Food was taking way too long to come out and when it did; there were several mistakes. I waited 30 minutes for a McFlurry which was never brought to the front and called out: I had to enquire about my order before finally getting it in its half melted state. Will not go back here again. I have been to several other McDonald’s and received great service and food on time. They seem to be missing an urgency and strong leadership.

Incompetent staff. Order was missing many items. Items that arrived was either wrong or overcooked. Asked for missing items and the y took it to the wrong customer. Wouldn’t recommend

Customer service is a joke. Ordered on the app . Order delivered by Uber eats. Chicken crispy burnt and inedible no fries at all. Called restaurant told to call Uber eats, Uber eats say they will refund and I might get that in fifteen days if not I need to re contact them. This is unaceptable customer service, the restaurant sends out an incomplete and inedible order. But because they use Uber eats I have to contact them. This is not customer service it is customer dis-service.

Slow service asked to wait in the car park which was full. My grandson needed the toilet no seat the smell and cleanliness was appalling he was sick. Never again

I've never seen anywhere so disgustingly filthy, not a single table or chair inside or outside restaurant was clean, enough food on floor to feed a couple of families. Coffee was hot but our food was cold despite getting it within 5 minutes of ordering. Plenty of staff but no one seemed to be cleaning, can't belive the manager would even consider opening in that state.

27 minute wait for 2 standard breakfast meals. No customer service, no one interested. No priority for customers in restaurant. No order, people who ordered after us got food before us. No apology for the wait when finally ready.

Put in an order for delivery at 01.25 they accepted my order & took my money. However they kept pushing the delivery time back until at 02.55 they cancelled my order. Not good enough McDonald's Skegness! Now I have to wait for a refund which will take 5 - 10 days why cannot it go back to my account instantly? They are quick enough to take your money but not give it back. For a store that is supposed to have 24hr service this is disgraceful 😒

Absolutely terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. Every time we go food is cold , drinks are flat and staff are rude. We always leave it and never say anything but now it’s just getting ridiculous. Don’t use this McDonald’s

Went to order a breakfast, at 9am, two sausage and egg muffins, two hash browns and two drinks, I waited outside for 40 minutes, for my husband to bring the food, we could not eat inside, as we could not get my sons wheelchair in, also most of the table's inside were dirty. I sat outside waiting with my son, what I saw was revolting, I cleaned the table myself and it was still so dirty, the bin's were overflowing and smelt so bad, then I noticed a few table's with drunk's sat at them, no food, just drinking can's and smoking, language was terrible, then one drunken woman asked a member of staff for bottled water, which she was given, (free of charge), it was then I noticed, she had thrown up, and wanted it to rinse it away, not one member of staff, asked the revolting, dirty people to leave, supposed to be a family place, I texted my husband and said, if you haven't ordered don't, but he had, 40 minute wait, when he came out with the food, we walked away, to eat else where, the food was freezing cold, soggy hash brown's, cold coffee, it all went in the bin, we wondered why Skegness was given the title, worst seaside resort, but if this is your first point of call, I would not be surprised, why people say this. DO NOT EAT HERE, you will regret it.

While waiting in the drive through line to park up, your more senior (age) male floor staff helped direct me between cars to get to the car park. He is always so kind. Sadly, upon waiting for my food in store, one of the managers female "Suzie-Ann" or some such name was so out of control and flustered she was raising her voice at staff, while bending towards a teenage young man, clapped her hands at him, angrily shouting his name as if he was some kind of skivvi she could treat how she wanted. She was patronising and degrading towards this young man. So much so I wanted to do this comment face to face. Unfortunately, she heard my initial, "don't speak to your staff thar way" and disappeared, leaving customers and her staff to struggle without her while she took non management tasks from her employees rather than, guide and support them to do her role. All credit to the young man Callum whom she owes an apology and more respect. He did not retaliate, nor back chat but took her degrading and pathetic behaviour. Treating people this way to ensure someone gets a burger 2 seconds faster is pathetic.

Those poor staff members! Something needs to be done for those workers, clearly it is a popular location yet there’s less staff than a city centre McDonald’s when there’s another one close by. 40 minutes it took to get a coffee, god knows how long it would of took if I hadn’t of snapped. That KFC down the road won’t need to do much to do better.

Worst Mc Donalds's drive thru I've ever been to. We went here whilst on holiday. Two lanes to order food which then go into one lane causing a bottle neck. Took us 20 minutes after ordering to get to the first window to pay. When we get to the second window to collect we were told to wait in the carpark and someone would come out with our order. The Carpark was full so we had to keep circling around for another 10 minutes. When the food finally came out. 2 chicken nuggets in happy meal (usually 4) no toy. Chips missing and the ones we did have were cold.

Good grief, the worst Mcdonalds on the face of the earth, one day when inter dimensional space travel becomes possible I have no doubt this Mcdonalds will become the worst in the entire known universe, it would seem that Mcdonalds UK have collected the crapest managers and the rudest staff and dumped them at Skegness Mcdonalds

Awful restaurant- couldn’t pay at the machine as internet doesn’t work properly so ordered at the machine then had to queue for 10 minutes to pay. Staff just shrugged there shoulders and said the internet is poor! When the food arrived the chips were cold and had no salt on, the cola was flat. I couldn’t be bothered to go back in and complain as the restaurant was chaos and staff didnt seem to care ! We also got the wrong chicken wrap but just had to eat it. Never go there it was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to

Would not recommend it to anyone at all. Over an hour waiting on food. Then the food came cold. Absolutely rude staff 0 customers service. Poorly run. They was messing everyone orders up.

This was the fourth time we visited this site and have to say that the service was a joke, on all occasions my order was a long time and then wrong, and on all occasions the ice cream machine was not working. This is compounded by the fact that after joining the drive through queue only to be told yet again that icecream was off the menue and as this is all I wanted we then had to continue in the queue to get out which took nearly three quarters of an hour so you can imagine the frustration. Hope someone in authority reads this review and something about it but suggest it will fall on death ears.

Visited after the pub at midnight. I twice tried to order through the self order screen but it wouldn't let me pay for it so I got a slip with pay at the till. Got to the till and there was nobody there. Had to shout someone over to pay. Was given a locator number which meant my order didn't appear on the screen. So I spent 15+ minutes waiting!! Got fed up with waiting and asked where my order was, they didn't know. It was just by chance that a lad had been walking around the restaurant with my order. He'd heard me and the assistant and said this was my order. The burgers and chips were nice but not hot. This is my third bad experience in this restaurant, the tables were a mess(why can't people clean up after themselves). Someone had been sick in the womens toilet! I wasn't the only one having the trouble. This is tip of a mcdonalds and they should be ashamed!!

Mid place, you either get one or the other you get grate food food and grate service or you get you food sometimes warm or the wrong order with something missing such as (extras)

I went to this mcdonalds because my daughter was not feeling well and it was really cold. We ordered our meal and my girl was not happy but I had to get her a drink. The staff were so lovely they came and checked I was ok. Showed my little girl how to use the ipad and provided some crayons to colour. It was lovely to feel so welcome on such a aweful day. Visited this McDonald's twice during a weekend visit to Skegness. The first time for a post theatre snack hen we had to wait to be served even though we were the only people waiting, then the one of the items was missing the bacon content so had to be returned for correction. Half a dozen groups of people at most so not busy. Outside is disgustingly littered. Same as earlier. 11.05pm two tables finally wiped and brush out. Staff look knackered in their defense so maybe shifts have been too long today but nobody seems to know what they are doing. And given takeaway trays again despite staying in and saying so. Might be compostable but unnecessary. Oh no brush gone away again. Not even quarter of the floor done. iPad tables still covered in food.
