through the public entrance to my building with signage to where all flats are located, the driver decided to tailgate through a non-public entrance then spend 20 minutes around the building looking for my flat and instead of ringing doorbells to be buzzed into doors would stand and wait for someone to leave to be let in. He was nearby within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant but delivery took half an hour and food was cold

Food took almost an hour, and was delivered after other stops by the driver so was completely cold when it arrived. Terrible service

stone cold stale medium fries on a large fries order, under seasoned patties, sprite and coke mixes failed to add any flavour and/or gas so we got clear dodgy water, and coca cola coloured dodgy water. terrible

Coke had no ice and didnt taste like coke zero. Tenders didnt taste fresh. Apart from that everything was good

big mac was luke warm fries were cold! surprising as i only like a four minute walk away.... (I'd imagine quicker by bike) couldn't collect due to leg injury. questionable if I'd use again, hoping this was a one off.

Having left a note for the rider on how to find us from McDonalds as we literally live the next turning and behind the shop. He went all round the houses and our food was cold, yet again. This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. Fed up.

Ordered delivery on Just Eat. An hour late. Food stone cold and the milkshake watery and melting. Shame on you, McDonald's Acton. There is always some issue with delivery orders. Forgotten items, cold food or late deliveries. This is a poorly managed branch with pretty useless staff!😡😡😡

The driver couldn’t follow a simple instruction and rang at the wrong door even if was specifically instructed not to now I had an argument with my neighbour because of an incompetent and unprofessional driver that has spoiled my evening! I’m so mad that I had to throw my food away as I wasn’t hungry anymore!!! Thank you for employing such an unprofessional people!!

The coffee ordered was overexerted and was not drinkable. When I requested to change it , I was responded by staff to add sugar to solve the problem, and we could not change it.

Do not order from here if you are allergic like I am , ordered a plain burger because I am allergic to onions , they made sure to put extra onions and this isn’t a one time occasion and to make things worse Uber wont give you a refund either so practically you are gonna pay for food you cant eat.

i ordered a large chops ans got a medium in a large box. chips were soggy. burger a mess.

There was black gone off lettuce in the chicken sandwich, food turned up over an hour after placed the order. All the sauces were missing and the chips were all limp and cold that they were inedible
