Customer service has been friendly and helpful by clifton, and the entire team, he always listen carefully to my concerns and provides me the best deal and service along with good quality food. thank you once again cliffton and team excellent service.

Delivered 1.45 hrs after order. Arrived ice cold and soggy, delivery driver aggressively knocking and had to be asked to not attempt to break my door down. Awful experience, do not order from this branch.

Didn’t get the order, rude woman staffs. I want a refund. The man who we called again, don’t know if he’s a manger or someone but he was understanding and a lot nicier. So it’s now 2 stars. Hopefully it would improve again if we ever order again

It's ok. If you're more familiar with the US Domino's, do not have the same expectations. I had to remind myself it's the UK.

Mouth watering nice service friendly atmosphere love it !!!!

I recently dined in at Domino's Wembley, and the experience was just okay. The atmosphere was pretty standard, and the service was fine, but the food itself was underwhelming. The pizza was hot and filled me up, but the flavor was lacking. It wasn't bad, just not particularly enjoyable or memorable. It felt more like a quick stop to satisfy hunger rather than a place to enjoy a good meal. If you're in a rush and need something to eat, it works, but I wouldn't choose it for a great dining experience.

Domino's pizza are good once a while. They have really amazing thin ones

When I ordered my pizza here, unfortunately I had to wait inside, due to certain reasons. I know I should not be eavesdropping, but it was too obvious that the manager/supervisor was very upset with the team and guided them about the hygiene. So, from that conversation I was assured that they are strict with their food hygiene policy and everything is transparent, so you can see your pizza baked fresh. The only thing was that my pizza was ready and as the staff had some lessons, so I got my pizza 10mins delayed even though it was already ready. Nonetheless, I am okay with the service. It’s better to order from domino’s rather than to take-away/collect.

Was told on the app the pizza was delivered, which it wasn't. I rang the store 3/4 times, no one answered. The pizza arrived about 10-15 mins later and it was Stone cold. It also had an ingredient that wasn't meant to be on it. Worst pizza I've ever had.

Awful pizza. 115 reasons why, but the main one is that we had curly hair/pubes across my C&T pizza they were giving out. Tried to complain but the person serving went out into the back and disappeared. Another one of the staff members there then preceded to do an Airplane gesture (referencing to the munich air disaster) and calling us dirty manc scum. Unsure if he knew we were City or United fans but still. Avoid at all costs! Severe complaint going into the HQ of Domino's

Took about 25mins for a pizza. Its just a small hole in the wall place so it was lacking in seats for people waiting for orders. But it was clean and the pizza was amazing as always

Ordered for delivery because I wasnt feeling well. The whole point was to get it delivered in my flat. They took an hour to get it to me and the driver did not went upstairs to hand it himself because his ride doesnt have parking. When literally you can park for a few minutes to get food delivered (most riders does it). Also the fries looks like it wasnt handled properly as it was mashed!!!

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Update: back to 1 star! Useless staff. Almost always the delivery staff are lazy and will sit on their moped and phone you to walk to them. Avoid at all costs, never ordering from this collection of useless individuals again and you should not either.

Dominos need to apply sauce and cheese all the way to sides .... Generally people don't eat and straight goes to bin... not sustainable.....even though you ask they decline to do it ....this is only negative ... But pizza as usual taste much better .....no complaints on taste at all......

Update: they refunded the amount so adjusting the rating appropriately. Pizza was squashed when it was delivered. The coco cola was hot. They said they will deliver in 2 mins, then it said it was delivered whereas I didn't get it. I called them 3 times for them to pick it up and they said the driver picked up 2 orders, so that's why there was the error, but they delivered after saying they delivered like 10 mins later.

We would like to express our thanks to the Wembley store, especially the manager of this store named Clifton, we are very impressed with his professional skills and ability to quickly respond and solve the problem. Today we had a problem because we made a mistake with the location, our English is not very good, the manager helped to solve the problem, considering that they were busy, but he found time to help. We love Domino's so much, and now we're going to love this store even more.

Over 19 years ordering Dominos all over London and 3 years of it from Wembley. I’ve mustered the time to finally leave a review. Order count fast approaching triple digits from this location alone. I can positively say it’s the most filling, consistent, value based tasty pizza around. That saying this isn’t your sour dough Napoletana but you know what you’re in for. There’s an occasion or two of a miss step leaving me to believe a lot hinders on a single individual who by now knows me by name.

I was trying to place a order by fhone thei said to we can take a order by fhone because the people don’t come to collect.. after that I come the place the sai to me we can’t take cash , and the people working inside trying to ignore me !! I’m very disappointed if the staff!!

I faced such a pathetic experience in dominos they don't follow the proper procedure of making pizza I ordered vegetarian pizza and they making pizza without washing hands they making non vegetarian pizza and vegetarian pizza in a same row . Same staff using beef chicken peproni and vegetables. That was rubbish experience.

Today I have very very bad experience with domino's Wembley high road branch because I order veggie volcano pizza and staff making without gloves.. But big problem is..they are not make different between veg. And non. Veg.. They using same hand for every pizza.. When ever I complain about it.. Then after one of staff said u need to tell to us before make order for your pizza so we can wash our hand... After this rediculas answer I m shocked... So I'm asking to domino's.. is it you traditional process for customer we need to tell for wash hand??? 🙏🙏Plz#knows#differents

Have taken multiple deliveries and takeouts from this store. Few things that I appreciate is the consistency of food and quick service, as you'd typically expect off Dominos. However, the thing I do not like at this store is they do not use any gloves for cooking and the cashier/store manager randomly moves from using their keyboard to make pizza bases without sanitising their hands. Same for delivery boys who double up as quality check people and handle pizzas with bare hands before gping for deliveries. Overall, average but works as it is the only dominos outlet in vicinity.

Great food for a late night snack.

I was extremely disappointed with my twI recently ordered a pepperoni pizza from Domino's and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The pizza had almost no cheese, which is unacceptable for a pizza of this type. I was so disappointed that I took the time to send a complaint email, hoping for a better experience with my next order. Unfortunately, my second pizza was just as disappointing. It was comprised of 90% tomato sauce and only 10% cheese, which was a far cry from the well-balanced pizza I was expecting. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the specific Domino's location in Wembley or if it's a new standard for the chain, but I can say with certainty that I will not be ordering from them again. The lack of quality and consistency in their food is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a good pizza.o recent orders from Domino's

Dirty place. I saw flies and a cockroach in a dough. The employees didnt wear gloves and all the time laughing. It seems like there is no one in charge. Very disappointed image. The pizza taste good but it was the first and the last time we buy from dominos.

Came late at night with a friend. Took a long while for both of us to be served. Food was decent.

Placed an order for delivery. No call from the driver. No answer from the local shop. Didn’t deliver at all. Wait for 2 hours. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Such a waste of time. Will NEVER order Domino again!

Took my boys to football, decided to order and collect pizza instead of having one delivered home from our normal one, which is usually great. I was anxious of trying a new dominos, but I shouldn’t have worried, you can see them making the pizza very nicely and their predicted timing was accurate too. Handed over to us with a smile, collected and the boys ate it all in a blink of an eye. Will buy from again. Very clean and lovely! Only gripe, parking for collection wasn’t great, I feared I might get a parking ticket to go with my yummy pizza!

Took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive - everything was stone cold, including all sides and main Pizza (the potato wedges were like refrigerator levels of cold). Driver also refused to deliver to my 5th Floor apartment (that has 24 hour security and concierge) and made me come down to collect - which meant I then had to balance 4 side boxes on top of a large Pizza box, plus a 2 litre bottle and transport through double doors, a lift etc...which wasn't easy when both hands are already in use. The drivers have appropriate bags to transport the food with ease, I do not. 1 star for long wait time, cold food and refusal to bring to door (despite the recent extra delivery charge).

I ordered home delivery after long day at work. Got the call after 10 min ordering sorry sir we can do delivery for you we have 11 orders to deliver!!! I will refund you the money. it’s not about the money Im tired and hungry. ????????? 4-5 month ago I ordered and I got someone else order I called many times no one answered the phone following day I called again I promised refund never got it. No apology given. How can you run the business if you can deliver the food??? Absolutely fuming,hungry…. That was the last time I EVER use Dominos Wembley.!!!!! We skip ordering from this particular one since we’ve had dominos from other spots that’s been great EDIT. A terrible experience – I ordered a pizza at 1pm, it is now 3 and still no sign of it. The app states my order was under Quality control for at least half an hour now the app states my pizza has been delivered which it hasn’t. I’ve tried to contact the store 4 times to no avail. The customer service states I will get back in a few days regarding my order no immediate help. If there were delays I would be understanding if there was some sort of notification or text from the driver but there is none of this I’m very frustrated with trying to contact the store or the whereabouts of my order there is no way there was an attempt to deliver at the address as I’ve been downstairs watching I also have a ring doorbell recording. I am type one diabetic so having a service which delivers at the time it states they will upon purchase is vital.

I went here for lunch with my carer on Wednesday 1st September and ordered a large pizza , annoying my carer have to order on phone as counter service not working and on his phone bit slow but cant complain myself and my carer had a nice takeaway lunch for under a tenner (£9.99 for pizza.) I wouldn't have went here if they did not have 50% off everything as not worth paying almost £20 for pizza. Service and waiting time was good. I would go again as long as they still got the 50% off deal .

Great pizza full on. They made a mistake but they also said they would do a full refund an the good thing about it was they did not argue with me. They owned up for the mistake qn said they will fully refund the pizza an all they had done was forget to put burger sauce on a pizza 2hich was special because it had burger sauce. But full rating for the guys they did not argue they actually owned up for the mistake an even though pizza had nearly no cheese it actually tastes really nice. Good work just make sure you don't forget to put the toppings on the pizza guys. Thank you. Pizza did taste great tho 😀

Ordered online for home delivery on the 26th of January 2021, got missing items. After called to inform them about THEIR mistake, I was told they would refund me for missing things. Tried to call them back several times a few of days later, sent them 2 emails but not only they never replied to me, they not even sent my money back. Absolutely poor customer care. I would never bring them my money again...! Avoid...!

I went in store to order. It says they close at 2am on Saturdays. I turned up at 1:10 and they said they were closed and the cleaning had started so couldn’t take my order. It should state closes at 1 you don’t take orders after 1. Disgraceful Domino’s please sort out your Wembley branch. It’s not creating any good reputation on your brand.

It you live in a flat they are refusing to come up to your door. Apparently because of covid!! But they come into the lobby?? . So if you are a sole parent with kids. Do NOT Order. They have no sympathy for you. They should write this on their website when ordering!!! Never ordering again.

Well let's just say it does what it says on the box. Pizza in a box what more do you expect 🍕 I visit always during the afternoon as a walk-in so my experience would greatly differ from a delivery on a busy Friday night. As from walk-in, order to pay and walk out it's no more than a 15 min pizza journey.

Awful delivery and rude customer service. I ordered two pizzas by the app during lock down many times. Other branches delivered my order behind my flat door always, but delivery man from this branch made me to go 10 floor downstairs behind building door. I know the rule of this period of time that the orders should be delivered behind the door but not behind the building door.

If you are VEGETARIAN please do not buy your pizza from here, I walked in today to buy a pizza for Lunch and was shocked the way they run the place. The man is Handling ham and other meat and making my order at the same time without washing his hands, that is unacceptable. I asked the man for a refund, he refused to give a refund and said i should have told him to wash his hands, is this man for real ffs, do I as a customer have to go through His job role with him 🤔 He then went on to say he will do the refund later he needs to go through head office, I said I will wait call head office , again he didn't want to do that either so I turned around and said should I call head office for you and that's when he gave me my money back. Very unprofessional dominos please re train your stuff because I for sure wont be eating your pizzas again.
