McDonald's Drive-thru in Conwy

FILTHY ,DIRTY OUT OF ALL MC DONALDS EVER Not 1 clean ladi3s toilet upstairs all filthy blocked Food and drink spillages over floors I spoke to manager told her worst filthy McDonald's ever She replied ok

Ordered two lattes and one tea,the lattes tasted like warm milk.There seems to be no coffee or very little amount of coffee in the drinks. Changed them for two more drinks but they were the same swapped them for two cups of tea in the end. No offer for differents in the price of drinks.

This Macdonalds has to be the filthiest macdonalds I have ever been in. Its shoking,every table every time. I get there could be sickness or staffing issues by OMG really to leave every single table littered in someone elses food etc disgraceful. Llandudno is full of visitors from other regions,what an embarressment. Whats going on in this branch?? Surely that is priority to clean?? Not once but a good few times I have seen the shop in a mess. Not good. The man that cleans outside the shop every morning at 6am hosing the car park cleaning every were deserves an award he is outstanding the graft he puts in. Actually its probably safer to sit out side and eat.

Ordered on the app, waited at collection bay as instructed. 25 mins later I went in to restaurant where there was a lot of staff stood around chatting amongst themselves, Server said sorry when handing over the food which was barely warm and was the wrong drink.

Don’t bother. Absolutely filthy and disorganised chaos! There was food all the floor downstairs. The self service till wasn’t great and didn’t print me a receipt. Food was ok, staff looked miserable and dejected.

Not visited a Macdonalds for a long time. Popped in for a quick burger but it will be another few years before going back. Service was fine but the burger was barely warm and it felt like I was eating a lump of stodge. Not pleasant

Happy meal was cold. Returned & it was replaced but this was only just warm. Did not return the 2nd time as staff were just not interested the 1st time I complained. Put in bin as did not want my grandson to be poorly by eating cold food. Will not be returning

Front door not working, order/pay machines couldn't accept cardless nor print receipts, run out of BBQ sauce and serviettes. Toilet floor sopping wet, hand dryer not working, toilet seat on the floor. They're not having a good day! But the vegan burger was still awesome.

What absolute disgrace, filthy horrid place, never seen anything this place where is the manager He needs sacking Toilet health hazard I will be going to the health authorities to go and visit this place Food was burnt not even edible Tables full of rubbish I was on holiday and was shocked I will report this place Maneger you need sacking

Clean but loud, was busy yet was one of the better ones we've been to. Not much outside space available.

couldn’t get a simple uber order right in a non busy time, uber driver said they had to re make it, even after re making it still got it wrong and didn’t put lettuce on a burger that i was charged for, chips were also terrible.

Order wrong and over charged. Went through the drive through and between ordering and paying the price went up … turned out an additional item had been added. Not a huge amount but I wonder how many people this happens to?!? Have to order and pay for sauces now which is fine but they didn’t put them in the bag so had to go back in for them. How hard is it to put what’s on the receipt in a bag?! Someone was being served when I went in, team member finished serving them then walked off - ignored by three other people before someone finally came over. Clearly didn’t give two hoots. Just a frustrating experience - would go out of my way to not visit again. Not that I think they’ll miss my custom; the retail park is so busy, and with tourists and the leisure centre nearby churning out hungry kids I think they allow the service to take a back seat.

Restaurant and disabled toilet was filthy,bins overflowing,staff hadn't a clue when I asked for more pots for the sauces.rubbish and uneaten food left all over the tables.every other McDonald's I've visited,you see staff wiping trays,tables etc.not here.worst we've ever visited.wont be returning.

We popped in unannounced after my granddaughter’s birthday party at the nearby swimming pool. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, with party packs and activities for all the children. They even made sure we had the best tables. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received in any restaurant anywhere. Unsurpassed.

Don't bother. Food always cold, always queue for at least 20 minutes. Rude staff....they need to take Customer Service advice from Abergele McDonald's
