Stayed here for work and the staff and hotel are lovely it's just a bit out of the way unfortunately

Well situated if you need a night's rest mid journey. Normally a oid chain hotels but service was very good, including doing me a hot meal after kitchen closing time

I did a last minute booking for this hotel, to bring our dog away for the worst night of fireworks near us and to visit a local place that we love. Chose this hotel because of how out of the way it was (so hopefully firework free) and it was great. Staff were super friendly to both of us and our dog. There was a brilliant grassed courtyard where we could take her out to stretch her legs and lots more grass areas around the hotel too. I requested a ground floor room to make it easier on us taking trips outside and they honoured my request. Couldn't have wished for a better place for the night and we will likely be back sometime.

Very clean, very spacious rooms recently decorated. Fire alarm woke us at 1130, it was a false alarm ( steam from a guest taking a shower) but no staff around to reassure or explain until I asked the following morning!

A very comfortable and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff even well after midnight. Lovely breakfast. Fire alarm at 4am was unfortunate but swiftly dealt with.

Excellent location for a stop over on my journey north. Surprisingly quiet setting in attractive grounds, but just minutes from the M42/A42.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault the service we received and the location was ideal for our requirements.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, hotel was clean, modern and great. It however, is in the middle of largely nowhere, apart from being next to I assume a dog centre (as you can hear barking from the rooms) ! And the postcode is wrong. I'd definitely consider staying here again, but maybe it's a bit too far out from the NEC.

Just reopened after refit, few teething problems but report to desk & friendly helpful staff sort it quickly, room 256 was good but if you are a light sleeper the dogs in a nearby boarding kennels could keep you awake!

Hotel is currently an Asylum Centre. Staff sacked. All for tainted £££. One less hotel for our hard working logistics industry men and women to do their job. Shame.

Didn't happen arrived at the hotel Saturday night to be told we couldn't stay as the hotel was a covid quarantine hotel we hadn't been informed drove down there from Yorkshire not impressed dreadful customer service and had to try and find another hotel luckily we did were well looked after by the lovely reception staff at the bosworth hall hotel and apparently we were not the only guests this had happened to in the previous week's absolutely shocking best western you should be ashamed of yourselves

Except for cultural foods such as biryani and tikka, the hotel has good management. I felt comfortable and safe.

The worst service and food I have ever had in all my years of staying in hotels.

Hotel cancelled my booking but took my payment and still haven't received any refund over 2weeks ago with no response absolutely shocking customer service
