no sauces and my big macs didn't have the top layer bun and the food was cold

Food took ages to make, came cold through no fault of the delivery driver - bless him. maccies I have a bone to pick with you.

this was abysmal, all fries in the order were forgotten and instead they put an extra drink in the food bag turned up all the food soaking and drink spilling all over the carpet

Food missing , ordered banana milkshake but strawberry came

The food was delivered on time but was Luke warm not expecting it to be hot but,no dips for the box of 20 nuggets and received a vanilla milk shake not a strawberry no serviettes so we were very disappointed food was good just could of been better if it was hotter 😋 👍😳

Had to re order as first order arrived with lots missing. Had to submit complaint and then reorder so out of pocket. Really poor.

Driver told us he was left waiting to 45min for a second order AFTER ours was made, all food arrived stone cold. Terrible.

There was no straw for the drink, there was no sauce for any of the chicken nuggets or the chips and the food was as cold.

the diet coke tasted like cleaning fluid and gave me a child’s strawberry milk instead of a normal maccies one. bit disappointing.

Got napkins this time & 4x (correct sauces) but wrong flavour of milkshake. The triple cheeseburgers looked like they had been volleyed into the bag and fries were barely warm & too salty

Terrible. Wrong items ordered, not told and no apology (YET AGAIN!) and missing items (YET AGAIN!). How do Formby McDonalds get it so wrong? It has to be the worst McDonalds there is. They only employ people that can’t get an order correct it seems. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Delivery was over an hour from when it was due and with items missing and cold. Will not be ordering from them again.

Not my choice for lunch but the grandkids love it. Not been to this location before was passing around lunch time. Food was probably prepared slightly better than most McDs we have been to.

Medium sized fairly modern building mcd’s with a toilets that didn’t flush on the day we were there. Food and service is as expected. The car park is a little on the tight side for parking but ok. There’s a drive through but we didn’t use that.

Open 24 hours ? My Ar$e. Won’t go again.

Yet again McDonalds Formby can’t get a delivery order correct. Don’t know why I bother. I’d recommend a burger in the review but it’s highly unlikely you’d get it. No double quarter pounder McDonalds.

ordered 3 hash browns with my order, came with an empty bag with no hash browns in it, 5th times it's happened. ridiculous

Fries nice and hot as were the dippers, Big Mac was cold but the delivery driver was a really nice guy if only more were like him!

Mcdonald is terrible now order a milkshake and send a cartin milkshake instead so not happy at all

I ordered my food at 7 o’clock just for them to pick it at 8:20 yes from McDonald’s it only took them 10 minutes but the hour wait is ridiculous

Porridge was cold. Muffin was cold and coffee was cold, but you just get used to eating cold food from McDonald’s

Popped in for take away lunch. When opened it up. What a surprise. "Best" burger ever. Looks like someone stepped on it . Mcdonalds at it's best!

All sauces and fruit bag missing

Food nice. Service was self input into order machine, then ignored at counter until lengthy wait then bag pushed at me with no interaction. All for just under £20. And yes I paid them.......

Food was hot for a mcdonald's, but the guy who took the order gave fantastic service. I just wish I could see his name as I would have written a letter, the atmosphere can't really comment as I never ate inside

Absolutely shocking “we can I get ye” Not like Kirkby “ hello welcome to McDonald’s can I help you today “ Paid at the drive through & not a word was said ,drove to the next window . The girl said “ next window “. I’d ordered 2x chicken select meals with milk shake & asked what dips they had …. Before I said the bigger ones he rolled off Curry tomato sweet & sour barbecue with his back to me . The place is a joke & staff need training . If that’s how staff are to customers it’s a wonder it’s still open .
