Only complaint is the drinks the Fanta was only half full and no straws for the milkshake

food was freezing drinks were spilled all over the food

This is the second time the delivery person has had to phone me and ask for my address. Food was cold on delivery

I am absolutely fuming with this order, everything was STONE COLD!! X2 of the burgers were not plain as asked for, the McDonald’s flurry’s were Milky Way, and we asked for maltesers, this is an absolute joke, my children are crying there eyes out, as there mc Donald’s was cold and the order was the opposite of what I wanted, I don’t even want to leave you with a star, as I’m fuming, plus I want all my money refunded.

delivery driver was rude, didn't follow instructions spoke to me on the phone rude and I had to meet him down the street because he didn't listen to me

Cold food and hot drinks half full

delivery on time but only after delivery time changed twice. food uninspiring and luke warm looked nothing like what was advertised. ordered a large fries with my burger received a large carton with the same amount of fries in that my wife got in here medium fries. absolutely a rip off I won't be wasting my money on this company again

I got the notification that my order was on the way to my address when I looked the driver was parked at Victoria dock from 3:05. I did not receive my order until 30/35 mins after as I had to message him to say why he was not moving his excuse was he forgot he had my order. By the time I got my order all the food was cold I’m not happy about this.

Every time I order from this McDonald’s they forget an item, can’t get simple orders correct, always incorrect or missing things, food is always stone cold, never ever put the sauces in either.

I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal an egg and cheese McMuffin meal pancakes and syrup and all I received was the sausage and egg McMuffin no has brown no egg and cheese McMuffin and no syrup for the pancakes it’s a joke it’s not cheap…one job

Absolutely shocking. First order was cancelled 10 minutes before it was due, I reordered to then have to wait another hour for my food. The driver sat outside the restaurant with my food for a good 10 minutes before turning off his location, then proceeded to put his location on 15 minutes later by that point he had already passed me. My food is cold and barely edible.

Been here quite a few times now, they always put ketchup on my wife's burger when she expressly states no ketchup, luckily it's not actual tomato which is a seed allergen, READ THE ORDER TICKET, one day somebody will either died because of the staffs obvious blatant incompetence or claim from McDonalds

Once again food was missing from the order, no way of getting in touch with just eat or mcdonalds, managed to get a refund, but it gets paid as credit on just eat account and not back into the account you paid from.

Ordered via McDonald's app only received part of the order. Food we did get was pretty much room temperature when it arrived. Contacted McDonald's about missing products and they fob off that it's Uber to sort. Sorry the service was sorted via Thier app if they choose to push the delivery off to Uber that's on them my order and service is via McDonald's not Uber

Food was cold asked for no lettuce on the Big Mac so they sent it completely plain no pickles, or burger sauce made it an expensive bland burger

Since the internal remodelling this McDonalds is shocking. Serious lack of seating and feels like prams/push chairs/wheelchairs have been completely disregarded.

The driver went the opposite way to our home and then came and sat on his bike across the road for a few minutes until I had to go out an shout of him. I don't think I'll be ordering mcds anymore its always disappointing and the food ain't cheap either. Waste of money as usual.

Both the cheesy chicken burgers were very hot and spicy, which wasnt anywhere in the description.
