A better experience than last nights wrong order

Freezing and didn’t get the extra sausages that where paid for

My large late was not sealed properly and had spilt inside the bag an had spilt as I got upstairs all over the floor and the bag ripped as I went to open it due to the paper bag being drenched. I have pictures if needed

Every single time I order the sauces are missing I’ve not ordered for a long time because of this so I won’t be ordering again now

The order time was way too long. And my food was really cold and dry. As if it had been left waiting to give to the courier

Ordered two meals with two drinks and three dips. Order was delivered quickly and on time but no chips, no dips, and no straws for the drinks.

Got the wrong food didn’t give me my 7up which I really wanted and didn’t get me my extra hash browns which was the main reason I got the breakfast

Every time I have to order from this store they get somthing wrong I have one child with no meal at all and then other meals missing parts! Freezing cold becouse the delivery driver decided to do a trip in the opposite direction before then bringing mine to me! Absolute joke and the alls you do is offer refund that doesn’t help my upset son does it?

once again we received someone elses order, now in the bin, just eat used to be great now it's just delivered to someone else and having to order again, a freezing order or receiving someone else's order. rubbish!

My order was not the best; came cold, the bag with my drinks in was leaking which caused me having to clean up since the bag was leaking with Coca-Cola everywhere. I'm not the happiest with this order Today. ):

ordered a chicken share box along with other stuff, and the share box didn't arrive with the rest of the order, I sent just eat a message but never received a reply or a refund. bad service because I had to reorder this and wait again.

There was a couple of items missing from my order and I also requested for dips to be added for my sons chicken tenders and nuggets which also did not arrive my son is severely autistic and now this has caused a lot of problems that they didn't come

Absolutely disgusted that the staff have not packed a child’s happy meal! Put one chicken nugget in a happy meal box- no chips no drink just one chicken nugget.

Second time I’ve ordered from McDonald’s now and been food missing. Just spent £41 and a Big Mac was missing. Won’t be ordering from there no more

freezing cold chips not cooked properley an ordered 2 milkshakes an got 1 an a strawberry milk

Delivery driver was superb with his conduct, politeness and waited until I could offer him his code.

My order specifically asked for no cheese on the burger and was even printed on the burger but was covered in cheese so my son was unable to eat it leaving him with just fries and brownie.

my mc flurey was just ice-cream I asked for a galaxy chocolate one.but only got ice-cream

My order was missing a Philly cheese stack burger what I have paid for so I have requested a refund for the burger.

Only recieved cheeseburger×2 not double cheeseburgers which we paid for

So many staff still they cant make the delivery on time and then argue the wrongly with you!

Burgers was cold enjoyed after warming up tho.

I left a complaint on the day I received my order and as I had no reply when I hav looked properly it's gone to the review page and I am very disappointed as the order arrived cold and I ordered a a medium strawberry milkshake which was a child's mil

Food was good when we finally got it. The self order machines were playing up.

extremely unhappy with order ,ordered 5 large meals ,2 mc flurrys,ordered was delieved woth no drinks or fries to any of he 5 meals ,no mc flurrys ,and all the driver had to say was not hus problem,£60 pound order ! absolutley disgusting service! now left angry and unhappy,plus wont get any form of apology or reinburstment .

Ordered food at 13.40 and it arrived at 15.30, all the food was freezing and they also forgot my fries with nugget meal and double chicken mc burger, i have threw everything in the bin and drove to another mcdonalds

Ordered 2 sausage egg muffins meal at 10.00, a coke and a cappuccino, 1 meal never came and no cappuccino. Order said it was coming at 10.45 and came at 11.13

Delivery driver was lovely, food was hot and tasty. Thanks to all excellent service .

My food arrived stone cold. Not edible.

The order took over an hour to be delivered and when we did receive the order it was freezing and wrong. I ordered a happy meal with a burger for my 3 year old nephew ans when we received the freezing cold meal it was nuggets which he doesn't like.

When we order fanta we always get orange oasis

Ok so it's by Asda and popular for people passing along the busy main road, but otherwise always feel a bit disappointing. Usual McDonald fayre so not sure why this is disappointing. Drive through service is quick. Carpark can get busy but then there's the big Asda lot next door.

I complained as soon as it arrived and haven’t yet received a response. Two items were missing. Can I please have a response

My meal came and it was cold, but also the drink was the wrong drink to what I ordered

Sent sweet (presumably toffee or caramel) latte's instead of normal ones which we didn't drink. Food was fine and still hot.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered on the app then oredered more at the drive thru. Only got half the order then after waitimg for 40 minutes and speaking to them, they told us them items wer never put in the system and wouldnt issue a refund. 7£80p worth of stuff missing l. Get your act together

Normally food is cold or missing or drinks spilled. Today everything was hot, fresh, no drinks spilled. Only slight criticism is no straws for drinks or sauces which I asked for. Other than that food was yum!

Burgers and fries tasted terrible, they were cold and it seemed like they'd been sat out for a long time before arriving so had gone dry too.

The fact there will be something missing from the order was obvious as it happens EVERY single time !!! But this time no fries with any meals (3) and no dips , that’s was way out of order . To than get a credit instead of my money back ??!!!

Delivery was perfect! Chips under half full and no 6 piece chicken nugget meal.

hello, I ordered chicken nugget sauces and I didn't have it in the bag and neither did the straws for the juices

ordered a Big Mac with No pickles due to alergies , but came with pickle. Had to throw away NOT ACCEPTABLE
