McDonald's in North West Leicestershire

It's taken 1.5hrs if not longer to receive the food and then it was stone cold. I order at least once a week and this has never happened before.

Delivery was on time, no issues at all. Driver was friendly. Thanks

It always blows my mind how mcdonalds can mess up such a simple order.

20 nuggets. No sauces. when I specifically added notes to the order NOT to forget sauces!

After initial 22 minutes delivery time I checked the app to see the food was still being prepared and that it would be an additional 25 minutes.

The delivery driver couldn’t understand the numbers I was giving him to claim the order, then he tried to give me a drink he had managed to spill in the bag that had dripped all over the food bag so both were no good. A pure waste of nearly £20

Drinks spilt all over the food and food was soggy. Driver said he was sorry and that this is how he was given it

Your courier was rude almost aggressive when they came to my door. They telephoned me before they knocked on my door demanding I come outside to meet them. When they did arrive at my door my food was not inside an insulated bag both brown bags thrust at me. Very poor service

Despite some of the complaints in other reviews, this was easily one of the best run McDonald's in Leicestershire. Food arrives hot, nothing was missing. (Unlike the one in town) Burgers were well prepared and neat on arrival. No issues thus far

Standard maccies, used the collection point, manager served me and must absolutely hate his job. Said nothing, no hello, no thankyous, just thrust the food in my window and walked off. He only looked about 14 years old so maybe it was work experience haha!

Adcock road mcdonalds is a DISGRACE! get a hold of your delivery please ! i was missing my muffin this morning and the other day my friend was missing her wrap! some may argue the most vital parts of a meal. trying to get hold of customer service was awful and a massive mind boggle! probably will never order again

from the time the driver picked up my meal was only 4-5 minutes to deliver thy driver. yet my burger and chips was lukewarm at best cob was a soggy mess ??
