Disgusting staff. I received a McSpicy instead of a McCrispy on my Uber order. ((The second time this has happened)) Made a complaint and rang the store to let them know they made a mistake. The rudest staff members answered the phone. I rang on the 7the of December at 23:44. I asked her if they’d just sent out an uber order to which she said “I don’t know, I’ve just started”. I explained the order and that it was wrong and I was letting them know I made a complaint and they need to watch out because people are wasting their money on food they can’t eat and it’s happened multiple times. She said “well you should stop ordering from us then” in an awful tone. I said “what’s your problem, do you not like your job?” She said “what’s your problem, you can’t handle spice” then proceeded to shout at me and hang up the phone. I called a further 5 times and they refused to answer the phone. I waited 5 minutes and called back, she answered again, I asked for a manager and she said “there’s no manager in”. I asked when they would be, she said “I don’t know” and hung the phone up on me, a customer, AGAIN. How can you be so rude on the phone? That’s not customer service at all, that girl needs to be fired and I’m going to talk to the manager tomorrow.

How hard is it to put fries in a bag the right way round and put straws in? Train a monkey they will do better

Freezing cold!! And came with jalapeños all in the burgers and unable to eat, and only received 12 chicken nuggets when we ordered a 20 box and x2 6 chicken nuggets

yes it was a really enjoyable experience, not sure 8f I'll order again though, delivery was pretty expensive, next time I'll just jump in my car... was j7st feeling lazy, which is where you get us isn't it...Next time I'll j7st j7mp in the car... 24hr mcdonalds that shuts at 23.45 !! Doors locked 5 people all trying to get food that can’t fit through drive thru in vans and then lets an ambulance driver in but no one else. Don’t have the double big mac and through the night the milkshakes are never available as there cleaning the machine. Get your food wrong all the time !! Worst mcdonalds in the world

This Maccies is shocking, absolutely unreal. Not only every time are the chips over done, under-salted, selects thinner than a finger and burgers cold, the order is never right. Half of everything myself or my colleagues order from this establishment is missing and forever reporting it on the app. Head out a little further to Shipley or five lane ends McDonald's and it's spot on. Either they can't get the staff to do the job right or they're up to something else.

Drive thru only due to after hours, I was the only customer at the drive thru, yet the food was cold.. It appears Just Eat and Uber eats etc etc take the warm food.... Seriously who is managing this restaurant? They need to be fired on the spot. EDIT:- Just drove through the drive thru paying £10+, I asked for sauce and the jobsworth on the til said I needed to pay for it.... Imagine that coming from a company with a gross net profit in 2023 of $14.563B... Absolutely despicable... Meanwhile my local takeway trying to make ends meet happily gave me sauce with no extra charge.
