Avoid - wait times are horrendous in store. If you order through and app its the same and today it took 2 hours and said delivered even though it wasn't!

Want chicken cooked 4 hours ago re heated in the good old KFC batter you remember ? No you really don't

the chicken was dark brown and crunchy not a nice golden colour, it wss also dry. my guess it had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time

this was abysmal. the food took forever to come and when it did it was awful. it was freezing cold so had to put in the oven to heat up. Not good and a boneless banquet to now be £11.99 is absurd for what you get

I don't like and can't eat spicy food. I ate almost nothing because: The chicken popcorn was spicy and the chicken pieces had a weird coating. The fries were not normal only with a strange spice. In Poland KFC is tastier. There was also no information whether and what is spicy. That's why I ordered what I ordered and counted on tasty pieces without spiciness.

I offered £30 worth of food and got six pieces of chicken a fries and a Coke. No burgers, no sides, no second drink nothing. When I called he swore at me and called me mrs when I have a very deep voice and told me that they were busy and they accidentally gave me someone else’s order, with my receipt

Never in my life have I ever had such dry chicken. Unbelievable dry. It was more dry than the Sahara Desert. It’s even made me feel out of love for KFC.

Previously I ordered food for a family of 8. Order a family size bucket and 6 filet burgers Missing chips and we received mini burgers Order a zinger box. Was missing corn and coleslaw. Ordered a side of large chips which were obviously not large. And why are your portion sizes so small now. Chicken is small and chips are in a tiny bags and they're disgusting. Chunky chips which are under cooked

Bag was wet and bottom fell out of bag as I took it from driver because items were badly packaged. Can exploded. Dipped bites missing AGAIN! Delivery time changed 3 times. Last time chicken and chips missing.

Late night KFC (post pub) - restaurant was surprisingly busy for the time of night, but service was quick, efficient & friendly. Food was freshly cooked & my order was accurate. No complaints. Will be back

Got my order wrong and still no refund

advertised a free portion of popcorn chicken when spending over a certain amount. I specifically didn't order popcorn chicken because I was spending over the limit sp was going to get it free anyway. I clicked yes to getting it when it said I qualify, but it didn't arrive with my order.

Driver was great and very helpful but issue with justeat app - no pin sent - so couldn’t close delivery - system asked for my mobile number instead but said it was not right - we tried a number of times - ridiculous system !

Not aware of hygiene. Can't be bothered to tidy up the restaurant. Bits of food all over the table. They ran out of cooked chicken and had to cook more. There were about 8 to 10 customers. How do you run out of cooked chicken when that is your bread and butter? I was promised 15 minutes which turned to half an hour wait. No apologies after I chased up my food. The chicken size was small. Cut backs? Was not worth the wait.

If I could score lower I would this is my local KFC and the worst FRANCHISE KFC I've ever been too I've never had a correct order I would imagine every single Uber order is wrong they can't even manage counter orders.food is awful even when they do get the order right.today I ordered dipped bites and never received them....when I drove back to the shop they told me they didn't have any dipped bites and they said they put in extra popcorn chicken as it was the same price (they forgot) They never once informed me that they didn't have the item I ordered and when I said why didn't you tell me you didn't have the item the reply I got was 'ok sir'.....it's not ok at all you're service is shocking and so is the food

Two Popcorn chicken was missing.

One of our BBQ chicken fillet burgers was totally unacceptable as the fillet burger wasn’t even half the size of the brioche burger bun !!! When I complained through just eat I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it !!! Not very happy at all from their response as I had spent a total of approximately £38 on three meals and one wasn’t up to quality. To get this response was not what I would expect

Food was cold and delivery driver lied about coming straight from KFC to deliver my food. I was tracking him the whole way and he was moving further away from my house. I questioned why the driver was late and he denied being elsewhere. Very poor service.

Ordered a bargain bucket at 4.18pm. Manager apologises and says they don't have cooked chicken (!) and it's going to be a 15 minute wait. Also offered a soft drink (presumably on the house) - which I declined, I prefer to have my food on time please. At 4.35pm I go and ask again, was told it's going to be only two more minutes. Sure enough after only "two more minutes" passed food was ready at 4.43 pm. Not worth the "15 minutes" wait....

I placed an order for me and my daughters and received somebody else’s order which was a lot less and wasn’t enough food for any of us. I tried to contact you and the shop and couldn’t get through to either. I won’t be using Just Eat again and I will make sure to let everyone know, as this isn’t the first time this has happened I have had money taken out of my account. Didn’t have enough to make another order. This is totally unacceptable.

Always checked your orders before leaving the premise, ordered a family feast and we’re missing 4 fries. Downgraded to 1 star because ordered 20 hot wings and all were pathetically small with a burnt smell.

I ordeared a bucket of 10 pices of chicken along with other items of food. when the bucket arrived the majority of the bucket was full of legs, which was very disappointing. as you trust there would be varied chicken pieces. Not a bucket containing mainly legs. There is no option to select for a refund.

Not only does the food cost more on JustEat but it can arrive incomplete, late and cold or just of poorer quality than when collecting. A significant part of the order today was missing and when attempting to have the missing items delivered, the branch did not answer the phone. I think it is best to collect and check in future.

Ordered a delivery of 4 pieces of chicken with chips and cold drink at6.09pm said delivery due6.40pm then6.50 then 7.10 finally delivered bag holding chips , chicken and drink split open, obviously food is cold delivery guy says not his fault the kitchen took so long , I personally don’t believe him, no refund , nothing .ill chase this up with Yums and the owners in South Ruislip .As this is beyond a joke also Uber support for poor handling when a client phones up, and they wash their hands of it,I’m sure KFC will be thrilled of the bad publicity they will get.

Manager was very rude with drivers who delivered the order for our economy they are poor and hard working drivers they worked in all weather conditions we should appreciate not being rude with them the manager has no manners

This keeps coming up for me to review. I can only assume I ended up in there after a sesh at the hop. Genuinely forgotten the culinary experience so can't really say if it was good or bad. I'll sit on the fence. 3 stars.

In the notes I consistently write. “Please DO NOT put the COLD drinks in with the HOT food! Thank you. Sadly this is never read and the food turns up luke warm. KFC and just eat are not the only culprits. Surely it’s common sense, clearly sense isn’t common! 😟

Chips were undercooked and cold, the three chicken pieces were lukewarm,if I wasn’t so hungry I would not of eaten them.

Last time I will order from here, the chicken is just rank. Been into this KFC multiple times and staff are so rude, and chicken always soggy, thought delivery would be better but guess not. Never again. Prices aren’t very reasonable either.

For this meal, the coleslaw had gone off, and the meat was dry and though. Not fresh.
