McDonald's in Chesterfield

This store NEVER gets the orders correct. Drinks half empty, no ice. Wrong dips, missing toy from minecraft meal. Sort it out. Customer satisfaction at its worst

no straws no sauces food freezing. 1 drink has poured over. and paid more for a collectable meal and got no collectable absolute joke.

The order when it arrived was cold it took ages for the order to arrive and then when it got here the Double Sausage Mcmuffin was missing so not impressed?

I've ordered a few times and they forgot source

All the food is cold and the driver was very rood

driver spilt all drinks no apologies no nothing rude just said never happened before food was stood there with drinks dripping on other bag full of food shouldn't have bikers delivering food

Only thing wasn’t happy about is how my burger was but all and all good

Most of the food was pretty cold when it arrived and the chips were a bit dry/stale. Also, one of the fillet o fish burgers was normal, but the other one had three small fish fingers in it instead of a square fish patty, which was weird. Everything was there though and it arrived in good time

Mayo chicken tasted like either the mayo had gone sour or the lettuce was well overdue a change. Also no sauce was put in despite ordering it.

All drinks burst and spilt in bag so when courier got them out they fell through the bag!

All the hot food was cold, the delivery driver got here very quickly so definitely wasn’t his fault. The ice cream was melted and the burgers were all squished. The fries also tasted super stale.

Waited over an hour for it the come and arrived inedible as stone cold

Food cold, grilled cliches was rock hard, food thrown together, not impressed at all.

the quarter pounder burger had a bite mark in it, someone took a bite! we are appalled by this!!!

Missing one burger from my order

the driver was rude kept telling us that we gave wrong address it was showing diffrent he didn't even wanna try absolutely shocking we never got out food and spoke to like that

no straws no sources once again food was like warm not very happy with the place maybe the last time I order from them. overall disappointed

Was just disappointed because I received someone else’s order and I don’t like what they ordered so couldn’t even eat that. Tried ringing to let know but had problems like this before where phone is never answered

As usual our order was missing items! Never had a complete order yet.

The order I received was completely different to what I actually ordered the food is cold I asked for a hot chocolate and got a Diet Coke! I request a refund immediately

i never receive my sauce even when I pay for it.

No dips i specified were put in order bag .polite driver.decent temperature of nuggets and tasty .

Consistently receive missing items from this one. Best to order from the one in town center or near the cinema. I mean how can they not tell a missing Happy Meal! Quality control is dreadful from West Bars.

Ordered multiple items as feeding 2 families,several items missing, rang the store, whoever i spoke to was useless, told me i either had to have a refund, or go fetch the items myself, why should i when i didnt get it wrong, food was also cold

We order from the West Bars restaurant because it is the nearest one to where we live. Many times there have been items missing from our order and dips with our orders are never included. We always receive the items we order and the dips from the restaurant on Derby Road. We will only be ordering from there from now on

We went through drive thr16th Feb about 11.45 chios were cold and no garlic dip for the chicken select. Really not worth the visit last night.

Items missing from the order…again!! Everytime we’ve ordered something has been missing, absolutely no attention to quality control or attention to detail!

Would give 0 stars if I could. What an absolute embarrassment the staff are here. I know it’s McDonald’s and you shouldn’t except much but wow this was awful. I witnessed an elderly man stood at the counter as he had cash be ignored by multiple members of the staff here , followed by them walking around the kitchen on their phones, swearing and messing around with each other. It was horrible to witness and even more so knowing these people will be getting paid at the end of the month.

The order was wrong requested a plain cheeseburger and got one with all the extras and my son had a melt down because he only wanted plain the food is always cold from here it’s not the drivers at fault they must package cold it’s every time

changed time on app 3 times and got later and later, I ordered for grandson and was hoping to get it the original time but didn't, like I said It changed time 3 times then you can tell it was sat waiting for driver as food was cold and the bread on burger had gone like wet. Not the best I'm afraid

all the food was cold what is ironic seeing as tho it's 5mins from my house in a car and just eat offer me a £3 credit when the order come too £15???

Please west bars get your selves sorted out and check orders, missing food again. No straws or serviettes. West bars we will not order from you again.

This is a handy place to grab a quick bite to eat when you are busy.

My meal was delicious and near perfect. It had pickles and I asked for none and I ordered a brownie and got a donut.

Driver requested a code , I wasn’t sent one ?????

There must be a better way of keeping the food warm, constantly getting cold food is becoming a big problem and then having to paying extra for this through JE makes things even more annoying. why do I bother!

Was very quick and impressive delivery..man was very nice

Had to chase after delivery guy as he had only given us the drinks part of the order. Luckily we caught him. He was sure he gave it all in same bag but we pressed and he then looked and found it not in a insulated bag, just on its own. Delivery element of Just Eat is really letting it down at the moment.

My order was right this time I got my Mccrispy my faith is restored in McDonald's thank you 😊.

I went to the drive through last week and after I got home I found that I didn't have what I ordered. So, I went back (6 miles round trip) The manager was very apologetic and I was compensated. Although I really appreciated the compensation, it simply shouldn't happen
