It didn’t arrive! 2 hungry children and no money left! Help!

ordered my daughter a happy meal, nuggets and chips were cold,had to reheat it, drink was warm, got 2 double cheese burgers and had to reheat it and all I get as a refund is £2.44......not happy at all

the red hit Mc Crispy was poor. missing the jalapeños and looked like it could of been off the saver menu and not a speciality burger.

McDonald's is McDonald's. You either like ot or you don't. Only ever used the drive through but service has been good & my orders haven't been mixed up.

Chips and burger were cold and I’d tried to cancel the order previously but wouldn’t work so even more disappointing when it arrived cold.

Was barely anyone in there and had to wait ages for two breakfasts was eventually told they ran out of buns and had to take some out the freezer. Poorly managed and the coffee was undrinkible.

First of all. Got to the drive thru first car there. Two other cars went to other window. And got served before us! After waiting 5 minutes. We finally got served, we then drove round to collection window and received our “large” coke. Which in fact. Was only half full. Topped fully up with ice which then only made it 1/3 full. The coke also had a SOUR taste. Absolutely foul! The amount of lettuce is enough to feed 13 rabbits. However the burger was phenomenal after getting past all the lettuce. My friend, had 5 chicken selects with an extra side of hair!! And they forgot to give us the side of sauce so gave a side of hair instead!! Her burger was also contaminated with a strand of hair again. Absolutely shocking. And delicious 🤤 she is now currently coughing up hairballs. This service is unacceptable for £25. Absolute disgrace.

Food was stone cold when arrived - when doing a delivery you expect it to be a little cold of course- but this order was really cold.

Forgot one of the drinks that we ordered

My main item was missing. I reported and received a refund for the cost of it and reordered it on its own, however it cost me an extra £5.50 in delivery/service fees. I also have to wait another 45 min just to get the food I wanted. I would like a refund/credit for the additional cost or else I won't be using this service again.

This McDonald’s claims to open at 0600, but that seems more like a rough estimate than a rule — most mornings the door creaks open at around 0610, usually by a scruffy chap who’s still getting dressed. Inside, if the drive-thru’s busy (which it always is), the staff treat dine-in customers like invisible beings. It’s like customer service in reverse. Easily the most gloriously disorganised McDonald’s I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. No stars, but thanks for the morning comedy.

Dreadful experience. Despite ordering three Minecraft meals, weren't given any of the boxes that come with them so had to queue to ask for some. Finally had some tossed across the counter to us. Halfway through our food, was incredibly asked to stop eating and move our car because the McDonald's delivery lorry couldn't get round the carpark and had 'arrived early.' Is this a daily occurrence? Cold food resulting.

The App let me order a meal that wasn't even available. We were in the drive thru queue holding everyone up for 10 mins while they sorted it out. Didn't get half of our order and what we did get was stone cold.

I didn't receive any potatoes and I received the juice spilled.

Cleanest McDonald's around Weymouth. Staff are all lovely, polite and helpful.

Can't go wrong with a Mac muffin Coffee was strong for a one-shot latte. We told the staff, and they said the coffee machine had a service. There were other customers' comments on how strong the coffee was.

Food was not the standard I expect from MacDonalds...chicken in the rolls was extremely dry.

Food is very hit or miss, sometimes can be okay but today I ordered fries and a quarter pounder. The fries were miserable and cold. The burger only had ketchup in and no other ingredients and was also cold. Not happy

We had a £2.99 breakfast deal. Egg/bacon and bun were very good. White coffee was excellent as always. Hot chocolate was luke warm and tasteless. Very disappointing. 2 hashbrowns costing £2.98 were okay but overpriced. We are usually very impressed but not this time.

This is definitely the better of the 2 in Weymouth, the food always tastes better for some reason & the service is always with a smile.

A nice McDonald’s set off a busy road in a business park. The place is clean, the staff friendly and the technology works. Use the McApp to collect reward points to get discounts and free food later.

One of the staff were quite rude to me, apart from the rest, nice vibes and good service,

only had 5 chicken nuggets 4 missing ... can't believe every time I online order they messaged up either leaving someyout or send completely wrong meal ... never ordering online again

Food was barely warm on arrival and driver didn't thank for the tip. They also drove the long way round the estate instead of the obvious side of the road and just walk through the open railings. Could of parked up and walked through but no extra time going all the way round and even went down a different area getting lost. Hasn't bothered to learn the roads or area as even sat navs show walking foot paths. Just poor service and meh food. No real flavor and dry asf.

Second time this week I've ordered and it's says it's delivered and it hasn't !!!!

My child was disappointed with no toy and being autistic she was not happy she was so up set took time to calm her down so was not happy one little bit.
