Ordered three sauces, non came Food was pretty much cold

NO SUGARS OR STIRRES OR NAPKINS COLD COFFEE. NOT HAPPY!!!

food was actually pretty decent which shocks me to say chips wanst cold and over done burgers wasnt dry and a mess for a change everything was warm enough to actually eat !! thanks

the delivery time kept on fluctuating and it took over an hour to be delivered. the food was stale and cold by the time it came. I am very unhappy with this service.

wasn’t satisfied with the order i had been given, missing serveral items, fries were soggy & damp, one of the drinks were spilled inside the bag & the overall order was incomplete with what i had ordered. i am not satisfied whatsoever & with the living crisis we are in at the moment it doesn’t help at all, hopefully i get a refund of this order as it was horrific presentation and the food being so off on what i had ordered i should be getting a refund.

What an absolute delight - ordered food at drive through - chap taking order lovely - food wasn't ready to collect... "oscar" finished his shift (seemed nice) & we continued to wait... food arrived & we parked. Found out no straws so went back for straws, found out no sauce so went back for sauce, found out my double big mac was only a single... so you guessed went back fir the extra patties & also the bbq sauce they had forgotten with my cheese bites. The caramel frappe had no ice in it so just tasted like luke warm coffee and everything was cold anyway after I'd done my 3 x's round the car park. The Tango was great. Top Job xx

Sometimes the hot got drinks quality is worst than before especially coffee, can you improve that please

called at drive through...after waiting at order point an unreasonable amount of time with no response. Drove around to pay point to attract attention. ..no one there .moved on to pick up point ..a girl walked twice passed the window and totally ignored our presence. so not just terrible serve ..but no service at all .Moved on to Derby Road ..service spot on ...order taken and served really efficiently.

It's an okay place. A tad awkward to get to, surrounded by busy roads, but it is an average experience.

driver picked up another order from different restaurant and delivered it before ours. food stone cold when delivered.

Driver left the restaurant 45 mins before delivering the order - order went straight in the bin

Many tables I found were sticky and slightly dirty with crumbs left on them. Card machine didn’t work in the machine so I had to wait for someone to come to the counter which took five minutes. Staff are sometimes friendly.

Waited for over a hour food came and it was stone cold had to reheat it in the microwave is some of the worst service I’ve ever had.

All the food was cold when it was delivered, spent £24 to only get £4.30 refunded which didn’t cover a refund for all the items that were cold. Waste of my money

Awful cold food and coffee. Took an hour to be delivered even though upon ordering it said 20-30 mins. Wouldnt have ordered if it was going to take an hour. Mcdonalds has gone so downhill, id give up at this point.

Used the McDonald's app to place an order for collection, but on arrival the instructions for the collection point were confusing and contradictory. As a result of the confusion, the food was cold by the time it arrived. Unfortunately, the McRib was also disappointing because there was very little BBQ sauce so it was mostly a dry slab of processed pork in a bun. Very disappointed.

delivery was late as couldn't find where I lived and had to be directed. the food was really cold as the delivery driver didn't put the food in a bag warmer the salad was awful the lettuce had black on it so it was off so went straight in the bin really not happy when I spent £35 to go straight in the bin

On 2 separate occasions I've ordered a banana milkshake got back home to find they were vanilla flavoured milkshakes. Then today my partner went to collect a mcmuffin breakfast meal to bring home. The egg in my muffin contained a large amount of egg shell. We did not complain about the milkshakes as yes mistakes can happen. However my partner has taken the meal back to complain today. We do not visit mcdonalds too often so for there to have been a mistake on each of our last 3 visits, either we are very unlucky or the standards are very low at this mcdonalds. We will not be returning.

Drive through. Obviously a new person on it (again)... Not very confident... Tried to pay by card. Declined, even though there was plenty in my bank account... Tried again, Declined again... Luckily, I had cash on me... Used my card today, somewhere else (1st time, since McDonald's) and it declined again, wanting my PIN Number... I'm guessing the McDonald's person, didn't know how to use the card reader properly.... Probably just wanted my PIN, which happens from time to time... Drove a mile home and food cold, or bits just warm(ish)... Tis wot it is.... Not a cheap bit of junk food anymore....

My order was so cold I couldn't eat it

I asked for a specific time give or take afew mins but 15 mins early I had just walked in. To top it off it may have been early but it was cold and chips were stale like. Food was called an fries were unsalted, making it for unpleasant experience. Delivery wasnt outside the timeframe given only because it kept getting pushed back. Driver kept stopping for long periods of time.

Absolutely stone cold. Not McDonald’s fault but the driver who had a boot full of orders and no hot bag. Took nearly an hour even though the food was ready promptly. McDonald’s re did our order but had to fetch it obviously defeats the object of delivery. Sort your drivers out that go to multiple locations with peoples food sat in the car with them

We have just ordered a breakfast for 3 people as meals specifically for the hot drink large coke and fruit shoot for our child who was particularly upset as fruit shoot is his favourite. Amazingly there were no drinks so we have been left with no drink to eat our particularly starchy meals with and a small child who is inconsolable. Will use chesterfield town centre in future appalling as someone who has worked for McDonald’s in the past in a management facility this is the basics to be checked.

Absolutely awful flat squashed double cheeseburger! Do you deliberately put them in a press or something beforehand??? I have just returned from Gran Canaria and had the most amazing Mc Donald’s burger and fries there. Why can’t UK offer the same standard? You need to do better. It’s every time!

From ordering, our food was just under 2 hours for delivery. On arrival, the meals weren’t even luke warm - completely cold. We ordered for the first time on just eat as we are unwell, after this experience, wouldn’t ever use it again. The receipts attached to the bag state 7.03pm .. the order arrived at 8.54pm.
