McDonald's in Halton

I won’t be going to this McDonald’s anymore as it used to be good but it’s gone downhill especially the one at Runcorn as it’s now the worst McDonald’s

Possibly one of the slowest McDonalds around. Not sure why as there is no drive-thru. Waited nearly 30 mins for my order, which came cold. It looked like they just threw all the ingredients together, no care at all. The buns for the McMuffin had chunks missing. If you want to visit a slapstick and slow McDonalds, then this is the one for you.

Just ordered from here and I am disappointed with the food 1- food was freezing wen it arrived so had to warm it up in microwave 2– the bun and a burger was just in the bag not in the burger box.I wouldn’t mind Iv got mobility issues aswell

i refused delivery because the bag with the food in was all ripped and soaking wet she has put it as delivered my asda del driver was here and saw her take it away she was very rude cant seem to get refund the worst experience totally AVOID !!!!

How can food that is being delivered come to us less than a mile away be so cold? Really would like to know. Fries were 'just' cooked.

Shocking staff in here! They called my number slammed my order on the counter and walked off before I got anywhere near it, then I had to wait at least 5 minutes while I was been ignored as I waited to ask for sugar for my half cup of latte that had spilled when my order was slammed on the counter

The order was messed up, I did not get half of my delivery, they sent the wrong food. When I contacted the store they said I would have to go to the store & collect them, I am disabled & cannot leave the house. My order came up to £36 & I got £10 worth! This is an absolute joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS!

Ordered food for three. My chicken selects must've been cooked a week ago and were cold. No sauces or straws even though we asked for them. Also ordered the chicken salad, asked for no tomato. We have a neurodiverse family member who not only hates tomatoes, but if they've touched anything, can't eat that either. So the label clearly says "no tomato" and there's tomato in it. Asked for new one for reasons stated, rather than just remove it and give it back to me. They did give some extra chicken tbf, but very poor all round.

Food was stone cool. Delivery driver, delivering food 2 miles away on a bike is pointless

Worst delivery I’ve ever had, over an hour late, all food freezing cold & zero sauces when I ordered 4. Will never order again on just eat, I cannot believe this awful experience.

My order arrived with the drink split in the bag . Driver tried to get me to accept but it had literally emptied out and proceeded to pour inside my porch and on to my path. Chips felt like they’d been sat in the open all morning , as did the nugget

The only McDonald's I know to be able to make "invisible fries!" it came with a stale "big mac," and a "milkshake" with no banana taste. What is happening at this franchise? really abysmal!

Forgot my brownie it’s either the driver ate it he was feeling abit peckish or you forgot to put it in all the best gimme my brownie

My food was cold and I ordered a medium Sprite Zero and got a Fanta orange

My drinks where only filled up half way which is terrible considering I paid the price for a large drink and my Large fries were only filled up half way, this is terrible I should not be getting this amount for the amount I paid for this meal.

The food arrived over an hour late & when the driver finally arrived & i asked why he was late he just smirked not very happy that it took over an hour &the driver wasnt nice or helpful

This is the umpteenth time the drinks have been spilled, there’s been no straws, no sauces and no chocolate brownie. Too many drinks are piled into a paper bag. One of them wasn’t even in a holder. The poor drivers car is soaked as they were not secured and all of the drinks were spilled on arrival.

courier had to wait at store for more than an hour then when arrived he apologised and food was freezing like out of fridge cold, wasn't the drivers fault it was mcdonald's for taking so long. all went in bin

we waited nearly 2 hr for food, drinks were spilled in the bag, food was cold and we also got no straws. a refund would be great considering one of the meals didnt get eaten because my young daughter didnt feel comfortable eating cold chicken.

Ordered an apple pie including some other items. Nearly I waited 20 minutes to get my food because of apple pie. Very slow service. Even not a crowded time.

The order never arrived. The delivery driver knocked on my door and told me the order had ‘disappeared’ and that I needed to reorder which I did. I need a refund.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese only onion and it has came with ketchup on which I don’t like. Dinner is now inedible so no evening meal for me tonight. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've ever been in Service was slow, food was poor, presentation if the food was disgraceful, I took my food back to get worse in ots place !! Look after your customers in the shop and and get some customer service skills, the whole shop needs a lot of investing from food prep to training! Awful !!

Order wrong again, it really is a lucky dip these days with maccies, also chocolate milk was totally rank completely separated like it was stored in the oven not the fridge, was also charged for a free item and never received the item, and just eat didn’t help with the situation, apparently not refunding for the missing item was the correct decision

Hat trick turned out to be a brace. One of the patties was missing. Essentially I got a Double Quarter Pounder but was charged an extra £1.50 for it.

its been at least 17 mins since my order was delivered and the map still states on the way?. I'm disabled so as soon as the map appears delivery on the way, I make my way to the door and sit in wait, so I open the door on arrival. This wasn't the case today my reminder said on the way stood up to make my way to the door and driver was loudly knocking, I shouted letting him know I was coming didn't stop him impatiently knocking very loudly again! map sinq is way out.
