Never recommend anyone to eat from there,I have worked with them in kitchen and staff are really dirty and kitchen dirty the way they make the food is literally disgusting grill never clean and knifes and pans are guilty sometimes they sell expired meat I would never eat there🤢

Had a family gathering and decided to order some pizzas. Placed a scheduled collection for 8pm but got a message an hour and a half early saying order was ready for collection. First the guy on the phone tried to say it was my fault the order hadnt been scheduled but went into the store with screenshots as proof. Asked for food to be made fresh but got some measly popadoms instead as compensation. Wont be ordering from here again.

I thought I would try Flames again after a few months away from it( food was rubbish then too). Ordered a potato and cauliflower curry and a peshwari Nan. First of all there was like one potato in it and a couple of bits of cauliflower. The rest was sauce! Now, correct me if I’m wrong but peshwari Nan should have sultanas or raisins in it. Not with this one and flat as a pancake. This takeaway used to be really good but really, the chef now is useless. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not good value for money at over £11 and tasteless.

Worst meal ever , missing paratha and if this what you call King Prawns would hate to see size of normal Prawns .Also Prawns were really hard and dry.1 star because Patia sauce was reasonable.

Ordered large mixed pakora for 8 pound and got 4 bit of chicken 5 bits of veg and 5 bits of mushroom and that was it shocking

First time visiting was pretty good, although the man preparing my pizza wasn’t using gloves and didn’t wash his hands after handling my money

I usually order from here all the time but today i found a bone in my pizza and i canrt see myself ordering from here again.

Food used to be good, made a habit of ordering from there every Saturday. Now new owners are running the place, simple menu items like 'chips' are no longer available for order, and the food quality has dropped. Twice I ordered the fish and chips, and both times I've been sick afterwards. It smacks of food poisoning and bad kitchen practice

I ordered Mushroom Pizza ,the pizza was delicious , I really like to order from Flames again.

Dirty filthy. They smoke out the back while cutting up onions. They don't wash themselves terrible.

Staff are lovely, food is good and if u phone for a delivery, it arrives promptly and still hot! Prices are reasonable as well

Nice food, amazingly fast delivery. I once ordered 2 pizzas, and the guy was at my door in 7 minutes. I don't even know how that's possible. They are time Wizards!

Staff are friendly. Tried a couple of curries and, while the tikka masala was nice, the bhuna was far too spicy for us.
