Order was cold an there was things missing

Food was, delivery was good. Missing one item from the order though.

Messed up the bacon roll. Added cheese and brown sauce instead of tomato sauce. She is lactose intolerant and can not eat cheese

Didn’t enjoy the meal, the chicken was greasy and smarties in ice cream stale

ordered £30 worth of food, only got 2 cheese burgers

This is my fault on the fish burger side, I did not want any coleslaw, I am a carnivor, I only eat meat, so I threw away my 2 burgers

food and was cold ,all of it .. every time I order I just think "give them a chance" absolutely shocking!!

my order was cold the nuggets burgers chips and they sent the wrong milk shake I asked for banana and got a vanilla you probably won't do anything to resolve this you never do

The fanta drink was all spilled in the bag, all other drinks soaked, and no fanta left, no straws provided and no Minecraft toy. my son is furious!!!! Absolutely appalling!

Only small and if I'm not wrong it doesn't have a full menu, always busy. The standards are as to be expected it's a macs it's fast food

I visit here often with my client and the staff, who are amazing and friendly and always happy to help. The food is fantastic, especially the big Mac, and the milkshakes are nice too. Keep up the great work, guys

It’s all cold! You’re only driving up the road. Hot drinks, all 3 needed to be reheated. Food needed to be reheated it was inedible

Hi I normally give good reviews. Ordered a sausage and egg muffin meal with a coffee at 9am but a driver didn’t get to the Asda McDs until 10.40. I finally got my order at 10.55. Food and coffee stone cold like it was prepped 2 hrs ago. No refund

How on earth McDonalds manage to get it wrong every time I really don't know. Last time they missed off the bun from my burger, this time they added mayonnaise and lettuce to the burger when I had specifically requested no lettuce or sauce.

This McDonald’s has gone bad and it used to be good but I guess it’s gone downhill

Okay delivery would prefer if items where not missing half the time and if it came hot but don't get high expectations but overall okay

All McDonald's have gone bad to me they care more about just eat and uber orders than actual in store customers

Poor quality food over priced not perped correctly. Tables not clear. Bins overflowing. Cleaning chemicals left out in the open. Staff clearly not washing hands or adherence to health and hygienic rules.

fries were so salty we couldnt eat them even tried wiping it off with napkins, rest was great though

items were wrong and delivery driver was rude and wouldn't help,he said it wasn't his fault but clearly it was his fault as he should have checked the order to match the receipt before packing

I’m pretty sure they’ve got Steve Austin working in the kitchen… because once again it was stone cold. However it did arrive early and the delivery driver was absolutely lovely.

The driver arrived to advise me that the store was closed and he did not have my food. He came to get my order code so that he could complete the order. I received no food from this order.

Probably the dirtiest mcdonald's I've ever been in. While waiting for my order a lady walked up to the counter to complain she got the wrong order. She opened the burger and showed staff. The staff took it back and after her hands were all over the burger they put it in someone else's bag. Totally wrong and disgusting. They should be shut down. They don't have staff cleaning the tables. They don't put salt out as I was told people take to much. Quite an experience. I'll never be back. Either get new management or close down. Food standards will be notified.

Fries not the hottest and milk shake a little runny but my double cheeseburger was spot on

Order took exactly one hour to arrive. Delivery driver stated it was because the order got “misplaced” in the restaurant. Food was so cold that my Coke was the warmest item delivered. Food was put in the bin. £20 worth of food wasted and only £3.99 reimbursement. Pathetic.

Possibly one of the slowest McDonalds around. Not sure why as there is no drive-thru. Waited nearly 30 mins for my order, which came cold. It looked like they just threw all the ingredients together, no care at all. The buns for the McMuffin had chunks missing. If you want to visit a slapstick and slow McDonalds, then this is the one for you.

Took over an hour to prepare food. When it came it was cold. Only half a drink in large cup.

Delivery time just kept moving back so that it was on time by the time it got delivered with missing items it was cold

Usually best McDonald's in Widnes but a poor order. took almost an hour which I don't really mind. must have been busy. completely melted Mcflurrys, just liquid, cold fries and no dips (ordered 20 nuggets that ended up dry). Order a lot from here and hopefully just a bad one off experience.

Not full portions, food stone cold.

Ordered TWO meal deal wraps with a drink. TWO drinks delivered but only ONE wrap! Beyond useless. You're only counting to two, it's really not that difficult.

Ordered 4.30pm for around 5pm. It turned up at 5.45pm ice cold. After asking for no mayionase The rap was full of it. Total waste of time ordering from you.

Just ordered from here and I am disappointed with the food 1- food was freezing wen it arrived so had to warm it up in microwave 2– the bun and a burger was just in the bag not in the burger box.I wouldn’t mind Iv got mobility issues aswell
