McDonald's in Waltham Forest

Had Uber eats wanted a Big Mac got a Big Mac box but a chicken mayo in the box. Very poor quality paid £22 pounds give the driver £2 tips just to be left hungry.

Every single time I went to this McDonald’s there was something wrong with my order but last time topped it- I ordered a fish burger meal and a mayo chicken, both burgers were bad - but what was shocking was that my fish burger had a half slice of cheese and I politely asked for a new one cause half my cheese was missing to which the manager replied with “I need to pay more if I want full slice cause for fish burger is only half slice” and I’ve never heard this before at any other McDonald’s

Every time, and I mean EVERY time, me and my friends order from this place in hopes of everyone getting the correct breakfast, something is missing or very wrong. We’ve been sent pancakes with sausage when we asked for plain pancakes and syrup, and sometimes they just don’t bring the pancakes at all. They also never put the lids on drinks properly so RIP my nice yellow dress for taking a hot chocolate that just fell out onto me.

Ordered on Just Eat and both quarter pounder meals had only the top bun. How can you not notice the bottom bun is missing. The burgers were dry and inedible and looked like they’d been dropped on the floor, chips were cold. Absolutely horrible food - the delivery guy however was very friendly.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, dirty floor, dirty seats, dirty tables, milkshake not fresh, cheezburger was disgusting tasted like cardboard probably warmed up from the morning, play should be closed down, a definite health hazard, avoid avoid avoid

I went with my family and my 2 kids it wasn’t busy that time and my order took to long I try to spoke to the one in charge in the shift they introduced me to someone his name is Habib once I start talking to him he didn’t even listen to me and he said we are busy atm I cannot help and if u can’t wait go to another place I was so upset from his answer my kids started crying about the food and he left me and went back inside doing nothing except laughing with his staff and arguing with delivery driver I really got shocked from his behaviour in such famous places like McDonald’s

I ordered a wrap with a big mac meal the big mac meal came and my wrap didnt come i speak to the delivery driver he says he cant do anything about it so i try call no answer i called 11 times and nothing how are people then ment to get there orders back?? Last time im ever ordering from this mcdonalds rather order from leytonstone

My mum a cancer patient and myself ordered delivery here yesterday. My mum is currently in hospital in serious discomfort from the cheeseburger she had!

Urine dripping from the wall next to the toilet, the hand soap dispenser was broken, the sanitary bin was full with tissues on top of it. The toilet brush had no holder, it’s just on the floor with dried poo next to it. The floor was so sticky and filthy.

Cold soggy fries, rubber chicken burger and flat coke - shockingly dirty inside - McDs need to sort this one out urgently

Probably the worst mc Donald’s I’ve been too, and that’s saying something. The staff is rude and unorganised. The girl who was at the front got rude with me because the ordering screen didn’t ask for my table number. The table side service didn’t even happen ? The place was practically empty and yet dirty af. My table had coffee stains and the chair felt greasy. If you’re going to have a eat in option during a pandemic at least keep it clean.

This restaurant is a bit hidden from the main shopping area and is is actually surprising that McDonald’s chose the site. It is fairly near the bus and railway stations if you know where to look. Inside is clean and tidy with the normal touch screen ordering system. Ordering is as normal for any McDonald’s. Service is fast and efficient, beating other branches I’ve visited recently. The only reason it isn’t 5 star is the toilet arrangement. There is one toilet bowl for all guests, male or female. It isn’t very clean and I can’t imagine anyone wanting to sit there. Ugh.

Used this McDonald’s on a recent trip to London for breakfast and a couple of other times I found it to be clean and busy a few homeless people hanging around but they didn’t bother us and seemed to just want somewhere warm and quiet .food was fine service was relatively quick staff pleasant... would use this location again if in the area

Called in because we wanted something quick to take back to the Travelodge. We used the self service machines and vouchers from the Metro. There were lots of alcos sitting at tables at the front who weren’t eating anything and surreptitiously drinking from cans. They were told to stop or the staff member would call the police. It’s not somewhere you would want to sit in and eat!

i have seen the most crazy stuff here. i saw a tramp urinating while sitting down on a seat. food hygiene is bad as someone found a poo in their burger. lines are long, but overall food is satisfactory

Once every 2 months I'll order take away and every single time the beverage is flat or they get the wrong seize always smaller not bigger. Once I even got a milkshake that was watery and it was not the ordered flavour. He picked up...

This McDonald's is only a short walk from my house so I pick up food maybe once every two weeks or so, basically when I can't be bothered to cook! They use a numbering system with a screen that shows what order numbers are being...

Popped in whilst staying at the nearby Travelodge. Lots of sweary undesirables in the area but that's London for you! Service was quick and efficient and food exactly as any other McDonalds. You get what you pay for!

Thank you to the lady in the cashier that was going to give us 4 paper cups so I could give divide the two bottles of water between my four special needs students. Unfortunately the manager didn't allow the colleague to end her good deed...
