McDonald's in Weymouth and Portland

yeah.. they missed off 2 cookies 🍪 so..

Delivery time was fine but did not have the burger it seems to be alot of the time mcdonalds just dont put the right things in

all food cool and a waste of time and money

The delivery time kept getting later took an hour and half to be delivered and was cold

one of the drinks was upside down on the lid so far the drink so spilled out! the driver said it was cause they had the threes drinks in a big bag! Burstall it's my drink thats wasted

Despite the hick up ,of food being late , nearly 2 hrs , Ben was very helpful when i called the store to say hes very sorry and the just eat delivery Gentleman was also very apolgetic and explain as the store was busy food was cooked again arrived ho

completely the wrong food delivered and what was delivered was inedible and cold

Drink changed with out notifying me, no sauce no straw and the quality of the burger was awful sodden in sauce and the end of the lettuce awful not to mention chewy chips.

The order was not only late but all of the food was stone cold and the pancakes had no syrup included so could not be eaten as they were so dry

got my order, I know you really busy but when I received my order, our food was cold and had to reheat it in the oven as my microwave is broken, I'm a regular customer and this isn't the first time I received our meal cold

Ordered my food at 5:53. It arrived at 19:45! Nearly 2 hours for food and the hot food is stone cold and ice cream is milk! I was only given a £2.50 credit for this… not good enough

order was submitted at 509pm and dididn't arrive for well over an hour and a half. courier said the staff kept him waiting unnecessarily even though he got there at 6pm. order was missing the 9 chicken selects and other items where cold. the big tasty however was put together really well and although cold it was tasty.

driver couldn’t find my address rang me 5 times and made me stand in the cold for him to then find out was in the wrong place! Recieved food cold, and children kicking off, coke spilt, waste of money and just eat need to sort their staff out as McDonald’s hold no responsibility won’t be using the app for take away ever again

My fries were missing they just sent the empty box , how can anyone be that inept they didn’t check the order first , the coke was spilt in the bag which ripped open when delivered and half went on the floor and the rest of the drink was flat from the melted ice. arrived cold, but no shock there as it was delivered by bike. After a 15 minute ride, totalling 2.5miles. please dont allow delivery by bicycle if the journey is going to take 15 minutes. it's a mcdonalds, not the ritz. provided it's hot, or at least warm, it'll scratch the hunger itch. allowing the poor cyclist to do that journey is cruel. p.s. as per usual, no straws, so the boys have to chin them off from the cup. finally, the burgers look like they were made and then used as a punch bag

All good with the food and driver was friendly, but missing items from my delivery..

Food was missing, I think I got the wrong order actually I ordered large rib meal with a Fanta and a mc flurry with a toffee apple pie and on the ticket it said rib meal with a lemonade strawberry drink and a birthday donut ( which was missing anyways ) fries were cold and so was the burger and McFlurry was melted absolutely dreadful I will not be ordering mc Donald’s again

I tried a McRib it sounds yummy, but it's not it was disgusting it tastes like a cereal burger and it was flooded with BBQ sauce a bit of raw onion and a slice of gurkin and the whole thing is 😫 sicking, my advice is stick to what you know.

Slow, cold, took 1 hour and 45 mins to come to my house. Courier took ages in the restaurant too. Burger had pickles when asked not for them

Ordered a simple meal with large fries. The large fries turned up with about eight fries in the box? Where is the quality control before putting it in the bag for the delivery driver? There isn’t any. The McDonald’s staff also call people ‘mate, ‘ a little bit unprofessional in my opinion. Do better.

I ordered 3 large meal for take away and when I got home I was missing 3 large packs of fries 😒 big disappointments and I won't even mention the Monopoly peels😐

They make nice coffee, not watered down. But not as nice as the other McDonald's restaurant near New look...

Slow service on this visit a busy time so wait times can be longer. From ordering took 24 minutes for food to arrive. Apparently something in the kitchen had broken down.

always spot on always loads of parking very clean and tidy .... friendly staff.... alway s fresh and hot food ... disabled parking and access and disabled toilets ... never had a bad food experience as of yet ...free WiFi and table charging always a bonus... keep bet the breakfasts ....
