McDonald's Hayes- Lombardy Retail Park. in Hillingdon

Too many take away drivers, inside the restaurant and hanging out side. When they haven't got a delivery they take up the seating and parking places. 9/10 times there will be a bitty ( druggie) hanging around the drive through annoying customers. But it's one of the best I been too for the food

Super fast service, friendly staff , clean and nothing to fault

24-hour food but always milkshake machine broken down (excuse).

Clapped crowd but the staff are kind enough even with how busy it is.

Is the second time I am ordering from this brunch as I was around, and for the second time, I tried to contact them as they sent my coffee without sugar but obviously they didn't bother to pick up the phone.

Customer service is very very poor, they don’t know how to talk to the customer’s. The staff is very rude. They give us wrong order and when we asked to change the order they ask us for extra money.

Member of staff rude she brought our order to our table we said thank you but she just walked away from the table there was items missing from our order I had to go to the counter to ask for missing triple cheese burger ans ketchup I'm disabled ordering to be delivered to my table for a reason disappointing staff

Their service was unprofessional.. they completely messed my order up and gave me someone else’s order and when I said it wasn’t mine and told them my rightful order and that it should’nt of come to £18. They took my money and wouldn’t refund it. In the end I went in the restaurant and kicked off and they gave me my rightful order. They were clearly trying to mug me off. It backfired on them majorly and I made them look stupid. They clearly choose to cross the wrong one as I’m not one to mess with.

Crowded and small carpark. The McDonald's here was busy and quite cramped inside. Thankfully, the toilet was clean

Fast service, food very good when busy but when not busy I have had dry food several times because it takes too long to wait for a customer

The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, the service however was terrible, staff didn't have a clue and as they were tending to myself, they took time out to chastise another colleague about something else, not what I expected or wanted as a CUSTOMER to see or hear.

I ordered crispy katsu wrap but they give me chicken bacon wrap and I don’t eat bacon but I just opened and eaten some bacon

Placed an order on the Mc Donald’s app but never received this the driver sent some random picture stating he delivered but that wasn’t my address he didn’t even bother calling on arrival if he was having issues locating the property I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone I actually called 21 times and no one answered the call this is so shameful such a big cooperation with negligent incompetent people that can’t even answer the phone. Would not be ordering through the Mc Donald’s App ever again.

my and my family experience was worst very worst in grapes mcdonald the guy was very very rude to all my family we bought mcspicy meal and mcplant meal there were no dine in so we take away our meal but the guy name patel i don’t know his full name i told him to show but he failed to show name plate he was like shouting on us very very bad experience we had in lombardy retail park mcd pls work with that employees am never gonna go back again that mcdonald am dropping down his writing which he gave to us when i ask his name he said his name plate is broken

The fries?!?!? I took one bite and that was horribly nasty.. I genuinely feel sick it tastes like its been stepped on and not cooked for years and usually i never had an issue. Just eat isn’t refunding my order, but i feel sick honestly

Disgusting PARKING FINE TRAP here! Just received a £60 fine for a 30 min stay meal. The most expensive meal ever! The confusing car park design makes you think Pizza Hut and McDonloads share the same car park. But it's not. No one will remind you and the signs are very unclear. Avoid this McDonald's and Pizza Hut at all costs! I will never visit again! Utterly disgusting business. The disgusting parking fine company managing this is Met Parking Services Ltd.

Recently deliveries are made with no care whatsoever. There is always an incorrect item delivered or part of your order missing. It’s like they don’t care anymore. Expected more from them as the McDonald’s at Lombardy was always good.

Please avoid this McDonald’s. I parked up and took my two grandchildren in for a treat on our way in. They were doing face painting in the store. I enquired how much this would be and the lady told me she said would you like to eat your food first and then have the face painted so we sat down had our meal then went over to the lady for my grandchildren to have their face painted and we had to wait in a queue the queue was quite long, but I’d already paid for the service realising after nearly 2 hours that I’ve been in the restaurant about the parking arrangements outside I spoke to one of the members of staff she took my car registration and said they gave it to the manager over a week later I received a parking ticket I went and spoke to the young manager that was on and she has took photos of the parking ticket and assured me she would hand it to the manager, today. It’s come back that my appeal has not been upheld and I sent videos and pictures of the children having the face painted and the times showing on the pictures .this is disgusting

Did an online order for the bag to come open and a burger missing along with half the chips. So went in store to be ignored by both managers. Alot of people complaining of wrong orders. Defibrillator missing in store also.

Food left stored in car park in the heat for over an hour and still 10 plus pallets out despite it saying to keep chilled became a feeding ground for pigeons the staff couldn't see the issue as the bags had no rips but small beaks and claws pecking at the buns must at best have left bacteria on the packs that staff putting out food would touch and chicken nuggets warmed by 26 degree sunshine isn't the best.

Yet again I have my grandchildren to visit and order them McDonald’s as a treat. And yet again one of the children does not get their order. Not the greatest McDonalds franchise on the planet. Can go months without a milkshake or ice cream due to faulty equipment. The orders need to be checked prior to leaving as the accuracy is poor.

The service isn't great, to put it mildly. The food is satisfactory, but it's McDonald's, so you know what to expect. The managers at these locations tend to be difficult to deal with, and it's widely known that employees often dislike their managers at fast food places. Unnecessarily difficult.

Literally ordered meals and all and this restaurant forgot to send drinks via uber eats, i ordered via mcdonalds app lol how pathetic. Take out order number 379. I made take away order, went home and realised that big mac was missing. It’s very disappointing that I need to go all the way back to take my burger again. They don’t apologise after they made a mistake.

Ordered meals for 5 people after a very busy day out.Delivery arrived and once again something missing. A Burger and straws for milkshakes .Can cope without straws but the burger is different.Rang them and explained to the person on the phone the lady said we will refund you.so it's very hard to recommend your food if it don't deliver the food which is ordered.

I used the drive thru today, ordered on the app at the first window. The employee couldn't even bother to acknowledge me to busy on his mobile, I went to the collection window waited 5 minutes whilst people kept walking past until I called out as i could see my order just sitting there gone stone cold. I told the lady this is extremely poor service and told her about the first person on his phone. She responded by saying that he has been told but does not listen. They should sack him

Just ordered a chicken Big Mac meal and cheese bites. What was delivered was everything except the burger. Called Uber customer services and they advised they could not refund me as they could not verify I did not receive it. Either the Uber delivery driver ate it on the way to me or it’s still sitting in the hot plate in the store. I won’t be using Uber for my delivery or order online from this store. Ps Take

They were serving drive thru but tills were all closed including kiosks. There was no sign of closure. 11:20pm we didnt get served as they close front at 11pm told by the manager. Google shows they are 24/7 not sure what the issue is.

Every time we go there to get frappe or milkshake , the mechanic is broken. Useless . Wast of time . Management can not sort it out . It happens every other week.

Asked for 2 burgers and got 1, went back round the drive thru and the assistant said he only put 1 burger even though i Asked for 2. A bit thick.

Terrible, I got food poisoning which I wouldn't recommend because it left me ba da ba ba baaahhhh not loving it. I'm not sure if it was the mc coca cola or the rat in the kitchen what I'm a gonna do but what I'm not gonna do is eat McDonald's again I'll just loosen the purse strings a bit and get five guy's from now on cos that's actually real food.

Service is good but when I visit on Sunday,they have problem with milkshakes machine.I did write down to customer service but still no improvement.

I went to this McDonald's place and it was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the order screen was not working properly and I didn't get a bill slip. I hope they fix it soon.

I occasionally went to my local McDonald's for a 🍔🍟 burger. I am always impressed with their menus. Their large range of tasty food is what makes them so popular. Although the store is quite small. I usually found a seat probably because it is a 'Drive In'. The majority of customers pick up their food orders from a window 🪟 while still seated in their automobiles.

Best place to have early morning food and no problems as transport is still running at 3 am. Had quick catch up today and was very busy at drive-through. It's still a very busy place Loads of drive throughs today. The customer advisor was on point and very polite. Loads of delivery pick-ups.

The service is good. The staff is amazing. They literally smile and listen to every person coming. There could have been more seating space available as it is usually full.

Atmosphere is absolutely annoying, uber delivery drivers are everywhere, they placing their dirty helmets and bags on table when people eating. Is it food safety environment? Just wondering why not to create a special place for delivery guys where they can take a seat and wait separately from other customers? The food was nice and hot, managed to get a table and itvwas cleane. Also atopmhspahre was, it's mixture of family orianted. customer service was ok not fantestic but over all its good place to eat.
