Very long waiting time for the order

Shocking me in ma pal wanted a quarter pounder and the said you can't get it shocking don't buy

Happy meal a mess, chips scattered all over the box 🙄

Ordered pancakes and syrup and no syrup sent. Food Dry and cold. Delivery was quick and pleasant so cannot blame that definitely the restaurants fault

as always always sent with half the order missing no chips no cheeseburgers and no sauce either

I asked to why my order was sitting outside McDonald’s for so long after pick up and was told it was because I have not just ur delivery!! when I order most days and can see that I can track the driver while he delivers to others

all the food is freezing cold and I am only getting £4.86 off back on my refund I am not happy about this and the amount of time I had to tp wait for this food 2 come I am now going to have to order something else for my children as they cannot eat cold food!!

20 chicken nuggets missing from order. McDonald's won't replace anything so having to buy it all again!!

Driver had so much attitude when delivering the order , very rude

We got a drive through and took us 6 mins to get home and the fries were cold!! Burger was okay but was a big mac and just thrown together no crap given. I hate the food so fake but grand kids love it cause all the sugar they add to the food.

I asked for no onion as I'm allergic, there was onions put on the burger

Initial delivery time was 32 minutes. It kept changing between 35 to 47 minutes. Total time from ordering to delivery was 1.5 hours

1:15 delivery time! Chips cold and soggy mozzarella sticks cold and hard! It wasn't the delivery guys fault, Mc D messed it up! 😕

The Big mac i ordered i asked for extra cheese and the added more mac sauce instead they saturated the burger with it making it completely inedible not like their usual service

I'll admit...food did arrive cold. Cold fries, classic behaviour of McDonald's fries is to go chalky within 10 mins so that was sort of expected, but, the chicken in the katsu chicken wrap would've been dry if it wasn't so stale(?), bizarre consistency. Chocolate milkshake tastes like cola fruit or something. Just not worth it, when will I learn takeaway isn't real dinner 😔

Had family over so had a large order over £60 , was missing 2 mac burgers and 1 of the big macs had a happy meal burger , was missing 5 fries the nuggets where absolutely vile went back to the dive of a place eventually got a manager for her to day nothing we can do make a complaint online told to re order what we want and if it wasn't for everyone else having theirs I wouldn't have ordered again . Now we're in store waiting and when out order came up I opened everything infront of the manager to be missing fries and a burger again!!! Her response was we're very busy no apologies or nothing will never be back

Received no food, only drinks. Driver was away before I even looked in the bag. Can't even phone to get it sorted. Ridiculous.

Sorry guys I must be in a minority. I HATE soggy, tepid burgers ... although I must say the coffee is pretty good and most of the colleagues do a good job. Also, this used to be fast food .... not any more ... waited 15 minutes for our order because of all the just eaters, deliveroos etc.

the coke was spilled over my floor at delivery. just an accident, but driver returned with a fresh coke soon after. Accidents happen so great service 👏

Anyone who goes to McDonald's knows that some are better than others, sometimes a great deal better. This one is as good as they get. Consistently perfect every time. Very clean, speedy, service, milk shake machines which are always in working order, and polite staff. A1. Only one gripe which is very annoying - if you order a Happy Meal and ask for a toy you never get it - they only ever give out books, which disappoints the little ones.

I used to use the drive thru, but since last few times fries were cold. So now I collect from inside, and check this first before leaving. I had to ask them to change a few times. Otherwise usual Mac branch.
