Some of ordered missing not good when been charged

only maccies that gave additional syrup when asked...the others ignore request completely.

didn't give me our hash browns we paid for not happy

we didn't get sauce's I paid for them

took about an hour to be delivered, in an area where its normally not more than 30 mins, food was squashed and cold and drink were spilled.

Look longer than stated and had missing item which ny grandson was very upset about

driver took wrong turn and ended up in. traffic and food cold and ice cream melted as 10 minutes later then expected

Nearly 2 hours for a driver to be assigned

Courier did a fine job, Mcdonald’s didn’t. My dip was inside of my Mcflurry. I specifically asked for no onions on my burger - to which i opened my burger and found onions! It’s lucky i’m not allergic or that could’ve really gone downhill!

My order did not arrive. I had a call to say the delivery person was here but there was no one at my door. I tried to call several numbers but no one wanted to talk. I did get to do a chat and they told me they had left in a safe place. They did not.

Drinks all leaked in bag and large fried missing

Drinks were flat couldn’t drink them ! And on a bike you end up losing some !

How can I enjoy my order when I don’t even have my food? I think you need to employ smarter people to work there or send them back to school. Don’t understand how you can get it wrong when it’s in front of your eyes. lol

coke was spilled in my ice cream. the delivery man must of dropped the bags on the way. so disappointed in what happened.

No drinks were delivered requested refund but also go someone else’s order as well as some of my own seems to be half mine half someone else. No phone number to call to explain and not enough options online to report what the issue was. I’m not wasting a Sunday night looking for a way to rectify the problems. Completely unsatisfactory ended up eating things I didn’t want or enjoy

once again delivery driver gets it wrong! two bags given, both drinks, order numbers don't match, by the time I'm given them and I've checked, she's gone. almost every other order this happens. basic English reading skills should be bare minimum. now I have to reorder everything again costing me more while I wait for a refund. I wish we could rate drivers on here like we can Uber. Just going to stop using this service soon it's a joke.

ordered a burger without cheese as I'm dairy intolerant, order arrived with cheese and stone cold. £18 wasted

Usual tasty McDonald's with lots of space to sit down. We enjoyed the time, and as we were a family of 5, staff assisted with keeping the table clean and even picked up trays to make sure we had space.The only downside was it was an evening, so lots of unleashed teenagers were around, and when I went to use the kids changing room, some teenagers were messing around in the bathroom and were so loud that they scared my 4-month-old baby; however, it's more of a security issue than main staff.

Food arrived cold & fries were hard like they had been sat for ages, I don't have any complaints for the delivery guy though he was very nice and arrived on time.

Upon order we didn’t receive the 20 chicken nuggets the chicken nugget happy meal and the six chicken nuggets. My grandson who is autistic asked for a plain quarter pounder no cheese no sauce no pickles which arrived not correct the delivery driver was rude. We order from this McDonald’s regularly but we are really disappointed. Please issue a refund for the missing food to my bank. Many thanks.

Chips hot and salty like they should be coke was perfect syrup to soda water ratio and burgers were hot and tasty

I have had a great number of orders from this specific restaurant and about 50% of the time my order is either cold or not complete. This last order the fries were missing. The lack of competence of this team is unbelievable. This is certainly the last time I’m ordering from them.

Wrong food items arrived also no replacement considering the receipt was correct on the bag with the wrong food items in that was paid for after wanting to eat after a long day at work will definitely not be ordering from here again this is now the second mistake on a just eat order with them last time it was missing items I do have picture proof if needed
