McDonald's in Doncaster

Food arrived cold and the arrival time was estimated 17 minutes then arrived a total of 48 minutes later and stone cold paid £46 was credited £5 refund. I am appalled and disappointed massively.

If I could minus I would couriers going to 3 or 4addrsses and so ice cream no good and food had to be binned

It came 50 minutes late, the restaurant is 10 minutes up the road it came absolutely freezing and when I say freezing it was stone cold, the happy meal was for my little boy but by time it actually had gotten here he had already eaten something.

There was an incident causing delays which I understand, but to deliver cold food is a disgrace and then to be offered a refund of £2-59 after waiting 2 hour 20 minutes is an insult. Why didn’t you inform customers that all orders have been cancelled

This McDonald’s outlet is the worst ever restaurant for missing food, incorrect toppings, cold food !! The manager should really get the staff trained. What’s the point of having an order checked stickers on the bags when clearly nothing has been checked. The receipt is on the bag and in front of the staff bagging the items. I have worked at McDonald’s myself and this restaurant keeps getting 8 out of 10 orders wrong. Simple shambles
