McDonald's in Rotherham

Clean restaurant and good service.

05/04/25 7.10 am McDonald’s Aldwarke lane Rotherham. Worst sausage and egg McMuffin had in 20 years all of us had to throw it in bin,

Lots of confusion at the ordering it took 15 mins to get my order my drink was cold by the time I received my meal and when I got home no sauce and no Minecraft toy and nowhere to complain on line restaurant won’t answer calls the worst McDonald I’ve been to

Service is always slow they need a cick up the backside

Always something missing from orders. Slow service. Waited 20 minutes in a bay. Had to go in to see what was happening. Our food had been left on the top of a cabinet going cold for 20 minutes. Saving grace- the manager rectified it immediately.

Currently still sat in store fuming in here with my daughter her newborn and partner ordered to table service was asked to move becouse of pram lady said its germy sat next to bin so moved us to next to toilets where the pram was now blocking to door to toilets absalutly disgraceful we moved the pram to back of us but that was not good enough where ya sposed to put ya pram and seriously worried about the state of the bins if the place where people poo and wee is cleaner than the place you put food containers and food.

It’s ok for a quick snack kids love it

Staff are great with my daughter we have to remove alot of things of her burger and there always happy to do if by accident rhay have gave her one without taking her salad of thay are more than happy to make her a new one mc Donald's is one of her safe food's so if we've had a few day's of her not being able to she will go to mc Donald's 😊 FYI my daughter is asd pda that is highly anxiety driven

Macdonalds, It's rubbish food and then they make you wait in carpark for your food.Fast Food Noooo,This one company,I hope goes bust and shut

if you like burgers and fries then this is the place for you

Driver couldn’t find my house and my food had red onions when I selected no red onions

Had to wait an hour for delivery and then food was cold .Not satisfied at all will be thinking twice about ordering again.

chips where cold.. the 2 single cheeseburgers where cold the bread bap where burnt.. the doubles where ok.. chicken nuggets where cold to.. These have been sat there under the warmer.. I never moan but we've paid nearly £28.00 for a cold burnt tasteless meal.. I want compensating!!!

Zero stars everytime you don’t include the sauces. Why do we have to click them if you can’t be bothered to read the screen. It isn’t difficult.

Shocking is all i can say,melted ice cream,cold food. Order was wrong and had to wait 20 mins for it. They went in to correct it and 10 mins later i recieved half my order. I had to leave without food i had paid for because i was really late. I would like to days its a one off but we have had similare experiences a few times. I hardly go unless my daughter really wants it and i dread it everytime. We hardly ever go now.

It's a mcdonalds. Just a little slow on drive through and always got to park up and wait

Gave us 2 Pepsi's instead of 2 milkshakes, food was oily and cold. not ordering from here again.

McDonalds it is what it is who doesn’t like McDonalds? The branch recently had a make over which has made the waiting area for your food very tight and over crowed

i have only ever ordered twice and both times have been a disappointment for my grandchildren all food once again really cold and macdonalds is literally a 10 min walk from my house but i have walking.dissabilities due to long covid so could not walk down

Collected a drive thru order after ordering on app. 25 mins in drive thru waiting food was handed to me to find was wrong. Went inside to get correct order. Got home attempted to eat the food to find x2 of burgers was rock hard as if has been re warmed. Contacted them to get this dealt with to be told there’s nothing can be done due to them replacing the order once. After stating it hasn’t been replaced they gave me wrong order to start with. He then went on to say your order was a hour ago. I explained I had spent nearly 45 min messing around at there restaurant. I Was basically called a liar on the phone. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THEM. Won’t be spending another penny here!! Management clearly don’t want to cooperate with customers and don’t care about the restaurant reputation….

when ordered delivery time was 14.15 it then got changed 8 times! when the order finally arrived the food was absolutely freezing! needless to say we will never order again

Food is sloppy and just chucked together and half of food missing and as for the delivery drivers wow deliver drinks upside down gone all over my carpet not happy at all takes the piss if you can't do your jobs right get I different job ffs!

Hi apologies as I’ve wrote before it was a shame for 2 young boys looking forward to there food as they love McDonald’s, but there was no Oreo , food was cold and no straws for the drinks, having to warm it up and put it on plate ruined there experience,thankyou

Ordered my food at around 12:20am and it was delivered over an hour later, it took the staff 30 minutes to start preparing the food aswell

Forgot Item in order, that makes 3 times going there all let down the same way.. also food looks like it was thrown together for a child. Please get your staff to have some respect and pride.

Too busy prioritising online orders that they keep shop and drive through customers waiting almost 30 mins! When food finally came out, order was wrong, missing items and all stone cold. Some chips still raw. Won't be back!!
