Food is always cold never got milkshakes or mcflurrys.

The food really could be better. Never had a burger yet that looked like it does in the photo. There's always a problem with the order here, loads of staff yet it still takes too long.

my order has not been delivered to me

never received my order so how it can say its been delivered ? very disappointed

Where’s the rest ov our order? No chicken mayo burgers or cheese burgers? I mean come on now I’ve gotta sort sommat out for kids cos only half an order has come

Absolute shambles, served hot water instead of coffee, floor was filthy, pointed it out to a girl called Chelsea, she said I will get it sorted then carried on chatting to her friend. Another time the app was playing up I asked for help/advice Chelsea checked with kelsey, she said, Not our problem contact customer service, how about some customer service from these two! Hope these two clowns get replaced or I will take my custom elsewhere.

The food was cold the man came on a bike so how do you expect the food to be warm

This place is a joke.. I visit every single day, and always use the app via in store wi-fi..Often the location is not detected, and requires manual selection. This was the case today, however my £2.79 order went to St Sepelchure Gate..Never realised it would become such a time consuming stressfull app error. I raised the issue with Manager Chelsea, who sought a ruling from Kellsey the result I would have to contact Customer Service..Offcourse this fiction department hide behind FAQ, no e-mail's and no phone number at the weekends So far it has consuned 3hrs of my Saturday .What ever happened to common sense, why could they not issue my food/ contact St Sep who could easily either cancel payment and then I could pay Centurion by card ..I did show Chelsea my reciept to prove I had paid. My current thought is do I need to give continued loyalty over 20yrs and in exess of a £1000 a year to a company so entrenched in its systems that it has become unable to make a common sense decission.

Told me i couldnt get a refund in cold food because apparently it was delivered earlier than expected

Every time I order 9/10 times there is something missing last time 40 nuggets missing this time 20 nuggets and 2 large drinks are missing

Shocking service. Cold food. Don’t think the staff are treated right. Came in today and a manager was speaking to customers and staff like absolute rubbish. Making them feel embarrassed all because they didn’t answer her whilst serving me so that meant we was rudely interrupted by her. No issues prior to that but honestly makes me wonder how some people are in the job they do. Being in charge of younger people you should have some respect and not bully them. Rant over, think her name was Emma but not sure. Won’t be visiting again.

I am not being funny but that was absolutely disgusting the chips were like plastic and the burger was like it had been kicked round the back

The drinks was spilt all over the bag. Which meant that one of the cokes was empty! This was very poor! Food was cold!

I ordered and paid for 4 ketchup dips and I have the receipt stating I have ordered and paid for them but there were no dips in the bag with my order. This has happened now the second time in a row. I would appreciate if whoever is preparing my delivery orders in the future to ensure that all items on the order have been prepared and get delivered as they should.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with today's order. The hat trick burger was good and the chicken sharebox was also good combine that with a good delivery service and on this occasion one happy customer.

We have ordered 2 Big Mac meals 3 Mac crispy chicken meals pop 2or ange 1 coke 1sprite. We did not receive 3lots chips. and two pops and the meal was 14 mins late and the meal was cold first time we have ordered on just eat what a bad experience I have been to Mac Donald many times and never had a bad meal thank

Once again I've ordered food late and it hasn't turned up even though it says its been delivered. Somebody needs to look into these late night delivery drivers. Pretty sure it was the same mcdonalds this has happened to me before with aswell. The driver was literally 1 minute away when it came up delivered. Are they just getting a free meal on the way home? I shouldn't have to come home from a long day of work and wait 45 minutes before I find out I'm not getting my food. Absolutely disgusting how these drivers are getting away with this

FOOD NOT DELIVERED. Driver rang to say he was lost. Went outside to find him he wasn’t there. Tried ringing him back and couldn’t get through and he’d marked it as delivered HADMT DELIVERED IT AT ALL

food freezing. had to microwave grandsons happy meal. drink was spilt. dripping through the bag. no brownie got a desert that should have been hot as replacement. was cold. oh and my sweet chili wrap was a mayo wrap. what an absolute disaster
