McDonald's in Chesterfield

An entire meal was left out of the order when delivered, leaving my son without food. I had to drive to the nearest drive through to buy him a replacement meal. Very poor.

Asked for no tomato in my wrap but had it in towards the end the chicken had a sludge texture so couldn’t eat it had no straw for my drink DISAPPOINTED

Why’s it saying it’s been delivered when it’s not arrived

missing items again, this is the third time we've either been delivered the wrong order or had items missing

Delivery time advertised is 10-25 minutes, please stop lying again and again, delivery is nearer 60 minutes! Food is cold when delivered, things are missing and the quality of the food is absolutely shocking, even the bin gave out a groan of disagreement when it was deposited…

Drink had leaked everywhere, no straw and no sauces even when paid extra for it

my big mac meal arrived cold, orange fantastic (large) was only half full due to being spilt in transit also strwaberrymilk spilt and mixed with my mango smoothie, this is a regular occupancy with McDonald's deliveries but this is first time I've I've left review, my orders are always over £30 I won't be ordering again and advise o5hers to do same unless you want to be utterly disappointed with your meal.

order was completely wrong . ordered the muffin duo meal and recieved a double sausage and egg and a tray of sausage and pancakes. the free wrap had egg on it after I requested no egg . also the flat white lid had come off , coffee everywhere . this was a family treat gone wrong . not happy at all

This is the 2nd time recently we’ve ordered from this McDonalds. Both times we ordered drinks & no straws were supplied, both times ordered chicken nuggets & no dips were sent either, I also ordered a red hot mayo this time (which was paid for) & didn’t receive it. This is very disappointing!! Once could be a mistake but for it to happen again is not good. I will definitely reconsider which branch I place the order with. The food also sadly was not very warm

Food we recieved was fresh & hot but items missing, cannot afford to re-order missing items because if it is refunded it will just add credit to my account but it won’t be credited in time to re-order which means I’m losing money. Disappointed

Used the drive through. Firstly I was asked to wait, which ok no problem. I clarified my order twice. Then I needed to wait to pay again as there was no one at the window. When I finally received my order it was missing a burger from it. I flagged this right away and it was not on the receipt either. As I was only ordering two burgers it was a bit of a surprise. I thought ok, no problem, I can just pay now and they can hand me the missing burger they had missed off the order. NO, no no no, apparently I would have to circle around and go through the whole drive through process again..! This went from fairly poor service, to bad, and then to down right shocking. There was zero ownership of the mistake by the three people I spoke to and the solution of the staff was to add extra inconvenience for me! I was at the same time explaining to my two children in the back seat the very bizarre behaviour. I came into this expecting fairly basic but honestly the staff struck a new low. Needless to say I didn't go back around. If I could have returned the other part of the order for a refund and gone somewhere else I would have. This review required 1 star to post please view it as zero.

Quick delivery onions missing off one burger randomly but fine apart from that

milkshake didn't taste like chocolate at all and mcflurry wasn't nice at all as well.

Great for a stop off to get a bite to eat or just grab a coffee when you are on the go. Usually they pop up just as you are thinking of needing a break!

maybe next time the driver does not smoke whilst delivering food please.

Absolutely appalling! Food was freezing, I had to put the fries in the microwave and we then ate cold burgers and when I made contact, they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything expect give me £3.75 credit. When you spend that amount of money on a takeaway you don’t expect cold food

Said it was going to be 15 minutes then took 45 however food was piping hot and he listened to the notes on the order for delivering so overall happy just not with the wait

Food was stone cold congealed rubbish. Ordered minecraft meals for the collectable toys for the kids and they didn't send any. No care whatsoever in what they do down there. An absolute disgrace to the manager on shift. 4pm 25/04/25

Food wasn’t hot nor warm. To spend £70 to feed 2 five year olds, a nine year old and two adults seems expensive for what effectively is “fast food” Will look else where in future, believe McDonald’s has become priced out of its standard.

Everything was great, except there were no straws or napkins. I know it's not a great hardship but there should have been some.

The order when it arrived was cold it took ages for the order to arrive and then when it got here the Double Sausage Mcmuffin was missing so not impressed?

This store NEVER gets the orders correct. Drinks half empty, no ice. Wrong dips, missing toy from minecraft meal. Sort it out. Customer satisfaction at its worst

Most of the food was pretty cold when it arrived and the chips were a bit dry/stale. Also, one of the fillet o fish burgers was normal, but the other one had three small fish fingers in it instead of a square fish patty, which was weird. Everything was there though and it arrived in good time

Mayo chicken tasted like either the mayo had gone sour or the lettuce was well overdue a change. Also no sauce was put in despite ordering it.

All drinks burst and spilt in bag so when courier got them out they fell through the bag!

All the hot food was cold, the delivery driver got here very quickly so definitely wasn’t his fault. The ice cream was melted and the burgers were all squished. The fries also tasted super stale.
