Personally, I'm not really a fan of Domino's but we put a large order in for the office staff. The food is what it is but full respect to the staff, very helpful and accommodating.

Was supposed to deliver a large garlic mayo dip and sent bbq, driver called the store and they were supposed to be calling me back and they couldn’t be bothered to do that or to resolve the issue. poor customer service and the head manager at the store is rude and unprofessional and doesn’t like to answer questions and puts the phone down. Told me to fill out a feedback form yes what’s that going to do to resolve the issue right now, asked for the franchisee details and refused and all he’d give me was first names of someone called Emma or Dom ( probably short for Dominoes ) so Emma or Dom you need to contact me ASAP to resolve this!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, unfortunately one of those was a medium when delivered. Told the driver and he was more than happy to get it sorted for us. It was an England match night so wasn't expecting it to be rectified quickly but the replacement pizza was at my door within 20 minutes! Second driver was very apologetic but I was impressed with the speed they sorted the issue! Only knocking it to 4 stars due to the initial error.

Ordered 4 medium pizzas yesterday with 2 toppings on each and for whatever reason they charged £10 each pizza rather than the regular deal of £7.99 I asked the lady behind the till why she overcharged me and she soon realised her mistake but said i couldn’t get any money back or any form of compensation like extra food or large pizzas which every other dominoes I have been to will do, I forgot about her mistake and told her not to worry about it I then received the pizzas only to find non of them were cooked enough the dough on the inside of the pizzas was raw and chewy, the cheese and toppings all fell off the base the moment the slices were lifted out the box, the pizzas were just an under cooked mushy mess and to top it off the floor of the kitchen was covered in food it looked like they hadn’t cleaned the kitchen in weeks, the whole experience was dreadful and I normally love dominoes but I will never go to that franchise again what a waste of £40, disgusting.

I had a lovely pizza last night from Domino's pizza 🍕🍕 Texas BBQ pizza 🍕🍕 Chips 🍟🍟 Potato wedges Chicken Kickers Chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪 It was so lovely 😋 I would definitely recommend the Texas BBQ pizza and chicken Kickers I would definitely recommend Domino's pizza 🍕🍕 Great food and great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Freezing cold and wafer thin...garbage

Pizza came paper thin like they only used half of the dough, barely cut, barely any cheese. They was willing to send a new pizza but only if they could have the old pizza back, told them I’d tried one slice and it was all in the bin, and wasn’t willing to fish in the bin to collect all the remaining slices. Wasn’t interested and said they are not willing to do anything else. Not being funny but for how much you pay now a days you expect good food and good resolutions if something goes wrong

If your wanting a VAT receipt don't bother ordering here. Pizza also cold. Delivery driver doesn't speak English language.

Do not order from here. When our pizza came it had a ball of hair in the middle. Tried to get through on the phone not picking up. Had to drive down to the store itself. Ask for the manager told them couldn't get through on the phone she replied thar they don't have staff to awnser phone. Told them that all staff should be wearing hairnet. She didn't respond she just looked at me gone out.

Quick, cheap (small pizza 5.99) and hot. Got me fed. Recommended!

We had 5 pizzas, and the orders were a bit late this time.

Staff is very rude we ordered one pizza and it took more than half an hour it’s our first very bad experience with domino’s we ask how much time it will take after 20 minutes and in revert he said I told you to come after 15 minutes in a very rude way and we said we came after 25 minutes still the guy don’t know how to talk with the customer. Also we received wrong pizza

Food very nice last we went we had large pizza half and half it was £15.99 today it was £26.00 total ripoff wont be coming again

We used to love pizza from here, however over the last few months they always arrive over cooked and with bubbles on them. Disappointing from Dominos

This store has gone downhill over the past few months. Pizza base was very thin and tasted like cardboard. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again!!!

Nothing much to say really! The pizzas from here have always been on form and the staff have always been friendly when collecting them. I can't rate the delivery as I only collect from here though!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kept saying it was leaving the shop and 3 hours later no food so had to cancel. No apology and just fed complete lies the whole time.

After completely boycotting these several years ago, (due to an evening with no food, & THE MOST APPALLING follow up customer service), we decided to see if anything had changed. Last time we ordered, after several hours we got an order delivered... but sadly someone else's order. Their delivery driver got in touch with the restaurant, who had promptly done nothing about it. After several hours & phone calls, we were told the staff who were sorting it had now finished, & they were closing for the night. There was no refund, & it took weeks of phone calls, leaving messages, dropping in, to even speak to any management. When we did manage to speak to the great & powerful oz of Domino's, it wasn't resolved in a way that we would have liked tbh. So we voted with our feet & withdrew our weekly custom... for many years to come. Fast forward many years, & I can't help but notice there are only about 3 reviews here, for a branch that was set up nearly two decades ago 🤔 Very strange! So the ordering process is easy enough. Delivery was about an hour, (so better than the 4 years & counting, from our last order). We had forgotten how good they tasted though, & the end result was smiles all round. It would be nice to think that things are getting better at this branch, so we'll watch this space for further reviews.

Staff where helpful as I am a coach driver and in a hurry they put .y pizza in as a good will gesture

Ordered a Pepperoni Passion to collect. A pizza with supposedly EXTRA mozzarella. The pizza was smothered in tomato paste with virtually NO CHEESE. Obviously cutting corners to try make more. Short term profiteering as I will not be back. Pizza in the bin.

Ordered at 7pm. Called them at 9 to see where my food had gotten too. They said it wouldn't be long. Still no arrival at 11pm.

Fantastic food and great service as usual - although they nearly missed off a pizza from my order! If I was to criticise it perhaps the main thing would be the slow speed of the app to update with order but I'm not sure if this is the system or the branch.

Absolutely delicious it really was I rung up and spoke to the very helpful Shaun told him what the kids love and he made it perfect. Top man our family is so happy. Defo recommend this dominos they go out there way to make there customers happy well Shaun does anyways so if u get him Ur very lucky

I had a veggie supreme, moderately tasty, fab base, many veggies, but tasteless cheese and the so called herb garlic sauce, has no garlic taste whatsoever and it's like a long mayo with some herbs in it

Extraordinary poor. Chips weren't properly cooked, some still tasted like raw potato. We ordered a can of Fanta and a bottle of coke zero. We got a bottle of Fanta not the can and no coke at all. Pizza was ok but as for the 4 cookies I'll leave you to see for yourself

They were lying about buy one get one free if u collect. I ask for 3 pizzas and when I went to collect and told me that I need to pay all 3 of them. When I ask why is not one free, they told me that only for large size pizza but their website says “for any size pizza”.

Everything was fine other than I ordered 2 boxes of wedges and only received 1 😄 usual story

Ordered a pizza deal as I was working from home and my daughter was going back to uni. Thought it would be nice to have a quick takeaway delivery given our limited time. Ordered at 3.52pm and received a call around 30 minutes later to say they only had one delivery driver and when pressed for a time of delivery I was advised 5pm. I called again at 5.15pm and was told it would be another 15 minutes due to only having one driver. In rush hour traffic I very much doubted it would arrive within 15 minutes. It's now 5.35pm and no sign. Daughter has to get a train at 6. Utterly ridiculous Dominos Carr House Road. At the very least have your IT put a message on your email or website to advise of delivery delays!

Slow slow slow ...it was sat there 15 mins I watched it thought there was others! 30 mins on a collection 🙄I'd think again...but was lush in the end!

Not bad at all. Food was ready for collection on time. Pizza was good as well as the chicken kickers. Potato wedges were underdone, but apart from that I would definitely use again.

Shocking pizzas, ordered £50 worth and every one was slapped in one corner folded over toppings everywhere, complained then waited ages for the cold replacements... Pathetic

It's Domino's so the pizza is excellent. However, No delivery to my area even though it is within 5 miles.

Pizza wasn't cooked, no colour to the base. Was wet and soggy and tasted of flour. Very disappointed, how could professional pizza company not know when the pizza isn't Cooked before sending to customers ? Especially at these prices!

Undercooked food, took nearly an hour to come and had been squashed in transit so most of the toppings were stuck to the lid. Really not up to the Domino's standard.

Arrived on time clap cold ( had to reheat it in the microwave ) looked like some one had just emptied a tin of sweetcorn in the middle of it . Food never comes out right. I love dominos however recent experience in this franchise has put me off. Manager needs to do something about it, I’m not happy!

First the food turned up half cooked with half done cheese on top and the dough was wet. Then while eating the pizza found a hair in the pizza to be told we need to email dominos admin because we've eaten the pizza because they can't make a new one. Firstly I don't know if people usually check there pizza for hairs before eating it and secondly I didn't want another pizza from there after finding a hair in it, I wanted a full refund but just got told I need to email someone for it. Never ever ordering from there again and I reccomend no one else order from there either. The branch owner clearly doesn't care enough about his place(s).

After seeing the pictures of an employee of Dominoes washing his feet in the kitchen sink I would not feel comfortable ordering a pizza from any branch of Dominoes, particularly as Dominoes response was to defend the employee. If you fancy eating food from such an unhygienic company, then go ahead. Personally, I would rather not.

The food is good. Usually delivered quickly. May 2020 the delivery driver put my food on top of my bins. When I asked why he did this he said "social distanceing" he cant seem to understand that I dont want my food on top of my bin. (Maybe he eats his food off a bin at home) I prefer hygienic food myself

Wanting a delivery for pizza today at Doncaster store. Ordered online to be them told 3 hr wait. This should be made clear on the website about the DEMAND. I cancelled order but won't be able to be refunded until 5 to 10 days. 'CERTAINLY MAKING ALOT OF MONEY FROM THIS SITUATION' 👎🏻

Pizza ready now on ap got there in 15 minutes after text ... Got there not acknowledged by anyone (usually the case here tbh) so asked for order was told 2 items where missing off order and had to wait another 10 minutes...quality customer service Dont seem to give a toss ...loads of staff all seem to be in their own little world ...hygine questionable...gave us a few cookies as a token on a 30 quid order ....got home food not worth it hot and spicy was poor..last time for me was never this bad been coming here years ....AVOID

Restaurant backed up, customers sent away after being told there would be a 1.5/2 hour waiting period, people calling to order to be told the same, also ringing to ask where their order was when they ordered it so long ago, only to be told “sorry about the delay”... I ordered a pizza for collection at 8pm, to get there at 8.10pm to be told it’s 23 minutes away from being done, so went back in the car and waited. I then got a text at 8.18pm to say my pizza was 8 minutes away from being ready and then get there to say it’ll be another 10 minutes we’ve just put it in the oven... staff don’t really seem to be in any rush or concern, finally got my pizza at 8.40pm and truth be told it was worth the wait... so ending on a high note I spose!

Loved the pizza, we downloaded the App for Dominos from Google Play Allot better than using just eat App also chose to collect which then gave us money off bill, once downloaded very easy to use App you can book a cook time in which the App let's you know when cook has started and when to the nearest minute it is cooked and ready to pick up Ended up with a BOGOF 2 x 13 inch pizza for £16.99

It was the first time that we had ever been to Domino's. My great grand mother was an Italian and within the family her pizza's were considered to be the best. But for the first time in my life and the rest of the family we had pizza that was better than grannies. The toppings were plentiful the taste was to die for and although a little expensive knowing what it costs to make it was well worth it. Granny would have loved it. In fact next week we are getting more pizzas from the as we have relatives coming over for a holiday from Rome. And I think this will make them enjoy their visit much more. Well done from our family.

Lovely pizza and had very good experience today the guy Callum was very helpful and went out his way to help me for today i would of given 5/5 stars excellent customer service and food however i have also had a TERRIBLE experience i ordered a order and spoke to a girl called Louise she messed up my order and when i phoned and complained she was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable then louise said my pizza was on its way and was so rude when it come 2hours after i was so upset i went to bed. Apart from my extremely bad experience with Louise, dominos doncaster sells the best pizza in doncatser. Callum fantastic customer service skills. Thank you. Asset to the company. The 2 lost stars are from my previous experience.

Absolute useless. Placed an Instore order and was told 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes for just 2 pizzas. What this branch does is they make phone order a priority, and make Instore customers wait. The pizza? I didn't enjoy it one little bit. Not worth £20 at all. I feel like I've been robbed.

Rubbish customer service . I wanted to order a pizza but the service provider was so rude and not helpful that she made me hang on for about 2 minutes while I asked her which pizzas they got and price. Because of her attitude I had cancelled the order.

I had a personal pizza on Friday night (4th Jan) and it was one of the best I had. Then last night (7th Jan) I decided to go for another one and was very disappointed, not much toppings.

Great food that is to a good standard and is delivered within around 30 mins when the ASAP delivery option is selected. Prices are fairly high but you sort of get what you pay for as the food is excellent. Would I eat here again? Definitely! Would I recommend it? Yes, I recommend it to anyone who is willing to pay a bit more money for much nicer pizza.

Very nice meal and is worth the wait, their pizzas are beautiful and very well presented their wedges are cooked to perfection and their dessert pizza is very chocolatey.

Firstly we ordered pizza to be picked up as I walked in no body asked me what I was there for a good 5mins 10mins but as I saw on the screen my pizza was in the oven. As I stood up to pay I saw the hygiene was very poor not one employee had gloves on as they rolled out the dough or placed the toppings on. The phone rang and they wiped their hands on a dirty apron to answer then went back to what they was doing, the girls never worn hair net or hat. The main manager of the store was seen clearly wiping snot from his nose and never washed his hand after and continued what he was doing. After I received my pizza the girl who had just rolled out pizza dough took my money there was not enough change so the manager passed her a bag of pound coins which she put in the till and gave me my change (handling dirty money whilst prepping food) I sat in my car disgusted at what I had just seen which resulted in me not eating the pizza

Foods good but customer service is poor especially when you walk in, no one acknowledges you. Every time I have to ask someone to serve me.

It's called fast food pizza takeaway - what more can I say.
