Missing food item and milkshake

I didn't receive any potatoes and I received the juice spilled.

chips a little cold, but they always are when you get a takeaway from here delivered. the order was correct and the burger was hot.

ordered a banana and strawberry milkshake with taste of mint instead not pleased

literally almost everything on my order was wrong and barely warm, they didn't even deliver the dips I paid for or supply straws for the drinks.....

ordered 3 happy meals none came with chips or drinks. my meal was missing chips and a separate coke was ordered which was missing as well. awful

Hello it says that my food has been delivered yet there hasn’t been any order come to the house and it’s been 2-3 hours since I’ve ordered my food and it’s been ages, at this point I would rather have my money back

expected me to wait around 3 hours for my delivery to arrive! no way of cancelling my order! my children were extremely hungry, upset and tired!

Delivery driver call me to tell me he out when he's wasn't even in the right street then refused to even get out of the car to deliver.

Got the complete wrong order and I had to cut two burgers between 2 children and 2 adults not happy

The order had 3 separate ketchup

only had 5 chicken nuggets 4 missing ... can't believe every time I online order they messaged up either leaving someyout or send completely wrong meal ... never ordering online again

Food was barely warm on arrival and driver didn't thank for the tip. They also drove the long way round the estate instead of the obvious side of the road and just walk through the open railings. Could of parked up and walked through but no extra time going all the way round and even went down a different area getting lost. Hasn't bothered to learn the roads or area as even sat navs show walking foot paths. Just poor service and meh food. No real flavor and dry asf.

My child was disappointed with no toy and being autistic she was not happy she was so up set took time to calm her down so was not happy one little bit.

Absolutely awful and wrong order missing things

Absolutely Disgusted by the Treatment of My Disabled Child I am beyond appalled by the treatment my family received at this McDonald’s branch. This evening, I brought my disabled daughter for a meal, expecting the same experience anyone else would have when visiting a well-known family establishment. Instead, I was met with prejudice, insensitivity, and outright rudeness from the staff—particularly the manager. My daughter, who has a disability that affects her ability to handle disruptions and abrupt changes, was unable to meet the staff’s unrealistic expectation to “act like normal people,” as the manager so rudely put it. I was informed that my daughter was “holding up the queue” and that if she could not “act like everyone else,” we would be refunded and asked to leave. I explained to the manager that this would cause severe distress for my daughter due to her condition, only to be met with a cold response: “Tough. Act like normal people, or I’ll refund you, and you can leave.” I cannot begin to describe the humiliation and heartbreak this caused. My daughter, like many others with disabilities, deserves the same respect, dignity, and understanding as anyone else. To be treated with such blatant disregard for her needs, in what should be a safe and welcoming environment, is unacceptable. McDonald’s advertises itself as a family-friendly brand, yet this location demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and training regarding disabilities. This incident left my daughter and me deeply upset and shaken. I sincerely hope that no other family has to endure such an appalling experience here. Staff need urgent training in how to treat customers with disabilities respectfully and compassionately. Until that happens, I strongly advise others to avoid this branch at all costs.

wasn't happy at all food was freezing cold, delivery driver didn't even acknowledge me just stood there with the bag open waiting for me to take it out. didn't even hand it to me. don't think I'll be ordering again

Ordered from Gateway McDonalds the first a while ago failed to turn up! I thought things may have improved, Oh dear this time the meals turned up but were cold and had items missing. Contacted Just Eat who were very good and quickly resolved.

Relative of mine ordered a meal bear in mind order it earlier in the time and when it came to time frame offer a full refund which was ok but the time was piss poor why have just eat if u can't keep up with demand I will avoid this place from now on till there improvements in time frame

Half the order was missing and we have been refused a refund and McDonald told us they couldn’t do anything about the missing items and to get a refund.

Overall all ok, fruit bag missing again from little ones happy meal. But no big deal. Good delivery time.

Asked for a breakfast roll with ketchup and a breakfast wrap no egg. Got a bacon roll with ketchup and a wrap with eggs. Went and got my wrap "fixed" but turns out that its half the size of the box it came in..... only half a wrap? Wow. Manager who initially served us asked if we wanted sugar with our coffee. Then proceeds to walk away after answering him yes, only to walk back and ask again. REALLY REALLY UNPLEASED!!!

I’m disabled and I waited in the car park for an hour to have stone cold food delivered , when I contacted the store directly they told me that the food had been collected and I waited another 20-30 minutes without any apology or explanation

Delivery great- food awful compared to when you go into the branch. Cheese in the burger not even melted so must’ve been cold prior to the delivery man picking it up. The burger was messily presented, again couldn’t blame the delivery guy. Awful from maccyd’s!
