It was all flat cold and the fries with dry/stale :(

They didn’t even let me no they was out side I put my number on there for the online order so someone could at least let me no we’re there are food was all mest up and it was verry cold they left the food on the block door step didn’t even try to cal

Its been delivered to the wrong address as we dont have the food

driver insisted on a 4 digit code which I've never had to give. Meanwhile the food got cold as I waited for awifi connection. Truly awful service

Brought the wrong food, rang McDonald’s and they just laughed several times and put down the phone! Disgusting customer service don’t know why anyone wasted their time. Foods garbage!

All the food was freezing cold, the coke was half empty and the wrap was missing a chicken strip. Usually I love the food from here but this order was appalling. Would not recommend riding food from here just order from a local take away they have better quality.

Got my order totally wrong. Sent 4x egg muffins instead of 4x sausage and egg mcmuffins with hash browns. Cost me £17. Phoned up McDonalds and spoke to a guy who couldn't do anything and then put the phone down on me. Absolutely shocking service

the oasis came and it was spilt all over the bag, the food was once again cold, they didn’t add the extra things inside of the burger that I paid for. And the fries were ment to be a large and they were hardly anything in them.

The Order was supposed to be delivered between 02:20am - 02:40am. It did not arrive until 03:10am. I asked for extra tartar sauce in both burgers - this was not done. I also asked for Curry Sauce and BBQ Sauce (for the fries) but did was not done.

Missing Syrup from pancakes - Just Eat refunded it straight away but it is still very annoying.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. after being in hospital all day with my daughter with no food I ordered 2 happy meals, a big mac meal and a veggie deluxe meal plus 4x dips. None of the drinks for the meals arrived, nor did the dips and nor did the veggie deluxe meaning my partner had no food as hes vegetarian. I rung the uber guy he said he'd go back to mcdonalds and get the rest of order heard nothing for half hour rang back and my number had been blocked. If mcdonalds can't even pack orders correctly why do they offer delivery and its laughable as they actually charge a £3 something service charge for the packing ect when they dont even do it right! Plus all food that did arrive was stone cold and tasted stale. Awful restaurant can see why they have nearly all bad reviews. Won't ever order from this place again!

Food was pre ordered for 8.15pm and want delivered until about 9pm. When arrived food was cold and milkshake was warm and very liquidy instead of thick. To be honest the whole order went in the bin and I cannot afford to be throwing away food

Received exactly what I ordered. Food tasted good though it tastes best if eaten at the restaurant at the time of preparation. Delivery was quick and food well packaged.

Burger was burnt and despite the box having a sticker saying no pickles, they put pickles in! Chicken nuggets over cooked and the dips were not included. Fries cold as usual. Only good thing was the Just Eat delivery driver who was early and very polite.

Coke was flat, hot chocolate was just brown water - no flavour to it whatsoever. Pancakes were very dry and cold. Eggs looked like they’d been cooked a few times then heated up.

I personally am repulsed by McDonalds, but wife enjoys it very much, as I sit here writing this review on her behalf, she is very happy with her quarter pounder and chips, she is absolutely shovelling it down, what a women.

I hate complaining about anything but there service on a whole was shocking. Food was late, freezing cold and tried ringing McDonald’s numerous times but no answer. I totally respect busy time periods but this was at 1:30am on a Friday morning. Not happy

Cleanliness is a zero. Food is often cold and staff are not friendly at all. I have on many occasions had food that has been dark as the oil was so dirty. 😔

so apparently mcdonalds staff need more training on packing an order. we ordered milkshakes but got no straws!!!! this happens so often now when we order from Ingleby road mcdonalds it has become the standard.

Got McDonald’s delivered with just eat. We were out while when we ordered and requested it to come at 12:30am, we got home and the delivery time kept changing to 5 minutes later everytime I refreshed it. I didn’t receive my order until 1:37am! I called McDonald’s to ask why it was taking so long and a female responded “well I don’t know, I’m not a driver am I” “bye” and put the phone down on me. I’m sorry but that was disgusting to speak to a customer like that. I won’t be ordering from here again! Food was cold when it arrived. Absolutely appalling!

Very cold fries , undercooked cheese burger fries was pain , n bland n undercooked , cheese burger well put no pickeles on the cheese burger and guess what their was pickles , no sauce what we asked for ! Definitely wont be ordering again has allergies they still put it on , waste of money

Group work order - food arrived on time - what arrived was of good quality however this is the last time we will order. Over the last 3 orders we have had food missing and on this occasion items of food were missing. I did get refunded for the missing food but it’s not good having people without their food while the rest eat.

I still havnt received my order, its nearly three hours late!
