Possibly the fatest service from a maccies ever ! Got throigh the drive thru super quick and the order was correct !!

Yet again I have my grandchildren to visit and order them McDonald’s as a treat. And yet again one of the children does not get their order. Checked it with the driver to ensure it wasn’t him and clearly not sent. Such a waste of money and no couldn’t get through ion the phone to get it replaced. You are a joke !!!

Don't get caught with the parking restriction! You only get 90min but not heavily indicated

Due to the way drive through is designed, it just blocks the whole of the carpark. This discourages you from going there. But other wise same old McDonald's as another site

Not the greatest McDonalds franchise on the planet. Can go months without a milkshake or ice cream due to faulty equipment. The orders need to be checked prior to leaving as the accuracy is poor.

The service isn't great, to put it mildly. The food is satisfactory, but it's McDonald's, so you know what to expect. The managers at these locations tend to be difficult to deal with, and it's widely known that employees often dislike their managers at fast food places. Unnecessarily difficult.

Literally ordered meals and all and this restaurant forgot to send drinks via uber eats, i ordered via mcdonalds app lol how pathetic. Take out order number 379. I aint making this up, worst thing they can do is forget to send drinks, and they r giving me a refund for drinks, i was askjng if i can go drop off all the stuff i ordered so i can get a full refund as im definately not happy

I made take away order, went home and realised that big mac was missing. It’s very disappointing that I need to go all the way back to take my burger again. They don’t apologise after they made a mistake.

Very slow staff ,I waited almost 10 minutes for my flat bread and no body is making it also there are no customer in the shop it’s around 5:15am as I was missing my bus I just left it without taking it, poor management

Ordered meals for 5 people after a very busy day out.Delivery arrived and once again something missing. A Burger and straws for milkshakes .Can cope without straws but the burger is different.Rang them and explained to the person on the phone the lady said we will refund you.so it's very hard to recommend your food if it don't deliver the food which is ordered.

Always check your bag before leaving. On multiple occasions I have been missing items. However when they do get it right the food is always hot and any changes are made.

I used the drive thru today, ordered on the app at the first window. The employee couldn't even bother to acknowledge me to busy on his mobile, I went to the collection window waited 5 minutes whilst people kept walking past until I called out as i could see my order just sitting there gone stone cold. I told the lady this is extremely poor service and told her about the first person on his phone. She responded by saying that he has been told but does not listen. They should sack him

Just ordered a chicken Big Mac meal and cheese bites. What was delivered was everything except the burger. Called Uber customer services and they advised they could not refund me as they could not verify I did not receive it. Either the Uber delivery driver ate it on the way to me or it’s still sitting in the hot plate in the store. I won’t be using Uber for my delivery or order online from this store. Ps Take

They were serving drive thru but tills were all closed including kiosks. There was no sign of closure. 11:20pm we didnt get served as they close front at 11pm told by the manager. Google shows they are 24/7 not sure what the issue is.

Every time we go there to get frappe or milkshake , the mechanic is broken. Useless . Wast of time . Management can not sort it out . It happens every other week.

Asked for 2 burgers and got 1, went back round the drive thru and the assistant said he only put 1 burger even though i Asked for 2. A bit thick.

Terrible, I got food poisoning which I wouldn't recommend because it left me ba da ba ba baaahhhh not loving it. I'm not sure if it was the mc coca cola or the rat in the kitchen what I'm a gonna do but what I'm not gonna do is eat McDonald's again I'll just loosen the purse strings a bit and get five guy's from now on cos that's actually real food.

Bad experience in this Location Unfortunately the staff from main till basic English unable to take my order olso she send me to the AI bord to select my food. Cleaning is disgusting in the kitchen olso I have received hair on the TISSUES AND I FOOD AND COULD SEE WITH NO GLASSES ON. I went to this McDonald's place and it was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the order screen was not working properly and I didn't get a bill slip. I hope they fix it soon.

Eating McDonalds for many decades but o this occasion had the worst experience ever. Made a complaint but the manager was rude and didn't listen. I occasionally went to my local McDonald's for a 🍔🍟 burger. I am always impressed with their menus. Their large range of tasty food is what makes them so popular. Although the store is quite small. I usually found a seat probably because it is a 'Drive In'. The majority of customers pick up their food orders from a window 🪟 while still seated in their automobiles.

Best place to have early morning food and no problems as transport is still running at 3 am. Had quick catch up today and was very busy at drive-through. It's still a very busy place Loads of drive throughs today. The customer advisor was on point and very polite. Loads of delivery pick-ups.

The service is good. The staff is amazing. They literally smile and listen to every person coming. There could have been more seating space available as it is usually full.

Atmosphere is absolutely annoying, uber delivery drivers are everywhere, they placing their dirty helmets and bags on table when people eating. Is it food safety environment? Just wondering why not to create a special place for delivery guys where they can take a seat and wait separately from other customers? Atmosphere is like you came for food in the canteen of uber delivery depot

The food was nice and hot, managed to get a table and itvwas cleane. Also atopmhspahre was, it's mixture of family orianted. customer service was ok not fantestic but over all its good place to eat.

I did not receive my full order quick enough to take the money and delivery fee. I’ve tried always of contacting them to get my order delivered. However they’re not answering the phone. The service with McDonald’s is diabolical on numerous occasions more than five now I’ve ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin, no cheese at the Harrow branch on four occasions, receiving the sausage McMuffin with cheese and on one of the occasions, receiving nothing, but an Egg McMuffin enough to take your money, but not so quick to take your calls of complaint of the service that you did not receive so disappointed with McDonald’s.

99% of the time , they will give you wrong order , Specially if buy through justeat or Uber , definitely they will send you wrong orders, I submitted a photo here, we ask for plain mc crispy , they put bacon and salad and cheese and sauce

Staff are customer friendly. Usually busy, but you get your food quickly. The only issue is that the toilet's tabs are nightmare to use. One hand alwshould press on the tab to wash the other hand.

This is regarding a delivery order. I have ordered some menu items with paid dips and Hot chocolate. They didn't put any dips and the hot chocolate is like brow hot water.

Parking and getting to this McDonalds's is fairly simple and accessible. Couple of things which make this McDonald's annoying and not my first choice of branch to go through even though it's the closet store to me 1. No matter what time of day you go to this store the drive thru queue is very wild and the service both inside and out can be very slow 2. They never seem to ever have a Mcflurry or anything ice cream related available its ALWAYS unavailable. It's been like this for 2 months now and it's incredibly jarring that's why I tend to go to another branch as they never seem to have it. 3. The staff can be quite miserable alot of the time. There has only been one worker in the 10 years I've come to this brunch who has been extremely enthusiastic and cheery, but seem to only have interacted with him once haven't heard from him since which is a shame

Used the drive through and the atmosphere was what your expect after 300 mikes and 2 cans of beans, excellent and quick service despite being packed with Saturday night punters, it's the very pin7cal of fast food service.

Oddly 99.99% of the time your asked to park up and wait for your food. (Generally when there is no customers inside) and no matter what time you go , it's always " please park up " The waiting bays are on a corner of the drive through so it causes a parking / waiting problem . Drivers get very annoyed with trying to fit into their little waiting bays.. What ever the reason to wait , it's happens every time here.

Very poor customer service I’ve been through drive through to get only 9 cups of vice cream and been asked to park and wait in the car park. I have to wait more than 20 minutes to get them until I shout. Manager had dealt with me very rudely and didn’t ask even a sorry. Very bad customer service and very poor. I would not recommend to go there as they treat people in different way sorry to mention this but I feel colour works here.

Every time I go there my food is cold and last time I told the server that my burger was cold and she was quite rude, telling me that it can't be because it had just been cooked. That was a lie, it was cold and she was rude. Not going there again.

Disgraceful! Charges 3.99 delivery and doesn't bring full order. Says will be back in 10 mins with missing items, over 1 hour later I had to drive there and re buy our dinner 🤬 complete waste of time & money. Drivers lie to customers, food cold & tasteless even when bought in store.
