KFC Ruislip - High Street in Hillingdon

There was a thick layer of grease between the skin and the chicken, the chicken was also extremely dry

Every single table in this restaurant was filthy! Staff don't seem bothered.

Driver was using anither app and delivered to someone else first in complete opposite direction!!! Food was obviously stone cold

My last couple of orders have taken a very long time to arrive and have turned up cold. The drivers are doing something like taking multiple orders and not registering their location or that they have collected them

Everything was great and the driver was lovely as always. I didn't receive my drink though

I just want to say that I've never had an issue with the restaurant but the drivers have been an issue in the past. However, my last couple of orders have been by the same driver and I have to say he's such a lovely chap. Food is always kept upright, hot. He's friendly and polite. Very smiley. Thank you xx

food was bad the chicken fillet was very dry and crispy it looked like it was there all day chips was tge same think dry and horrid I had to throw it away

Order never arrived!!!!! Driver arrived down the road, turned around and left without dropping the food. Absolutely furious!!!

Food cold, cold drink in with the meal. Chicken fillet looked like it had been steamrollered.

Unfortunately, the courier collecting our food had a puncture and the food was cold when it arrived.

This service is absolutely terrible I asked in advance if my food could. Be cooked fresh and when it arrived there was food missing and half my chips where gone and freezing cold I will never be ordering from them again the delivery driver also kicked my front door which I will be reporting

I didn't make any deliveries, I didn't receive anything.

Received my order which for most part was inedible chicken, well overcooked in both fillet burger and chicken piece and had been cooked a long time ago so was a waste of money. I have at 71 years old never had to complain about anything except now.

special offer on line said spend 21 get free popcorn chicken however i spent 24.39 and got nothing extra . the chips were cold & chicken dry nasty never going here again it was false advertising

Although the food was delicious and couldn’t fault it, I pre-ordered at 19:00 for delivery at 20:45. They didn’t even start making it until 20:40, so it didn’t come until 21:05 which really disappointed me. I could’ve just ordered it at 20:45.

Order four peace, chicken and I was given two legs instead of just four separate pieces and I don’t eat legs

The food was just ok, the special ingredients on the chicken was over moist and temperature was not particularly hot. Some of my order was not delivered and it’s not the first time this has happened from this KFC. Pretty average at best.

For it was worst experience.. I'm working Ruislip food center we ordered food but we haven't received according order, while that time staff was fighting with each other they don't have discipline. Second time we ordered food, i ordered vegetable burger, when I received and i opened i got chicken burger instead of veg burger. It means while packaging the food staff is not working appropriate also they not give attention for the packing and deliveries.

Delivery was excellent. Ruislip KFC (yet again) failed to send the correct order and as this is consistent from this restaurant I will think twice before ordering from them again! Their order accuracy is really BAD!

On your app the delivery address we give shows the wrong location and the courier then phones and we have to talk him to the correct location. The address is 36 Manor Road, flat 4 which is the far end of the road from the High Street. Your app shows it being half way along Manor Road which is where the courier goes. They then phone us and be talked to the correct location. We also mention this on the order but it doesn’t seem to help. Can the app be changed to “fix” this?

Love to visit this place again and again. Always the restaurant was clean and helpful staff with great customer service. Always got food hot and tasty.

Avoid - wait times are horrendous in store. If you order through and app its the same and today it took 2 hours and said delivered even though it wasn't!

Cold food - clearly the driver was waiting for more orders to come in so my food was cold and with the wrong drink… KFC Ruislip is a shambles whether collecting or by delivery. It’s been the same for years and will be the reason why I stop using KFC.

I don't like and can't eat spicy food. I ate almost nothing because: The chicken popcorn was spicy and the chicken pieces had a weird coating. The fries were not normal only with a strange spice. In Poland KFC is tastier. There was also no information whether and what is spicy. That's why I ordered what I ordered and counted on tasty pieces without spiciness.

I offered £30 worth of food and got six pieces of chicken a fries and a Coke. No burgers, no sides, no second drink nothing. When I called he swore at me and called me mrs when I have a very deep voice and told me that they were busy and they accidentally gave me someone else’s order, with my receipt

Previously I ordered food for a family of 8. Order a family size bucket and 6 filet burgers Missing chips and we received mini burgers Order a zinger box. Was missing corn and coleslaw. Ordered a side of large chips which were obviously not large. And why are your portion sizes so small now. Chicken is small and chips are in a tiny bags and they're disgusting. Chunky chips which are under cooked

Bag was wet and bottom fell out of bag as I took it from driver because items were badly packaged. Can exploded. Dipped bites missing AGAIN! Delivery time changed 3 times. Last time chicken and chips missing.

Late night KFC (post pub) - restaurant was surprisingly busy for the time of night, but service was quick, efficient & friendly. Food was freshly cooked & my order was accurate. No complaints. Will be back

advertised a free portion of popcorn chicken when spending over a certain amount. I specifically didn't order popcorn chicken because I was spending over the limit sp was going to get it free anyway. I clicked yes to getting it when it said I qualify, but it didn't arrive with my order.

Driver was great and very helpful but issue with justeat app - no pin sent - so couldn’t close delivery - system asked for my mobile number instead but said it was not right - we tried a number of times - ridiculous system !

Not aware of hygiene. Can't be bothered to tidy up the restaurant. Bits of food all over the table. They ran out of cooked chicken and had to cook more. There were about 8 to 10 customers. How do you run out of cooked chicken when that is your bread and butter? I was promised 15 minutes which turned to half an hour wait. No apologies after I chased up my food. The chicken size was small. Cut backs? Was not worth the wait.

Requested no drumsticks , out of 3 pieces of chicken 2 were drumsticks. What’s the point of notes
