Slowest drive through ever it’s appalling always a long wait and drove to window twice now as not asked for order and sat waiting for 5 minutes so poor

The food arrived stale and cold milk shake is watery

Awful waited 1 hour to get breakfast mind you it’s only a 4 minute drive. Can’t even eat my sausage and egg muffin because they put xtra cheese on it ,I’m allergic. Just shocking cost me 15 quid too

I visited the Formby McDonald’s and was very disappointed. I ordered eat in, but my food was given to me in a takeaway bag – poorly packed and everything was scattered inside. The sauces I paid for were missing. I waited exactly 30 minutes for my milkshake and had to ask for it because they had simply forgotten. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Definitely not the standard you'd expect from McDonald’s.

Terrible food, slowest service ever. Order is wrong and cold literally every time.

I am unhappy with my order as the Fanta was not delivered from my daughters meal and there was no gherkins on the cheeseburger

obviously doing other deliveries in the opposite direction to where I lived. I got notified the food was ready, by the time it got here is was cold. to be fair it's not just the driver. the provider was slow too.

No fruit shoots arrived with order

Very slow service. Display not showing my order. Staff look depressed and not caring at all.

Nice and clean. Food was fresh albeit a little slow. That being said, I'd rather wait 5 minutes for fresh food than something that's been sat under a heat lamp. Hard to beat fresh maccies fries!

Delivery driver was fantastic. However the fries were cold, drink was spilled & dripping through the bag, and the McFlurry was wrong.

I've had to go in numerous times as food looks like it's been ran over

awful. delivery driver had two deliveries and messed it up. the guy had a shocker

Went there. They never provided me with the happy meal for my kid. Only found out when got home since it was a bug irder for the whole family. Definitely not going there again

Food was cold, no sauce came with happy meal, no straws or napkins.

No dips, no large meals… hello… this is basics!

Just a tad better than the usual Maccies. Don't go very often, so I can't get enthusiastic over any of them.

It seems like a fairly basic thing to remember to put the fries in the bag wouldn't you say? Well, shocked as you may or may not be, both medium fries were missing from the two meals ordered. I don't know if these are read by anyone but if by any chance someone from McD's does read this, sort it out eh?

One of the nicer looking McDonald's iv been to. Very clean inside, plenty of seating and the food was really hot. The staff were friendly.

In my order miss the chicken select.

Poor customer service staff ignore you while you wait to order always get my order wrong it’s like they can’t read the order screen or just glance at it I’ve complained many times and they don’t care

Asked for ketchup and they said no. Probably there for show ??

sent the wrong items completely for a order and when we queried it they basically told us to get lost and they were doing nothing about it bad customer service that very rude staff

Paid extra for sauce which wasnt delivered, did not even get a straw for my drink. Useless!

when ordering from this McDonald's it always is late, the delivery time jumps up and up. also we have had a number of breakfast orders cancelled after 11am with them having zero intention of delivering

Fries were cold, Big Mac cold. Large Fanta spilled in delivery car so only got half, went on bag of food. Couldn’t use straws because they were soggy. Hamburger missing. Worst order ever - when you spend over £26 and tipped delivery guy. Usually great but not today.

Never changes order extras on the burgers an never get them everytime I say to myself they won’t do it again an do

App wouldn't work. Had to use the drive thru. Service rude by member of staff on the speaker system. Rushed and unprofessional. At the window service was a lot better so credit to the girl who did a lot better than her colleague. Food was fresh and hot, but the service and the app not loading made this visit a 3 out 5 star visit.

Wouldn't recommend it. You would get your food more quickly by driving to another maccys stop as and ordering. This place consistently has super slow service.

meals were fine but there was NO TOY . my grandson was very unhappy.

Absolute shambles of a place. The worst Maccies I’ve ever been too. Took 55 mins for our order to arrive and when it did, all the food was cold. Addressed with the staff and was told drive-thru has priority! Maybe 50 people inside waiting for food. Male toilets blocked too…big bags of rubbish just thrown all over the sitting areas. Absolute disgusting place. Avoid at all costs. Staff useless too.

This is not the first time we havent had everything delivered, sauces also missing again!

food was delivered on time and it was still nice to eat.... the food was great apart from the milkshake I ordered a banana milkshake and ended up with a chocolate and banana milkshake not to my taste

Usually a good restaurant but got cold chips and a burger full of grease, the bread was soggy. Maybe it's a one off.

Dirty, lacked basics such as serviettes, straws and sauces. Bins were overflowing and the tables were full of old food and rubbish The food looked like it had been trampled on by a herd of hyperactive elephants prior to serving which may have explained the 45 minute wait?

Every time we order there are no sauces so why do they bother asking. There are also items missing and the food is cold. For the price the effort should be better

Food is hot, All food present nothing missing even had straws and sauces. Well done hopefully it is consistent. Only criticism which isn’t McDonald’s fault is the paper straws are useless.
