McDonald's in Rotherham

Shocking is all i can say,melted ice cream,cold food. Order was wrong and had to wait 20 mins for it. They went in to correct it and 10 mins later i recieved half my order. I had to leave without food i had paid for because i was really late. I would like to days its a one off but we have had similare experiences a few times. I hardly go unless my daughter really wants it and i dread it everytime. We hardly ever go now.

I call once weekly in the last 3 months only once was the hot chocolate machine working. In winter not hot chocolate

Collected a drive thru order after ordering on app. 25 mins in drive thru waiting food was handed to me to find was wrong. Went inside to get correct order. Got home attempted to eat the food to find x2 of burgers was rock hard as if has been re warmed. Contacted them to get this dealt with to be told there’s nothing can be done due to them replacing the order once. After stating it hasn’t been replaced they gave me wrong order to start with. He then went on to say your order was a hour ago. I explained I had spent nearly 45 min messing around at there restaurant. I Was basically called a liar on the phone. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THEM. Won’t be spending another penny here!! Management clearly don’t want to cooperate with customers and don’t care about the restaurant reputation….

Made to feel really comfortable

Food is sloppy and just chucked together and half of food missing and as for the delivery drivers wow deliver drinks upside down gone all over my carpet not happy at all takes the piss if you can't do your jobs right get I different job ffs!

Forgot Item in order, that makes 3 times going there all let down the same way.. also food looks like it was thrown together for a child. Please get your staff to have some respect and pride.

Too busy prioritising online orders that they keep shop and drive through customers waiting almost 30 mins! When food finally came out, order was wrong, missing items and all stone cold. Some chips still raw. Won't be back!!

Avoid this McDonalds. Constantly getting the orders wrong, a few days back we had no chips whatsoever in the order, tonight a BigMac Meal without the Big Mac. The other meal they did get right, however we specified no cheese due to one of us having Lactose intolerance, of course it came with Cheese. It's either a lack of care or a lack of attention - possibly both. Use the other down the road, we only gave this another chance due to delivery times. next time we'll wait :)

Called here tonight and ordered at the drive thro, wanted to use the app new to it and not sure how it works, turns out neither do the staff that work there. Got our drinks & was told our food would be brought out to us, asked if they could make sure the fries were hot & fresh. I had a tea that had no milk with it so had to go inside, food came out & surprise even tho we’d made a request for hot fries they were barely warm as was the burger! Definitely won’t be visiting here again!

Every time I order from McDonald’s something is always missing. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered 20 nuggets a banana milkshake a triple cheeseburger and a mayo chicken with no bun.. for my nuggets I got none if the sauces I picked and they were cold the milkshake had clearly been made and left then was passed for my order it was liquid the mayo chicken was made with the cheese in the bottom so the lettuce and mayo stuck to the cardboard then the triple burger was thrown together and cold this isn’t the first time and just eat never looks in to it and I never get a refund!

the order delivered was wrong. one of the cheeseburgers was missing. neither of our drinks were sent. we were sent a milkshake instead of 2 diet cokes and there wasn't a straw

Kept changing delivery time then was an additional 25 mins after it said it was on way and food was cold.

I requested sauce to go with the 20 nuggets I ordered and no sauce came I also requested extra sauce and they didn’t send that either. Not happy. The chips were also cold and like cardboard.
