McDonald's in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Didn’t get delivered nor left this is the lost count how many times this has happened

McDonald missed my limited edition toy so I wasn’t happy about that! Chicken and chips cold everything else ok

Took nearly a hour for delivery, chips were not even cooked and burger and nuggets also cold to the point it was threw straight in the bin and money wasted.

drink got delivered and fell through bag as soon as i got it because it was wet

Missing syrup for pancakes, unsurprisingly.

Delivery time was constantly changing which I wouldn't mind but the food was so cold. This was not the drivers fault.

Food arrived 30 minutes after the original estimated delivery time and food was very cold and had to be reheated

The bag with the drinks in was not sealed and the large coke was tipped on its side and leaked all the coke out, I had a wet floor from the spillage when delivered was not amused.

order delivered in a reasonable time, however missing items again - receipt shows the correct items, so confused how a business can get things so wrong! so disappointing when simple orders cannot be fulfilled properly and the refund process is just not a great experience!

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries at 9:51 it took over 15 minutes to get it, got it home with 4 minutes and it was all cold

Absolutely disgusted. The burger was literally thrown together. Ordered 1 large and 1 small coke originals and received diet. Ordered a large banana milkshake and was given a Diet Coke again. The food was cold and delivery was a joke. It’s not the first time I’ve had a problem with this McDonald’s and definitely won’t be ordering from here again. The best one in Nuneaton is Bermuda park and I will only be using that one in the future absolutely disgraceful.

Don't order from these on just eat they send the total wrong order and don't care for the customer

the delivery driver was absolutely rude…. Shouting at me because I couldn’t remember the code that came with the order, I gave him what I thought it was and it was wrong, he said get your phone, I said it was upstairs and I can’t get it as I have a broken toe… he was very rude so in the end I closed the sort as he was getting very aggressive towards me… he wasn’t going to give me the food and I said I paid for it so I’m taking it … he phoned twice and he told me not to order again SO I WONT

My food was ordered at 00:50am and my food wasn’t delivered until 1:57am. This is far too long for a simple McDonalds order that is 25-30 mins from me. My drinks were knocked over within the bag so they had leaked everywhere and my burgers/fries arrived stone cold. Never ordering from here again

ordered big breakfast muffins, was supposed to have 2 rashers of bacon but only had 1 and it was barely cooked and so thin you couldn't taste it. was not made up very well either , just thrown on and a mess.

If I could leave zero I would, food was stone cold due to it being delivered at delivered 45 minutes after they closed at 0245 the delivery driver had been there for over an hour before delivery. So if you want a disappointing service then go ahead and order away, and sit and wait for that disappointment to arrive.

Chips were hot but not salty at all, mozzarella dippers seemed old cheese didn’t pull anymore. Everything else was nice and hot, and the raspberry and white chocolate pie is to die for

Never staffed enough, always long waits even during quiet periods. Prioritising the delivery orders over in store staff, machines always put of receipt paper and told always crashing.

Drinks spilled, stone cold fries but they only 5 mins away, I put no onions n pickles on only one burger but they made all 3 the same..kinda disappointed but it’s whatever

Only thing good about the lunch order was the speed it took from McDonalds to me. Impressive by delivery driver. However, disappointed yet again with Asda McDonald’s allowing food to be made ready BEFORE the courier arrived because it arrived at my door cold. Unacceptable.

Ordered at 18.59. Arrived at 19.51. ETA constantly going up. As soon as I started enquiring about where it was, lo and behold it arrived. Food was freezing upon arrival. Every time I order from here there is always something wrong.

Ticket time shows food was ready an hour before delivery. We could see on the app how long the driver had been at the restaurant, Food was cold and chips half missing.

Food was cold, as it has been whenever we order from Asda McDonald’s at lunchtime. Don’t bother. Also, the driver literally drove past our road to deliver to someone else first causing a delay of 10-15 minutes, which doesn’t make much sense and undoubtedly contributed to our food being cold; can’t this system be improved?

Our order time was changed numerous times. Which then meant the food was cold and our hot drinks were tepid. The problem is, the orders aren't dealt with correctly and in order, the food is left under a lamp which couldn't keep a baby chick alive, let alone keep food warm. When an item isn't ready for an order, the rest of the order is left in the bag to get cold. The system doesn't work well. which means 90% of orders take longer than they should and are received cold

Delivery driver was really nice as I had sent my order to the wrong place, he came and delivered it for me.

Great breakfast and service however is it necessary to leave delivery items on trollies in public seating areas? This is blocking customers from taking a sit down wherever you leave them. Take them through the back. Another thing to note that you do get items on orders wrong on both courier apps as well as in house orders. Silly mistakes too. This place is also slow to replace any self service kiosks which run out of printer paper so if anyone is wanting a receipt must ask at a desk while waiting for the food. It’s best to memorise your number of your order here.

I placed my order at 5.16 pm, the delivery time was between 5.45 and 6.10 pm. The delivery time kept being pushed over and over again. And it finally arrived around 7. My grandchildren was really hungry, and 7 is too late for them to be eating. The food also arrived cold.

food was stone cold. and i mean stone cold. colder then the milkshake. driver was clearly chain smoking while driving up as everything stunk of cigarettes and bag and food stank of it.

It's a McDonald's. Food is fine as per usual. Service time is usually quite long here regularly waiting 20 minutes for orders. If you can go to a different McDonald's then avoid this one. But if no choice, it will pass.
