McDonald's in Bradford

i didn't receive the Minecraft gift with the meal i ordered and paid for which is why i paid extra for

Food was flat cold and lettuce in burgers was awful and looked old. Not very nice food at all

They didn’t add sauces to the order and didn’t add the Minecraft toys. Ordered a mcplant but received 2 pieces of veg nuggets in a bun!!

We had items missing and was unable to contact the restaurant

Chips are cold, burger is not what I asked for. It’s just two patties in a bun? Asked for no onions, mustard or pickles.

Waiting over an hour for the food we had ordered and everything we had ordered was freezing cold and hardly edible.

Cold food, missing items, paid extra for extra toppings but wasn’t given, given completely wrong food. The staff here clearly do not care about the food they send out, looks like it was done purposely .

All the chips were really cold not even warm the burger had to be put together as it had all come out of the bun it was supposed to be a five chicken select meal they was only 4 you sent coke when I ordered orange and they were no straws in the bag not happy at all with spending over £30 on food which went in the bin!!!!

Horrible tasting Fanta - aniseed flavour?! A ridiculous amount of sauce in sweet chilli wrap - inedible. No sign of mozzarella dippers although the sauces for them were there

Possibly the worst service possible at this place, it’s a rarity that they get the whole order right, there is ALWAYS something missing and it’s a known fact by everyone who lives locally, the toilets inside the restaurant are foul, so dirty, the staff couldn’t care less about the service they’re providing either, today is the first time Iv decided to leave a review because I ordered a coffee and it had lumpy sludgy milk in, it’s ridiculous actually how poor this McDonald’s is

I waited for my order for about 2 hours and the courier still delivered my order to the wrong address.

I ordered two meals. The burgers were left on the side for 10 minutes under no heat while they were serving other customers on the drive-through. I watched them then pick the burgers up and put them in a bag to serve to me. Not only is this against hygiene and food regulation it’s completely morally wrong and then when I called the lady out on what she had done the dirty look in response was unbelievable. I really would not recommend going here. They have no regard for any health or hygiene rules and to be honest I just got the impression that they just didn’t care about any of the customers. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.

Went today and was quite surprised that the food was actually hot... don't think I've ever experienced actual hot food from Mac'd's

Worst McDonald's, I've ever been to! Food was so greasy I ended up putting in the bin. ALL, and I mean ALL the staff walking around in their phones, including the staff in the kitchens, and also no gloves when handling the food! I watched one of the girls in the kitchen placing meat patties on buns with her bare hands! Worked at McDonald's when I was 16 and that was never allowed!

Normally service here is top which is why I use this McDonald’s. Food was good but missed the two McFlurrys that I ordered? And for £5.00 for two, I’d really expect them to be in the bag you know! And I was really craving one lol. So yeah not great!

orded 2 kids happy meal. there was no burgers in . we orded a small coke and it was empty. we orded a dubble cheese burger and that was missing. also there was no sauce on big mac. not happy as kids was crying

Your app sends drivers to the wrong address and they got confused, end up late and the food goes cold. The address clearly says number 4 and every single driver goes to number 40 which is further down and they get lost then

Hi , I made an order with this shop for delivery as I like MC Donalds and it's the only one @ me and the food came cold and 2 items were missing. Other time they send chocolate and orange pie instead of apple pie , this time no apple pie at all ...seems they love to eat their own pies there on costumers expense

Visited last night around 10 pm. Staff is not using gloves when assembling food, touching buns and salad with bare hands. My order was served to different table, so when I finally received it it was cold and incomplete. Raspberry pie was missing, am I gonna receive refound? Unfortonutely realized at home. Collecting points at kiosk unavaliable, ordering throught app unavaliable. Just a big joke. If you would like to wait half an hour for cold an incoplete fast food when the place is empty feel free. Never again.
