Well McDonalds has not changed as they skimp on fillings so do not expect what you see on the advertising of products. Delivery drivers put there dirty bags on top of the condiments etc so health wise dubious.

Hi there. Advice for people who want to use the socket on the wall, for charging a device, that sockets are NOT always switched on. And if you are asking about a switch back, the answer is (from different people) always, the same: - Sorry, but I don't know where, I can switch back... Also I don't really understand the store opening times. The opening times table shows: Closing time every day is midnight. But actually they are closing every day sharp, at 23.00!

It's Mcd's. It fills a spot when there's nothing else around at the time. This has a drive-through which is why I used it in the early hours.

I recently visited McDonald’s and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely perfect—fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. It made the visit so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Did not receive all of my order. Spent over £22.00. Only received 1 of the 2 burgers I ordered.

Food was not handed warm and they missed items which further caused the food to cool down. I asked for the receipt at the till as the automated machine ran out of receipt roll (very common). The manager said that because I already paid that he couldn’t print this out. What sort of excuse is that??

This is the grossest McDonald’s I have ever seen. Very dirty toilet and there is a poop on the toilet seat and bin! Workers following us around and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Stupid people we asked for vegetable deluxe and they gave us chicken we are vegetarian people i think the staff is sleeping in the night shift and the manager didn’t even scold at the staff he just simply said guys you need to ne careful thats it very disgusting they are so fool that in vegetable deluxe box written they gave chiicken burger

Much improved, this McDonald's was always a disappointment but for my last few visits it has been very good, friendly table service and even the self-service machine has printer paper, bit of a rarity these days.

McDonald's Neasden will not put my drink into my reusable cup without first being put into there cup. What a waste and negative impact to planet

I am quite upset with the experience that I have at this McDonald's. I am a gentleman medical conditions. They're required to use the bathroom after they have closed, they refused and they refused, and I had to go to the hospital and get my bag clean

2nd time came for breakfast and its same bad. The roll on mcmaffin is half cooked. It's chewy and rubbery. Other shops does much better

Hello My name Is Dhruv. I order food today and i was waiting for the take away the time for the food delivered was very good and the customer service i got was fantastic and very satisfactorily . As i ordered from kiosk unfortunately the kiosk was not able to print the receipt for me so after receiving my order i requested for the receipt for myself so i asked a very good smiling face girl Zeel and she helped me with the receipt and i am happy with the customer service i got today . I went there around 12:05am. And all doors were closed. Only Drive through was open. Very disappointed. No one was there to assist.

Looked like it needed a good clean up. Several times while waiting in the drive thru we have noticed mice going into the drain pipes at side of the building. Staff look miserable all the time

Samuil was unprofessional. No greeting or warmth to him. Manager tried to defend him by saying it was busy. I’ve been coming here for 17+ years and have never experienced this. Being busy is not an excuse to not use manners or good customer service skills. Very Disappointed

Slow service but otherwise fine. Clean inside unlike many I have been to which is nice, but lack of receipt roll in the machines meant trying to get attention to get the code to the toilets after a purchase!

It says open 24h , just been turned down 5.30 in the morning by the manager saying , " we are not open yet" and my morning coffe went down to toilet. Thank you , great...and bear in mind im nearly every morning here but today the guy decided to say this and instead they were serving the delivery guys and im like whats going on here? This place used to be the only branch, I would buy food. It was always hot and fresh. obviously being what it is, I manage my expectations. Now the food is cold, badly prepared, service indifferent and its just awful. This food is not prepared with attention or care and the serving staff have a strange attitude. Cold yucky chips, sloppy fillet o fish and a messed up order for 2 people totally ridiculous. Edit May 2024 Stupidly ordered in desperation it’s clearly under new inadequate management with poor staff. The fries were soggy, chicken select weird texture and not properly cooked, chicken Big Mac burger was weird tasting according to hubby ‘not like chicken’, Not sure what’s going on but there’s no way this poor standard can carry on. Disgusting food and a waste of money. Clearly they don’t care, about customers. Time for food standards or trading standards to investigate.

I ordered through the drive through and specifically asked for added lettuce and onions to my burger. Got home and the was no lettuce or onion but extra tartar sauce.

Nice and good drive-thru services. BUT if you are ordering to collect from inside the store, good luck to you, as the wait time is significantly longer compared with the drive-thru orders. Not sure why, but this is how many McDonald's operate

I ordere mcdelivery and they always mess up my order, i ordered a nightly ketchup and they gave me a ketchup pack im loosing so much money just off them forgetting my food in the order, when I call them they say they can’t do anything about it.. don’t come here all other mcds deliveries are on point it’s just always a problem with neasden branch im still £16 down…

Worst experience at a McDonald’s branch ever! Staff do not know how to speak or cater to their customers. Asked to add cheese to mayo chicken and they refused and had to bring the manager out to rudely come tell me that it’s not possible and that I’m lying when telling him other branches have done so. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to have never had an issue. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money here.

Every time I order from them there are items missing. Working for McDonald’s literally one of the most basic low skill jobs there are and they still can’t get it right? Like seriously? Do better. Only reason I still order is because I’m a busy working mum and sometimes need a quick meal for my children. Problem is on numerous occasions they haven’t even delivered my children’s food, missed our whole meals sometimes. Uber eats quickly refund but still not good enough because to replace the food you then have to place another order paying more money in delivery fees and waiting 30 mins for all the rest of the food to go cold.

I was impressed, in general in McDonald's nobody asking you if the food is ok or not. Again Rohan was funny, friendly, good customer service and thanks to all the team. All are great Show drafts I had such a positive experience at your McDonald's today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Rohan truly went above and beyond. He personally checked on every table, including ours, to see if anyone needed anything or if their food was satisfactory. That's something you rarely see at fast food restaurants, and it really left a great impression. Rohan himself was funny, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. He definitely made the whole experience even more enjoyable! But I want to give a shoutout to the entire team as well. Everyone I interacted with was top-notch. It's clear that your staff takes pride in providing excellent service, and it shows! Thanks again for a great experience! I'll definitely be back.

Although I am not a regular Mcdonald's customer, I had a craving for something unhealthy 😋 😅 I really liked the beef burger. Chips 🍟 are not my favourites. What I really disliked was the paper straw. It was such a useless idea. You gave the drinks or milkshakes in plastic cups, but drink it through paper straw. Hey McDonald's, bring back the plastic straws, or I will not pay you a visit again 😅😂😂

My takeaway food was soo bad! Mc chicken sandwich meal, burger was so stale & dry. Obviously been sitting there for a while. Toke 3 bits & bined it. Chips, soft not cooked to how they usually are, bined. Not going to mention how bad my wifes food was! I ended up on the toilet in the middle of the nite after a few bites of my meal. This branch is rubbish! Second time there's beens issues with food quality. Never again!

McDonald's Black Bird Hill will one day kill someone. I ordered a plain cheese burger with bacon just now on 31 December 2023 some minutes to 1 pm. I went to the drive through and I mentioned numerous times that I want it plain. I even repeated plain cheese burger when I went to pay and the young man said ok. Headed on the motorway only for my daughter to open the burger and find all the things that she is allergic to inside it. Can someone please tell me who I can report them to? They have to be more careful.

You can't go wrong with MacDonalds. Had the double quarter pounder. Staff were excellent today. However it was a bit of a lag when you are looking to ear and people are asleep on tables. But.....that's MacDonalds though. Caring
