Didn’t receive the 2 drink and food is cold

Half my order missing AGAIN, won't be ordering any more!

My food was freezing and I demand a refund i was waiting ages for it and it came and it was freezing I demand a refund I am not happy

Had to cook the chips as cold and uncooked and burgers stone cold

Terrible bread rock hard smoothie half full all the food cold just terrible

This is the 2nd time out of 3 deliveries my order hasn’t arrived, poor service.

The food was just bad altogether

Food was cold, and cost £15. I think insulated bags are needed so food is kept warming during delivery.

everything is cold from ordering to delivery an hour is unexceptable

tracker not worked took 30 minutes for 4 items

the apple mcflurry was melted when it arrived apart from that everything else was OK

Ordered it at 14.03 it arrived 1hr 25min later and cold

all food really cold when delivered. App says courier was waiting for order at the restaurant and courier seemed to be pretty quick after the delivery update which must mean that tge order/food had been sat in the restaurant a while

Hot drinks didn't have lids on properly, so driver delivered drinks half empty

food was ok but drink was all over the bag not in the cup the lid had not been put on properly

It is what it says a fast food restaurant. It was fairly quick. Food is the same at every venue . Always has great coffee.

The woman at the drive-thru speaker was incredibly RUDE! Specifying that the "happy" meal automatically came with a toy. HOWEVER , i know from HUNDREDS of past experiences at this "fine" establishment that this is NOT the case. I have almost ALWAYS gotten a BOOK. Therefore , not only was I LIED TO MY FACE but also taken for an inexperienced FOOL. I will have you know that I have been dining at Mcdonalds Mount Pleasant for many years and I know what each customer experiences day to day. Despite this , I will enjoy returning to this establishment again in the future despite the unnecessary flippance from one of their employees. Sincerely , McBiggie.

After many time we have agreed it's much better and worth the money going to the one off Clive sulllivan St Andrews Quay, unless you like extra grease, wrong order and a big wait. Sometimes we only get a happy meal with a plain cheese burger, they have us waiting ages in a bay it's not worth the stress. One good point is their's a lady that works on the drive through that is really good at her job, we suggested she should be manager however she replied with, "it's not worth it I'd end up sacking half of the staff". Sounds like they have employed the youngest and laziest of employees. It's almost like the chefs can't read 😕

Ordered several meals, we were a double 1/4 meal short. After contacting uber i was told we cant have a refund but i do not understand? Is this not theft, mcdonalds owe me £8.29. Their service is appalling...

Was advised delivery time of 15 to 30 minutes when I ordered. When the food arrived almost an hour after ordering it was cold.

All hash browns were cold and missing cheese off both McMuffins

order didn't even turn up was sat waiting till 9.45pm after ordering at 8pm, said delivered at 8.45pm , this service gets worse

Not happy about it, as I'm vegetarian I ordered vegetarian food and I received meat burgers. I also did not received a refund. I'm really not happy about it. I don't recommend it for anyone. It's not a serious company. You only spend your money and receive something else that you can't even use. Those with allergens, be really careful as you never know what they might send or the way they are cooking the food. Also for few times now I received the food cold. Careful everyone.

McDonalds isn’t what it used to be everything use to taste nice what made McDonald’s better then the rest for me was there sausage and egg McMuffin but they even lost the specific taste they used to have it’s a shame McDonalds cares more about their money than their customers serving them tasty food like the good old days

asked for no picked on the happy meal and they was also they put the ice cream in the same bag as coffee so was just a cup of slush also put the sauce in same bag as coffee and ice cream so was a tomato ketchup slush also asked for toy and got a book try telling a 3 year old they have not got a toy not happy at all

Drinks order was wrong. Despite me asking that the order be checked before setting off. I think McDonald's got it right but the delivery guy got mixed up but it was too late by the time we realised.

Lately been coming here and the food is awful. Last time my partner got delivery chips wasnt cooked properly. Now i got large meal my fries was size of small like whqt is going on do better

8/2/25 Just popped today to Holderness rd branch of McDons, It's been yrs since I've visited this branch. I have to say it was a great experience, spotlessly clean, friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. We had Fish fillet, LG fries, Chicken select, fries, tea/ coffee, and apple. PERFECT! Great team, and the tables were spotlessly. Thank you HOLDERNESS RD...Mc Donalds...You are a credit to Mc Donalds. Much Respect, See you again.
