McDonald's in Glasgow City

Seems now you just wait for Just Eat etc to get their deliveries first, and the guys all hang about it's not a good look. I actually waited over 15 mins for breakfast today. Normally you get quicker.

all food was warm, fresh and tasty.

I got the chilli burger thinking it was mild but my mouth was on fire so a no from me. My coffee was hot for a change so nice one there

food was cold and didn't taste right I don't usually have any issues with this McDonald's as there usually the best for my order as it's custom and they haven't got it wrong yet till tonight

Food was cold the chips were burned and were still cold chicken nuggets were rock solid and cold the cheeseburger was cold aswell rubbish mate

The driver neglected to tell me that the bag contaning the water and tea had burst at the bottom as he handed it to me. As soon as I got inside, everything in the bag fell out, and the tea spilled all over the carpet, and nearly scolded my feet

1 meal missing other cold and drink all spilt

forgot all the sauces and all my drinks, food was cold, tool way too long to deliver so all food was cold

The service was ok, not too long a wait for a mcplant which is great- often have to park up after going through a drive through to wait for them, but not here

Order did not arrive!! Even though they marked as delivered

Ordered showed out for delivery then changed to delivered without receiving any of the food

After 3 hours it still didn’t arrive. Claiming delivered .. we watched the courier on the map appear the opposite direction of the restaurant we ordered from then stop 2 miles away for 20 mins then it changed to delivered. This was you last chance after 3 previous issues with cooking and food being stone cold on arrival. You have now Lost a family of customers

My order has not been delivered - I have submitted a complaint confirming this.

THEY ALWAYS, ALWAYS FORGET THE DIPS. ANNOYING AS DO NOT LIKE DRY MCNUGGETS

I received a big Tasty cold and old , old fries, and the drink wasn’t Fizzy anymore. and on top the food took ages to get delivered. I would like to receive a refund due to the non professional service which was delivered to me on 23/11/2024.

Order came 30 mins late and it was cold had to reheat it in microwave

The 24-hour store does not provide 24-hour service, and does not shut down the ordering system, and after ordering, the staff refuses to provide food and says the store is closed. The staff plays around in the store and does not respect customers.

missing items and incorrect items, half my order was mixed with another. I know this as I have the wrong reciept on my order!

Time kept changing told me it was 35mins and ended up being 45 mins food was cold by the time it got here

Fries were cold & overcooked, rest of the food was lukewarm.

This McDonalds has gone downhill fast in recent years. With the number of incidents, social disorder, and police being called out to it. Combined with the amount of rubbish from it that's dumped out of car windows in the Retail Park and along Crow Road it really needs to do more to address this problem. When it first opened it used to send staff out to pick up litter along Crow Road where it's drive through was, but now it rarely ever does so.... I picked over 35 items of McDonalds litter dropped on Crow Road in just an hour or 2. Either it needs to pay to get more pavement bins put on Crow Roaf or send its staff to tidy up it's own mess. I used to like this place but it's standards have gone right downhill as it seems more like its focus on profits matters more than anything else.

So me and my husband decided to go out for a late night snack and fancied some macdonalds as a treat. We come from the eastend of Glasgow and thinking by coming to the partick branch would be cleaner and more better quality of food as we tucked in to our burgers and chips in the car park my husband pulled a long black hair from his burger 🤢 we are never the type to complain as everyone is human and these things can happen but we thought we would let them know so it won’t happen to someone else. we where then met with a manager I would say straight out of school and didn’t have much experience in being a responsible manager I didn’t feel he was really bothered by it and said can get you another one. As my husband was still hungry he accepted and my husband wanted to note that he wasn’t upset but the incident but just wanted to let them know about it. And again the boy just wasn’t that bothered as if this happens often. Although I know these things happen but as a manager I would be so apologetic and upset for the customers experience of the food that is being served at the restaurant your running.

The system charged me twice ! Gave me order twice and it was stone cold charged me for a burger that I didn’t even order

Ordered through McDelivery 1st November 24 at 17:18hr. Order had quarter pounder missing. Contacted restaurant on phone. No apology, no concern, told to contact uber through app by staff. I don’t have uber app nor do I see why i need to download and use for a missing order from McDonalds. Went into restaurant. Asked for manager. Again told to contact uber. No apology, no concern, no missing item replaced, no complaint form. I was given email address but I have had no answer to my complaint. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

30 pound, nugget sharer box, surprise surprise, no sauces at all!

I'm very unhappy with my order juice came with the lid off and the juice and ice cream was covered in cola if you can't pack a bag carefully quit the job and find a bridge to live on

Food is always Hot which is not a thing usually all mcdonald's food is cold by time u go to eat. Atmosphere is peaceful.

I ordered 2 large fries and only received 1 it's the same order I get 3 to 4 times a week for my grandson who has autism and can only eat certain foods

The food was cold. The mccrispy was way over cooked (or had been left lying) the chips were not fresh. There was no fruit bag. The happy meal was cold the ice cream had the sauce in them as well as the juice. Worst meal from McDonald’s ever. ALL OF IT WENT IN THE BIN and I only got a £5.60 refund from just eat!!! Won’t be ordering again

Easily worst Macdonalds experience of my life. Disgusting atmosphere with every table a mess. Staff were slow and seemingly incompetent. I got the stack house burger,fries& a Fanta had to get my burger done twice as they had put mustard & girkins on it which I am elergic to just as well my girlfriend is my McDonald's taster other wise I would have ended up in the hospital. I mean this is not the first time this has happened to me even when I use the app to get the mustard & girkins removed they are not always taken out

The delivery driver showed up with 1 drink and 1 McFlurry and there was 2 large meals ordered and a burger. The delivery driver couldn’t speak English so wasn’t much help and McDonald’s were even worse!!
