McDonald's in East Renfrewshire

Got a delivery via uber. I asked for extra pickles, because they are soo good. The request was done amazingly. It wasn't just one extra pickle slice, their pickle game was ON! Thank you McD Thornliebank Team. Update, got next to no chips in my order and the phillie burger isn't good at all. Imagine a double cheese burger with 'crispy' onions.

fries and Quarter pounder were extremely dry and unpleasant.

My order never arrived at the order time just kept changing and being pushed back. I want a refund.

Delivery no issue but when will they actually get the orders correct always missing or wrong items

asked for no ketchup as my.son can't eat it and as usual there was loads put on his burger so it went in the bin!! can people not read the orders?

Food was ok , but the delivery driver Was too Roude he ask for the pin kids gave him the code and he ask the kid to give me the phone in my hand and kid refused to hand him over the kid and literally he’s screams at my child and child got scared and she got upset .

Sat an hour waiting on food for it to be delivered elsewhere. What’s the point in having codes provided if the courier isn’t even going to ask for it. I hop the person who has the order enjoys there meal

So, so late. And food arrived stone cold. plus I can walk outside and jut paint see the branch up the street. Very disappointing. I was ordering regularly but Im not Inclined to anymore.

Ordered a McDonald’s and wait time was initially 30 minutes. This kept moving and eventually after an hour and 20 minutes it arrived. It kept saying the courier was at the restaurant, however when the food arrived it was stone cold, the McFlurry was melted and I had 2 very disappointed children! App is very unhelpful, can’t speak to anyone and you can only post on a form when you need help. Have asked for a refund as it went in the bin and even that can take days!

my milkshake was out of date and parts of my order where missing.

Given the wrong food order. Had ordered a mozzarella share box phily cheese steak meal and five chicken selects but was given a chicken and bacon ceasor wrap meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Drinks where at least correct which was good.

Chips weren’t cooked properly.. underdone. Asked for fruit shoots got Tropicana. Asked for books with happy meal got toys. Asked for two separate McFlurrys got the same. Always the same from this McDonald’s. Never a 100% correct order.

All food was warm and fresh, delivery time was great and driver delivered it with care.

Food was so cold, took about an hour to get which is very unlike this particular McDs, seems very off for this particular store in general, I am extremely surprised at the lack of care for the food today and the time it took to get to us, I live 5 minutes away, the most it's ever taken before was like 30 minutes. i orderd a full meal, i got none of those items instead i got a drink spilt in a bag handed to me and another drink in a bag i didn't order that? now when im requesting a refund i get half of what i payed for things that got thrown in the bin? the McDonald's thornlibank wont awnser the phone and ive called 10+ times and just eat are being so unhelpful this is the worst experience ive had with just eat zero help and zero food

Missing chicken nuggets - offer was spend £20 and get free item. This was not the case.

Delivery was fast but chips were so cold also no dips giving with nuggets even after selecting dips

Guy delivered and kept asking me for a code? But I didn’t have a code at all but he wouldn’t let me close the door then insisted he’d just sit outside my house until I contacted justeat? Ended up being a problem on his end but by then all my food was freezing and one item wasn’t the right thing

The order didn’t arrive, driver expected me to walk to car wash away from my flat at 9pm because he didn’t want to drive other route extra few minutes to avoid road works. Stopped messaging after 5 minutes or so and I didn’t receive my order. Had to order from Uber eats instead to ensure I didn’t get that driver again
