McDonald's in East Renfrewshire

Anyone who goes to McDonald's knows that some are better than others, sometimes a great deal better. This one is as good as they get. Consistently perfect every time. Very clean, speedy, service, milk shake machines which are always in working order, and polite staff. A1. Only one gripe which is very annoying - if you order a Happy Meal and ask for a toy you never get it - they only ever give out books, which disappoints the little ones.

One iPad constantly broken. Kids often disappointed.

Missing sauces and wrong drinks delivered

I used to use the drive thru, but since last few times fries were cold. So now I collect from inside, and check this first before leaving. I had to ask them to change a few times. Otherwise usual Mac branch.

Missing items, cold food and fries over cooked they were too hard to eat. I could only eat the two burgers

Ordered three meals . 2X Boneless and one Trilogy. One hour later delivered only one Boneless Meal and two burgers of some sort . So out of three meals, only one thing correct. How hard can it be ? Oh , and it was freezing cold .

For once my McDonald’s was HOT i usually choose darnely because it’s literally closer and it akwyas comes freezing so to get from thornlibank and it to be really hot I was shocked 😂😂👏 first hot mcds I’ve had in years

2hrs to deliver even though notified food being prepared and courier in store after 25min. Drinks missing and food cold, obviously left sitting for 1.5hr til it was delivered.

We did not receive any of our drinks as they had all emptied out during the delivery so were presented with a soggy bag and empty cups ….

Placed a large order and it included all food items and all sauces asked for. This is a great improvement from past orders, please maintain this level of quality!

Worst McDonald’s EVER! Always give the place the benefit of the doubt because it’s local but everytime without fail they either forget your food or drink & don’t add additional items to your food as requested. Scunnered with this place, it has been the same for years now. If you do decide to buy something don’t expect your full order. I never leave reviews for anything but this place is a joke & poorly managed.

Delivery was 5 stars. I gave 1 for you macdonalds to understand. The actual food was freezing cold. Why can’t you get it right. It’s not that hard, change the packaging if you need to do something all your customers you deliver to complain about the most thing. It just seems like macdonalds don’t care

Christmas eve so took 4 year old for a treat and got drive thru. I asked the guy on the collection window twice for a book in the happy meal as that's what my daughter asked for. We then parked in bay 1 for 10 minutes before our food was taken out to us. Once we got home we found the happy meal have a toy!! The staff clearly don't care at all. On top of that it looked like my big tasty was put together by stevie wonder. Complete mess in the box! Not a good McDonalds!

Delivery driver was incredibly nice

Incorrect order with items missing from delivery. Had to drive to location to sort it out. Was clear why as soon as I arrived, another customer complaining, place appeared poorly organised, prepped food piled under heat lamp, so much so other food sitting outside heated area on shelf, seemed to be no urgency to clear prepped food. Staff quite dismissive and rude to delivery drivers at counter who were asking about their own orders, while I was waiting on my own order correction. Haven’t used mcds in a while but on tonight’s experience it has gone seriously downhill and wish I hadn’t bothered as “Christmas treat specials” were really disappointing

The staff were nice. I obviously don't eat McDonald's "food" out of self respect etc, but do sometimes have to meet people at a McDonald's for work. This particular branch smelled of vape fumes; places like McDonald's will attract vapist types. Been a while since I was last in one, but I suppose all McDonald's branches will probably stink of neuro-debilitating pound-shop chemicals these days.

I am absolutely appalled at my order this evening, I ordered a cheese burger happy meal, 2 MCcrispy meals and 2 m&m mcflurrys and I received a 4 nugget happy meal, 9 nuggets, 5 selects and 2 chilli doubles and to top it off the delivery driver sat outside my block of flats for over 10 minute and then showed up with a face full of his own McDonald's which he had clearly been eating in that time. Safe to say this has completely ruined my birthday
