This is not the first time we havent had everything delivered, sauces also missing again!

Absolute shambles of a place. The worst Maccies I’ve ever been too. Took 55 mins for our order to arrive and when it did, all the food was cold. Addressed with the staff and was told drive-thru has priority! Maybe 50 people inside waiting for food. Male toilets blocked too…big bags of rubbish just thrown all over the sitting areas. Absolute disgusting place. Avoid at all costs. Staff useless too.

food was delivered on time and it was still nice to eat.... the food was great apart from the milkshake I ordered a banana milkshake and ended up with a chocolate and banana milkshake not to my taste

ordered online given estimated delivery to then have extra 40 mins added to this time, would help if order wasn't accepted until courier available to collect for delivery

Usually a good restaurant but got cold chips and a burger full of grease, the bread was soggy. Maybe it's a one off.

Dirty, lacked basics such as serviettes, straws and sauces. Bins were overflowing and the tables were full of old food and rubbish The food looked like it had been trampled on by a herd of hyperactive elephants prior to serving which may have explained the 45 minute wait?

1.1/2 delivery could have walked there an back in quarter of the time absolutely freezing cold wrong milkshake and no apple juice absolute joke never again!!!!

Cold and half the items missing

Poor service at breakfast. Waited ages to place my order and pay as there were no staff around! Ended up shouting to see if there was someone there to serve me!

Every time we order there are no sauces so why do they bother asking. There are also items missing and the food is cold. For the price the effort should be better

Food is hot, All food present nothing missing even had straws and sauces. Well done hopefully it is consistent. Only criticism which isn’t McDonald’s fault is the paper straws are useless.

This McDonald’s is genuinely the worst. Nothing is ever correct when you order. Food is generally always cold and when we ordered a McSpicy it was like a shrivelled husk - dry and had clearly been sat u der heat lamps or something all day. It’s wild to think they’re happy to send food out in as bad of a state as they do. Aren’t there any standards checks or managers?

Driver was great very fast, maccies ice cream barely any in the tubs

Had 3 of Philly stacks Loved them+ 2 lattes+ 1 tea .All good.Service was good 4 us but saw2+ people with issues that were quickly solved.Not too noisy too.Staff worked hard+ very helpful.Wish they did vinegar sachets.Chips were nice+ not.Good experience.

Wrong burger delivered and it was really cold when it arrived. Not the courier as he was quick from collecting it and delivering it. Assume it had sat on the cold counter for a while before the courier got to the restaurant

Used to be a great Maccy's with quick service, easy location to get to. However the food has really gone downhill of late. Orders are often wrong, Milkshakes have other flavours in them (from previously poured ones🤢). Burgers are poorly prepared (look like they're 'thrown together') and they 'short-serve' their Fries. Their Large fries are half empty - they're probably withholding 10% to 15% from a full Serving (nice little 'money grab' for them 👎) Considering McDonalds is struggling with it's profits, this is not how you get customers to come back and spend money...🫤

Forgot dips as always with this McDonalds - one day they will actually bother to put them in the bag! Mcspicy hardly any lettuce but it was alright.

There is no sauce and 2 little peace of mars bar on my ice cream there are hardly any chips in my box it freezing cold and my milk shake is not filled to the top also i have not staw

Shocking. Rediculously long waits for food whether you go in or through the drive thru. Always always get your order wrong even if it's just a coffee and the food is always cold.

Wrong order handed over to us again! Happened numerous times now, very frustrating.

whats the point in 20 nuggets when the dip in sauce never arrives with it even when u order the sauce plus u never get a straw. i will start sending it back if it happens again

Awful, I got a filet with tomato sauce and bacon in it, fries were cold and milk shakes runny. The McCrispy burger was also missing completely.

Good all round, the food was hot, we were happy about that. Delivery was quick, the courier 👍🏻

Service from McDonald’s was horrible, added multiple sauces to our order and not a single one was given. Additionally food was cold and Fanta tasted of soda water no like their was no syrup in it. Very unpleased

Cheeseburger no gerkins no onions no sauce absolutely dry , no dips as requested

Always a problem here. Never any gerkin on big mac, voucher codes go wrong when scanning then when you try to enter manually it says it has already been used. Toilets always discusting.

Completely wrong order, ordered £16 worth of food and all that came was a milkshake. Called up and got told nothing they can do other than re order and request a refund as they can’t send out another driver. The girl on the phone was very nice and apologetic but it’s not hard is it? Check you’ve put the correct food in the correct bag

Cold chips no straw for drink. Burger perfect plenty of sauce and fresh salad. Heated chips up and did enjoy it.

Some of the order was missing. This happens every time I order from them. It’s so frustrating because I’m disabled and when you eventually get through on the phone they just blame Just Eat. It’s a farce that place. Disappointed again

Once again Ronald McDonald himself has been hiring at the golden arches....... One job and they screwed it up! A happy meal with a plain cheeseburger..... my daughter burst out laughing in the back of the car when she opened her happy meal box the chips were tepid and pretty much all over the box and her plain cheeseburger was missing a bun! Yes we all thought it was funny but come on its missing off the other side of the bun 🫣 surely can't be an "oversight". My lads happy meal was okay that's why I gave them 3*s
