McDonald's in Doncaster

Staff were very friendly and enjoyed the food.

Not a good look when your sat in drive through waiting for food and just see rats running by all time lol

The drinks were cold,and the food was burnt

Food and staff are great, always has youths 'hanging out' here which makes a bad atmosphere.

I ordered a big mac only ketchup but for some reason I got it only with beef and ketchup

This is up there with the worst McD's I would avoid and go elsewhere Took forever to ger served. Burger wet through with either grease or sweating. Only half a box overcooked fries. Not good at all. McDonalds should be consistent wherever you go but this is another example of this not being the case.

Food was hot. Burgers and the chips were nice and hot, including chicken nuggets. The only downside coffee was slightly cool but good. Service was quick

Everytime i seem to order from here they get my order wrong either something is missing or then send something i dont want or like. Its a joke.

If you want fast food then I suggest you go to KFC across the road, staff were pratting about while orders needed sorting & didn't seem bothered about cars waiting in the drive through.

I ordered a wrap with nothing on it and instead it came with everything on it also my fries had no salt on at all

i have orderd this meal to the wrong adress i want a refund as they have took my order at the door and it’s not there

the delivery driver rang me couldn’t make any sense of what he was saying it turns out he wasn’t even on my street was just walking about saying i’m at the roadside so the food was stone cold as he was walking round with the warm bag wide open for nearly 10 minutes! told him to check the address on the order as he was walking around a different street then tried to deliver to my neighbour instead of me! whoever employed him needs looking at! mcdonald’s no issues with

Ordered from just eat, the "courier", as they called them turned up at the wrong address, and in the chat said they were leaving the order on the road (despite me telling them that they were in the wrong place)! Disgusting! Nobody answering the phone at the "restaurant"! Saved all of the daft chat messages! Utterly rubbish - avoid!

Never get my order correct. Had to drive to collect the correct and missing items from my breakfast meaning I paid over the odds through a delivery app along with delivery then still used my fuel to collect the breakfast anyway. Was given an apology and offered a hash brown, doesn't really make up for the fact. I'm just not going to bother in future. The mistakes are NOT down to being busy, it is down to poor training and management.

Order was late, food cold, spoke to driver twice, he told me he was outside my house when he wasn’t, I was outside waiting for the third time.

If there was a more convenient store i would go. But they rarely get your order right always missing items. Even got a big mac with no burgers!!! Its a franchise so McD's dont want to hear any complaints and do nothing about how shambolic it is. Best avoid and go elsewhere

Hi, my driver went to the wrong house and was rude. What annoyed me the most was that he brought me food that he had in his hand and not in a bag. Considering that it's only 1 degree outside... the food is just freezing. This is definitely my last time ordering through just eat because I don't think that's what it's about. Best regards

Happy meal boxes were put with drinks, drinks partly spilt making boxes wet through and the chips being sodden in oasis, as u can imagine kids are absolutely buzzing about it.. not.

The serious problem is that they are very slow to dispatch orders, which leaves customers a little irritated with the wait

A decent enough Maccys, but at certain times of the day it can get very busy and service can slow to a crawl. Today for example we must have waited 15/20 mins to collect an order from the drive through, it feels sometimes like they cant cope, not exactly fast food. Popped in this morning at 1:15am for my daughter to have something to eat after work, sat for at least 20 mins and i was second in the que, pretty slow, looked like they were concentrating on the just eat orders.

Just the drinks arrived. No help from driver. Had to request refund.

Visited for breakfast. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. Approx 6 other people eating in, with x2 waiting before me. Not exactly rush hour!! Staff were slowly sauntering without any urgency. No apology, having to wait, would have been faster going through the drive thru!
