McDonald's in North West Leicestershire

It wasn’t too late & I kinda expected it might, as it was so late at night ordered, but not an issue for me. Food tasted lovely & very nice delivery driver

Great driver, always a nice guy.

Delivery all okay , but yet again McDonald’s can’t seem to read what is ordered and put it in a bag !!!!

Unfortunately this food took so long to come all my food is very cold the delivery time was 20/30 mins late so my foods been sat getting cold for that long I don’t think this service was very good

coalville maccies somehow manages to be delivered faster, hotter and all round better than ashby. and ashby maccies is less that 400 yards away. I can't quite put all the blame on the restaurant though. I've been sat inside a few times and seen the delivery drivers sat outside whilst the food is sat going cold on the counter... I once did a test, I ordered for pick up and a separate order for delivery, I managed to get there and back home and still waited a further 20 minutes!

I placed my order at around 11:30. I stayed up until 1am. No delivery. This isn't the first time either.

Food came quick, warm and correct

the fries are really dry and not like what they used to be which was very soft and fluffy

We had items missing and upset children as it was the happy meals that were missing - asked to take photos 5 hours later - we even phone masons and said they would sort it out via the app !! Not sorted as we didn’t have enough food for everyone and no refund - very poor

The food arrived cold as if from the fridge, and the driver couldn't find the address so I went out to get food.

it's fine because the weather was bad . so less drivers. overall it was great 👌👌😆😆

When you miss a hole meal out someone gos with out and then you have to reorder with out the refund dose not make sense

order ok, only issue was ordered quarter pounder with cheese and no pickle, it contained pickle. table on the box stated no pickle.

The restaurant altered my original delivery time which would have given them a 50min window. Not good. But your courier managed to make up some time and got it to me warm. He was also very well mannered, friendly and professional even shared a wee laugh. Coalville McDonald’s is poor but you service was excellent Thanks

Waited an hour. Food was freezing. Food inside was open and squashed. Food missing. And milkshake melted, so was only half full. This is the second time it has happened.

Delivery order. The greasiest McDonalds breakfast I’ve ever had, the McMuffins were swimming with grease. Hash browns were as soggy as heck. Certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

Galaxy caramel Mcflurry was just a portion of ice cream with a few chocolate stars on the top. Ordered cheese dippers but they were missed off of the order. I think it was mistaken for a cheese burger which was delivered but not ordered. The fries were chewy and didn't taste fresh.

My large coke had fallen over, all-over the napking etc.Just lucky they weren't in with the burgers.Not gd really.

You missed a M plant and fries so I had to reorder a M plant for my guest at a big cost to me!

I’ve paid for a burger and not even received it and I’ve paid for delivery of a said burger and not received it! It’s a basic service which as not been fulfilled. I want a full refund for such a poor service

This place is going downhill, the food is cold, they forget the sauces, and the portion sizes for the chips are ridiculous. The last time the cardboard cups were barely half full.

Went to the drive through,attitude of the lad serving was terrible, I asked if there was sauce with the nuggets, he asked what I had ordered, said they didn't mention it at the previous window.. well, arms folded and again asked what I ordered, repeated my previous comment, I asked what the choice was.. he was so rude and his attitude left a lot to be desired..shouldn't be dealing with the public if you can't be courteous.. not often I use this McDonald's, I certainly won't be again.

I'm not sure how late it was from the original predicted order delivery time ut it was a considerable amount of time. The food has arrived cold and almost stale like. For the amount of times I have ordered from McDonald's and or used this app it is unusual but still not satisfactory at all.

When the order arrived the iced latte was spilt everywhere in the bag and leaked everywhere ruining the other items in the bag, some of the food was cold and the boxes were crushed

I ordered my food only for the delivery time to keep moving back and in the end it was an hour over me ordering my food. Then when the food finally arrived it was cold! Very disappointed with the service and I would like a full refund for my meals.

the order was completely wrong .I spoke to the manger at Macdonald's and he refused to change it and he was completely rude and this is the 4th time this has happened.

Ordered from McDonald’s recently, and it was a bit of a mess. The chips were cold, the burgers were cold, and they completely forgot all five drinks that came with the meals. Really disappointing overall—it felt rushed and like no one checked the order properly. Not impressed at all.

driver accidently spilt the drinks and was extremely apologetic and professional about it and replaced my order he went above and beyond his duty and got me a little xtra as a apologie aswel

Driver, courier. Has delivered to my address previously and had difficulty finding my address. I left detailed address instructions in the notes along with my order. I am disappointed that once again your courier misrecognised my address. Once I caught his attention from my window and my delivery was made he was nonchalant and sarcastic. When asking for the delivery code he was almost confrontational.

Apparently you no longer get a whole slice of cheese on a fillet o fish?! The first time I assumed it was a mistake that there was only a thin sliver. But can safely say now it isn’t a mistake, it’s deliberately being stingy
