It is what it says a fast food restaurant. It was fairly quick. Food is the same at every venue . Always has great coffee.

Love going every time food is always nice a fresh gets better every time I go there

The woman at the drive-thru speaker was incredibly RUDE! Specifying that the "happy" meal automatically came with a toy. HOWEVER , i know from HUNDREDS of past experiences at this "fine" establishment that this is NOT the case. I have almost ALWAYS gotten a BOOK. Therefore , not only was I LIED TO MY FACE but also taken for an inexperienced FOOL. I will have you know that I have been dining at Mcdonalds Mount Pleasant for many years and I know what each customer experiences day to day. Despite this , I will enjoy returning to this establishment again in the future despite the unnecessary flippance from one of their employees. Sincerely , McBiggie.

Bit tight in space now after there latest rebuild but staff willing to help make way for disabled chair users

After many time we have agreed it's much better and worth the money going to the one off Clive sulllivan St Andrews Quay, unless you like extra grease, wrong order and a big wait. Sometimes we only get a happy meal with a plain cheese burger, they have us waiting ages in a bay it's not worth the stress. One good point is their's a lady that works on the drive through that is really good at her job, we suggested she should be manager however she replied with, "it's not worth it I'd end up sacking half of the staff". Sounds like they have employed the youngest and laziest of employees. It's almost like the chefs can't read 😕

Ordered several meals, we were a double 1/4 meal short. After contacting uber i was told we cant have a refund but i do not understand? Is this not theft, mcdonalds owe me £8.29. Their service is appalling...

Waited at drive through for 15 mins early in morning to be told sorry no one in kitchen. Everyone is in the office

8/2/25 Just popped today to Holderness rd branch of McDons, It's been yrs since I've visited this branch. I have to say it was a great experience, spotlessly clean, friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. We had Fish fillet, LG fries, Chicken select, fries, tea/ coffee, and apple. PERFECT! Great team, and the tables were spotlessly. Thank you HOLDERNESS RD...Mc Donalds...You are a credit to Mc Donalds. Much Respect, See you again.

Stuck in the middle of tge drive thru and they had no power. Waited 10 to 15 minutes to order then had to wait in a parking bay fir the food, 2 x chicken wrap 1 x kids happy meal and a portion of nufchicken nuggets. Food arrives 5 minutes later, the fries were freezing do they obviously dished then out then waited for the other goid to cook. Got home and the chicken nuggets were missing.

Made to order food is always cold amd meals are thrown together. Staff don't offer napkins or sugar/milk/straws. Just an awful mcdonalds in general. Also full of delivery drivers who are very push and rude to staff and other customers. Often dumping their cars outside the restaurant and abandoned on the roadside obstructing other road users

Only complaint is the drinks the Fanta was only half full and no straws for the milkshake

We are very much disappointed and disgusted that mc Donald s forball there efiicly sorted values and ther modern viewpoints in the tops turvy times for cleaner environment and will not allow a electric bike to use the drive through but will allow a petrol spewing bike to go through tere drive through Instead. I theory there food is getting tainted by fume of petrol. We can not use our environmental friendly bikes.

Impossible to get in with a car cause its always so queued back onto the main road. When you eventually get to the front your served by total lemons who will get your order wrong, and serve you cold mutilated food

They were not letting people eat in, and were waiting for those who already there to finish and get out, wasn't told why this was the case and ended up sat outside on a nearby bench, I wish I had just gone to chippy or somewhere else, food was good, but cold.

I am absolutely fuming with this order, everything was STONE COLD!! X2 of the burgers were not plain as asked for, the McDonald’s flurry’s were Milky Way, and we asked for maltesers, this is an absolute joke, my children are crying there eyes out, as there mc Donald’s was cold and the order was the opposite of what I wanted, I don’t even want to leave you with a star, as I’m fuming, plus I want all my money refunded.

I do like a Maccy D’s Unfortunately the majority of the time the food is only lukewarm. I know it’s very busy & probably staff are pushed to the max. If you try to take the food back to the counter there’s always a large queue in front of you. You’re wasting your time. The coffee when hot is spot on!

I got the notification that my order was on the way to my address when I looked the driver was parked at Victoria dock from 3:05. I did not receive my order until 30/35 mins after as I had to message him to say why he was not moving his excuse was he forgot he had my order. By the time I got my order all the food was cold I’m not happy about this.

Update as place become griddy. Now stealing coffee as on 2 cups i was missing 100ml which on 4 visit makes me out of pocket 1st coffee. On top of that food served is bearley warm and can't be even bothered to do their job properly. .......................Place is almost good but fact of electronics fail more often and long wait on busy days makes it down points . Overall food is at least served warm at 70% of time . Kids kind of love the food so end up of visit place more often than other sites.

Not able to get table service in the morning. No receipts, as always no paper in script mashines. No meter you are eating in or taking a way, food is comming in bag.

I ordered my food on just eat and had a problem with my order so I rang the store and I spoke to a lady called Jordan, she was really helpful and by far one of the nicest people I’ve spoken to from the McDonald’s team. My order was sorted eventually and I’m really thankful to her for helping me with regards to my order. Big thank you to her!x

9/1/2025 22:05 went across to Holderness road MC Donalds to find it was closed lights on staff present but doors locked delivery side open yet says on the app it was open so went home ordered through Just eat fries where cold and big Mac had 8 slices of gherkins on it bit over the top really need to do update their opening times on the app it's missing leading

order never arrived tried to speak with delivery person and they where at totally different address he said they didn't know where to deliver my order I gave him the address and asked him to call when he was here, guy called,said he was outside. I went outside, no where to be seen and when asked where he was he said the same address as before and didn't know what to do, he put the phone down.
