WRONG ORDR DELIVERED - POOR - HAD TO REORDER AND AWAIT REFUND

The guy got lost and when he arrived half and hour later than estimated the food was stone cold 😢

chips was cold and missing items again after me me writing in the comments box asking staff to make sure all items where in bag before handing over to driver,always the same always missing items

Food was cold. Chicken tastes off, chips were rock hard and cold and milkshake tasted terrible. Last time I’ll be ordering as it’s always such a disappointment

Bought the mine craft meal deal for grandson but no toy in order and no ketchup but they did refund them.

Visited with family, including 2 small kids. The atmosphere was great, the kids had a lot to keep them busy; crayons, drawing paper, etc & the food was as described.

This experience was horrendous I have never in my 19 years of this life have experienced such things from the delivery service to the customer service team. I have been scammed and nobody offered to help our situation, they said our food was delivered but nobody contacted me and I never received my food or a refund.

The order did not arrive. I contacted the store and they confirmed that the store we ordered from closed at 10pm last night for maintenance so therefore, no order should have been accepted in the first place. The order gave full tracking and showed it moving towards the address, however, it stopped before the address and then showed as delivered. This is not acceptable whatsoever.

Someone else’s order was delivered to me - two huge bags almost twice the price I paid!

Absolutely horrendous service. Ordered at 11am and the estimated order time just kept getting pushed back. Ended up actually being delivered at 12.50pm however at some points the eta was 1.45pm completely messing up our afternoon and lunch as we couldn’t cancel the order. When it did arrive, the chips were cold and soggy. Would not order again!!!!!

I understand that deliveries can sometimes be a bit colder than ordering in person however, I have been waiting for at least an hour and a half, I was unable to cancel my order as there was constantly a ‘driver assigned’. All our food is stone cold and part of our order was incorrect. If I was able to just cancel after 30mins of waiting this wouldn’t have happened. I appreciate things can go wrong now and then but this just isn’t acceptable.

Nothing wrong with the staff but it is not the most comfortable environment and they automatically loose at least one star for non customer friendly machines which are designed for Mac Donald's profit not my convenience

Absolutely perfect. Everything delivered and it was all fresh.

Driver couldn’t find my address, driver couldn’t understand me on the phone, to top it off I then had to take my three kids out to meet him on main road around the corner from my house, by time we got home food was freezing.

Only issue was that they removed the jalapeños instead of the pickles from the chilli double cheeseburger, but it was still good.

Driver was aggressive and argumentative and he spilled all the coffee over the food. Rejected the food and he was arguing with me. Coffee spilled all over the front of my house. Tried to force me to take the food

My order was not delivered. I received no phone call from the delivery driver and then status changed from delivering to delivered, when in actual fact, the food was not delivered. I request that this be reviewed and a full refund given.

The driver turned up late then waited near my door for a while before getting back in his car with my food and drove away. He made no contact with me whatsoever.

Drink was not full, neither were the chips. Both looked like medium. No onions on the burger. It was also cold as the driver went to the wrong address and then had to walk 5 minutes with my order.

The FiletOFish is thrown together. It's like this every single time. Half the fillings are in the burger and half outside. You can't even move stuff around because the cheese melts everything together in place! Pls show care assembling the burgers!

The burger wasn't too warm, chicken was burnt and hard, no chips or pineapple sticks. Paid 17 quid for a burnt burger and some ice cream. Drinks spilled in bag.

We got a delivery placed the delivery at half 9 it didn't come till 23.15 and the chips were frozen the big mac wasn't cold but wasn't hot either that's shocking that it took 1 HR and 45 minutes to deliver a McDonald's terrible service and terrible food won't be ordering from this McDonald's again

Recently had an order come out wrong with a missing item and a mistake on a customised burger, returned with receipt got my side and a fresh burger with no extra hassle and the staff were more than helpful in fixing the mistake. these small things happen and it's honestly nice to see the effort into correcting these issues before they become bigger problems.

not happy with this order the delivery man was rude and forceful in wanting the delivery code by shouting give me the code. He wouldn't come to my door with the order I had to go down and get it, as a disabled person I find it hard to do that.

The food arrived very cold and was all squashed. We ordered two Big Tasty meals and the burger buns were very hard to the point that it was impossible to bite into. The burger buns looked like it was taken from big mac burger rather than it belonged on the big tasty. It was a complete waste of money and a massive dissapointment.

Paid for the sauce (4 bbq and sweet and sour) and we did not receive any!!!!!

This McDonalds is the worst in Glasgow, I ordered with ubereat and they always forgot to give me the sauce and often missed the food. The staff here probably don't bring their brains to work.

I am absolutely FURIOUS with my recent McDonald’s delivery experience! This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received. First, the delivery took over an HOUR—completely unacceptable when I’m paying extra for the convenience of fast food. But to make things worse, when the order finally arrived, they gave me the WRONG FOOD. How hard is it to double-check an order before sending it out? I ordered [insert your order here], and instead, I got [insert wrong food]. Seriously? This isn’t just disappointing—it’s downright infuriating. I was looking forward to my meal after a long day, and instead, I was left hungry and angry. This is not the first time something like this has happened with McDonald’s delivery, but it will 100% be the LAST. Until McDonald’s can get their act together and start treating customers with basic respect, I am NEVER ordering again. How can a global company this big mess up so consistently? It’s beyond a joke now. I demand a FULL refund immediately, and I expect a proper apology. If you can’t even handle getting orders right, maybe you shouldn’t offer delivery at all. Do better, McDonald’s!

Order arrived cold. took far too long to get from the initial delivery time till it got here. Driver chose to go a longer route and was at least 5 minutes before he left mcdonalds after getting the message order being delivered. Driver toldme to contact Just Eat for refund.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a big tasty with bacon & not received any bacon. I even made a specific note to say I didn’t receive this last time and that was clearly ignored again. I am not happy at all. Don’t bother ordering here

Seems now you just wait for Just Eat etc to get their deliveries first, and the guys all hang about it's not a good look. I actually waited over 15 mins for breakfast today. Normally you get quicker.
