McDonald's - New Mersey Retail Park in Liverpool

El sábado por la noche visita aquí, bienvenida amable, y me atendió solo 5 minutos para una mesa, a pesar de que estaba ocupado. Tenía un plato de compartir sin hueso que era sabroso. Ordenado fuera del código QR en la mesa, que era fácil de hacer.

Recientemente visitamos el lugar de speke después de algunas compras. Esta fue nuestra primera visita a un restaurante desde el diagnóstico de diabetes de nuestra hija. Estábamos ansiosos por entrar y tratar de resolver su problema de los carbohidratos, pero AJ el gerente y otro miembro del personal (bigote, gafas y doc martins?) proporcionaron tanta ayuda y apoyo durante el proceso de pedido. AJ nos permitió cambiar la bebida para obtener una opción cero y nos ayudó a calcular los carbohidratos del postre. Ambos servidores se registraron regularmente durante nuestra comida y nos sentimos a gusto comiendo allí. No podrían haber sido más serviciales a pesar de que estaba muy ocupado. Hicieron una experiencia desalentadora agradable y estoy muy agradecido. La comida era buena como siempre.

Only 5 mins drive from Liverpool Airport, situated in New Mersey Shopping Centre, which is really good. We were staying at the Crowne Plaza across the road last week & visited Nando's in the evening. We were made welcome & they were very considerate of my food intolerances. We visited again yesterday on our way home from the airport & food & service really good on both occasions.

Came about 6.45 on Father’s Day and was told we had a 25 min wait - we got a text and it said it would be about 35. It was 40! We seemed to be first in the queue according to the tracking of time yet people seemed to be going ahead of us despite our status remaining as first so no idea what was going on . A fair few empty tables - but not loads of staff - presumably this is why we waited . Sadly there was a few things not on - inc garlic bread which was a shame. What we ordered was very tasty , well portioned on the whole and hot . Lovely wraps - great we could get bits taken out we didn’t want . Chips were lovely . Spicy rice was excellent . Staff were very busy and did their best to keep on top of the situation . They were friendly on a busy day .

We visited here as a family of 3 for my son's birthday, we rang before hand to ask if we could bring in a cake to celebrate the occasion, and also asked if staff could sing happy birthday aswell but was told this was down to staff if they wanted to or not which was fair enough :) Upon arriving, we spoke to our waiter if we could have cake brought out which we brought in & she was more than happy to do so.. The two girls who brought the cake out sung Happy Birthday to my little boy & made his day inc ours too :) Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the staff on that evening, didnt manage to grab names but we visted around half 5ish x

We visited today for my daughters birthday. When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes but when we were seated the food was lovely and the waitresses Mary and Kayleigh were very helpful and friendly.

We paid our first visit here midweek at 7.30pm and it was very busy but we managed to get a table. Ordering the food was quite straightforward and despite there being a queue, our order was taken quite quickly. There was not a lengthy wait...

The slowest fast food restaurant ever, and it wasn’t even particularly busy . The staff where very disorganised and need to get themselves sorted out before offering “table service”.

4 friends ordered there takeaway service. Was not impressed. Items missing when picking it up. Had to wait 10 minutes for the missing item to be ready. The food collected was stone cold when we got home 2 minutes round the corner. Chicken was overcooked....
