McDonald's in Liverpool

This restaurant is not welcoming to disabled people at all. There are only only about a dozen tables downstairs with accessible chairs to begin with. Today all but three were reserved for a burger tasting. Myself and others were helping each other find seats while staff just stood there. There is only one disabled toilet/baby changing and as the rest of the toilets are upstairs and towards the back of the building people use this for convenience.

I ordered for delivery and they didn’t deliver to where were and when we finally got our delivery it was wrong we didn’t get the 20 nuggets we ordered and a portion a chips or any dips and the delivery driver wasn’t helpful at all

It was a busy day but food got to us quite quick, they missed one order had to go pick it up from upstairs to the till. One gentleman waiter was so pissed banging on items and trays he was clearing which was uncomfortable to watch, he was angry we all loosened st each other. The security was busy chatting away, when there was a guy next to our table vaping, I was in shock again it was my 1st time seeing Mc Donald’s that had so many ppl bring their own drinks in. I’m not sure if I will be going there again.

Second time in a row when I've been to a main street McDs restaurant late at night and we were not allowed to sit down and eat. Food was tasty and service was quick considering how busy they were. What's the point in having sit down area closed off?

Cold fries, turned a happy meal into a cold meal

Staff member came over to me when ordering at the kiosk, asked if I wanted free Big Mac or nugget meal, went ahead and have himself a review on my phone, got to the till and it was £2.99! Wasted 5 minutes of my lunch break on this bizarre experience

Not my choice to go there; with family, so go with the majority. Food and service good. Cleanliness dire. ...sort the bloody toilets out. No urinals. No seat on the loo, and pee on the floor.

We recently had a terrible experience with the service. Though the restaurant shows it’s open 24 hours, the upstairs dining area closes at 9 PM, regardless of how many customers are there or whether they need a place to sit. When we ordered for dine-in, there were no available seats downstairs. I asked my girl to wait upstairs while I got the order. When I tried to join her, the security guard stopped me and told me to speak with a staff member (possibly a supervisor/manager). I explained that my girl was already sitting upstairs, and after confirming the table number, she finally allowed me to go up. By the time I got there, cleaning staff had already started folding chairs and preparing to close, even though three tables were still occupied, including ours. About 10–15 minutes later, the cleaning staff asked everyone to leave if they were done. We weren’t finished yet, but the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and we left since my girl didn’t want to stay any longer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The service was poorly managed, and we felt rushed and unwelcome. Clearer communication about closing times and more consideration for customers would go a long way.

I visit this McDonald's regularly, it's the cleanest one o have ever been in and millie is amazing with the best customer service.

I like it a lot it's brilliant hot chocolate 🫰Only in my opinion but it's massive overrated & not proper fast food anymore. Technically speaking I would not recommend. At the end of the day it's just convenient & simple choices

Every time I am outside the Czech Republic, I am shocked by the level and especially the cleanliness of McDonald's restaurants. It was no different in Liverpool. 1 employee actively tried to clean the branch, unfortunately the amount of waste was more than significant. The cleanliness of the tables is also not very good. I give three stars for the price - compared to other restaurants, this fast food is a clear choice. I also like the option to buy directly through the machines.

Didn't fulfil the order given. Really pathetic as it wasn't complex and felt as if what was provided was done with venom and disrespect. I had foolishly previously genuinely considered this to be the best McDonalds in Liverpool. Now I consider it the worst.

The atmosphere is not very good, because children and teenagers take seats without ordering anything and make a lot of noise as if it is not a restaurant but some kind of entertainment area.

We went in to get breakfasts . Ordered as "eat in"...even the label on our food wrapping sad it's eat in. And then we were thrown out when trying to eat saying it is only take away Horrible experience and no excuses for misleading customers

Typical mcdonalds! Better compared to the ones in L1 though. Majorly appreciate the staff in this one though as I've seen a lot of abuse hurled at the staff by horrible members of the public for awful reasons. The staff are lovely and do the best they can!

Food was easy to order on the screens. Food came quick and was great temperature. Fries great and not soggy lobby staff going around keeping on top of cleaning No issues. Positive experience

Friday night 10pm visit, pretty busy but got in and out in 10 minutes.

I feel so spoiled at this place - I get to use the McDonald's app with ease and had great food so far with a lovely view. Also, it seems that the employees are really caring for what they do - I mean, they go up and down the stairs to deliver the meal (which gets even more challenging with big orders, and conditions like wet floors due to the rain, and crowds). My only hope is that they'll get to invest into maintenance for health and safety reasons (I'm referring to the upstairs ceiling showing evidence of damp and mould).

I visited here two days ago, My McDonald's app wasn't playing up and I asked the customer service person for assistance. Her name is Joely. She showed me how to connect my app to the screen and how to view the offers and helped me order, she said if I needed any more help to let her know. I didn't wait long for my order, where at other stores I've waited 20 minutes, here it was about 3 or 4 minutes. The food was really hot which I don't usually get elsewhere and it wasn't just thrown together.

Teenage girls dressed as love island wanna bes openly vaping and smoking on the ground floor in full view of managers , just no decorum or social respect , managers should be managing not ignoring what’s in front of them !

Had a big mac n chips. Was in Liverpool. It filled a hole. Enjoyed it. Would recommend the place.

Antes de ir a algunos pubs en el centro de la ciudad y sus alrededores, mi hermano gemelo y yo necesitábamos una hamburguesa rápida y sabrosa y este McDonald's encajaba perfectamente con la ley. Un moderno outlet, interior luminoso y espacioso, decoración y mobiliario típico de McDonald's y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todas partes. Conseguimos una hamburguesa doble con queso, patatas fritas y cola, el servicio era muy bueno, comida procesada en ningún momento en absoluto , agarramos una mesa donde comimos nuestras comidas de hamburguesas que eran totalmente deliciosos y justo lo que necesitábamos para configurarnos durante unas horas , tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva aquí , es un McDonald's fácil de localizar a lo largo de Church Street sin duda vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Abby is my favourite person from this McDonald's because she made me crazy ice cream even. First and foremost, I want to express my appreciation for the quality of service and the delicious food that Abby's McDonald's consistently provides. I'm interested in where you can find that you don't have a man on your lobes, and why is it that you use the blue galata on your lobes, why is the housekeeper with yellow hair starting to it stinks at the potato station and the toilet is very dirty. if there is a rock on this topic, let them close the store immediately. I don't know what procedures and what actions they have, but this does not look good

Fast service Food was greasy but hot Staff seemed friendly

We came in for ice cream 🍦. We ordered through a self-service machine. We managed to find a place to sit down. Suddenly all seats were taken by a big group of students while they didn't order anything. Ruined the place.

I have chron’s disease and came in here asking for the toilet. I ordered food and was a paying customer and was refused entry to the toilet by security despite my disability. This is disgusting. I was told to leave and find somewhere else after discussing my disability. Disgusting behaviour I can’t believe it.

Not a huge fan of Mackie Dee's but my daughter is, so came in to this one by Central for a quick breakfast. Food came out promptly and my egg mcmuffin has hot, fresh and actually suprisingly nice!

I waited 15 minutes for coffee, although it's a good product, today they gave me kisses. After these 15 minutes, I complained and the girl gave me the coffee, it's innocent, but how can such a small order be overlooked? I won't go there again.

Security guard sat on counter. Worker handing out food in a hoody. Asked a security guard who was in charge, she said "no one." Very low standards, not representative of the standards expected. Terrible franchise restaurant or poorly managed corporation restaurant.

We visited last night, there was not even a restroom open for customers. Ordered take away and they didn't put Ketchup in the bag (ordered fries). The burger tasted okay.

I went to this place today and compared to many other fast food chains and other McDonald's this one is top of the notch;the fries were crispy and extremely tasty and so was the rest of my meal(my family also agrees it was delicious)and the atmosphere was calm and no-one was overly loud-unlike many other chains.but my highlight was without a doubt the service,I gave it 5 stars for a reason because it was the fastest meal I've ever got and it was still slightly busy.if you want delicious,tasty food without having to worry go here.

Same as any other McDonald's we've visited - we take it sometimes as a quick option to grab something to eat whilst exploring cities and places on short trips. We don't bother looking at the menu, we always order the same - eat and leave. Because of this, we go straight to the counter to place our order - and pay. (Old school folks here). It's much faster than faffing with the screens and no phone app to rely on 😉

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city we decided it was prudent to get a meal into us and this McDonald's fitted the bill perfectly. A busy McDonald's outlet, light and airy interior, modern decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this fast food restaurant. We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick ,we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which were totally delicious, the thing with a McDonald's burger meal is you know what to expect, a tasty, unpretentious burger meal, great value for money. We really enjoyed our burger meals in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a very positive experience. Well worth checking out if you're near Church Street.

Food is ok. The staff are really nice. They have such a difficult job dealing with the rude and aggressive customers. Thankfully 90% of people are decent or pleasant towards them. Wouldn't work their in a million years

Always a busy one here but service is quick and the interior design is really neat and a well looked after, professional store. Good range of fast food, hot drinks and sweet treats with many self service machines available too. Two floors with toilets on site and disabled toilet but upper level not accessible for wheelchair users, stairs only. Well located just 5min walk from Central station and nearby parking too, perfect for a stop off during a shopping trip in town or a quick bite on the go.

McDonald's on Church street is a fantastic fast food restaurant that offer an excellent range of burgers/fries and desserts.This is an excellent well kept McDonald's with lots of interesting fixtures and features relating to McDonald's. With superb seating options throughout it's whole interior and very good staff who are fast and efficient.When we visited here this place was packed but it only took us a few minutes to get served.When we where here we had a BigMac meal which were brilliant and well priced. A superb McDonald's in a superb area and very easy to find from Central train station its a short walk.(This is my first review of the McDonald's on Church street). Opening Hours. It's like, nowhere near the worst McDonald's but it's the worst of the three in this triangle. The one closer to Lime Street is better and the one further down Lord Street is quicker. This one doesn't really do much great tbh. When McDonald's was cheaper this wasn't as much of a problem but now this stuff is like £15-20 at least

Food cold, half a box of fries when asked for fresh the immature child that was serving needs to learn how to deal with customers as clearly she hasn't got the skill set to be on the counter

Very busy bank holiday when I visited after a night out, customers were very loud but the staff at this mcdonalds handled it very well and kept the restaurant as clean as possible, fast service and especially the female security who was a great pleasure to encounter her name is Kelly as she helped out the staff and was so much fun, this is the sort of security you wish to see

Would not eat here again. Our drinks tasted watered down and for a big mac meal was more like a small mac tiny bit of lettuce no gherkins just thrown on a bun and barely hardly warm

Closed toilets off at 9pm while I had a 4 year old desperate to go. Apparently the security gaurd said that they do this every night, so that drink people do not use the toilet. Am pretty sure that the law states that if a restaurant sell food or drink they they have to supply a rest room. This is not the case in this restaurant and I am going to take this to the ombudsman as my 4 year old should not suffer Would like to add that after this, we paid for out food and the machine didn't give a receipt. We went to the front desk and told them our number and explained, which the girl said is fine as the paper had run out. After waiting 20 minutes we asked about our order when a camp fella came over saying that he thinks that we didn't pay as we did not have a receipt! He be littled us in front of customers and other staff and demanded me to show him my online banking app to show that I had paid! As I just wanted my food, I opened my app and showed him, he then made the food and gave it to us. The big mac meal was missing a burger and a bun, so one of our guests only had half a meal. Most of all, thinking back! Him asking to see my banking app is against GDPR laws and I should never of been asked to show this information. Also I was treated like a criminal, just call me Karen but this is not OK 👍

Fast food yes. Hot crispy chips. no, hot fresh burger no, chips too soft not stand up crispy but limp, burger meat very thin and just about warm, apple pie not very hot at all. They did make a fresh one and replaced the chios with hot ones but should not be served if not hot. Also torn bench seats with black tape over the split leather, so not very impressed

Forgot half of my meal, gave us the wrong drink twice and we were missing all of the sauces that we asked for, when we went back to ask for them we were told there was nothing that they could do about it. Fair play to the few counter staff, they dealt with the queue very well however they should have never been so understaffed to begin with. Can’t imagine the stress working in these places causes to young adults. 🙄

Standard McDonald’s with good food and quick delivery!

Probably not the best place to put this, but today I witnessed one of your employees handing a coffee to a customer, the coffee ended up all over his son and he began shouting everywhere about how she purposely threw the coffee over him. From my perspective, it looked like the kid grabbed the cup as soon as she placed it down and poured it all over himself. The poor girl who was handing out food did nothing wrong! I just wanted to get that out there in case a complaint is made against her.

Just what you would expect from Mcdonald's, nothing fancy, just fast food when you're hungry .Definitely a place that children like !

The food was fine as McDonald’s usually is. The problem was the security on a Friday night. We ordered our food and waited for it. Once we got it we moved to a quiet corner to eat and we’re told we had to move outside to which our response was questionable giving we had had a drink but not aggressive. One of the security guards then crossed his arms in a threatening manner and told us we had to leave. The other, wearing a blue jacket and shoes that were clearly a few sizes too big for him proceeded to throw people out left right and centre and then hide by the tills like a troll under the bridge. The first security guard came to explain himself as we ate in the door way to avoid the rain so I assume the other was his boss? He was really nice with us while the other was not there. Over all we can not comment on the McDonald’s staff themselves, the food was fine but the security left a bad taste. Maybe look in to a new team who are qualified to have security badges or even a new security company as a whole.

My daughter and her friends call this the posh maccies. If it's busy go upstairs and get table service. Wet floors downstairs and on the stairs are a bit lethal

The food I order is always well cooked which is a nice start. There's been a few occasions when I have only ordered 1-2 things and have waited for them for a long time. Also noticed alot of the staff in the kitchen/at the tills like to have long conversations with the other workers and stand there doing so holding someones order. Been little kids unaccompanied in here walking around smoking, no one seemed to be concerned. The seating area closes early. Went in the other night for some dinner, went to go sit down and was turned away, all the while it's freezing outside and I've just paid for my food, I would like to sit down and enjoy it.

Disgusting. This was by far the worst mac i've ever eaten. The bacon cheeseburger was damp and flacid. The bun stuck to my fingers and came away in lumps. The meat was damp and cardboardy and the 'bacon' defied description. My wife commented that the horrible floury chips were half cooked. The chocolate milkshake was, however, quite delightful.

I didn't have food just a coffee while waiting for a friend. But I cant fault the staff here. Very friendly & helpful staff who assisted me is I have a visual impairment. The atmosphere here is pleasant.
