McDonald's in North Tyneside

Un servicio terrible, fui extremadamente educado al pedir comprar un juguete pokemon por separado, ya que su política es una por cliente y la señora me mintió a la cara y se negó a darme servicio por un juguete diciendo que no están permitidos, a lo que me dijo el gerente anteriormente ese día que usted es. no aprecio que me rechacen el servicio de una manera muy grosera sabiendo que no estaba preguntando por encima de su límite.

Very helpful staff who re-did order following app (which is dreadful) saying items not available when they were. On occasions I have gone in and had quite a bit to carry they always offer to help take to car. If not using drive in and having them bring to car, then best using big carpark rather than the two designated spots, as they are quite tight spaces and have to go through drive in to get to them. Restaurant has always been clean when I have gone.

Its a McDonalds. Nothing exciting. Waited 19 minutes for food. The lady security guard was cute.

Rude manager, no customer service skills, fizzy drinks are always horrible, food is disgraceful, orders always missing items.

It's a standard McDonald's in terms of food, which is by no means a bad thing. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, going around the tables making an effort with customers.

Couldn’t find 2 brain cells in the place if you tried, once in a blue moon will they get your order correct. Absolute mongs

The food is delicious but not filling so you will gain weight. Soft drinks are not good at all taste is bad. The staff are nice if they take the time to talk to you. Masked teenagers on bicycles are everywhere outside and inside the restaurant, I think they work as delivery but they look scary and make me hesitate to go there again.

Waited ages to be served as it is geared up for ordering food on the self service screens

Last time I was here, they gave my friend the wrong order and they had to wait a bit longer for them to correct it. Place was messy with other people not taking their rubbish to the bins.

I appreciate it’s not a fine dine establishment but when there are still fries on the floor and it’s breakfast service your cleaning regime is not up to par. Added to that a team who had zero customer service skills and were more invested in their own conversations. Forget this one and go elsewhere if you have any sense

Always check your takeaway order, we are missing part of our order and this is not the 1st time this has happened.

After over an hour of delays food never turned up but decided to tell me it had already been delivered.

From ordering at the drive through to collecting order it's wrong every week! How hard is it to follow what i order? Staff very arsey when told about the constant mistakes of order!

food as ever good... however just eat stated 15 to 20 mins for ordering time, they just kept extending time for nearly an hour, not the first time to have happened from this restaurant either

Chicken mayo was cold and covered in mayo, couldn't eat it

Driver didn’t have a clue where I was and couldn’t follow directions or simple instructions

Every single time I order from this McDonald’s it’s freezing cold by the time it arrives considering I live 3 minutes away. Absolute joke

I ordered a latte, but got something else, I don't know what it was but it tasted awful, I poured it down the sink, delivery was fast and the delivery driver was very nice

was missing a curry sauce, however the rest of the order was perfect

My location is pin pointed on the map for the driver to find me, he rang and said he couldn't find the flat and I would have to go out to get my delivery, I explained I had a 2 year old and gave him directions to my main building door to ring the intercom so I could let him in, after that he then put on here he had delivered our food when he hadn't so I was left with no food and my son screaming he was hungry 👎🏻

I would put no stars if I could, the worst Maccies in the UK staff are rude to customers the food is always freezing cold and the store is always dirty rubbish 👎

Me moría de hambre por la mañana y pensé que podría conseguir un desayuno McDonald’s para empezar mi día, así que fui a la unidad a pedir mi habitual comida de McMuffin de huevo con salchicha doble y cuando me fui y lo abrí, fue un solo McMuffin de huevo con salchicha, no solo que cuando lo mordí, ¡sabía a semen! Waited in total over 1 hour from ordering till delivery..messaged driver to see where he was and he was getting a grocery order whilst my food went freezing ..so whole order in bin and not 25 quid outta pocket and the driver wasn’t bothered by any of it and then I got offered 7 quid refund well I don’t think that’s good enough to be honest I won’t be using just eat again

My coke was leaking through the bag and went all over the floor in my house

didn’t deliver any chips at all only got a £7 refund for 3 large chips that didn’t come for a £45 order

Been here today with my granddaughter, Amanda was working, I guess on the floor, cleaning tables and welcoming people, what a lovely hard working young lady! She never stopped wiping tables and asking everyone if everything was okay!!!!

Things missing constantly won’t be using justeat again! As it seems to be the constant issue….

Complete joke, ordered on the app and checked in at Killingworth where ordered. Then it comes up my order is collected at Whitley Road. Told at Killingworth not ordered there and app says ordered Whitley Road. But confirmation says ordered at Killingworth and checked in at Killingworth ! Because I don't have bank app on phone as my works phone not personal.want to charge me again and I have to make the trip back to get a refund ! It never happens for refunds, charged twice last year refund never given ! Your app messed up and says order collected at another branch when ordered to yours. You shouldn't look at people like you just stood in something you didn't want to stand in ! Your app and run by you, so if it messes up you should resolve over looking and treating someone like we made the app and made the error ! Charge twice and then have to waste a journey and time to resolve. Last time you charged me twice you told me I must have made 2 orders and refused to refund it !

I travel up and down the country with work been to alot off mcdonald's restaurants. I stopped here today to use the toilet and get some food the toilets were absolutely disgusting the worse I've seen in any mcdonald's the smell off urine is over powering smacks you in the face all the floors were very slippery not wet like grease the was ok but not very warm

Ordered at 16:59pm and did not arrive until 19:00pm. Meal was ordered for a 5yr olds birthday meal. Food arrived stone cold, melted milkshake and entirely melted McFlurry. No dip provided as selected for chicken nuggets either. Reviews clearly prove there is a huge issue at this McDonald’s.

I wish to be contacted about this order. I placed the order at 16.43 and it arrived at 18.05pm the food took 1hour 15mins and it was freezing cold and we couldnt eat it. I wish for someone to contact me about this order

15 minute wait to pick up food for takeaway. Too busy prioritising deliveries. Order number comes up as ready to collect, then disappears. Then get given the wrong food - ordered a double cheeseburger and end up with a chilli cheeseburger!

As usual the burgers look like they've been stood on before being boxed and the chips tasted awful.

Hello, we didnt get 1 big mac burger and the one we did get was missing the lettuce, cheese and gurkins , we were also missing a large fries . We paid £41 quid for the order so we are not very happy .

The entire food contents of my order was missing. I received a small bag with juice and sauces and that was it. Almost a week later and I am STILL out of pocket and just eat are not taking responsibility.
