Appalling service/disgusting, ordered a takeaway meal, on collection the chips were scattered over the tray and the attendant scooped the up with bare hands the offered me the remainder left on the tray. Will not be using ever again.

I don't think i've ever had an order made correctly at this place, if it's not wrong it's chips with no salt or half portions of fries flat drinks etc. Look at the state of the breakfast wrap half the ingredients missing just a floppy burger and egg in a wrap.

Andy gave kids shrek masks, didn’t stop cleaning and was incredibly friendly. We informed him we had broken down as he recognised us when we returned, he then advised us to move our car or he’d take registration details so we wouldn’t get a ticket. It was also the first time we’ve been asked if we were enjoying our meal and if we require help in any way. Incredibly impressed with his customer service! What an asset to the team. Thank you Andy for making our day.

what’s the point of fast food through a drive through? I’ve never known such obnoxious staff, everytime I come here they always forget half your order to which you have to drive round again.. Food is ok if you manage to get your full order. Staff rude and not overall happy to help you… Unhappy experience

Best service in a McDonald's- especially from the older gentleman with glasses and lady with the pony tail. We were greater and made to feel welcome. The toilets were also clean and they were polite all the way through. All the staff in general were engaged and motivated. Customer services, cleanliness and food were clearly priorities.

Really awful experience, not only was it 30 mins late.. it turned up cold. Chips were cold and stale on arrival, lasagne was awfully cheesy. Salt added to everything with no option to not have it. Garlic bread was hurrendous. Obviously frozen. Bags filled with oil. Onion rings cold, Penne pasta almost watery. Also whilst we were waiting past our delivery time we tried ringing 7 times with no answer. We have young kids waiting for their dinner.

Camel HillFamily get together BUT now they add 10% to final bill !!! We used to like going to Mattia but even though food and service is good they have now started adding 10% to the final bill which in all honesty is quite a lot and TBH if we want to tip we should if WE want to and not because they have lost trade due too the new road layout. I never saw anything to say they add this to our bills either only mentioned when i queried when i paid!

19 High St, Chard, TA20 1QF, United KingdomOrdered the Mixed Kebab and I was blown away by the size of the kebab. Meat beautifully cooked and a good amount of each meat. Chips were deliberately boxed when I collected so that they were crispy when I got home. Highly recommended!

QueenswayA good roomy cafe, with plenty of space to talk without being to close to others. Good food and drinks. Value for money in a good location. The staff are very pleasant, and work their butts off. Whenever I am in with my brother, they are always extremely efficient and never idol. MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE OF YOUR STAFF PLEASE. YOU HAVE A GOOD TEAM HERE.

102 Middle StHaven't had a Chinese takeaway for a while, thought we would order from the Mandarin as heard food was good? The delivery turned up in the time given, but first of all the free prawn crackers were soft and all the beef in the curry both for my husband and myself was really chewy and didn't have much flavour, all in all very disappointed
