Samuil was unprofessional. No greeting or warmth to him. Manager tried to defend him by saying it was busy. I’ve been coming here for 17+ years and have never experienced this. Being busy is not an excuse to not use manners or good customer service skills. Very Disappointed

This place used to be the only branch, I would buy food. It was always hot and fresh. obviously being what it is, I manage my expectations. Now the food is cold, badly prepared, service indifferent and its just awful. This food is not prepared with attention or care and the serving staff have a strange attitude. Cold yucky chips, sloppy fillet o fish and a messed up order for 2 people totally ridiculous. Edit May 2024 Stupidly ordered in desperation it’s clearly under new inadequate management with poor staff. The fries were soggy, chicken select weird texture and not properly cooked, chicken Big Mac burger was weird tasting according to hubby ‘not like chicken’, Not sure what’s going on but there’s no way this poor standard can carry on. Disgusting food and a waste of money. Clearly they don’t care, about customers. Time for food standards or trading standards to investigate.

Worst experience at a McDonald’s branch ever! Staff do not know how to speak or cater to their customers. Asked to add cheese to mayo chicken and they refused and had to bring the manager out to rudely come tell me that it’s not possible and that I’m lying when telling him other branches have done so. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to have never had an issue. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money here.

Every time I order from them there are items missing. Working for McDonald’s literally one of the most basic low skill jobs there are and they still can’t get it right? Like seriously? Do better. Only reason I still order is because I’m a busy working mum and sometimes need a quick meal for my children. Problem is on numerous occasions they haven’t even delivered my children’s food, missed our whole meals sometimes. Uber eats quickly refund but still not good enough because to replace the food you then have to place another order paying more money in delivery fees and waiting 30 mins for all the rest of the food to go cold.

I was impressed, in general in McDonald's nobody asking you if the food is ok or not. Again Rohan was funny, friendly, good customer service and thanks to all the team. All are great Show drafts I had such a positive experience at your McDonald's today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Rohan truly went above and beyond. He personally checked on every table, including ours, to see if anyone needed anything or if their food was satisfactory. That's something you rarely see at fast food restaurants, and it really left a great impression. Rohan himself was funny, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. He definitely made the whole experience even more enjoyable! But I want to give a shoutout to the entire team as well. Everyone I interacted with was top-notch. It's clear that your staff takes pride in providing excellent service, and it shows! Thanks again for a great experience! I'll definitely be back.

My takeaway food was soo bad! Mc chicken sandwich meal, burger was so stale & dry. Obviously been sitting there for a while. Toke 3 bits & bined it. Chips, soft not cooked to how they usually are, bined. Not going to mention how bad my wifes food was! I ended up on the toilet in the middle of the nite after a few bites of my meal. This branch is rubbish! Second time there's beens issues with food quality. Never again!

It was such a useless idea. You gave the drinks or milkshakes in plastic cups, but drink it through paper straw. McDonald's Black Bird Hill will one day kill someone. I ordered a plain cheese burger with bacon just now on 31 December 2023 some minutes to 1 pm. I went to the drive through and I mentioned numerous times that I want it plain. I even repeated plain cheese burger when I went to pay and the young man said ok. Headed on the motorway only for my daughter to open the burger and find all the things that she is allergic to inside it. Can someone please tell me who I can report them to? They have to be more careful.

Date of experience: 13.47 pm order placed and paid through the McDonalds App on 25 Sept 2023. Order Number 023, Neasden F branch. Click and collect. Collected at Neasden branch click and collect- in the car. Noticed items missing- no ketchup, no extra Big Mac Sauce, no extra cheese ( contrary to the written label on the box with the extras/and no patty) Got out of my car & Took the big mac to the counter. Met with ?manageress (I think she was, because no one wants to come forward and be assertive and say who they are). Showed her the missing items (and showed her the special order printed label on the box which stated the way the order was supposed to be made with extras) & she agreed. She took the big mac in the box to show staff at the back/kitchen, had a discussion with them- I could see her from the counter. A new big mac was prepared & given to me at the counter. I opened the box and had another look. This time i could see the ketchup in the big mac and there was extra Big Mac sauce as ordered! Pointed out there was no extra cheese in the new order (contrary to what it said on the printed label on the box of that special order) At the counter, i asked for extra tomatoes- they said they have to charge me but the till has no option to charge so cannot give me/add to the new order. That was that. I asked about the extra cheese which was again missing. Two staff members said they made the order with extra cheese. I tried to point them to the new Big Mac (now in my hands) had one slice- i took it apart to show them there was only one slice. This time they did not want to come close and take a look. The actual staff member that prepared my order insisted (WITHOUT looking closely at big mac at the counter) that there were two slices as she had prepared it! This was ridiculous and I was frustrated and told them to keep the big Mac and I started to walk out. Did not ask for refund as I felt embarrassed and intimidated and left the restaurant. Immediately, Contacted McDonalds HQ and spoke with a friendly Callum and told him the above - all of which he took note and apologised. I know a few of the multi-franchise owners in NW London and they all said this was very badly handled by Neasden branch. Emailed the McDonalds digital assistant. I have left the matter in the hands of customer services to resolve. All I will say is that at age 60, this is the first time in 30 years I have had to make a complaint about mcdonalds. And my point is that as i have always requested a big mac special order and I have always paid and prepared to pay for a Big Mac (minus the patty) for the full menu big mac price AND extra payment for additional items offered and yet they make a hash! Twice in a row & still did not get it right & wouldnt listen! Previously when they get the order wrong, it's usually sorted when I walk into the restaurant and kindly ask to correct the order. This time was different. It occurred on: 2023-09-25 -This meant that I felt I was not being listened to -I felt that their attitude and posture was defensive -I felt I was being ignored -Felt that they did not want to hear the customer who took the time and trouble ( to walk into the restaurant) to explain exactly what was missing and twice failed to make the order exactly the way it was ordered -In the end, when I could see the staff did not want to re check that one cheese slice is missing, they did not want to see for themselves AND at that point, without presenting any further solution for me, I had no choice but to simply leave the restaurant and hand back the Big Mac. -Felt Embarrassed and insulted. -Felt angry but I am a mature adult & was not going to resolve this by dealing with the staff any further as they simply stood their ground. So I had no choice but to leave. THEY DID NOT EVEN STOP ME FROM LEAVING AND DID NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND!

I call before hand to make sure my order isn't messed up seeing as they have a track record of missing items. The lady on the phone goes "okay no problem". I get my order and there are missing items, so I went all the way back from wembley to the store and demanded my two cheeseburgers. The immature staff blatantly lying, laughing and deflecting any blame on themselves. Even went as far as to "check their cameras" which had no results. Also a quick PSA they close at 11pm only the drive through is 24/7. Sent my complaint I'll probs never order from here again.

I hate to say this but I think I will be using the machine kiosk in the future. I came in with a friend who suggested we go to the counter, I guess because he was paying with cash. But the cashier got my order incorrect. I wanted a meal and once I returned to the car I realised she only gave me the dippers and a drink. I checked the receipt which was correct but she did not even bothered to attempt to upsell to a meal.

0/10 - ordered from them on Deliveroo - it took over 2hrs to arrive - called them twice to get an update and they said it’s 10mins away on both occasions before hanging up (unreal!) and 1hr after my second call, it arrives cold and the delivery driver had the audacity to ask me to come down and collect it. They have their own delivery service so you can’t track them on the Deliveroo app plus the pizza was average. Avoid and go elsewhere!

We've been TGI Friday customers for over 30 years now. The place has always prided itself on customer service; being welcomed with a smile, the server introducing themself, saying 'if there's anything you need please just ask'. It was always somewhere you could guarantee exceptional customer service and really lovely staff. Honestly, if it hadn't been for the sign on the door we would not have known it was the same chain. The majority of the staff didn't smile and barely spoke. They all seemed really fed up to be there. Fortunately we had loads of time as it took 20 minutes for our order to be taken (it wasn't busy when we were there - maybe 10-15% full). My son's drink was brought out with the metal bottle cap still on. Not too much of a problem - mistakes happen - but it took a while to catch someone's attention to have it removed. The person who came to sort it did apologise (it wasn't the same person who'd brought it to us) but when we ordered another the same member of staff who'd left the cap on the first time did the same again! When we asked if it could be removed she snatched the bottle off the table and stormed off without a single word. Really, really odd behaviour and not great customer service. (Plus - if you're bringing a glass bottle - either bring a bottle opener or open it before you bring it over...?) The wait for food was loooooong. As I said, it wasn't especially busy. We'd ordered a starter and a main but all of it arrived together. One of the reasons we'd ordered a starter was that we were very hungry and thought that would be a good plan, so we'd have something to start with before the mains arrived. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The food itself was tasty. The menu was very limited (it said 'Event Menu' on the menu so I imagine it was reduced as there was something on at one of the venues?). There were a number of things we liked on there, so that wasn't a problem, but it definitely wasn't the usual TGI Friday menu (so just to be aware of that). But yes, primarily let down by the very un-TGI Friday staff. Politeness and friendliness costs absolutely nothing! We won't be going back to this branch again.
