McDonald's in Chesterfield

Lovely place with good views from upstairs considering it's near the town centre.

No straws or sauces and chips were cold

We went through drive thr16th Feb about 11.45 chios were cold and no garlic dip for the chicken select. Really not worth the visit last night.

Would give 0 stars if I could. What an absolute embarrassment the staff are here. I know it’s McDonald’s and you shouldn’t except much but wow this was awful. I witnessed an elderly man stood at the counter as he had cash be ignored by multiple members of the staff here , followed by them walking around the kitchen on their phones, swearing and messing around with each other. It was horrible to witness and even more so knowing these people will be getting paid at the end of the month.

fast and quality service. clean toilet. there are always gifts and coloring pages for children

changed time on app 3 times and got later and later, I ordered for grandson and was hoping to get it the original time but didn't, like I said It changed time 3 times then you can tell it was sat waiting for driver as food was cold and the bread on burger had gone like wet. Not the best I'm afraid

all the food was cold what is ironic seeing as tho it's 5mins from my house in a car and just eat offer me a £3 credit when the order come too £15???

Please west bars get your selves sorted out and check orders, missing food again. No straws or serviettes. West bars we will not order from you again.

mcflurrys was sour tasted like gone off milk and no sauces delivered

My meal was delicious and near perfect. It had pickles and I asked for none and I ordered a brownie and got a donut.

No chicken nuggets received in the chicken nugget happy meal

This is a handy place to grab a quick bite to eat when you are busy.

I didnt get a single thing i ordered and the delivery man was beyond rude talking on his phone the entire time and insulting me

There must be a better way of keeping the food warm, constantly getting cold food is becoming a big problem and then having to paying extra for this through JE makes things even more annoying. why do I bother!

Had to chase after delivery guy as he had only given us the drinks part of the order. Luckily we caught him. He was sure he gave it all in same bag but we pressed and he then looked and found it not in a insulated bag, just on its own. Delivery element of Just Eat is really letting it down at the moment.

My order was right this time I got my Mccrispy my faith is restored in McDonald's thank you 😊.

I went to the drive through last week and after I got home I found that I didn't have what I ordered. So, I went back (6 miles round trip) The manager was very apologetic and I was compensated. Although I really appreciated the compensation, it simply shouldn't happen

One of the best McDonald’s restaurants I have visited - the food was cooked amazing and was hot and fresh - the restaurant itself is brilliantly set out with plenty of seating and self order machines located where u have plenty of room without feeling herded

Food arrived late. Everything was cold. Fries were hard and texture like cardboard. Chocolate milkshake full of bubbles and froth and tasted like a mixture of chocolate and strawberry. Missing McFlurry and drink

They did it again. 30 pounds pre-order. Collected on drive through. Receipt attached. We checked it this time before leaving. Guess what, one of the meals was missing. They found it within 5 minutes but that's not the point. We would have got home yet again and found items missing. Don't you check the contents against the receipt. Its easy.

Ordered a large meal and it came with a medium drink. No sauces came that were requested and it was cold. Wouldn’t mind but McDonald’s is the same price as going out for a meal nowadays.

All food was cold, had to reheat before eating. For amount paid for meal very very poor, because it was reheated didn’t taste right especially Big Mac with the lettuce. Very disappointed with this order. Treat for my daughter and it spoilt it

Worst mc d. I have ever been in during my 60 years! Cold coffee, coke that tasted odd, upstairs smelt like vomit. Dirty toilets. Go to another one or avoid.

Most of the order was missing I got 3 items out of 9

Pure incompetence every time I order or go. Don’t know what show they’re running clearly hire from special ed schools, no idea how they manage to mess up the simplest of things every time without fail must be some sort of “who’s the thickest” competition going on behind the scenes coz it’s ridiculous.

Burger was standard McDonald's taste but thrown together with no care

The driver tried to deliver something which we had not ordered after asking for the delivery code received from just eat. After refusing the delivery and expecting the driver to return with the actual food ordered, we received a message saying that our order had been delivered. We received no food delivery whatsoever and we are still waiting for a full refund from Just Eat.

2 hours late and freezing cold and was told no refund for cold food from just eat items also missing shocking

Nothing against JustEat. McDonald’s forgot 2 large fries and the cheese bites. We also asked for extra cheese on a burger which they even put on the box but still forgot. Most of the food was cold and the fries are always stale. Always tends to be this McDonald’s imparticular.

salad was just a box of lettuce nothing else and the burger and chips were cold very disappointed as never had a problem before

So we have just ordered from this store for our lunch from work and guess what ? Order is incorrect!!! No meal for someone and when we called the store a manager was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot !! All we got offered was a refund and no replacement meal …. Hardly the point when the meal was actually needed for lunch !! Couldn’t care less attitude so how can you expect staff to care when the manager doesn’t ? Rude and surly and couldn’t manage a suitable response let alone a store !!

Partner Had to go in restaurant for replacement order which arrived cold , partner got new order which also felt cold and tasted cold , it all went in the bin waste of money will never return to westward it has happened to many times . Will only use the other one at alma park from now on always nice there

How many times do I have to attempt getting pancakes and there’s no syrup with them! Honestly it’s in the title so please just put it in! Who can eat dry pancakes, it’s not ok :(

Ordered big mac, triple cheeseburger, 2 fries, 2 large cokes, 2 mcfulrries. Only recived, big mac, double cheeserburger, 1 fries, medium cokes and mcfulrries.

Food was completely cold, due to the time between preparing the food and delivering it. Also there now seems no way of getting a refund. I got a miserly store credit, meaning I paid over £10 for inedible food. Just Eat have gone right downhill.

Excepts orders and shows as open at 6 but car park isn't opened until 5 past (leaving people sat on a dual carriageway!!) and then can't actually serve food until quarter past 🤷

the delivery time kept on fluctuating and it took over an hour to be delivered. the food was stale and cold by the time it came. I am very unhappy with this service.
