Looking forward to a nice warm Egg McMuffin coffee and hash brown. Coffee was good and that was all. The sausage patties very clearly burnt, the egg should have been on a key ring it was so overdone. Quality control where were you.

The rating system should be adjusted to allow for lower star ratings. Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant has been quite disappointing. It feels as though the staff are competing to create the least favorable dining experience. After previously experiencing issues with delivery, I opted to dine in at the restaurant. However, upon receiving my order, I regretted my decision. The food arrived cold, despite the restaurant not being busy. Additionally, there was a significant delay of 35 minutes between the two sets of orders I placed.

I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your McDonald's branch on 256 Church Rd, Northolt UB5 5AW. I utilized the McDonald’s App to streamline my order and reduce congestion, arriving at the drive-thru after notifying through the app that I was there. Despite this, my experience was marred by multiple shortcomings in service: 1-Order Not Ready: Upon reaching the collection window and providing my order code, I was informed that my order was not yet prepared. I was asked to park aside and wait for it to be brought out to me. 2-Extended Wait Time: I waited for over 10 minutes, during which I noticed several cars that arrived after me being served promptly without any wait. This discrepancy was quite frustrating. 3-Incomplete Order: When I finally received my order, I discovered that it was incomplete. Specifically, there was only one of each sauce I had ordered instead of the quantities specified on my receipt. 4-Poor Customer Service: When I returned to the collection window to address the issue, the team member initially ignored me until I persisted. The manager eventually came out, acknowledged the mistake, and corrected the order. However, during this interaction, the team member who had previously handed me the order joined the manager, grabbed the receipt from me to check my complaint, and then crumpled it and threw it into the bag as if it were rubbish. 5-Lack of Apology: Throughout this entire ordeal, I did not receive a single apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of basic courtesy was deeply disappointing. If it weren’t for my daughter being so excited about having McDonald’s, I would have refused the order and demanded a refund on the spot. I expect a higher standard of service from McDonald's, regardless of whether I am paying for my food or receiving it for free. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive their order in a timely and accurate manner.

As always very slow service,staff are more interested in talking.Delivery orders wrong or delivered to wrong address.Put in a complaint they say they cant do anything.Zero customer service.Never ever using this place again and will order from another branch instead

As a local resident, I was surprised to that there are no public notices for customers to be considerate to the local residents regarding noise and dropping litter in the local area, especially from vehicles. The Northolt McDonald’s has just been refurbished and they did not include these notices during the works. They need to take a leaf out of the drive through at Uxbridge who have many signs easily visible requesting customers to be considerate to local neighbours and not to throw litter on the streets.

I came here after an evening out around 00:00hrs and I am not from the area it was just on the way home. The drive thru set up it awful and I was told by a member of staff to park up in the bays and they pointed so not thinking anything of it I went and parked there to wait for my food. I waited around 15 minutes for my food if not longer and once I received my food I ate it in my car before departing, not once getting out of my car. Around 2/3 weeks later I received a parking fine in the post for £100, £100 pounds. This was titled that I had parked in a disabled bay without displaying a valid blue badge. Never would I park in a disabled bay normally as I am not disabled and understand the frustration for people who do need to use these spaces. I was simply just directed there by the member of staff in the food collection window. I have tried to call the store on multiple occasions but no answer to the phone… terrible experience and luckily the McDonald’s around my area are not like this and have ample spaces for food collection.

I called and ask why restaurant is closed she said because it’s closed... no reason why. So they closed restaurant at 22:42 and there was no answer why so early when I was walking so long to get there before and they just showed me by hands that is closed

I initially felt excited to be back at this franchise and used the drive thru to order a sharing box of 20 chicken nuggets...as per requests on the various signs we knew they wanted payment via contactless bank card so paid that way. As a result of their small car park being understandably closed (presumably to avoid the usual selfish customers who do not park in the marked bays but in places that delay or inconvenience people waiting in the queue lines to be served causing hassle for other customers especially in these exceptionally busy times) but was overcharged £6.99 for this product which I have bought in so many different McDonalds branches before and have never ever been overcharged so drastically before. My advice is avoid this branch and go to the one at Shaftesbury Circle or Beaconsfield!

Acaba de aparecer un trágico para llevar de este establecimiento y decir que estoy decepcionada ni siquiera cubren, ... No pidas de este establecimiento. El pollo teriyaki aparezca Dries y completamente apetecible, tenía los granos edamame hacían salsa caliente derramado sobre ellas. Muy mal.

This restaurant has had a makeover and is now called Ahwangy. It is very nicely done and the head waiter is very good. However they are using very cheap meat and it's awful. Stick to veggie food or just go for coffee, cake and Shisha

Vine a este lugar hace unos años y estaba bien, el interior del edificio necesitaba atención y la comida estaba bien. Llegué la semana pasada y pensé en intentarlo, nunca más cambié de manos, los camareros caminaron con la cabeza ahí dentro, sin sonreír, o haciéndote sentir bienvenido, la comida estaba bien en cierto grado, pero el lugar necesita limpieza y decoración, creo que prefiero un McDonald's la próxima vez y ahorre mi dinero.

Takeaway evening with friends . We all thought the food was perfectly good for a takeaway unlike some of the other reviews. I would use them again.
