Terrible. Food always cold don't order chips b cause therye always Steve Austin ,always forget stuff. Go to yenton.

Slow workers that don’t know how to keep food going in a fast paced manner 20 minute wait just to have your food.

Ordered food for my family,, missing nuggets which I had to tell them ( at the drive thru) they missed and the cheesy stick which I recieved the salsa sauce but not the sticks ... Been trying to ring them which they are not answering... Sick of paying for food and not recieving it! The staff werent busy as a few were standing around... Why are they making mistakes when the order is printed out!! If they weren't messing about talking and did what they were actually paid to do maybe people wouldn't be getting ripped off by paying for food they aren't recieving...

Ordered from here many of times . Everytime they have either got the order wrong or forgotten items . Customer services pretty poor as they say there's not alot they can do other than say sorry. No refund , no missing items just an apology.

Ordered online they missed half my order and never answer the phone. Live only 5 minutes away and the food was cold.

Genuinely the worst McDonald’s around. Food is always either missing, wrong order or cold. I could just order a bottle of water and they’d still find a way to mess it up.

Place is okay but the food is crap. Either cold food or burnt food. Don't forget you might have a missing order item as well

It's probably one of the worst McDonald's around! The food is always inconsistent - either just slightly warm, incorrect, or just missing! The staff look like they need infusing with something to wake them up. The place itself is just generally bad.

Just had chicken select and chips , lovely chicken but the chips were not cooked enough were white instead of there normal golden brown ,had to put them in the air fryer to cook . Usually really nice from there . Service quick

Just went through the drive through as was told to park up because I customised my order only to wait 35 minutes to get freezing cold food non of the food is even correct, asked for a plain quarter cheese only cheese to be received a normal quarter pounder with no cheese and had extra pickes

Ignorant staff, rubbish food! After waiting in drive through for about 15 mins told to park up, nearly left without order as it was taking so long and had to get daughter from tutor. Food was barely warm , ate burger but couldn't eat cold fries ,what a waste of my time and money!!!! Never eating there again

Yesterday I ordered a MightyMcmuffin from one of your shops in Birmingham.After taking a bite of it.I realised that it had mould!!! Disgusting

Ordered their new in “the hat trick” and it was certainly not what was advertised there was cheese slices and garnish missing, patty was slightly burnt. This is not the first time I have had my order messed up with McDonalds College Road. Definitely the last time going there.

Generally OK, decent amount of seating. Not a huge number of parking spaces.

I wouldn't even mind how lax it is but there were at least 4 managers about 8pm and the 2 fries with my order and one burger were clearly on hold for too long, my order was the only one one the screen so they must have had a small rush in the last hour and just kept serving old food. Just cook less guys it's not hard.

It was never good here but it's definitely worse since they introduced the drive through as there was very limited parking before. Poorly laid out outside and inside, this site is way way way too small. Loads of cars park and wait northbound on College Road making it difficult to exit and too many cars realise far too late there is no IN permitted there as it's as though it's a puzzle people need to solve as you'd swear they do it on purpose. Opening hours are not generous at all and the local roads are treacherous too with the right turn from south bound on College Road being very clearly dangerous as I've witnessed loads of near misses: there must be a lot of accidents! When it was an unpopular pub it was fine but MacDonalds simply brings far too much traffic to the area. The food is always cold or at best lukewarm so we never eat in as we need to go home and microwave it all! They often get the food order wrong SO CHECK YOUR ORDER and yet my biggest gripe is that they NEVER seem to have milk shakes (at least 90% of the time). To make matters worse sometimes self service doesn't dispense receipts (so you don't know your order number). There simply isn't enough space for ANYTHING here! Not for people, parking, the drive through, queuing et al. The car park is not logical and not clearly signed so you find a lot of people driving the wrong way on the very unclear one way system or parking on the local roads to avoid it altogether. We hardly ever visit McDonalds now mostly because of the lack of milkshakes and that our closest one seems to be the worst one in the whole country! It's definitely the worst one I have ever visited and that's no exaggeration. They should discount your food bill if they want to keep their customers. It's an awful experience and only thrives through a total lack of competition locally. It's so busy and yet so bad. I would definitely advise you travel further to a different site as this one is simply a stain on the McDonalds brand.

usually use the drive thru which has been improved in the last few years Check your order before you leave, had to go back to get my burger.

What can i say that hasn't already been said about this Mcdonalds. The three times I've been the food looks old, dry and crusty who put cheese on burger thats not even hot enough to melt the stuff. Hopefully this place is taken over and restaffed it's just blatant bad service at this point.

Ordered through just eat. Waited 30 minutes for my driver to be at the restaurant ready to collect and then my order to be cancelled? This mcdonalds is an absolute joke and should be shut down. It gets worse every time. They really damage the mcdonalds brand massively with their horrendous service. Now they don't even want to serve the food it seems! Then I'm left waiting 2-14 days for my money back and have to pay again at a different place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I brought my grandsons to McDonald's college road Monday bank holiday, we ordered and were welcomed,by the lovely staff, so we sat down meal came, my big Mac meal was cold, my boys had a happy meal, which was fresh, but me and my other grandson, had to change our meal, and it isn't cheap, £16.?? It's a lot of money, but all in all, the staff are very friendly and helpful,

Ordered through just eat. Half the order was missing. They told me to take it up with just eat. It was you who packed the order not just eat and you sealed it up to say everything was in there. Then told me to come and collect the rest sorry but I ordered it to be delivered not for to collect it. Staff not very helpful.

Absolutely shocking service. 20 mins for food to be cooked. No organisation of staff whatsoever seeing around 15 staff walking around with no food but delivery and drive thru being served. Around 10 ppl coming back in with wrong orders and we also had a burger missing

Food was fresh but fries was cold but got given free hot fries for a replacement and service was great but the cleaner being rude to me and my friend group was not professional and asking us to leave for no reason just because we decided to stay a few more minutes after we finished our food waiting inside for a taxi to arrive

Absolute clowns ordered food from them through uber eats an order over £75 McDonald's claim it was ubers fault they gave him 4 milkshakes an 3 mcflurrys no hot food at all tracked our uber driver the whole way he didn't stop at all but apparently its ubers fault this McDonald's is a disgrace an I will be taking it up with trading standards.

I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. It’s a complete letdown! We had a drive through, both plant burgers were stone cold and dry so was the hamburger! At least the fries were warm. Considering how expensive McDonalds is, it’s about time you stopped serving cold burgers!

Awful maccies. Went through the drive thru for the last time today. Always made to park up and you can see the staff standing around inside just waiting for things. Went here on Christmas Eve placed a £46 pound order people were coming in complaining of missing items from orders another customer complained about a hair in a burger when checking my order guess what they missed a Big Mac and large Fries was only half full I complained and the young lady said have they dropped in the bag I said do you want to check after checking they refilled the fries and replaced the missing Big Mac I will not be ordering from this maccies again and I would strongly advise checking your orders before leaving if I could give no stars I would

Drive through to order collection 30min and even then food cold 🥶 demanded total replacement and I had to go inside to complain. They concentrate more on delivery but unfortunately cannot cope with any orders

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever known. I don’t think I’ve ever had a correct order from them - something is always missing or incorrect. Drive through is also ridiculously slow - you are always made to go and park up and wait for your food even if you’ve only ordered one item!

Had a good one here today. Nice service by pleasant people. Food was cracking and fantastic plant and Big cheesy was the best ever. Galaxy pie was nice, tasted like donuts at the funfair.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the country. I must’ve visited over 100 McDonald’s up and down the country in my life, and this one never fails to surprise me at how shocking the service and quality of food can be. Don’t go round the drive thru, you will just have to park up anyway. EVERY TIME. Takes at least 15 minutes to receive your food, that’s 5 times longer than their target!

I love the new boss, she is very kind and makes sure everything is correct. The food is amazing, the cleaning is amazing and the service is good.

This store is always chaotic. The order machines are right by the entrance so very quickly becomes crowded and sometimes pushy. The staff are generally rushed and not the most courteous, not all of them, but most of them. It's always rammed full of Uber eats drivers collecting orders for lazy folk who CBA to leave their houses, which makes for car park chaos too. I generally only go to maccies once in a while since home delivery and self order has become a thing. And sadly this store is not usually my first choice.

The Asian girls in the drive through lied about my order when I questioned why they had given me a coke not a milkshake, she said "you ordered a coke" I ordered on the app and had my order to hand, then I was asked to park up and my food came out stone cold! always have issues at this McDonalds and rarely use it shouldn't have bothered

This franchise must be the worst McDonald's ever. I can't remember the last time my order was correct. Aside from the basic Incapability of staff yesterday this store hit a new low. We queued in the long drive through line for over half hour. We would have got out if we could but we're sandwiched in, that was the closest we came to a McChicken sandwich. When we got to the order kiosk we were hit with a rude server abruptly repeating "Anything else" after every item I listed before I had quite finished speaking, one of my daughters actually said to me "oh I'm scared of her" we very slowly made our way round to the payment window where we were told we couldn't pay by card & that's when we realised that was the hold up & the reason we had been sitting sandwiched in a one way queue at a total standstill on the hottest day of the year. That being said I had thrown a tiny pair of tight shorts on & a top with no bra as we were just popping to a drive through & I wasn't getting out of the car. I was told I could go inside and pay or pay cash at the window. Someone could have told me this on the order kiosk instead of just being rude, or someone could have came outside and let people know there was a payment issue on the drive thru before we got stuck in the sweltering heat for a long time. I explained I wasn't dressed appropriately to go inside and the guy suggested that my daughter went in alone. This was around 9pm and this particular store has a strict policy of no kids after 5:30 my daughter was also in nightclothes and didn't feel comfortable walking past the hoards of male food delivery drivers gathered at the entrance. I asked if one of the servers would be able to swipe my card in store for us as you can practically see through the window into the store & we had waited so long etc. This was refused on the basis that they were not willing to do this for everyone so after around 45 mins we left empty handed. We have decided its easier, food is quicker & hotter if we just visit ANY OTHER store in Birmingham. I would strongly advise others to do the same. Orders often have missing items, rude staff, long waits, food arrives cold if you get it at all, mcflurrys are more often than not melted. I'll sum it up by saying its a complete sh!t show, go somewhere else.

The drive thru is not busy, Why are you parking me for 2 coffees? Why am I waiting over 10 minutes for 2 coffees? If I could give 0 stars to the management Of this store I would. The staff are lovely and just doing as instructed. Maybe concentrate on your customer service and not create false statistics on how quickly you can serve people

Mano is the assistant manager here and after about 8 minutes, i mentioned that I hadn't received my order. He then personally served me and gqve me some complimentary fries for my inconvenience. He also noticed that I had a cough and gave me some bottled water to assist me which was very considerate of him. Well done Mano and thank you!
