waited over an hour for my food it was then late and cold

the driver was clueless nearly gave me the wrong order he didn't say thank u after i said thank you just not happy with that driver at all

I have chanted the adress for the delivery and my sons food got delivered to the wrong no adress no one knew my code so why did the delivery guy deliver it there ? I would like a full refund please

Food cold, no straws no sauces (paid for) spicey chicken burger must have been cooked at lunch time dry and stale

spent £41 and said I would have 6 free nuggets that didn't arrive. also food is stone cold

driver did not deliver order ,pulled up drove off and said it had been delivered absolutely disgusting no customer service number to see what was happening

food took over an hour and half to arrive. was dripping in grease so much that it's wrapping and bag had pretty much disintegrated, the hot chocolate was colder than milkshake, the hash browns were cold and soggy, the sausage toys looked half cooked an like they had stuck to the pan as they were in a falling apart mess and the muffin was soggy and dripping in fat. couldn't eat any of it .

always come here for my triple cheeseburger no pickles no onions and never had a problem personally foods always just as it's asked for. as this is the local asda and with McDonalds right there it makes sense to come to this one and its one of my favourite ones so far. the staff are always friendly when I've been, there's the sweetest worker there Georgia I always hope she's working so I can say hi so yeah I mean great place great food had no problems in the past few years of coming here to grab takeout or ordering from just eat ^.^

My order never arrived and to make it worse you will no refund me you should expect further action

The driver was carelessly driving as he pulled up to my house. And was throwing the bag with my drink in it around as he walked to my door. Causing the drink to spill everywhere in the bag

Dude sat outside my house honking his horn. Took a delivery 10 minutes in the opposite direction, food was cold when it arrived.

The food wasn't even delivered. But said delivered in the app

Didn’t even receive my food at all, and couldn’t get in contact with the driver.. haven’t heard nothing since either

Took nearly half hour for McDonald’s to accept and prepare the order which is very unusual. Was nice when it turned up though.

Blimey it turned up , it was right and it was warm I’m impressed

all the items was actually there of what i ordered so ty and the driver was very friendly too

After the driver had left, we discovered that liquid was dripping from the bag and almost all of the Latte had spilled!

My food was marked as delivered yet never arrived, tried to get a refund yet they refuse me a refund, so not only lost money, I didn’t get the food that I paid for either!!! Will not be ordering from McDonald’s again because there’s always an Issue.

Food was delivered by a guy walking whilst holding a bicycles… hadn’t taken care with delivery so drink had spilled over food and also ice creams were melted so are inedible, food that should be hot was cold and coffee undrinkable!

Phoned restaurant food was handed out over a hour ago and then delivered me a drink instead of a £30 order!!!

I missing 2 chessburgers in my order

forgot items on the order again, not sure how you can miss this by now.

I always keep an eye on the app. it said the driver had left the restaurant and it's less than 10 minutes to get to me. nearly 20 minutes later and he was still at the restaurant. Then when he got here it seemed to take him 3 or 4 attempts to find my building. The quality of the food was poor too, the quarter pounders with cheese were shocking, they were similar to the burgers you can buy from the supermarket, and about as tasteless.

Forgot the 2 main items in breakfast and sent 2 hash browns!!!!!!!! Joke

The original order time was 1pm-1:15pm. Time kept being put back and received my food at 1:35 and its stone cold and half a portion of fries. I paid £9.99 for the burger and a large fries and I have the equivalent of a small portion, none have fallen out, obviously a stingey portion! Not happy at all.

Website says open. Stood there being ignored at the window. To be informed that they are only open for delivery. So I'd have to order Uber eats etc who would come to the same hatch and hand me my meal? Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute joke. 1 1/2 hours to receive order after contacting the restaurant twice they had to deploy another driver as I was told they were having issues with the original driver. Food was cold.

The driver came to the door laughing because the coke had spilled into the bag and it was dripping everywhere. It had ruined the 2 McFlurry’s that were in the same bag as well. He found it very funny that the other bag was ripped as well that had the food in.

Diabolical order from restaurant. Completely incorrectly prepared my Hat Trick to state only grill onion when only requested no ketchup or mustard and then add more insult to injury incorrectly gave McNuggets instead of the chicken select share box. This is completely unacceptable and you need to drastically improve.

One of the least good I've been in; no downstairs seating, no lift, loads of hard stairs (with limited handrail). And worse, no milkshakes; we only went in for the milkshakes.

I've actually never been here! And have no intentions of going with. I have no idea why I've been asked to review it

3 times now I’ve ordered dip with my meal and then brought extra to make sure that there in the order and they haven’t been put in!!

Good food, order was correct and complete, reasonably warm - 30 secs in the microwave to get it as hot as I prefer.

it was ok but when it arrived the fries were luke warm i like my fries hot same asthey were not hot enough my hot apple pies and big mac and chicken nuggets

I ordered the large box cheese and herb bites with 3 rich tomato dips. I didn't get any dips and no napkins. On the subject of dips, why is there only 1 option for dips?

Don't know how or why this establishment would appear on my site for me to review, maintaining that I visited today when I've never been in one in my life and never will. My reasons for not visiting one are personal to me, and I will not disclose them to anyone, but just let the avid McDonald's supporters carry on and enjoy what there doing.
